The influences of rotation excitation （j = 0 -3） on stereodynamics are discussed. It is also an inevitable choice to cope with the changes of major contradictions in China’s society in the new era. Guizhou Province has natural advantages in realizing green agricultural development due to its natural resources endowment. It has made some progress in increasing supply of green agricultural products, reducing agricultural non-point source pollution and constructing modern industrial demonstration parks. However, at the time that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered into a new era, Guizhou’s green agricultural development still faces difficulties such as insufficient elements of green agricultural development, nonstandard standards of green agricultural production, and insufficient brand building of green agricultural products.
