Coupling is the significant characteristic of parallel mechanism,while it is just the coupling that brings about much difficulty for the configuration design,theoretical analysis and the development of the control system of the parallel mechanism. And recently,the research on the decoupled parallel mechanism becomes one of the research hot points in the mechanism fields. In this paper,a type synthesis method for the translational decoupled parallel mechanism( TDPM) is proposed based on the screw theory. To achieve the decoupling characteristics of the translational parallel mechanism,the translational decoupled criterion for type synthesis of the branches are presented in this paper. According to this criterion and the realization conditions of rotational degree of freedom of the mechanism proposed former,a large number of branches for the TDPM are obtained. Taking the three degrees of freedom( DOFs) TDPM as an example,the process of type synthesis is discussed in detail. Using this proposed type synthesis method,a serial of translational decoupled parallel mechanisms, including but not limited to all the existing typical 3-DOF TDPMs, are obtained, which identifies the correctness and effective of the method. The contents of this paper provide a reference and possess significant theoretical meanings for the synthesis and development of the novel decoupled parallel mechanisms. 展开更多

Treatment of Anderson Type II Odontoid Fracture in Elderly Patients by Posterior Pedicle Screw Fixation Combined with Iliac Bone Grafting 被引量:1

Objectives: To explore the treatment and related prognosis of elderly patients with Anderson II odontoid fracture with posterior pedicle screw fixation combined with iliac bone grafting. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 17 cases of elderly patients with Anderson II odontoid fracture who underwent posterior pedicle screw fixation combined with iliac bone grafting from January 2013 to December 2016. 17 patients had a history of trauma before surgery, and they all have varying degrees of atlantoaxial instability or subluxation and varying degrees of neck occipital pain and limited mobility. Result: No spinal cord or vertebral artery injury occurred during surgery. Follow-up information is complete. The follow-up period was 6 to 48 months (mean 27.4 ± 12.4 months). Postoperative imaging review prompted a good reduction of cervical spine, stable sequence;no pedicle screw loosening, fracture, iliac bone graft at the location of the situation, odontoid fracture and bone healing at the good, the patient after cervical rotation are limited to varying degrees. Conclusion: Posterior pedicle screw fixation combined with iliac bone grafting in elderly patients with Anderson II odontoid fracture can achieve good stability, and the prognosis is good, but long-term cervical rotation function may be affected to varying degrees. 展开更多

Study on Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Pepper under Different Fertilization Modes

With the new pepper cultivar Guanlong as a test material, effects of differ-ent fertilizer application modes on growth and development, yield and photosynthetic characteristics of pepper were studied. The results showed that the plant height and plant expansion of pepper in T4 were the largest, of 104.3 and 90.6 cm, respec-tively. T1 showed the largest weight of single fruit, fruit length and fruit diameter, re-spectively of 101.6 g, 25.49 cm and 4.86 cm. The content of total chlorophyl in the leaves of T1 was the highest, of 66.7 mg/g, and the root activity of T1 was also the highest, of 100.6 g/(g·FW·h). The net photosynthetic rate of pepper leaves in T5 was the highest, of 6.6 μmol/(m^2·s), while the net photosynthetic rates of T1 and T2 were the lowest, fluctuating in the range of 1.3-2.5 μmol/(m^2·s). T3 showed the highest decrease amplitude of stomatal conductance in pepper leaves, of 2 658.1 mol/(m^2·s), while the decrease amplitudes of stomatal conductance of pepper leaves in treatments T2 and T5 were the lowest, fluctuating in the range of 386.7-428.7 mol/(m^2·s). T1 showed the highest decrease amplitude of transpiration rate of pepper leaves, of 4.7 mmol/(m^2·s), while treatment T5 showed the lowest decrease ampli-tude of transpiration rate of pepper leaves, of 1.1 mmol/(m^2·s). The intercel ular CO2 concentration was the highest in the leaves of T5, of 436.8 μmol/mol. T1 showed the highest plot output, yield per hectare and benefit, of 340.1 kg, 96 448.5 kg/hm^2 and 162 865.6 Yuan/hm^2, respectively, while T3 exhibited the lowest plot output, yield per hectare and benefit, of 260.8 kg, 74 338.5 kg/hm^2 and 124 888.5 Yuan/hm^2, respec-tively. 展开更多

新型肥料微碳液肥和微藻肥对辣椒生长、产量及基质养分的影响

为探究不同新型肥料对辣椒生长、品质和产量及栽培基质的影响,以‘姣龙12’辣椒为试验材料,设置富勒烯(处理1)、格义微碳液肥(处理2)、西班牙微藻能量肥(处理3)及不施肥对照共4个处理,开展设施盆栽试验。结果表明:处理3和处理2对辣椒生... 为探究不同新型肥料对辣椒生长、品质和产量及栽培基质的影响,以‘姣龙12’辣椒为试验材料,设置富勒烯(处理1)、格义微碳液肥(处理2)、西班牙微藻能量肥(处理3)及不施肥对照共4个处理,开展设施盆栽试验。结果表明:处理3和处理2对辣椒生长具有显著促进作用,其中,茎粗分别较对照显著增加23.3%和19.1%,叶绿素含量分别较对照显著提高4.1%和6.1%,但各处理间株高无显著性差异。在果实品质方面,各处理的可溶性固形物含量、可溶性膳食纤维含量和维生素C含量均表现为处理3>处理2>处理1>对照,其中,处理3分别为7.10%、40.4 g/kg和226.0 mg/kg,较对照分别显著提高19.7%、18.8%和11.7%。产量方面,处理3折合667 m^(2)产量达1302 kg,较对照显著增产24.7%,且显著优于处理1,但与处理2间差异不显著。各施肥处理均能缓解栽培基质的养分消耗,其中,处理3在提升有机质含量、碱解氮含量、速效钾含量、有效磷含量和全氮含量方面效果最为突出,分别较对照显著提升90.9%、36.8%、145.3%、15.6%和0.202百分点。综上,西班牙微藻能量肥能有效促进辣椒生长、显著提升果实品质与产量,并明显改善栽培基质养分状况,综合效果最优,可在辣椒生产中推荐应用。 展开更多

目的探索Herbert螺钉降落伞绳状分布内固定治疗Mason Ⅱ型桡骨小头骨折的临床效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法收集2019年1月至2023年10月收治的34例Mason Ⅱ型桡骨小头骨折患者临床资料,根据治疗方式分为Herbert螺钉组(14例)、微型钢板组... 目的探索Herbert螺钉降落伞绳状分布内固定治疗Mason Ⅱ型桡骨小头骨折的临床效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法收集2019年1月至2023年10月收治的34例Mason Ⅱ型桡骨小头骨折患者临床资料,根据治疗方式分为Herbert螺钉组(14例)、微型钢板组(20例)。比较两组的手术相关指标及随访时间;比较两组术前、术后6个月的美国纽约特种外科医院(HSS)评分。结果所有患者术后均至少随访6个月,直至骨折达到骨性愈合。Herbert螺钉组的手术时间、手术切口长度均短于微型钢板组(P<0.05);两组的术中出血量无显著差异(P>0.05)。术后6个月,Herbert螺钉组的疼痛、功能、伸屈范围、伸直挛缩、旋前、旋后评分及总分明显高于微型钢板组(P<0.05)。结论相较于微型钢板固定,采用Herbert螺钉降落伞绳状分布内固定治疗Mason Ⅱ型桡骨小头骨折具有手术时间更短、手术切口更小、术后肘关节功能恢复更快的临床优势。 展开更多

背景:矩形框架式瞄准器分左、右2个模块,不利于术中灵活使用,容易产生形变和误差,连接完成后仍需要反复透视确认进行螺钉的钻孔、置入。目的:探讨改良矩形锁定装置在股骨干骨折髓内钉治疗时精准置入远端锁钉的关键技术研发及临床应用效... 背景:矩形框架式瞄准器分左、右2个模块,不利于术中灵活使用,容易产生形变和误差,连接完成后仍需要反复透视确认进行螺钉的钻孔、置入。目的:探讨改良矩形锁定装置在股骨干骨折髓内钉治疗时精准置入远端锁钉的关键技术研发及临床应用效果。方法:收集徐州医科大学附属宿迁医院和宿豫区人民医院2021-2023年收治的股骨干骨折患者的病历资料,选择18-65岁、经影像学检查确诊为股骨干骨折(AO分型:A、B或C型)、接受闭合复位髓内钉内固定治疗且术中采用改良矩形锁定装置置入远端锁钉的患者;临床资料(包括病史、影像学、手术记录、随访记录等)完整。符合条件的病例有41例,其中男30例,女11例;年龄20-62岁,平均(41.17±8.14)岁。收集术中远端锁钉置入时透视次数、锁定成功率、远端锁钉成功置入时间、术后1个月和骨折愈合后美国膝关节协会评分及骨折愈合时间。结果与结论:①41例患者均采用改良矩形锁定装置置入远端锁钉,术中远端锁钉置入时透视次数0-2次,平均(1.1±0.5)次;锁定成功率为98%;远端锁钉成功置入时间6-10 min,平均(7.0±1.5)min;术后1个月膝关节美国膝关节协会评分140-190分,平均(150±15)分;②有38例患者获得完整随访,随访时间12-24个月,骨折愈合时间9-14个月,平均(10.5±2.5)个月,骨折愈合后膝关节美国膝关节协会评分150-190分,平均(185±8)分,其中优35例,良3例;③结果表明,相较于徒手锁定远端锁钉、斜位透视置入远端锁钉、关节镜辅助置入远端锁钉、电磁导航锁定远端锁钉这几种方式置入股骨髓内钉远端锁钉,改良矩形锁定装置应用于髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折时置入远端锁钉的优势包括不依赖关节镜、电磁导航设备,不需要丰富的手术经验,步骤简单、锁定准确、可重复性高及减少辐射暴露。 展开更多

带螺杆附着杆参数对塔式起重机稳定性的影响分析

Space deployable antenna is the key equipment in realizing the communication and data transmission between the spacecraft and the earth.In order to enrich the configurations of deployable antennas,the type synthesis of deployable mechanisms for ring truss antenna is conducted in this study.First,the principle of the constraint-synthesis method based on screw theory is briefly described,the structure of the ring truss deployable antenna and its folding principle are analyzed,and the ring truss mechanism is divided into upper edges,lower edges and linkages.Then,based on the constraint-synthesis method,the type synthesis of the basic unit edges is carried out,a series of basic unit mechanisms are obtained from combining the basic unit edge mechanisms,and five mechanism units with fewer joints and simple structures are selected.Furthermore,simulation models of the five ring truss deployable mechanisms are built in Solidworks and Matlab software,and the deploying process is verified by the movement simulation.Finally,mechanism characteristics of the five mechanisms are analyzed and discussed,and a prototype is manufactured,verifying the analysis in this paper.This research provides a new way for the type synthesis of spatial deployable mechanisms,and the ring truss deployable mechanisms obtained in this study can be well applied in the field of aerospace. 展开更多

Based on the screw theory and the driven-chain principle,a methodology of structural synthesis for fully-decoupled two-translational(2T) and two-rotational(2R) parallel mechanism is proposed by analyzing the characteristics of the input-output relations for fully-decoupled parallel mechanisms.Firstly,according to the desired kinematic characteristics of fully-decoupled parallel mechanisms,a method is proposed by virtue of screw theory to synthesize the desired forms for both the direct and the inverse Jacobian matrices.Secondly,according to the feature of the direct and the inverse Jacobian matrices,the effective screws,the actuated screws and the mobile un-actuated screws of each leg are established based on the reciprocal screw theory and all possible topology structures fulfilling the requirements are obtained.Finally,the desired fully-decoupled parallel mechanisms can be synthesized by using the structural synthesis rule and structural synthesis of fullydecoupled 2T2R parallel mechanisms can be obtained exploiting the abovementioned methodology.In particular,the direct Jacobian matrix of each synthesized fully-decoupled 2T2R parallel mechanism is a non-zero diagonal matrix throughout the entire workspace.Motors are mounted on each leg and each one of them actuates one degree-of-freedom(Do F) of the fully-decoupled parallel mechanism through a one-to-one velocity relation. 展开更多

The current parallel ankle rehabilitation robot(ARR)suffers from the problem of difficult real-time alignment of the human-robot joint center of rotation,which may lead to secondary injuries to the patient.This study investigates type synthesis of a parallel self-alignment ankle rehabilitation robot(PSAARR)based on the kinematic characteristics of ankle joint rotation center drift from the perspective of introducing"suitable passive degrees of freedom(DOF)"with a suitable number and form.First,the self-alignment principle of parallel ARR was proposed by deriving conditions for transforming a human-robot closed chain(HRCC)formed by an ARR and human body into a kinematic suitable constrained system and introducing conditions of"decoupled"and"less limb".Second,the relationship between the self-alignment principle and actuation wrenches(twists)of PSAARR was analyzed with the velocity Jacobian matrix as a"bridge".Subsequently,the type synthesis conditions of PSAARR were proposed.Third,a PSAARR synthesis method was proposed based on the screw theory and type of PSAARR synthesis conducted.Finally,an HRCC kinematic model was established to verify the self-alignment capability of the PSAARR.In this study,93 types of PSAARR limb structures were synthesized and the self-alignment capability of a human-robot joint axis was verified through kinematic analysis,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of such an ARR. 展开更多

辣椒是富含VC等营养成分的蔬菜,根据其利用方式,主要分为加工型与鲜食型。为探究两种类型辣椒不同发育时期果实品质成分的差异,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术鉴定并定量加工型辣椒P025和鲜食型辣椒P245绿熟期与红熟期果实中VC、辣椒素和1... 辣椒是富含VC等营养成分的蔬菜,根据其利用方式,主要分为加工型与鲜食型。为探究两种类型辣椒不同发育时期果实品质成分的差异,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术鉴定并定量加工型辣椒P025和鲜食型辣椒P245绿熟期与红熟期果实中VC、辣椒素和17种氨基酸等品质成分,并进行了统计分析。结果表明:绿熟期两种类型辣椒果实VC的含量接近,差异不显著,而在红熟期,鲜食型辣椒P245果实VC的含量显著上升,而加工型辣椒P025果实VC的含量无显著性变化。绿熟期鲜食型辣椒P245果实辣椒素的含量显著高于加工型辣椒P025,而在红熟期,鲜食型辣椒P245果实辣椒素的含量显著下降,仅为其绿熟期的11.98%,加工型辣椒P025果实辣椒素的含量无显著性变化。蛋氨酸与胱氨酸在辣椒果实的17种氨基酸中含量最低,且两者之和的占比明显低于氨基酸模式谱标准,是两种类型辣椒的第一限制氨基酸;除此之外,缬氨酸、异亮氨酸的占比也稍低于氨基酸模式谱标准。随着果实成熟,鲜食型辣椒P245果实中17种氨基酸含量均呈上升趋势,其红熟果总氨基酸含量比绿熟果升高了57.53%;而加工型辣椒P025果实除胱氨酸外,其他氨基酸含量均呈下降趋势,其红熟果总氨基酸含量比绿熟果下降了41.21%。综上,随着果实成熟,加工型辣椒P025与鲜食型辣椒P245绿熟果和红熟果中VC、辣椒素、氨基酸等营养和风味品质成分的变化存在着明显差异。 展开更多

Type Synthesis of Fully-Decoupled 3R2T Parallel Mechanisms Based on Driven-Chain Principle

To avoid the existence of nonlinear and strong coupling in parallel mechanisms,it is necessary to address special care to the type synthesis of mechanisms,especially for the type synthesis of fully-decoupled parallel mechanisms. Based on the screw theory and the driven-chain principle,a methodology of structural synthesis for fully-decoupled three-rotational( 3R) and two-translational( 2T)parallel mechanisms was proposed by analyzing the characteristics of the input-output relations for fully-decoupled parallel mechanisms.Firstly,according to the desired kinematic characteristics of fullydecoupled parallel mechanisms,a method was presented by virtue of screw theory to synthesize the desired forms for both the direct and the inverse Jacobian matrices. Secondly,according to the feature of the direct and the inverse Jacobian matrices,the effective screws,the actuated screws and the mobile un-actuated screws of each leg were established based on the reciprocal screw theory and all possible topology structures fulfilling the requirements were obtained.Finally,the desired fully-decoupled parallel mechanisms could be synthesized by using the structural synthesis rule and structural synthesis of fully-decoupled 3R2 T parallel mechanisms could be obtained exploiting the abovementioned methodology. Furthermore,the Jacobian matrix of a synthesized 3R2 T parallel mechanism was deduced to demonstrate the decoupling feature of the parallel mechanism,which also validated the correctness of the methodology of the type synthesis for fully-decoupled 3R2 T parallel mechanisms. 展开更多

机器人辅助经皮螺钉与开放复位固定Tile C1~2型骨盆骨折

[目的]比较机器人辅助与常规通道螺钉固定Tile C1~2型骨盆骨折的效果。[方法]回顾性分析2020年6月—2023年8月本科收治的185例Tile C1~2型骨盆骨折患者的临床资料,根据医患沟通结果,93例接受天玑骨科机器人辅助微创螺钉固定(机器人组),92例接受常规开放复位固定(常规组),比较两组围手术期、随访和影像资料。[结果]机器人组手术时间[(92.5±10.3)min vs(138.7±12.7)min,P<0.001]、置钉时间[(14.3±2.7)min vs(15.4±3.1)min,P=0.011]、切口长度[(1.4±0.4)cm vs(1.6±0.5)cm,P=0.003]、术中透视次数[(2.5±0.8)次vs(2.8±0.9)次,P=0.018]、术中失血量[(31.7±4.2)mL vs(52.9±6.7)mL,P<0.001]、住院时间[(9.3±2.1)d vs(10.2±2.4)d,P=0.007]、总并发症发生率[例(%),7(7.6)vs 17(18.4),P=0.027]、首次置钉成功率(95.7%vs 81.5%,P=0.002)、切口愈合等级[甲/乙/丙,(42/37/14)vs(27/40/25),P=0.039]均显著优于常规组。所有患者均获12个月以上随访,机器人组下地行走时间[(13.7±4.6)d vs(18.8±5.2)d,P<0.001]、临床愈合时间[(36.4±12.1)d vs(41.0±13.7)d,P=0.016]显著早于常规组。随时间推移,两组患者VAS、Majeed评分均显著改善(P<0.05),术前两组VAS、Majeed评分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但术后3个月和末次随访时,机器人组VAS评分[(3.1±1.0)vs(3.7±1.2),P<0.001;(2.2±0.7)vs(2.8±0.9),P<0.001]、Majeed评分[(85.3±3.2)vs(80.4±4.1),P<0.001;(90.1±1.8)vs(89.2±2.0),P=0.002]均显著优于常规组。影像方面,术后相应时间点,机器人组Matta评级、骨折愈合率均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。[结论]对于Tile C1~2型骨盆骨折,天玑骨科机器人辅助微创经皮通道螺钉固定后住院天数缩短,有效缓解疼痛,促进骨折快速愈合,术后并发症较少,安全性高。 展开更多

不同固定术式治疗Haraguchi Ⅰ型后踝骨折的临床疗效比较

目的比较HaraguchiⅠ型后踝骨折采取3种不同固定术治疗的疗效。方法选取HaraguchiⅠ型后踝骨折患者90例,根据治疗方法的不同均分为拉力螺钉组、空心钉组和钢板组。比较3组手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术后下地负重时间、术后Burwell-Charn... 目的比较HaraguchiⅠ型后踝骨折采取3种不同固定术治疗的疗效。方法选取HaraguchiⅠ型后踝骨折患者90例,根据治疗方法的不同均分为拉力螺钉组、空心钉组和钢板组。比较3组手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术后下地负重时间、术后Burwell-Charnley放射学评分、术后3个月及末次随访美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)评分、下肢力线股胫角(FTA)及并发症情况。结果与拉力螺钉组比较,空心钉组、钢板组手术时间延长,下地负重时间和骨愈合时间缩短;且钢板组较空心钉组更为显著(P<0.05)。与同时间拉力螺钉组比较,空心钉组、钢板组AOFAS评分升高,且钢板组高于空心钉组(P<0.05)。与术前比较,术后各组FTA均降低,且钢板组<空心钉组<拉力螺钉组(P<0.05)。各组术后复位优良率钢板组>空心钉组>拉力螺钉组(P<0.05)。钢板组并发症总发生率低于空心钉组和拉力螺钉组(P<0.05)。结论3种治疗方法均能有效治疗HaraguchiⅠ型后踝骨折,但钢板组表现出更显著优势,值得临床进一步推广。 展开更多
