红外透明(Sc_(x)Y_(1-x))_(2)O_(3)-MgO复相陶瓷的制备与性能

Sc_(2)O_(3)-MgO复相陶瓷是一种极具发展潜力的新型红外陶瓷材料,但较低的红外透过率限制了其应用.采用溶胶-凝胶法和热压烧结方法制备了不同原子分数Y_(2)O_(3)的Sc_(2)O_(3)-MgO复相陶瓷,并对其物相、微观结构和红外透过率进行了表征与研究.通过对比常压烧结样品的相对密度,发现Y_(2)O_(3)对(Sc_(x)Y_(1-x))_(2)O_(3)-MgO陶瓷的致密化有促进作用.利用热压烧结技术获得了相对密度高于99%的一系列(Sc_(x)Y_(1-x))_(2)O_(3)-MgO陶瓷.XRD结果表明,Y_(2)O_(3)与Sc_(2)O_(3)的比例较为接近(x=0.4~0.6)时,(Sc_(x)Y_(1-x))_(2)O_(3)-MgO复相陶瓷中生成具有光学各向异性的钙钛矿型ScYO_(3)相.用原子分数为20%的Y_(2)O_(3)代替部分Sc_(2)O_(3)形成低熔点的(Sc_(0.8)Y_(0.2))_(2)O_(3)固溶体后,Sc_(2)O_(3)-MgO复相陶瓷的平均晶粒尺寸由498 nm降低至260 nm.在此基础上添加原子分数为3%的Zr^(4+)为烧结助剂,制备得到原子分数为3%的Zr^(4+):(Sc_(0.8)Y_(0.2))_(2)O_(3)-MgO复相陶瓷,其具有190 nm的细小晶粒,最高红外透过率可达到85%.在保证高相对密度的条件下,复相陶瓷的晶粒细化是改善光学透过率的主要原因. 展开更多

To improve the properties of low-carbonization of MgO–C refractories,the introduction of composite additives is an effective strategy.Al_(2)O_(3)–SiC composite powder was prepared from clay using electromagnetic induction heating and carbon embedded methods.Further,the Al_(2)O_(3)–SiC composite powder synthesized by electromagnetic induction heating at 600 A was added into low-carbon MgO–C refractories(4 wt.%)to improve their properties.The results showed that when the addition amount of Al_(2)O_(3)–SiC composite powder is within the range of 2.5–5.0 wt.%,the properties of low-carbon MgO–C samples were significantly improved,e.g.,the apparent porosity of 7.58%–8.04%,the bulk density of 2.98–2.99 g cm-3,the cold compressive strength of 55.72–57.93 MPa,the residual strength after three air quenching at 1100°C of 74.86%–78.04%,and the decarburized layer depth after oxidized at 1400°C for 2 h of 14.03–14.87 mm.Consequently,the idea for the rapid synthesis of Al_(2)O_(3)–SiC composite powder provides an alternative low-carbon MgO–C refractories performance optimization strategy. 展开更多

SnO2-glaze composites were prepared by Sb-doped SnO2 and SiO2-CaO-Al2O3-B2O3 glaze. The composites changed from an electrical insulator to a conductor as the SnO2 content increased from Owt% to 90 wt% . The complex impedance spectra of the fabricated composites were investigated in the frequency range of 100Hz-40 MHz and three kinds of typical shape of complex impedance spectra were recorded and analyzed. The ,spectrum is quite close to the model of conduction via nonohmic contactiug when the SnO2 content is relatively low, In high loading region, the spectrum shows the conduction pattern through ohmic contact chains . In the moderate loading region, the model is a mixture of the above two models. Equivalent circuit of the composite changes from resistor-capacitor circuit to resistor-inductor circuit as the content of SnO2 increases. 展开更多

SnO2-Li4Ti5O12 was prepared by sol-gel method using tin tetrachloride,lithium acetate,tetrabutylorthotitanate and aqueous ammonia as starting materials.The composite was characterized by thermogravimertric(TG)analysis and differential thermal analysis(DTA),X-ray diffractometry(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)combined with electrochemical tests.The results show that SnO2-Li4Ti5O12 composite derived by sol-gel technique is a nanocomposite with core-shell structure, and the amorphous Li4Ti5O12 layer with 20?40 nm in thickness is coated on the surface of SnO2 particles.Electrochemical tests show that SnO2-Li4Ti5O12 composite delivers a reversible capacity of 688.7 mA·h/g at 0.1C and 93.4%of that is retained after 60 cycles at 0.2C.The amorphous Li4Ti5O12 in composite can accommodate the volume change of SnO2 electrode and prevent the small and active Sn particles from aggregating into larger and inactive Sn clusters during the cycling effectively,and enhance the cycling stability of SnO2 electrode significantly. 展开更多

Eutectic mixture promoted CO_2 sorption on MgO-TiO_2 composite at elevated temperature

The development of carbon dioxide(CO_2) sorbents that can operate at elevated temperatures is significant for the advancement of pre-combustion capture technologies.Recently, promoter-based systems composed of alkali/alkaline earth metal nitrates and/or carbonates have been considered as next-generation solid sorbents due to their improved CO_2 uptake and kinetics. However, obtaining stable MgO sorbents against temperature swing regeneration still remained challenging. Herein, we report MgO-TiO_2 solid sorbents promoted by eutectic mixture(KNO_3 and LiNO_3) for elevated temperature CO_2 sorption. The developed sorbents show improved CO_2 sorption capacity, which may be attributed to the alternative CO_2 sorption pathway provided by the ionization of highly dispersed MgO in the eutectic mixture. The MgO-TiO_2 framework was also shown to assist in retaining the MgO configuration by constraining its interaction with CO_2. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that constructing composite structures is essential to improve the CO_2 sorption characteristics,mainly recyclability, at elevated temperatures. The developed promoter integrated sorbents showed exceptionally high CO_2 sorption capacity of > 30 wt.% at an elevated temperature(300°C) with pronounced stability under temperature swing operation. 展开更多

X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results proved that there was an interaction between Au-Pt nanoparticles and SnO2 support. All-solid-state electrolytes are exceedingly attractive because of the outstanding inherent safety and energy density compared to liquid electrolytes.Whereas,it is still formidable to simultaneously design solid electrolytes with favorable electrode/electrolyte interface compatibility and high ionic conductivity in a simple and scalable manner.Hence,the oxygen-vacancy-rich Gd-doped SnO_(2) nanotubes(GDS NTs)are innovatively prepared and applied to the electrolyte of all-solid-state lithium metal batteries for the first time.The addition of GDS NTs can validly construct long-range co ntinuous ion transport networks in the poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based system and greatly improve the mechanical properties of the electrolyte.Compared to the PEO-based electrolyte,the composite electrolyte displays a higher lithium ion conductivity of 2.41×10^(-4) S cm^(-1) at 30℃,a higher lithium ion transference number up to 0.62 and a wider electrochemical window of 5 V at 50℃.In addition,the composite electrolyte manifests outstanding compatibility with high-voltage LiNi_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2)(NMC811)cathode,LiFePO4 cathode and lithium metal anode.The assembled Li/Li symmetric battery exhibits stable Li plating/stripping cycling performance,which can cycle steadily for 1500 h at a capacity of 0.3 mA h cm^(-2).And Li/LiFePO4 battery still maintains a high capacity of 131.54 mA h g^(-1) at 0.5C after 800 cycles,which has a superior capacity retention rate of 93.2%.The obtained novel composite electrolyte has promising application prospects in the field of all-solid-state lithium metal cells. 展开更多

Preparation and Characterization of Tetracomponent ZnO/SiO<sub>2</sub>/SnO<sub>2</sub>/TiO<sub>2</sub>Composite Nanofibers by Electrospinning

ZnO/SiO2/SnO... [Zn(CH3COO)2 + PVP]/[C2H5O)4Si + PVP]/[SnCl4 + PVP]/[Ti(OC4H9)4 + CH3COOH + PVP] precursor composite fibers have been fabricated through self-made electrospinning equipment via electrospinning tech-nique. ZnO/SiO2/SnO2/TiO2 composite nanofibers were obtained by calcination of the relevant precursor composite fibers. The samples were characterized by thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). TG-DTA analysis reveals that solvents, organic compounds and inorganic in the precursor composite fibers are decomposed and volatilized totally, and the mass of the samples kept constant when sintering temperature was above 900?C, and the total mass loss percentage is 88%. XRD results show that the precursor composite fibers are amorphous in structure, and pure phase ZnO/SiO2/SnO2/TiO2 com-posite nanofibers are obtained by calcination of the relevant precursor composite fibers. FTIR analysis manifests that pure inorganic oxides are formed. SEM analysis indicates that the width of the precursor composite fibers is ca. 1.485 ± 0.043 μm. The width of the ZnO/SiO2/SnO2/TiO2 composite nanofibers is ca. 1145.098 ± 68.093 nm. 展开更多

采用硅烷偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)对TiO_(2)/MgO NPs改性,采用溶液共混法制备了聚丁二酸-共-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBST)/TiO_(2)/MgO NPs纳米复合薄膜,并探讨了其在食品包装方面的应用。研究了改性TiO_(2)/MgO ... 采用硅烷偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)对TiO_(2)/MgO NPs改性,采用溶液共混法制备了聚丁二酸-共-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBST)/TiO_(2)/MgO NPs纳米复合薄膜,并探讨了其在食品包装方面的应用。研究了改性TiO_(2)/MgO NPs对PBST基体机械、阻隔、抗菌和保鲜性能的影响。结果表明:复合膜的抗拉强度和水蒸汽透过率分别为29.39MPa和2.43×10^(-11) g·m/(m^(2)·s·Pa),相较PBST基体抗拉强度提高了24.32%,水蒸汽透过率降低了32.37%,且对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aures)和大肠杆菌(E.coli)抑菌效果显著,分别达到98.7%和97.2%,并对圣女果有良好的保鲜性能,当改性后的TiO_(2)/MgO NPs质量含量为5%时,复合薄膜的性能最佳。 展开更多

镁钙系耐火材料因具有耐火度高、热力学性质稳定、能净化钢液等优良性质,被认为是炉外精炼设备的理想炉衬材料,但在实际冶炼过程中因长期受低碱度渣侵蚀,熔损严重。为提高MgO-CaO体系抗低碱度渣侵蚀,本文以轻烧白云石粉和轻烧氧化镁粉... 镁钙系耐火材料因具有耐火度高、热力学性质稳定、能净化钢液等优良性质,被认为是炉外精炼设备的理想炉衬材料,但在实际冶炼过程中因长期受低碱度渣侵蚀,熔损严重。为提高MgO-CaO体系抗低碱度渣侵蚀,本文以轻烧白云石粉和轻烧氧化镁粉为主要原料,添加不同含量的纳米Cr_(2)O_(3)(0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%和3.0%,质量分数),经混合、成型后于1650℃×3 h烧成,进行低碱度渣(m(CaO)∶m(SiO_(2))=1∶1)侵蚀试验,采用XRD表征烧后试样的物相组成和SEM表征侵蚀后试样的显微结构。结果表明:少量纳米Cr_(2)O_(3)的加入会固溶到CaO和MgO晶粒中引起晶格畸变,促进烧结,当纳米Cr_(2)O_(3)的加入量超过2.5%时,纳米Cr_(2)O_(3)会与CaO和MgO生成CaCr_(2)O_(4)和MgCr_(2)O_(4),填充在晶粒的晶界等部位,改变试样的显微结构,显著提升其抗侵蚀性能。 展开更多
