With the continuous progress of automatic driving technology,automatic driving technology standards are gradually affecting the determination of criminal responsibility for traffic accidents in China.At present,the characteristics and tendency of China's automatic driving technology standards present the situation of high policy relevance coexisting with low normative binding,professionalism coexist with barriers,forefront coexist with ambiguity.Therefore,challenges are presented both theoretically and practically on the determination of criminal responsibility based on automatic driving technology standard..In this regard,the misunderstanding should be clarified in theory:The legal order under the automatic driving technology standard has constitutionality and systematic,and there is a balance between the frontier of automatic driving technology development and the lagging of criminal law.The automatic driving technology risk level system should be built to clarify the boundary of the effectiveness of criminal law norms,seeking fora breakthrough in the application of the establishment of a comprehensive judgment system of the risks and accidents and the system of evidence to prove the system,which clarifies the determination of criminal responsibility under the automatic driving technology standard.This essay hopes to pursue breakthroughs in the application-to establish a comprehensive judgment system of risks and accidents as well as an evidence proof system,so as to clarify the determination of criminal responsibility under automatic driving technology standards. 展开更多

To achieve low-carbon regulation of electric vehicle(EV)charging loads under the“dual carbon”goals,this paper proposes a coordinated scheduling strategy that integrates dynamic carbon factor prediction and multiobjective optimization.First,a dual-convolution enhanced improved Crossformer prediction model is constructed,which employs parallel 1×1 global and 3×3 local convolutionmodules(Integrated Convolution Block,ICB)formultiscale feature extraction,combinedwith anAdaptive Spectral Block(ASB)to enhance time-series fluctuationmodeling.Based on high-precision predictions,a carbon-electricity cost joint optimization model is further designed to balance economic,environmental,and grid-friendly objectives.The model’s superiority was validated through a case study using real-world data from a renewable-heavy grid.Simulation results show that the proposed multi-objective strategy demonstrated a superior balance compared to baseline and benchmark models,achieving a 15.8%reduction in carbon emissions and a 5.2%reduction in economic costs,while still providing a substantial 22.2%reduction in the peak-valley difference.Its balanced performance significantly outperformed both a single-objective strategy and a state-of-the-art Model Predictive Control(MPC)benchmark,highlighting the advantage of a global optimization approach.This study provides theoretical and technical pathways for dynamic carbon factor-driven EV charging optimization. 展开更多

Water molecules can form hydrogen bonds.At the solid surfaces,the preferential alignment of water molecules due to the heterogeneous atomic distributions can induce ordered hydrogen bond networks of water molecules with spatially heterogeneous patterns and slower dynamics compared to bulk water.Both the confinement and the surface atomic structures can induce the water phase transitions at low dimensional spaces.Here,we review how the phase transitions of interfacial water affect the surface physical behaviors,such as wetting,ice nucleation and the terahertz-wave-water interactions,from solid materials to the biological surfaces.These works help extend our knowledge of the physics properties of the interfacial water,particularly the multi-phase behaviors in materials and biology sciences. 展开更多

Effect of chemical short-range order on primary radiation damage in TiVTaNb high-entropy alloys

Molecular dynamics simulations were carried out to study the effect of chemical short-range order(CSRO)on the primary radiation damage in TiVTaNb high-entropy alloys(HEAs).We have performed displacement cascade simulations to explore the CSRO effect on the generation and evolution behaviors of irradiation defects.The results demonstrate that CSRO can suppress the formation of Frenkel pairs in TiVTaNb HEAs,with the suppression effect becoming more pronounced as the degree of CSRO increases.CSRO can change the types of interstitial defects generated during cascade collisions.Specifically,as the degree of CSRO increases,the proportion of Ti-related interstitials shows a marked enhancement,primarily evidenced by a significant rise in Ti–Ti dumbbells accompanied by a corresponding decrease in Ti–V dumbbells.CSRO exhibits negligible influence on defect clustering and the nucleation and evolution of dislocation loops.Regardless of CSRO conditions,TiVTaNb HEAs preserve exceptional radiation tolerance throughout the cascade damage process,suggesting that the intrinsic properties of this multi-principal element system dominate its radiation response.These findings provide fundamental insights into the CSRO effect on defect formation and evolution behaviors in HEAs,which may provide new design strategies for high-entropy alloys. 展开更多

To address the issue that hybrid flow shop production struggles to handle order disturbance events,a dynamic scheduling model was constructed.The model takes minimizing the maximum makespan,delivery time deviation,and scheme deviation degree as the optimization objectives.An adaptive dynamic scheduling strategy based on the degree of order disturbance is proposed.An improved multi-objective Grey Wolf(IMOGWO)optimization algorithm is designed by combining the“job-machine”two-layer encoding strategy,the timing-driven two-stage decoding strategy,the opposition-based learning initialization population strategy,the POX crossover strategy,the dualoperation dynamic mutation strategy,and the variable neighborhood search strategy for problem solving.A variety of test cases with different scales were designed,and ablation experiments were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the improved strategies.The results show that each improved strategy can effectively enhance the performance of the IMOGWO.Additionally,performance analysis was conducted by comparing the proposed algorithm with three mature and classical algorithms.The results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm exhibits superior performance in solving the hybrid flow-shop scheduling problem(HFSP).Case validations were conducted for different types of order disturbance scenarios.The results demonstrate that the proposed adaptive dynamic scheduling strategy and the IMOGWO algorithm can effectively address order disturbance events.They enable rapid response to order disturbance while ensuring the stability of the production system. 展开更多

Visual field prediction using K-means clustering in patients with primary open angle glaucoma

AIM:To evaluate long-term visual field(VF)prediction using K-means clustering in patients with primary open angle glaucoma(POAG).METHODS:Patients who underwent 24-2 VF tests≥10 were included in this study.Using 52 total deviation values(TDVs)from the first 10 VF tests of the training dataset,VF points were clustered into several regions using the hierarchical ordered partitioning and collapsing hybrid(HOPACH)and K-means clustering.Based on the clustering results,a linear regression analysis was applied to each clustered region of the testing dataset to predict the TDVs of the 10th VF test.Three to nine VF tests were used to predict the 10th VF test,and the prediction errors(root mean square error,RMSE)of each clustering method and pointwise linear regression(PLR)were compared.RESULTS:The training group consisted of 228 patients(mean age,54.20±14.38y;123 males and 105 females),and the testing group included 81 patients(mean age,54.88±15.22y;43 males and 38 females).All subjects were diagnosed with POAG.Fifty-two VF points were clustered into 11 and nine regions using HOPACH and K-means clustering,respectively.K-means clustering had a lower prediction error than PLR when n=1:3 and 1:4(both P≤0.003).The prediction errors of K-means clustering were lower than those of HOPACH in all sections(n=1:4 to 1:9;all P≤0.011),except for n=1:3(P=0.680).PLR outperformed K-means clustering only when n=1:8 and 1:9(both P≤0.020).CONCLUSION:K-means clustering can predict longterm VF test results more accurately in patients with POAG with limited VF data. 展开更多

Accurate time delay estimation of target echo signals is a critical component of underwater target localization.In active sonar systems,echo signal processing is vulnerable to the effects of reverberation and noise in the maritime environment.This paper proposes a novel method for estimating target time delay using multi-bright spot echoes,assuming the target’s size and depth are known.Aiming to effectively enhance the extraction of geometric features from the target echoes and mitigate the impact of reverberation and noise,the proposed approach employs the fractional order Fourier transform-frequency sliced wavelet transform to extract multi-bright spot echoes.Using the highlighting model theory and the target size information,an observation matrix is constructed to represent multi-angle incident signals and obtain the theoretical scattered echo signals from different angles.Aiming to accurately estimate the target’s time delay,waveform similarity coefficients and mean square error values between the theoretical return signals and received signals are computed across various incident angles and time delays.Simulation results show that,compared to the conventional matched filter,the proposed algorithm reduces the relative error by 65.9%-91.5%at a signal-to noise ratio of-25 dB,and by 66.7%-88.9%at a signal-to-reverberation ratio of−10 dB.This algorithm provides a new approach for the precise localization of submerged targets in shallow water environments. 展开更多

International investment constitutes a key dimension of high-quality cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.However,affected by unilateralism,protectionist measures,and growing regulatory uncertainty,it faces increasingly complex and diverse risks.Deepening the rule of law cooperation based on an international order governed by international law is not only a fundamental way to mitigate investment risks associated with the Belt and Road Initiative but also an essential requirement for building a more just and reasonable system of global economic governance.At present,investment rule of law cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative faces three main challenges:limited legal cooperation capacity among some participating countries at the subject level,insufficient coordination between hard law and soft law at the normative level,and relatively weak regional enforcement and dispute-prevention mechanisms at the implementation level.To advance regional investment rule of law cooperation and promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative,China should foster consultative governance on investment rule of law cooperation among partner countries,comprehensively upgrade hard law and soft law instruments regulating investment,and strengthen enforcement and dispute settlement capacity,thereby contributing a more just,reasonable,and inclusive model of investment governance to the world. 展开更多

Topological Corner States due to Boundary Defects

In conventional higher-order topological insulators(HOTIs),the emergence of topological states can be explained by using the nonzero bulk polarization index.However,corner states emerge in HOTIs with incomplete boundary unit cells(i.e.,boundary defects)even though the bulk polarization is zero,which challenges the conventional understanding of HOTIs.Here,based on a Kekul´e-distorted honeycomb lattice with incomplete unit cells,we reveal that incomplete unit cells exhibit fractional charges through the analysis of Wannier centers by developing a compensation method and creating the concept of Wannier center domain(WCD)which is the smallest region that one Wannier center occupies.This method compensates for the missing parts of these boundary incomplete unit cells with additional WCDs to make them complete.The compensated WCDs automatically carry the corresponding charge,and this charge together with that of the incomplete unit cell constitutes the total charge of the complete unit cell after compensation.We conclude that the emergence of corner states is attributed to the filling anomaly,which is a fundamental mechanism.Our results refresh the understanding of HOTIs,especially those with structural discontinuities,and provide a novel design for topological states which have application value in producing optical functional devices. 展开更多

为了客观评价地下空间开发地质适宜性并为评价工作提供一种新思路和参考,提出了一种基于三角模糊数的模糊层次分析法(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy numbers,FAHP)和优劣解距离法(technique for order pr... 为了客观评价地下空间开发地质适宜性并为评价工作提供一种新思路和参考,提出了一种基于三角模糊数的模糊层次分析法(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy numbers,FAHP)和优劣解距离法(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)相结合的评价方法。通过地质调查研究构建基于土体工程地质性质、水文地质条件、不良地质作用、地形地貌等影响因素为主的层次分析关系模型。基于专家判别利用FAHP计算各评价因素的权重,以各评价指标层的分级临界值作为典型评价样本,利用TOPSIS法对适宜性等级进行非等分划分,基于区间值优化的TOPSIS法建立最终评价模型,通过ArcGIS的空间分析功能等确定每个评价单元适宜性等级。该方法与传统方法相比一定程度上减少了评价过程中专家评判的过多主观影响,评价过程更倾向于定量化,结果更为客观。利用该方法对无锡市区浅层地下空间开发地质适宜性进行评价,评价结果与实际工程经验相符,证明了该方法的有效性,因此该方法对地下空间开发适宜性评价工作具有一定借鉴意义。 展开更多

Aqueous zinc-ion electrochromic(EC)technology,boasting the capability to fulfill both safety and cost-ef⁃fectiveness requirements,is garnering extensive attention in various application areas including smart windows,thermal management,displays,and camouflage.However,typical inorganic EC materials,such as tungsten oxides(WO_(3)),of⁃ten suffer from slow ion diffusion kinetics and limited optical contrast within the aqueous Zn^(2+)electrolyte because of the large size and strong Coulombic interactions of the Zn^(2+),which limits their wide applicability.Here,ordered WO_(3)nanowire films,constructed by a one-step grazing angle deposition method,is demonstrated to boost the response speed and optical contrast during EC phenomena.Compared with dense films,the ordered WO_(3)nanowire films with a porosity of 44.6%demonstrate anti-reflective property and excellent comprehensive EC performance,including fast response time(3.6 s and 1.2 s for coloring and bleaching,respectively),large optical contrast(66.6%at 700 nm)and high col⁃oration efficiency(64.3 cm^(2)·C^(-1)).A large-area prototype EC device(17 cm×12 cm)with fast color-switching is also successfully achieved.Mechanistic studies show that the improved performance is mainly due to the ordered porous nanowire structures,which provides direct electron transfer paths and sufficient interfacial contacts,thus simultaneously enhancing the electrochemical activity and fast redox kinetics.This study provides a simple and effective strategy to im⁃prove the performance of tungsten oxide-based aqueous zinc ion EC materials and devices. 展开更多

The synchrotron radiation beamline BL17B of the National Facility for Protein Science(NFPS)in Shanghai,situated at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF),was originally designed for diffraction experiments and accommodates techniques including single-crystal diffraction,powder diffraction,and grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering(GIWAXS)to enable the characterization of long-range ordered atomic structures.The academic community associated with BL17B engages in research domains encompassing biology,environment,energy,and materials,and a pronounced demand for characterizing short-range ordered structures exists.To address these requirements,BL17B established an advanced X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS)experimental platform that enabled it to address a wide range of systems,from crystalline to amorphous and from long-range order to short-range order.The XAFS platform allows simultaneous XAFS data acquisition for both the transmission and fluorescence modes within an energy range of 5-23 keV,encompassing the K-edges of titanium to ruthenium and the L3-edges of cesium to bismuth.The platform exemplifies high levels of automation achieved through automated sample assessment and data collection based on large-capacity sample wheels that facilitate remote sample loading.When integrated with a highly integrated control system that simplifies experimental preparation and data collection,the XAFS platform significantly bolsters experimental efficiency and enhances user experience.Notably,the platform boasts an impressively low extended X-ray absorption fine structure(EXAFS)detection limit of 0.04 wt%for dilute copper phthalocyanine(CuPc)samples and an even more remarkable X-ray absorption near edge structure(XANES)detection threshold of 0.01 wt%.These results demonstrate the methodology?s reliability in low-concentration sample analysis,confirming its capability to generate high-quality XAFS data. 展开更多

The effect of rotational-die equal channel angular pressing(RD-ECAP)temperature and deformation route on the microstructure and mechanical properties of pre-extruded Mg-5Gd-3Y-1Zn-0.5Zr(wt%)alloys were investigated.The results indicate that the RD-ECAP updates both theα-Mg texture and long-period stack-ing ordered(LPSO)arrangement in the pre-extruded alloy,while theα-Mg texture is more sensitive to the change of deformation route.The LPSO streamlines modify the anisotropy of mechanical properties of the ECAP alloys via exerting different reinforcing effects and modifying the crack propagation.The lower ECAP temperature of 350℃ rather than 400℃ promotes dynamic precipitation which deteriorates the following ageing-hardening response but conduces to refining theα-Mg grains and preventing a sharp drop in elongation after peak ageing.The 350A peak-aged alloy exhibits the optimal mechanical proper-ties with the average tensile yield strength(TYS)of 311 MPa(S_(TYS)=3.7,S indicates standard deviation)and elongation of 7.6%(S_(EL)=0.7).Its higher strength should mainly be attributed to the finer grain size,and its quasi-isotropic performance should be inherited from the ECAP state induced by the rational arrangement of LPSO phases. 展开更多

The stable nanobubbles adhered to mineral surfaces may facilitate their efficient separation via flotation in the mining industry.However,the state of nanobubbles on mineral solid surfaces is still elusive.In this study,molecular dynamics(MD)simulations are employed to examine mineral-like model surfaces with varying degrees of hydrophobicity,modulated by surface charges,to elucidate the adsorption behavior of nanobubbles at the interface.Our findings not only contribute to the fundamental understanding of nanobubbles but also have potential applications in the mining industry.We observed that as the surface charge increases,the contact angle of the nanobubbles increases accordingly with shape transformation from a pancake-like gas film to a cap-like shape,and ultimately forming a stable nanobubble upon an ordered water monolayer.When the solid–water interactions are weak with a small partial charge,the hydrophobic gas(N_(2))molecules accumulate near the solid surfaces.However,we have found,for the first time,that gas molecules assemble a nanobubble on the water monolayer adjacent to the solid surfaces with large partial charges.Such phenomena are attributed to the formation of a hydrophobic water monolayer with a hydrogen bond network structure near the surface. 展开更多
