A new coarse-grained differentiated least interference routing algorithm(CDLI) with DiffServ-Aware was presented.This algorithm is composed of off-line and on-line stages,taking into account both real-time traffic and best-effort traffic.Off-line stage is to determine the shortest path set disjointed path(DP) database for real-time traffic,and to identify link critical value by traffic profile information of real-time traffic and DP database.On-line stage is at first to select route in the DP database for real-time traffic,if there is no path to meet the needs,the dynamic routing will be operated.On-line routing algorithm chooses the relatively short path for real-time traffic to meet their bandwidth requirements,and for best-effort traffic it chooses a lighter load path.The simulation results show that compared with the dynamic online routing algorithm(DORA) and constrained shortest path first(CSPF) algorithm,the new algorithm can significantly improve network throughput and reduce the average path length of real-time traffic.This guarantees quality of service(QoS) of real-time traffic while improving the utilization of network resources. 展开更多

This paper evaluates the performance of Internet Protocol Security (IPSec) based Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) virtual private network (VPN) in a small to medium sized organization. The demand for security in data networks has been increasing owing to the high cyber attacks and potential risks associated with networks spread over distant geographical locations. The MPLS networks ride on the public network backbone that is porous and highly susceptible to attacks and so the need for reliable security mechanisms to be part of the deployment plan. The evaluation criteria concentrated on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Video conferencing with keen interest in jitter, end to end delivery and general data flow. This study used both structured questionnaire and observation methods. The structured questionnaire was administered to a group of 70 VPN users in a company. This provided the study with precise responses. The observation method was used in data simulations using OPNET Version 14.5 Simulation software. The results show that the IPSec features increase the size of data packets by approximately 9.98% translating into approximately 90.02% effectiveness. The tests showed that the performance metrics are all well within the recommended standards. The IPSec Based MPLS Virtual private network is more stable and secure than one without IPSec. 展开更多

Using the optimal dispersion compensation scheme, after transmitted over 160 km and 320 km SMF respectively, the label can be recovered without power penalty, while the payload can be recovered with less than 2 dB and 5 dB penalty, respectively. 展开更多

Multi-Protocol Lable Switching (MPLS) is a new WAN technology which is currently being standardized by IETF. This paper analysise the architecture of MPLS and describe the mechanism of label switching protocol. In addition, this study analyses the encapsulation of data packet at the Label Switching Routers which is on the boundary of MPLS network. In this assay, a label-free fluorescent sensing platform based on triple-helix molecular switch(THMS) and G-quadruplex was developed for the detection of tetracycline. We demonstrated this approach by using THMS, which consists of a central section with a shortened 8-mer aptamer sequence with high affinity to tetracycline and flanked by two arm segments. G-rich oligonucleotide can specifically bind to thioflavin T(Th T) as a signal transduction probe(STP). In the absence of tetracycline, THMS remains stable, the fluorescence of background is low. By the addition of target tetracycline, the aptamer-target binding results in the formation of a structured aptamer-target complex, which disassembles the THMS and releases the STP. The free STP self-assembles into G-quadruplex and specifically binds to Th T which generates a obvious fluorescence enhancement. Using the triple-helix molecular switch, the developed aptamer-based fluorescent sensing platform showed a linear relationship with the concentration of tetracycline ranging from 0.2 to 20.0 nmol/L. The detection limit of tetracycline was determined to be970.0 pmol/L. The assay avoids complicated modifications or chemical labeling, making it simple and cost-effective. So, it is expected that this aptamer-based fluorescent assay could be extensively applied in the field of food safety inspection. 展开更多

针对目前医学图像分割领域存在的分割精度不高和数据获取成本高、难度大的问题,提出了交换标签部分和交叉监督的半监督医学图像分割算法。交换标签部分算法定位两张图片的标签部分并进行交换,解决数据分布不匹配和经验分布差距问题。将T... 针对目前医学图像分割领域存在的分割精度不高和数据获取成本高、难度大的问题,提出了交换标签部分和交叉监督的半监督医学图像分割算法。交换标签部分算法定位两张图片的标签部分并进行交换,解决数据分布不匹配和经验分布差距问题。将Transformer网络应用在Mean Teachers架构,用于与CNN进行交叉监督,辅助CNN提高伪标签的生成质量。添加在预训练和自训练中加入交换标签后图像的训练策略,扩充训练数据集,使模型能学习到更多特征。在ACDC数据集10%有标签实验中Dice系数达到90.67%,较基准模型提升了2.26个百分点,在ACDC数据集5%有标签实验和PROMISE12数据集20%有标签实验中Dice系数分别达到88.69%和84.34%。与其他方法相比,多个实验各项指标均达到最优,实验结果证明了提出方法的有效性和可靠性。 展开更多

基于跨域MPLS的虚拟私有网络优化研究

现有3种基于多协议标签交换(multi-protocol label switching,MPLS)的跨域虚拟私有网络(virtual private network,VPN)方案都存在着设备负载过重、可扩展性不强,以及维护成本较高等问题。为此,提出了基于负载分担的跨域VPN优化方案,优... 现有3种基于多协议标签交换(multi-protocol label switching,MPLS)的跨域虚拟私有网络(virtual private network,VPN)方案都存在着设备负载过重、可扩展性不强,以及维护成本较高等问题。为此,提出了基于负载分担的跨域VPN优化方案,优化了网络拓扑结构,设计了输入路由重分发算法(input route redistribution algorithm,IRRA)、输出标签交换算法(output label switching algorithm,OLSA)和路由标记检测算法(route target detecting algorithm,RTDA)。仿真结果表明,优化方案在减轻边界设备性能负载方面效果显著。当需要跨域的VPN实例达到300时,边缘设备的资源利用率较现有跨域方案分别降低了29%,53%,4%;服务商边缘路由器(provider edge router,PE)设备不断增加时,路由连接数较现有跨域方案显著减少,降低网络维护成本,增强网络可扩展性,是实现跨域VPN优化的有效方案。 展开更多

传统基于多协议标签交换的虚拟私有网络(multi-protocol label switching virtual private network,MPLS VPN)架构存在组网扁平化的问题,与企业层级化网络模型的设计思想相冲突。通过分析上述问题产生的根源,提出了基于分层服务商边缘... 传统基于多协议标签交换的虚拟私有网络(multi-protocol label switching virtual private network,MPLS VPN)架构存在组网扁平化的问题,与企业层级化网络模型的设计思想相冲突。通过分析上述问题产生的根源,提出了基于分层服务商边缘路由器(provider edge router,PE)技术的MPLS VPN网络优化方案,即将PE设备根据网络的分层结构划分为多个层级,由上层PE(superstratum PE,SPE)和下层PE(underlayer PE,UPE)共同完成原有PE的功能,并建立多目标模型对传统最短路径优先算法进行优化。仿真结果表明,该方案使得传统MPLS VPN网络架构与企业层级化网络模型相吻合,增强了MPLS VPN网络可扩展性。与传统方案相比,接入层PE设备资源利用率降低了11.8%、VPN延迟降低了77%、文件传输(file transfer protocol,FTP)业务响应时间降低了55%,为企业VPN的建设提供了合理有效的优化方案。 展开更多

Multi-protocol label switching(MPLS) has the advantage of high efficiency in the second layer, which improves the performance of data packets routing. In this paper, a new structure to implement optical MPLS is proposed. We construct a code family for spectral-amplitude coding(SAC) labels in the optical MPLS networks. SAC labels are suitable for optical packet switching because they can be constructed and recognized quickly at each router. We use the label stacking to provide hierarchical routing to avoid swapping labels at each forwarding node and reduce system complexity. However, the phase-induced intensity noise(PIIN) appears due to the incoherent property of the light source when the stacked labels set makes the correlation decoding with the local node label,which degrades system performance. 展开更多

This paper introduces the mid-span spectral inversion by four-wave mixing in a commercially available semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) with a length of about 1.5 mm to optical label switching network based on combined frequency shift keying (FSK)-intensiy modulation (IM)/optical label-packet modulation to overcome the dispersion limitation of fiber. The 155 Mb/s-10 Gb/s combined FSK/IM signal is experimentally transmitted over a 100 km standard single mode fiber. 10^-10 and 10^-9 BER (bit error ratio), or even better, is achieved for the FSK label and IM packet, respectively. The -19 dB power conversion efficiency is obtained for -1 nm wavelength detuning. 展开更多
