After extracting and purification, HA was detected through ultraviolet spectra and infraction spectrum, and its content and purity were tested by carbazole and Elason-Morgan, respectively. This results indicated that significant quantities of HA could be prepared in fresh pigskin with biologic enzyme, and the pure HA was cosmetic grade and food grade.展开更多

Methods: from January 2016 to December 2020, 40 burn patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were selected and divided into control group (n=20) and experimental group (n=20) by random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional burn treatment, and the experimental group was treated with irradiated pigskin technology. The curative effect and complications of the two groups were compared. Results: after treatment, the effective rate of burn treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications such as invasive infection, scar and water electrolyte disturbance was lower, and the wound healing and hospitalization time were shorter, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: irradiated pigskin technology in emergency department has outstanding clinical effect, high safety and high clinical application value.展开更多

目的观察辐照猪皮与重组人表皮生长因子(recombinant human epidermal growth factor,rhEGF)凝胶用于治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的临床疗效。方法选择135例Ⅱ度烧伤患者,分成3组,分别是辐照猪皮组、rhEGF凝胶组和对照组(碘伏油纱组),观察创面愈合时...目的观察辐照猪皮与重组人表皮生长因子(recombinant human epidermal growth factor,rhEGF)凝胶用于治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的临床疗效。方法选择135例Ⅱ度烧伤患者,分成3组,分别是辐照猪皮组、rhEGF凝胶组和对照组(碘伏油纱组),观察创面愈合时间、患者疼痛度、换药工作量、色素沉着度、愈合后效果以及1年后随访效果。结果不同治疗方式的愈合时间:对照组>rhEGF凝胶组>辐照猪皮组。辐照猪皮组和rhEGF凝胶组对Ⅱ度烧伤创面的治疗效果均优于对照组,平均愈合时间提前3~5 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且辐照猪皮组效果要略优于rhEGF凝胶组(P<0.05);rhEGF凝胶组和辐照猪皮组的患者疼痛度减轻及换药工作量相对对照组明显减少(P<0.01),且患者创面愈合效果良好、较少引起色素沉着,1年后部分患者随访证实远期愈合效果好,较少引起瘢痕增生。结论辐照猪皮和rhEGF治疗Ⅱ度烧伤效果确切、预后良好,临床上值得广泛使用。展开更多
