文摘In view of the increasing number of postgraduates,the quality of postgraduates also presents the situation of multi-level differentiation.In this paper,combined with the requirements of new engineering construction for personnel training,the collaborative innovation training mode of postgraduates under the background of new engineering is explored.Those include:breaking through the single training of teacherpupil inheritance and establishing a team cooperative training mechanism;Breaking through the limit of a single discipline and realizing the cooperative training mechanism of engineering postgraduates across disciplines and schools;Breaking through the closed training in colleges and universities,realizing the cooperative training in the industry,and building a cooperative training mechanism for postgraduates that involves production,study and research;and building an international science and technology cooperation platform and cultivating the cooperative innovation ability of postgraduates.

According to the major scientific and technological changes in Chinas modern economic society and the needs of new industries, it is obviously crucial to further improve the quality of personnel training. The 19th National Congress put forward that development and innovation are the first force to promote development and an important strategic basis for building a modern socialist market economy. Therefore, under this brand-new environment, the construction of new engineering has taken the limited thinking adapted to the social development, shouldered the responsibility of benefiting the world and reshaping the future, and formed the revolutionary ability to promote the economic and social development. Therefore, this paper will attempt to achieve this overall goal of engineering education by exploring the collaborative education management model among regional colleges under the background of new engineering construction.
