Effect of Mindfulness Behavioral Training Combined with Exercise Intervention on Postoperative Functional Recovery and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Lumbar Spine Fractures

Objective:To investigate the positive eff ect of mindfulness training and exercise therapy on functional recovery and quality of life in elderly patients with fractures of the lower back.Methods:Collection of medical records of patients with lumbar vertebral fractures in Suzhou Municipal Hospital(North District),60 patients underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP/PKP),they were divided into control and experimental groups according to a random number table,30 people per group;In addition to traditional care method,Also intervened with behavioural awareness training and exercise therapy,By comparing the Oswestry dysfunction index score(ODI),visual simulation score(VAS),ability of daily living score(ADL),quality of life score(SF-36),To evaluate the eff ectiveness of the intervention.Results:Before the intervention,the ODI,VAS,ADL,and SF-36 scores were basically the same,with no significant diff erence(P>0.05).After treatment,the ODI and VAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were signifi cantly lower,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the ADL scores of the experimental group were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);their SF-36 quality of life scores in all dimensions were signifi cantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the rehabilitation treatment method combining mindfulness behavior training and exercise intervention,it can eff ectively promote the functional recovery of osteoporotic lumbar fractures in the elderly,thus reducing their pain and improving their quality of life. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a common inflammatory disease of the pancreas with high mortality rates.It is of great significance to take scientific intervention measures for patients with AP in time.AIM To explore the effect of standardized nursing combined with mindfulness stress reduction training on the curative effect,negative emotion,and quality of life in patients with acute pancreatitis.METHODS A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to The First People's Hospital of Jiangxia District Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=40).Patients in control group were given the standardized nursing intervention,and the observation group were given standardized nursing plus mindfulness stress reduction training intervention.The time of clinical symptom disappeared or improved,complication occurrence rate,emotional state,and quality of life score of the two groups were observed and compared.RESULTS In comparison with the control group,the bowel sound recovery time,ventosity and abdominal pain improvement time,and venting and cacation time in observation group were shorter,and the total incidence rate of complications was reduced,showing statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of tumour necrosis factor alpha,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1βand IL-8 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of life quality in physiology,psychology,environment and social relations in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The application of standardized nursing intervention combined with mindfulness stress reduction training in patients with acute pancreatitis has a definite effect,which can help to ameliorate the clinical symptoms,anxiety and depression of patients,reduce the incidence rate of complications,and improve the prognosis of patients. 展开更多

To examine the effects of mindfulness on shame and the mechanisms mediated by cognitive flexibility and self-compassion in a Chinese adult population in daily life,we conducted two studies.Study 1 was a cross-sectional study using the Five-Factor Mindfulness Questionnaire,the Cognitive Flexibility Inventory,the Self-Compassion Scale,and the Self-Conscious Affect-3,which were administered to 481 adults in Beijing and Chengdu.For Study 2,an 8-month follow-up study was conducted on 128 of the adults.The results of Study 1 showed that(1)the awareness of action and nonjudgment dimensions,and the total score of mindfulness were significantly correlated with shame;(2)cognitive flexibility and self-compassion could fully mediate the prediction of mindfulness on shame.The Study 2 showed that(1)mindfulness and shame were significantly negatively correlated in both phases of measurement;(2)controlling for T1 shame,T1 mindfulness was able to negatively predict T2 shame;controlling for T1 mindfulness,T1 shame was not able to predict T2 mindfulness.There is a longitudinal association between mindfulness and shame,and only mindfulness scores are predictive of the shame and not vice-versa;both cognitive flexibility and self-compassion can provide explanations for the prediction of shame by mindfulness.Enhancing levels of mindfulness can help alleviate individuals'shame levels. 展开更多

Objectives:This study aimed to assess the feasibility of an online compassion training program for nursing students and preliminarily investigate its effects on mindfulness,self-compassion,and stress reduction.Methods:This study employed a randomized controlled trial design.Second-year students from a nursing college in Guangzhou,China,were recruited as research participants in August 2023.The intervention group participated in an 8-week online compassion training program via the WeChat platform,comprising three stages:mindfulness(weeks 1e2),self-compassion(weeks 3e5),and compassion for others(weeks 6 e8).Each stage included four activities:psychoeducation,mindfulness practice,weekly diary,and emotional support.Program feasibility was assessed through recruitment and retention rates,program engagement,and participant acceptability.Program effectiveness was measured with the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale,Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form,and Perceived Stress Scale.Results:A total of 28 students completed the study(13 in the intervention group,15 in the control group).The recruitment rate was 36.46%,with a high retention rate of 93.3%.Participants demonstrated high engagement:69.2%accessed learning materials every 1e2 days,93.3%practiced mindfulness at least weekly,with an average of 4.69 diary entries submitted per person and 23.30 WeChat interactions with instructors.Regarding acceptability,all participants expressed satisfaction with the program,with 92.4%finding it“very helpful”or“extremely helpful.”In terms of intervention effects,the intervention group showed a significant increase in mindfulness levels from pre-intervention(51.54±10.93)to postintervention(62.46±13.58)(P<0.05),while no significant change was observed in the control group.Although there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in post-intervention self-compassion and perceived stress levels,the intervention group showed positive trends:selfcompassion levels increased(35.85±8.60 vs.40.85±5.54),and perceived stress levels slightly decreased(44.77±8.65 vs.42.00±5.77).Conclusions:This pilot study demonstrated the feasibility of an online compassion training program for nursing students and suggested its potential effectiveness in enhancing mindfulness,self-compassion,and stress reduction.Despite limitations such as small sample size and lack of long-term follow-up,preliminary evidence indicates promising prospects for integrating such training into nursing education.Further research is warranted to confirm thesefindings and assess the sustained impact of this approach on nursing education and practice. 展开更多

When Sensory Substitution Devices Strike Back: An Interactive Training Paradigm

A sensory substitution device (SSD) is a technology that translates information for one sensory modality, like vision, into information for use by another, like touch. Though SSDs have been in existence for over four decades, effective training techniques for their use are rarely discussed. In this paper, we compare three training strategies on a particular SSD known as the vOICe. These comparisons were conducted using a minimal but active search and localization task of luminescent discs. These studies show that an interactive training paradigm, which combines the efforts of two trainees at the same time in a tag-like game, is more effective than passive training at a computer console or active training involving search and localization of luminescent discs. This finding supports philosophical views of perception that take interaction with the environment seriously. In particular, we argue that these findings are in support of certain features of the extended mind view as proposed by Andy Clark (2008). In particular, the study suggests that when environmental conditions are responsive to one's behavioral activity, the activity itself is enhanced, as is predicted by the extended mind view. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of mindfulness meditation on patients with burning mouth syndrome.Methods:60 patients with burning mouth syndrome in our hospital who were treated from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for this study.The patients were divided into two groups of thirty cases each using the randomized numerical table method.The observation underwent psychological intervention and mindfulness meditation training,while the control group only received symptomatic care.The condition of the patients of both groups was observed and compared.Results:Upon receiving treatment,the patients in the observation group had lower Hamilton Anxiety(HAM-A)scores,and Hamilton Depression(HAMD)scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).The visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were also lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the efficacy of the nursing intervention in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention and mindfulness meditation training can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with burning mouth syndrome.Therefore,this treatment method should be popularized. 展开更多

This study explored the neural mechanisms of mindfulness training in alleviating job burnout among 200 primary and secondary school teachers in Beijing,Shanghai,and Guangzhou,randomly assigning them to an 8-week mindfulness training group or control group.Using burnout/mindfulness/emotion scales and fMRI/EEG,results showed significant reductions in emotional exhaustion/depersonalization and increases in mindfulness/positive emotions(36.5%,29.1%)with decreases in negative emotions(32.3%)in the experimental group versus controls.Mechanistically,mindfulness training enhanced neural plasticity(prefrontal/hippocampal gray matter density,brain wave regulation),optimized emotion-regulating neural circuits(prefrontal-amygdala interaction,neurotransmitter balance),and promoted cognitive restructuring(dorsolateral prefrontal/anterior cingulate/default mode network modulation).While innovatively linking mindfulness to burnout relief via neural pathways,the study’s limitations included small sample size and short intervention duration,with future research recommended to expand samples,prolong follow-ups,and integrate multi-method approaches for educational application. 展开更多

目的探讨思维导图在急诊科护士急救知识培训中的应用价值,评价其对护士急救理论掌握、技能操作及急救综合能力的提升效果。方法采用类实验研究设计,便利选取2025年1月至2025年4月解放军总医院急诊科护士62名,便利抽样纳入后,采用随机数... 目的探讨思维导图在急诊科护士急救知识培训中的应用价值,评价其对护士急救理论掌握、技能操作及急救综合能力的提升效果。方法采用类实验研究设计,便利选取2025年1月至2025年4月解放军总医院急诊科护士62名,便利抽样纳入后,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=31,传统培训)和观察组(n=31,思维导图联合传统培训)。培训后比较两组理论考核成绩、技能操作评分、综合能力评分。结果培训后,观察组理论考核得分[(92.5±3.8)分]高于对照组[(84.2±5.1)分],差异有统计学意义(t=7.392,P<0.001)。观察组单人心肺复苏、除颤仪使用、简易呼吸器使用、呼吸机使用得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组静脉穿刺得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组实操对应知识、评估与判断能力、沟通技巧、团队配合能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图辅助急救知识培训,除静脉穿刺外,可显著提升急诊科护士的急救知识及综合急救能力,优化团队协作效率。 展开更多

目的 探讨正念太极联合归因训练对青少年抑郁症患者自主神经活动、心理健康及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2021年3月至2023年3月在西安国际医学中心医院和西安市精神卫生中心就诊的104例青少年抑郁症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患... 目的 探讨正念太极联合归因训练对青少年抑郁症患者自主神经活动、心理健康及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2021年3月至2023年3月在西安国际医学中心医院和西安市精神卫生中心就诊的104例青少年抑郁症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组给予盐酸舍曲林片和常规心理指导,观察组在对照组基础上给予正念太极联合归因训练,均治疗8周。比较2组患者自主神经活动[正常窦性心搏间期(NN间期)的标准差(SDNN)、相邻NN间期差超过50 ms的心搏数占NN间期总搏数的百分比(PNN50)、相邻正常窦性心搏间期之差的均方根(RMSSD)]、心理健康[正性与负性情绪量表(PANAS)评分]、自我效能[自我效能感量表(GSES)评分]、应对方式[简明应对方式问卷(SCSQ)评分]及生活质量[儿童少年生活质量量表(QLSCA)评分]。结果 治疗前,2组患者SDNN、PNN50、RMSSD比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者SDNN、PNN50、RMSSD均显著高于治疗前,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者积极情绪维度评分、消极情绪维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者积极情绪维度评分显著高于治疗前,消极情绪维度评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者积极情绪维度评分显著高于对照组,消极情绪维度评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者积极应对维度评分、消极应对维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者积极应对维度评分显著高于治疗前,消极应对维度评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者积极应对维度评分显著高于对照组,消极应对维度评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者GSES、QLSCA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者GSES、QLSCA评分均显著高于治疗前,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 正念太极联合归因训练可调节青少年抑郁症患者自主神经活动和应对方式,提高患者心理健康水平、自我效能感及生活质量。 展开更多

目的:探讨正念放松训练联合心理疏导对脑出血患者心理状态、希望水平及生活质量的影响。方法:选取某院2022年7月至2024年6月收治的146例脑出血患者,采用数字随机表法随机分成对照组和观察组各73例,对照组给予心理疏导,观察组给予正念放... 目的:探讨正念放松训练联合心理疏导对脑出血患者心理状态、希望水平及生活质量的影响。方法:选取某院2022年7月至2024年6月收治的146例脑出血患者,采用数字随机表法随机分成对照组和观察组各73例,对照组给予心理疏导,观察组给予正念放松训练联合心理疏导。对比两组干预前后心理状态评分、希望评分、生活质量评分,对比两组预后情况。结果:干预后,两组SDS评分、SAS评分均降低,且观察组较对照组更低(t=-5.654,-5.421;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;干预后,两组希望评分均提高,且观察组较对照组更高(t=4.604,5.338,6.128;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;干预后,两组生活质量评分均提高,且观察组较对照组更高(t=4.964,3.390,3.477,4.560;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组预后不良的发生率10.96%低于对照组预后不良的发生率26.03%(χ^(2)=5.498,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:正念放松训练联合心理疏导能够改善脑出血患者心理状态,提升希望水平与生活质量,改善预后。 展开更多

目的:探讨正念干预训练对轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者认知功能及睡眠质量的改善作用。方法:选取2024年1月至2025年5月北京市中关村医院全科医学科接诊的132例MCI患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各66例。对照组给予常规认知训练,观察组在此基础... 目的:探讨正念干预训练对轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者认知功能及睡眠质量的改善作用。方法:选取2024年1月至2025年5月北京市中关村医院全科医学科接诊的132例MCI患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各66例。对照组给予常规认知训练,观察组在此基础上实施正念干预训练。比较两组干预后认知功能及睡眠质量。结果:干预后,观察组简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分均高于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组视空间执行、注意力、记忆、语言评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正念干预训练能有效改善MCI患者认知功能,提高睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

从体育心理学视角出发,本研究旨在探讨正念训练融入高职武术教学的有效路径及其对教学效果的影响。研究采用文献研究法梳理相关理论与前期研究成果,通过问卷调查法了解高职学生特点与教学环境支持情况,并运用实验法对比正念训练融入前... 从体育心理学视角出发,本研究旨在探讨正念训练融入高职武术教学的有效路径及其对教学效果的影响。研究采用文献研究法梳理相关理论与前期研究成果,通过问卷调查法了解高职学生特点与教学环境支持情况,并运用实验法对比正念训练融入前后学生武术技能、心理素质及教学满意度的变化。研究发现,正念训练可通过课程设计、教学方法及教学评价等多层面融入武术教学。融入后,学生在武术技能规范性、熟练程度上有显著提升,情绪调节与注意力集中等心理素质也得到改善,且对教学的满意度较高。 展开更多

目的探讨有氧运动联合正念减压训练在青少年抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月至2024年2月在南宁市第五人民医院住院治疗的120例青少年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组给予常规... 目的探讨有氧运动联合正念减压训练在青少年抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月至2024年2月在南宁市第五人民医院住院治疗的120例青少年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组给予常规药物治疗及护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行有氧运动联合正念减压训练。比较两组抑郁症状、自我效能感及生活质量。结果观察组干预4、8周后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分均低于对照组,一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、简明生活质量评估量表(SF-36)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对青少年抑郁症患者实施有氧运动联合正念减压训练,可改善患者的抑郁症状,提高自我效能感和生活质量。 展开更多

目的:探讨正念减压联合认知重构训练在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症围术期患者中的应用。方法:选择2022年1月至2024年12月某院收治的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组及对照组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察... 目的:探讨正念减压联合认知重构训练在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症围术期患者中的应用。方法:选择2022年1月至2024年12月某院收治的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组及对照组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予正念减压联合认知重构训练。比较两组Fontaine分期、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、踝肱压指数(ABI)、6分钟步行距离(6MWD)、无痛行走距离(PFWD)、疾病认知情况(疾病知识、介入知识、康复知识、自我管理)、健康调查量表(SF-36)(生理健康、心理健康)及满意度。结果:术后3个月,观察组Fontaine分期优于对照组(Z=8.918,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;术后1个月、术后3个月两组SAS、SDS水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(t=-2.193,-2.151,-2.794,-2.778;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;术后1个月、术后3个月两组ABI评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(t=2.799,2.147;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;术后1个月、术后3个月两组6MWD、PFWD升高,且观察组高于对照组(t=2.922,2.506,2.060,2.109;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组疾病知识、介入知识、康复知识、自我管理评分高于对照组(t=3.098,3.170,2.362,2.021;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;术后1个月、术后3个月两组生理健康、心理健康评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(t=2.038~3.469;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组满意度高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:正念减压联合认知重构训练在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症围术期患者中有较好的效果,可改善患者生活质量。 展开更多
