The alloying behavior ofthe K, Rb, and Cs with the Na generates the Fermi surface distortion (FSD) of bce simple metals. The FS of Na-K,Na-Rb, and Na-Cs solid solution is a distorted sphere with the largest deviation along [110]. We have found that theimpact of local-field correction function on FSD is maximun at [100] point and minimum at [111] point. The exchangeand correlation effect is found to suppress the value of FE. 展开更多

In order to improve machining accuracy and efficiency, a software-controlled system of ultra-precision machining for axisymmetric aspheric mirror, using techniques of error compensation, remote transmission and modularization, is designed based on industrial PC, Windows 2000 work platform and Visual Basic 6.0. By experiments, this system realizes functions of ultra-precision machining, machining error compensation, remote data transmission and automatic data transformation among first machining, compensation machining and accuracy measurement. The actual application shows that error compensation improves machining accuracy, remote transmission improves machining efficiency while modularization avoids repeated work and improves design efficiency. Optical glass elements with the ellipsoidal surface are used in many critical aerospace instruments,such as satellites,telescope and cameras.Their optical performance is mainly affected by profile accuracy and surface quality.In this paper,a rectangular ellipsoid surface is precisely ground on a BK7 optical glass blank by grating scanning grinding path with a three-axis CNC precision surface grinder.A profile error compensation procedure for ellipsoidal grinding is proposed based on the error analysis about the primary error sources in the XY and YZ projection planes during the grinding process.The mathematical prediction models of the wheel arc profile error,the measurement and wear error of the grinding wheel radiuses are established.By applying the proposed error compensation procedure,the profile accuracy of the ellipsoidal surface was improved from 4 lm to 2 lm in the XY plane,and improved from 15 lm to 5 lm in the YZ plane. 展开更多

In this paper, the factors of affecting surface roughness and profiles accuracy of the machined larege depth diamter ratio aspheric surfaces in ultra-precision grinding process are analyzed theoretically. An ultra-precision aspheric grinding system is then designed and manufactured. Aerostatic form is adopted to build the spindle of the workpiece, transverse guideway, longitudinal guideway and the spindle of the grinder in this system. The following specification is achieved, such as the turning accuracy of the spindle of the workpiece is 0.05 μm, radial rigidity of the spindle is GE 220N/μm, axial rigidity is GE 160 N/μm, radial rigidity of the guideway is GE 200N/μm, the highest rotational speed of the grinder is 80 000 rev/min and its turning accuracy is 0.1 μm, the resolution of linear displacement of the transverse and longitudinal guideway is 4.9 nm. Adjusting range of this adjusting mechanism is 2 mm in the Y direction, the adjusting accuracy of the precise adjusting mechanism is 0.1 μm. Micro displacement measuring system of this ultra-precision aspheric grinding adopts two-backfeed strategy, and angle displacement back-feed is realized by photoelectric encoder, it’s resolution is 655 360 pulse/rev. after 4 frequency multiplication, it’s angle displacement resolution is achieved 2 621 440 pulse/rev. Straight-line displacement is monitored by single frequency laser interferometer (DLSTAX LTM-20B, made in Japan). This CNC system adopts inimitable bi-arc step length flex CN interpolation algorithm, it’s CN system resolution is 5 nm.So this aspheric grinding system ensures profile accuracy of the machined part. The resolution of this interferometer is 5 nm. Finally, lots of ultra-precision grinding experiments are carried out on this grinding system. Some optical aspheric parts, with profiles accuracy of 0.3 μm, surface roughness less than 0.01 μm, are obtained. 展开更多

This paper proposes an experimental approach for monitoring and inspection of the formation accuracy in ultra-precision grinding (UPG) with respect to the chatter vibration. Two factors related to the grinding progress, the grinding speed of grinding wheel and spindle, and the oil pressure of the hydrostatic bearing are taken into account to determining the accuracy. In the meantime, a mathematical model of the radius deviation caused by the micro vibration is also established and applied in the experiments. The results show that the accuracy is sensitive to the vibration and the forming accuracy is much improved with proper processing parameters. It is found that the accuracy of aspheric surface can be less than 4 μm when the grinding speed is 1400r/min and the wheel speed is 100 r/min with the oil pressure being 1.1 MPa. 展开更多

Based on the design theory of reflective zoom system with three mirrors, this paper presents the simulation, optimiza- tion, and image quality evaluation of the traditional off- axis three-mirror zoom system and freeform off-axis three- mirror reflective zoom system.. In these systems, the optical design was aided by software CODEV. Through the analysis of aberrations and structural performance for the traditional aspherical off-axis three-mirror system, the freeform surface was introduced to the tertiary mirror to improve the balance capacity for optical aberrations. 为了设计出具有更大视场、更高成像质量且结构轻巧的头戴显示器以满足高端场合的需求,采用拼接非球面和折叠光路系统设计了两片式头戴显示器。该光学系统使用两片透镜,包含一个拼接非球面、一个平面和两个球面,4个表面分别镀半透半反膜... 为了设计出具有更大视场、更高成像质量且结构轻巧的头戴显示器以满足高端场合的需求,采用拼接非球面和折叠光路系统设计了两片式头戴显示器。该光学系统使用两片透镜,包含一个拼接非球面、一个平面和两个球面,4个表面分别镀半透半反膜、相位延迟膜、偏振反射膜以及减反膜。先通过像差理论计算出初始结构,然后引入拼接非球面以进一步提高边缘视场的成像质量,并对设计结果进行了公差分析。结果表明,软件仿真后光学系统的全视场角达到100°,边缘视场在奈奎斯特频率处调制传递函数大于0.3,出瞳直径为8 mm,出瞳距离为14 mm,从眼瞳到像源,系统总长不超过30 mm,两片透镜的总质量仅为21.0 g。采用拼接非球面和折叠光路能明显提升头戴显示器的性能,可为大视场高成像质量头带显示器的研究提供参考。 展开更多

随着光电成像技术在无人机系统和目标识别领域的深入发展,轻薄紧凑的光学系统已成为研究热点。针对无人机系统对小型化高清红外探测系统的迫切需求,本文分析了环形折反式结构的景深理论,并在此基础上设计了一款应用于中红外波段,面向中... 随着光电成像技术在无人机系统和目标识别领域的深入发展,轻薄紧凑的光学系统已成为研究热点。针对无人机系统对小型化高清红外探测系统的迫切需求,本文分析了环形折反式结构的景深理论,并在此基础上设计了一款应用于中红外波段,面向中远距离探测,超焦距对焦的轻薄型折反式镜头。为了实现单片式小型化的结构,镜头采用硒化锌材料和高次非球面设计,有效矫正了像差,极大减小了系统长度和体积,可以在不变焦的情况下实现大范围、快速成像。结果表明,该镜头外口径为50.00 mm,有效焦距为43.08 mm,最大厚度仅为23.70 mm,在195.12 m至无限远的景深范围内具有良好的成像质量,实现了中波红外探测系统的小型化设计。该中波红外折反式镜头具有结构紧凑、抗振动、探测范围广、分辨率高等优点,有效解决了传统红外定焦系统探测范围小、结构复杂的问题,可以满足新一代轻薄红外探测系统的需求。 展开更多

建立了基于三坐标测量机(CMM)的接触式非球面透镜面形检测系统,对光轴方向与顶点确定、测球误差的模型建立与补偿等进行研究。采用微纳米CMM搭配三维谐振测头实现对非球面透镜的面形检测,为解决检测过程中光轴方向与顶点位置难以准确确... 建立了基于三坐标测量机(CMM)的接触式非球面透镜面形检测系统,对光轴方向与顶点确定、测球误差的模型建立与补偿等进行研究。采用微纳米CMM搭配三维谐振测头实现对非球面透镜的面形检测,为解决检测过程中光轴方向与顶点位置难以准确确定的问题,采用LM算法对光轴方向与顶点位置进行校正;其次,针对接触式检测中的测球球径的影响问题,建立误差修正模型以补偿检测过程中的测球误差。并通过实际检测公称面形误差δ_(RMS)为250 nm的非球面透镜面形来验证所提方法的有效性。实验结果表明:经过光轴方向与顶点校正并补偿测球误差后,非球面透镜面形误差3次重复测量的结果分别为186 nm、184 nm、178 nm,重复性和一致性较好。克服了传统接触式测量方法中光轴方向与顶点难以确定和测球误差影响的问题,有效提高了非球面透镜面形测量的精度。 展开更多

离轴非球面反射镜是高性能空间光学系统的核心部件,用于研制大视场、长焦距空间遥感相机。为了解决离轴非球面反射镜的高精度面形检测,保障空间遥感相机的成像效果,基于计算全息光学元件建立了一种离轴非球面反射镜的高精度面形检测方... 离轴非球面反射镜是高性能空间光学系统的核心部件,用于研制大视场、长焦距空间遥感相机。为了解决离轴非球面反射镜的高精度面形检测,保障空间遥感相机的成像效果,基于计算全息光学元件建立了一种离轴非球面反射镜的高精度面形检测方法。该方法通过设计基准光斑确定待测镜面的空间位置,通过像差调节可以高精度实现对于待测镜面的干涉检测,利用载频有效分离干扰衍射级次,从而实现对于待测镜面的高精度测量。为了验证所述方法的设计检测精度与有效性,完成对于目标离轴非球面反射镜的干涉检测补偿设计。设计结果表明,利用所述方法可以有效地实现对于离轴非球面反射镜的干涉测量,镜面全口径设计结果残差为0 nm RMS,验证了该方法的设计可靠性与实用性。 展开更多

基于Zernike多项式的线结构光整形透镜设计

针对目前的线结构光功率低、不易实现远距离检测的问题,设计一种由非球面、自由曲面组成的双锥Zernike透镜。对5 W的激光光源进行光束整形获取线结构光。通过极值光程定律与非球面标准方程确定快轴准直面初始面型参数。根据慢轴发散角... 针对目前的线结构光功率低、不易实现远距离检测的问题,设计一种由非球面、自由曲面组成的双锥Zernike透镜。对5 W的激光光源进行光束整形获取线结构光。通过极值光程定律与非球面标准方程确定快轴准直面初始面型参数。根据慢轴发散角、目标面的映射关系,并结合斯涅尔定律推导出自由曲线方程,获得慢轴扩束面的初始结构,进而得到整形透镜初始参数。利用光学软件对其进行仿真,结果表明:光源快轴方向的发散角从49°压缩到0.942 mrad;慢轴方向平顶部分视场角为43.6°、光能利用率为86.4%、光能均匀度为96.9%。在投射距离2000 mm处得到1.9 mm×1600 mm的均匀线结构光,其光能为4.3 W,较现有线结构光(光能为5~400 mW)投射距离增加了3.3~29.4倍,为实现远距离检测提供了一种有效方法。 展开更多

超精密非球面两轴控制单点金刚石车削与补偿技术(特邀)

单点金刚石车削技术是加工光学球面/非球面的高端现代化超精密加工技术之一,工件面形精度直接影响其光学性能。为了解决单点金刚石车削工艺中传统z向补偿不准确以及刀尖圆弧半径过切的问题,针对x-z两轴联动控制的单点金刚石车削加工方式... 单点金刚石车削技术是加工光学球面/非球面的高端现代化超精密加工技术之一,工件面形精度直接影响其光学性能。为了解决单点金刚石车削工艺中传统z向补偿不准确以及刀尖圆弧半径过切的问题,针对x-z两轴联动控制的单点金刚石车削加工方式,提出了一种基于法向残余误差建模与刀尖半径偏置轨迹补偿相结合的高精度补偿方法。该方法通过分析刀具对心误差、刀具半径对加工后非球面面形精度的影响以及工件的法向残余误差,在补偿过程中对刀具接触点位置进行法向偏置调整,从而实现更加贴合实际非球面轮廓的加工轨迹重构,并有效避免z向补偿偏差与刀尖圆弧半径过切问题。在实验验证中,利用超精密车床对加工口径为18.8 mm的凹/凸镀镍非球面模具分别进行加工与误差补偿实验。结果显示,经过首次对心误差补正后,凹形与凸形工件的面形精度提升至PV 178.9 nm与PV 138.9 nm;进一步施加法向误差综合补偿后,面形精度显著提升至PV 62.6 n m与PV 52.9 nm,凸形工件表面粗糙度由Ra 3.514 n m改善至Ra 1.548 nm。实验结果表明,在两轴控制单点金刚石车削方式下,该方法可进一步提升工件面形精度及表面质量,验证了其在实际加工中的有效性和通用性,具有良好的工程适应性与推广前景。 展开更多

为了满足单兵装备目视需求,优化设计了两种不同结构的大出瞳直径目镜,该目镜适配2.1 in LCD。两种形式的目镜系统参数相同,在出瞳直径为68 mm的前提下实现了27 mm出瞳距,2.1 in LCD观测,焦距为75 mm,视场为29.5°。首先设计一个由... 为了满足单兵装备目视需求,优化设计了两种不同结构的大出瞳直径目镜,该目镜适配2.1 in LCD。两种形式的目镜系统参数相同,在出瞳直径为68 mm的前提下实现了27 mm出瞳距,2.1 in LCD观测,焦距为75 mm,视场为29.5°。首先设计一个由折射球面构成的折射式目镜系统,共由9片透镜组成。其次改变其中两种透镜结构形式,再将其中一个球面设置为非球面,优化透镜材料,从而得到一个含非球面的折射式目镜。结果表明:在20 lp/mm频率处,含非球面折射目镜所有视场大于0.2,其中中心视场MTF达到0.67;对比第一种纯球面折射式目镜系统,其长度减少9.7%,畸变由有-2.95%下降到-0.616%,公差分配后MTF值高,成像质量更好。所设计的含非球面形式的目镜系统具有较好的校正高级球差,降低了靶面过大易出现图像变形的风险,同时系统的公差不敏感,降低了工程化风险;光机结构相比于纯球面结构长度短、重量轻,具有良好的应用前景,尤其适用于单兵观测。 展开更多

全息光波导具有体积小、显示效果好、制造成本低等显著优点,是目前增强现实(Augmented Reality,AR)系统中最理想的光学方案之一。随着AR技术的快速发展,如何在体积、显示效果和成本之间取得平衡成为关键挑战。文章基于ZEMAX光学仿真软件... 全息光波导具有体积小、显示效果好、制造成本低等显著优点,是目前增强现实(Augmented Reality,AR)系统中最理想的光学方案之一。随着AR技术的快速发展,如何在体积、显示效果和成本之间取得平衡成为关键挑战。文章基于ZEMAX光学仿真软件,系统地建立了一个用于增强现实的全息光波导光学系统模型。通过对光线在波导中的传播过程进行详细模拟与分析,结合仿真结果对系统的像质进行评估,并针对性地优化了关键结构参数。最终,研究成功设计并验证了一款具有优异性能的AR全息光波导,其入瞳直径为4.0 mm,视场角达16°,且波导厚度小于6 mm。该成果不仅为AR设备的轻量化和高性能化提供了重要参考,也为后续全息光波导的进一步优化与实际应用奠定了基础。 展开更多
