汽车开关二维码自动打印与机器人贴标应用

Application of Automatic Printing of QR Codes for Car Switches and Robot Labeling

摘要 针对汽车开关生产线人工贴标效率低、易出错、信息追溯难等问题,本文设计并实现一套集成高精度气动打印贴标、机器人视觉引导拾取与精准贴标、在线品质检测与自动分拣的智能化设备。系统以高能气动打印贴标机为核心,结合4轴选择顺应性装配机械臂(Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm,SCARA)、高像素工业相机以及定制化定位治具,实现二维码自动生成打印、机器人精准拾取与定位、高精度贴标、品质检测绑定与分流的全自动化流程。实际应用表明,该系统贴标位置精度优于±0.5 mm,显著提升生产效率和产品良率,降低人工成本,为汽车零部件的智能化生产与品质追溯提供有效解决方案。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high error rate and difficult information traceability in manual labeling of automotive switch production lines,this paper designs and implements a set of intelligent equipment integrating high-precision pneumatic printing and labeling,robot vision-guided picking and precise labeling,online quality inspection and automatic sorting.The system takes the high-energy pneumatic printing and labeling machine as the core,combined with the four-axis Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm(SCARA),high-pixel industrial camera and customized positioning fixture.Realize the fully automated process from automatic generation and printing of QR codes,precise picking and positioning by robots,high-precision labeling to quality inspection,binding and diversion.Practical applications show that the labeling position accuracy of this system is better than±0.5 mm,significantly improving production efficiency and product yield,reducing labor costs,and providing an effective solution for the intelligent production and quality traceability of automotive parts.
