CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)系耐火材料的研究进展

摘要 CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)系耐火材料高温性能优良,热力学性质稳定,特别是含游离氧化钙的耐火材料净化钢水和合金的效果良好,在钢铁、有色、水泥、玻璃、化工和新能源及国防军工等领域得到广泛应用。然而,该系列耐火材料的相关研究仍显不足,应用范围有待拓展。为了提升其使用性能,挖掘潜在功能,开辟新的应用方向,论文归纳概述了本课题组近年来针对CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)系中一元、二元和三元系氧化物耐火材料进行的相关研究以及所开发的一系列新型耐火材料,旨在为CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)系耐火材料的深入研究与应用提供理论基础与技术支持。 CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3) system refractories exhibit excellent high-temperature performance and stable thermodynamic properties.Particularly,refractories containing free calcium oxide demonstrate remarkable efficacy in purifying molten steel and alloys.These materials are widely applied in industries such as iron and steel,non-ferrous metals,cement,glass,chemicals,new energy,and national defense.However,research on this series of refractories remains relatively limited,and their application scope needs further expansion.To enhance their performance,explore potential functionalities,and open up new application directions,this paper summarizes recent studies by our research group on mono-,binary-,and ternary-oxide refractories within the CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3) system,along with a series of newly developed refractory materials.The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation and technical support for in-depth research and application of CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3) system refractories.
