目的 观察对结直肠癌患者给予经自然腔道标本移除(NOSES)术的临床效果及对其胃肠功能的影响。方法 选取2021年11月至2022年11月期间本院结直肠外科收治结直肠癌患者112例纳入基础研究,根据患者就诊顺序将其分成对照组和观察组各56例。... 目的 观察对结直肠癌患者给予经自然腔道标本移除(NOSES)术的临床效果及对其胃肠功能的影响。方法 选取2021年11月至2022年11月期间本院结直肠外科收治结直肠癌患者112例纳入基础研究,根据患者就诊顺序将其分成对照组和观察组各56例。其中对照组以传统开腹直肠癌术作为治疗方案,观察组以NOSES术作为治疗方案。比较两组临床效果、不同阶段应激反应、机体炎症、胃肠功能、肛门功能及生活质量的影响。结果 观察组治疗有效率94.64%显著高于对照组的82.14%(P<0.05)。两组术前MDA、SOD、ROS数值无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后3d MDA、ROS均低于对照组,SOD高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前CRP、IL-6、TNF-α数值无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后3d CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前胃泌素、胃动素数值无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后3d胃泌素、胃动素均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前Saito功能问卷评分无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后3个月Saito功能问卷各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前国际生命质量评分无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组术后3个月国际生命质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对结直肠癌患者给予NOSES术效果切实,其对患者术后应激反应及机体炎症影响较低,有助于胃肠功能及肛门功能的恢复,该术式可作为结直肠癌疾病的有效治疗方案,值得推广。 展开更多

Swing nose crossings(SNXs)have been widely used in heavy haul railways to create a smoother load transfer and hence reduced impact load.However,the current design of SNXs hasn’t been fully examined under heavy haul operating conditions.Additionally,maintenance guidelines for SNX wear-related issues in Australian heavy haul railways are relatively lacking.As such,this study aims to investigate the dynamic response of the wheel-rail contact and analyse the wear performance of an SNX currently used in Australian heavy haul railways.Dynamic implicit-explicit finite element analysis was conducted to simulate the wheel-rail contact along the SNX.The distribution of the wear intensity over the SNX was identified by using a local contact-based wear model.The influence of various scenarios on wear was also explored.The results verify the improved dynamic performance of the SNX,as the increased contact force after load transfer remains below 1.2 times the static load.The findings also indicate that the decrease in relative height and increase in nose rail inclination result in greater wear on the nose rail.Notably,the SNX considered in the current study exhibits better wear performance when used with moderately worn wheels. 展开更多

双荷包吻合法在腹腔镜直肠癌NOSES手术中的应用

比较双荷包吻合法与单荷包吻合方法腹腔镜直肠癌NOSES手术的临床疗效及预后的差异。方法 回顾性分析在浙江金华广福肿瘤医院进行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的36名患者。患者被分为两组:双荷包吻合法腹腔镜直肠癌NOSES手术组(双荷包组,15例),单... 比较双荷包吻合法与单荷包吻合方法腹腔镜直肠癌NOSES手术的临床疗效及预后的差异。方法 回顾性分析在浙江金华广福肿瘤医院进行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的36名患者。患者被分为两组:双荷包吻合法腹腔镜直肠癌NOSES手术组(双荷包组,15例),单荷包吻合法腹腔镜直肠癌NOSES手术组(单荷包组,21例)。评估两组患者的基线特征、围手术期指标、手术并发症、术后恢复情况、住院费用以及预后之间的差异。结果 两组患者的性别具有显著性差异(P=0.028)。围手术期指标方面,与单荷包组相比,双荷包组吻合重建时间(55.20minvs.39.52min,P=0.006)显著增加,但术中出血量(30mlvs.100ml,P=0.006)和淋巴结清扫数量(13.14枚vs.18.57枚,P=0.049)明显降低。两组患者的手术并发症和术后恢复情况均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但是与单荷包组相比,双荷包组的住院总天数(18.40天vs.20.67天)和住院费用(43,127.26元vs.46,855.49元)分别下降了10.98%、7.96%。结果 显示,两组患者的复发率(6.7%vs.0)和总生存期(23.78个月vs.20.87个月)均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 在DRGs付费制度下,腹腔镜直肠癌NOSES手术使用双荷包吻合法是安全可行的,还可以减轻患者经济负担,促进医疗资源再分配,节省国家医保基金。 展开更多

该研究利用顶空固相微萃取技术结合气相色谱-质谱联用(Headspace Solid-phase Microextraction-gas Ghromatography-mass Spectrometry,HS-SPME-GC-MS)和电子鼻(Electronic nose,E-nose)对未贮藏正常新鲜毛椰子果椰肉和三种不同温湿度(2... 该研究利用顶空固相微萃取技术结合气相色谱-质谱联用(Headspace Solid-phase Microextraction-gas Ghromatography-mass Spectrometry,HS-SPME-GC-MS)和电子鼻(Electronic nose,E-nose)对未贮藏正常新鲜毛椰子果椰肉和三种不同温湿度(25℃/70%、35℃/80%和45℃/90%)贮藏条件下的变质毛椰子果椰肉中挥发性物质进行测定,并借助主成分分析(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)和正交偏最小二乘判别分析(Orthogonal Partial Least Squares-Discriminant Analysis,OPLS-DA)进行差异和特征挥发性物质分析。结果显示,利用HS-SPMEGC-MS分析变质后椰肉的挥发性物质种类和含量都有所增加(种类从30种分别增加到45、40和39种,总含量从50.51分别增加到53.32、50.21和90.16μg/g),而酯类物质含量却降低(从15.30μg/g分别降到7.71、7.94和13.92μg/g)。PCA和OPLS-DA均能将四种椰肉进行有效区分,并分别筛选出5、9、6和9种特征挥发性物质。E-nose结果表明变质果椰肉在W2W(对芳香成分和有机硫化物敏感)的响应值(13.19、5.16和5.39)显著高于FCM(4.80)。通过利用E-nose对芳香成分和有机硫化物的分析有望进行变质毛椰子果椰肉的筛选。该研究为探索变质毛椰子果快速筛选的方法提供了一定的理论基础,对提高后续产品品质有重要的指导意义。 展开更多

为开发新型高品质的蜂蜜茶酒,利用酿酒酵母和非酿酒酵母混菌发酵制备蜂蜜茶酒,采用电子鼻技术结合顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(Headspace Solid-Phase Micro Extraction and Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry,HS-SPME-GC-MS),并... 为开发新型高品质的蜂蜜茶酒,利用酿酒酵母和非酿酒酵母混菌发酵制备蜂蜜茶酒,采用电子鼻技术结合顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(Headspace Solid-Phase Micro Extraction and Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry,HS-SPME-GC-MS),并对发酵蜂蜜茶酒的基本理化、有机酸和多酚含量进行检测,以酿酒酵母单菌发酵(SF)和非酿酒酵母单菌发酵(HF)产品作为对比分析,综合评价混菌发酵(MF)对蜂蜜茶酒品质和风味的影响。结果表明:相较于SF和HF,MF提高了蜂蜜茶酒总酚和总黄酮含量。发酵后样品的有机酸含量上升,多酚含量下降。HF电子鼻传感器响应值低,且MF大部分传感器响应值大于SF。HS-SPME-GC-MS共鉴定出75种香气成分,混菌发酵使蜂蜜茶酒中的挥发性化合物种类和含量显著增加(P<0.05)。PLS-DA分析共筛选出10种差异化合物(VIP>1),其中有6种为酯类风味物质。OAV>1的关键香气成分共有12种,相较于HF和SF,对MF香气贡献率较高的为具有花香的苯乙醇、蜂蜜甜香的乙酸苯乙酯、水果香气的甲酸戊酯和醋酸正丙酯等。综上,混菌发酵蜂蜜茶酒相较于单菌发酵更具优势,总体风味更丰富浓郁。本文为非酿酒酵母在酒类中的应用及茶叶副产物深加工利用提供了理论依据。 展开更多

Electronic nose(eNose) is a modern bioelectronic sensor for monitoring biological processes that convert CO_(2) into valueadded products, such as products formed during photosynthesis and microbial fermentation. eNose technology uses an array of sensors to detect and quantify gases, including CO_(2), in the air. This study briefly introduces the concept of eNose technology and potential applications thereof in monitoring CO_(2) conversion processes. It also provides background information on biological CO_(2) conversion processes. Furthermore, the working principles of eNose technology vis-à-vis gas detection are discussed along with its advantages and limitations versus traditional monitoring methods. This study also provides case studies that have used this technology for monitoring biological CO_(2) conversion processes. eNose-predicted measurements were observed to be completely aligned with biological parameters for R~2 values of 0.864, 0.808, 0.802, and 0.948. We test eNose technology in a variety of biological settings, such as algae farms or bioreactors, to determine its effectiveness in monitoring CO_(2) conversion processes. We also explore the potential benefits of employing this technology vis-à-vis monitoring biological CO_(2) conversion processes, such as increased reaction efficiency and reduced costs versus traditional monitoring methods. Moreover, future directions and challenges of using this technology in CO_(2) capture and conversion have been discussed. Overall, we believe this study would contribute to developing new and innovative methods for monitoring biological CO_(2) conversion processes and mitigating climate change. 展开更多

The sensory perception of food is a dynamic process,which is closely related to the release of flavor substances during oral processing.It’s not only affected by the food material,but also subjected to the individual oral environment.To explore the oral processing characteristics of soft-boiled chicken,the sensory properties,texture,particle size,viscosity,characteristic values of electronic nose and tongue of different chicken samples were investigated.The correlation analysis showed that the physical characteristics especially the cohesiveness,springiness,resilience of the sample determined oral processing behavior.The addition of chicken skin played a role in lubrication during oral processing.The particle size of the bolus was heightened at the early stage,and the fluidity was enhanced in the end,which reduced the chewing time to the swallowing point and raised the aromatic compounds signal of electronic nose.But the effect of chicken skin on chicken thigh with relatively high fat content,was opposite in electronic nose,which had a certain masking effect on the perception of umami and sweet taste.In conclusion,fat played a critical role in chicken oral processing and chicken thigh had obvious advantages in comprehensive evaluation of soft-boiled chicken,which was more popular among people. 展开更多

The majority of the projectiles used in the hypersonic penetration study are solid flat-nosed cylindrical projectiles with a diameter of less than 20 mm.This study aims to fill the gap in the experimental and analytical study of the evolution of the nose shape of larger hollow projectiles under hypersonic penetration.In the hypersonic penetration test,eight ogive-nose AerMet100 steel projectiles with a diameter of 40 mm were launched to hit concrete targets with impact velocities that ranged from 1351 to 1877 m/s.Severe erosion of the projectiles was observed during high-speed penetration of heterogeneous targets,and apparent localized mushrooming occurred in the front nose of recovered projectiles.By examining the damage to projectiles,a linear relationship was found between the relative length reduction rate and the initial kinetic energy of projectiles in different penetration tests.Furthermore,microscopic analysis revealed the forming mechanism of the localized mushrooming phenomenon for eroding penetration,i.e.,material spall erosion abrasion mechanism,material flow and redistribution abrasion mechanism and localized radial upsetting deformation mechanism.Finally,a model of highspeed penetration that included erosion was established on the basis of a model of the evolution of the projectile nose that considers radial upsetting;the model was validated by test data from the literature and the present study.Depending upon the impact velocity,v0,the projectile nose may behave as undistorted,radially distorted or hemispherical.Due to the effects of abrasion of the projectile and enhancement of radial upsetting on the duration and amplitude of the secondary rising segment in the pulse shape of projectile deceleration,the predicted DOP had an upper limit. 展开更多

The high-speed penetration of concrete targets by kinetic energy projectiles results in apparent mass loss,which blunts the nose of the projectile and decrease its penetration performance.The friction work between the projectile and the concrete target,the plastic deformation of the projectile,and the cutting of aggregates to the projectile significantly affect the mass loss of the projectile.To address these effects,a discrete iterative model is developed for the mass loss and nose shape evolution of the projectile by coupling three mechanisms based on the effect of temperature on strength.In the model,both friction work and plastic work increase the temperature of the projectile's surface layer,thereby weakening the strength of this part and rendering it easier for mass loss to occur due to aggregate cutting.The model discretizes the projectile and penetration process with respect to the space and time dimensions,respectively.The mass loss and nose shape evolution of the projectile are obtained by iteratively calculating a point-by-point regression.The predicted depth of penetration(DOP),mass loss,and residual projectile profile are compared with experimental data to validate the model.The comparison shows satisfactory agreement between the calculated results and experimental data.Additionally,the deceleration,velocity,DOP,and mass loss during penetration are analyzed with respect to time.Finally,based on the model,the effects of projectile strength,caliber-radius-head(CRH),and concrete target strength on penetration are discussed. 展开更多

In this work,the flow surrounding the train was obtained using a detached eddy simulation(DES)for slipstream analysis.Two different streamlined nose lengths were investigated:a short nose(4 m)and a long nose(9 m).The time-average slipstream velocity and the time-average slipstream pressure along the car bodies were compared and explained in detail.In addition to the time-averaged values,the _(max)imum velocities and the pressure peak-to-peak values around the two trains were analyzed.The result showed that the nose length affected the slipstream velocity along the entire train length at the lower and upper regions of the side of the train.However,no significant effect was recognized at the middle height of the train along its length,except in the nose region.Moreover,within the train’s side regions(y=2.0-2.5 m and z=2-4 m)and(y=2.5-3.5 m and z=0.2-0.7 m),the ratio of slipstream velocity U_(max) between the short and long nose trains was notably higher.This occurrence also manifested at the train’s upper section,specifically where y=0-2.5 m and z=4.2-5.0 m.Similarly,regarding the ratio of _(max)imum pressure peak-to-peak values Cp-p_(max),significant regions were observed at the train’s side(y=1.8-2.6 m and z=1-4 m)and above the train(y=0-2 m and z=3.9-4.8 m). 展开更多

The streamlined nose length(SNL)plays a crucial role in determining the aerodynamic performance of high-speed trains.An appropriate SNL can not only effectively reduce the magnitude of aerodynamic drag and lift forces,but also improve the performance of the high-speed train in tunnel passing and crosswind circumstances.In this study,a numerical simulation of the aerodynamic performance of high-speed trains at a speed of 400 km/h,with varying SNLs,is conducted using the k-ωshear stress transport(SST)turbulence model.The different SNLs include 6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0,9.8,12.0,15.0,and 18.0 m.In order to validate the accuracy of the numerical simulation,its results are compared with wind tunnel test data obtained from the literature.Numerical simulation is carried out using compressible and incompressible gases to determine the effect of gas compressibility on results.The impact of SNL on the aerodynamic performance of the trains is analyzed in terms of aerodynamic forces,velocity,and pressure distributions.In comparison to the original train,the train with a 6.0 m SNL experienced a 10.8%increase in overall aerodynamic resistance.Additionally,the lift forces on the head and tail cars increased by 35.7%and 75.5%,respectively.On the other hand,the train with an 18.0 m SNL exhibited a 16.5%decrease in aerodynamic drag.Furthermore,the lift forces on the head and tail cars decreased by 21.9%and 49.7%,respectively.The aerodynamic drag force of the entire train varies linearly with the SNL,while the aerodynamic lift of the tail car follows a quadratic function in relation to the SNL. 展开更多

A wide number of natural molecules demonstrated neuroprotective effects on synaptic plasticity defects induced by amyloid-β(Aβ)in ex vivo and in vivo Alzheimer's disease(AD)models,suggesting a possible use in the treatment of this neurodegenerative disorder.However,several compounds,administered parenterally and orally,are unable to reach the brain due to the presence of the blood-brain barrier(BBB)which prevents the passage of external substances,such as proteins,peptides,or phytocompounds,representing a limit to the development of treatment for neurodegenerative diseases,such as AD.The combination of nano vesicular systems,as colloidal systems,and nose to brain(NtB)delivery depicts a new nanotechnological strategy to overtake this limit and to develop new treatment approaches for brain diseases,including the use of natural molecules in combination therapy for AD.Herein,we will provide an updated overview,examining the literature of the last 20 years and using specific keywords that provide evidence on natural products with the ability to restore synaptic plasticity alterations in AD models,and the possible application using safe and non-invasive strategies focusing on nano vesicular systems for NtB delivery. 展开更多

Taking a light aircraft as the research object, the torsional freedom of landing gear around strut axis and lateral deformation of tire are considered. Since the landing gear shimmy is a nonlinear system, a nonlinear mechanical model of the front landing gear shimmy is established. Sobol index method is proposed to analyze the influence of structural parameters on the stability region of the nose landing gear, and Routh-Huritz criterion is used to verify the reliability of the analysis results of Sobol index method. We analyse the effect of torsional stiffness of strut, caster length, rated initial tire inflation pressure, rake angle, and vertical force on the stability region of theront landing gear. And the research shows that the optimization of the torsional stiffness of the strut and the caster length of the nose landing gear should be emphasized, and the influence of vertical force on the stability region of the nose landing gear should be paid attention to. 展开更多
