Numerical Simulation of the Welding Deformation of Marine Thin Plates Based on a Temperature Gradient-thermal Strain Method

Marine thin plates are susceptible to welding deformation owing to their low structural stiffness.Therefore,the efficient and accurate prediction of welding deformation is essential for improving welding quality.The traditional thermal elastic-plastic finite element method(TEP-FEM)can accurately predict welding deformation.However,its efficiency is low because of the complex nonlinear transient computation,making it difficult to meet the needs of rapid engineering evaluation.To address this challenge,this study proposes an efficient prediction method for welding deformation in marine thin plate butt welds.This method is based on the coupled temperature gradient-thermal strain method(TG-TSM)that integrates inherent strain theory with a shell element finite element model.The proposed method first extracts the distribution pattern and characteristic value of welding-induced inherent strain through TEP-FEM analysis.This strain is then converted into the equivalent thermal load applied to the shell element model for rapid computation.The proposed method-particularly,the gradual temperature gradient-thermal strain method(GTG-TSM)-achieved improved computational efficiency and consistent precision.Furthermore,the proposed method required much less computation time than the traditional TEP-FEM.Thus,this study lays the foundation for future prediction of welding deformation in more complex marine thin plates. 展开更多

基于GelMA的类ECM水凝胶在兔角膜基质缺损中的修复效果评估

目的 评估基于甲基丙烯酰化明胶(GelMA)的类细胞外基质(ECM)水凝胶在兔角膜基质缺损模型中的应用,探索其安全性、有效性及可行性。方法 以GelMA、透明质酸(HA)、苯基-2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基亚磷酸锂(LAP)以及N-(2-氨乙基)-4-[4-(羟甲基)... 目的 评估基于甲基丙烯酰化明胶(GelMA)的类细胞外基质(ECM)水凝胶在兔角膜基质缺损模型中的应用,探索其安全性、有效性及可行性。方法 以GelMA、透明质酸(HA)、苯基-2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基亚磷酸锂(LAP)以及N-(2-氨乙基)-4-[4-(羟甲基)-2-甲氧基-5-硝基苯氧基]-丁酰胺(NB)为主要原料,制备类ECM水凝胶(GelMA/HA-NB/LAP)前体,通过紫外线照射发生交联反应而固化。采用流变仪与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征材料性能;通过CCK-8实验及活/死染色评估材料的体外细胞生物相容性;借助裂隙灯检查、荧光素钠染色及眼前节光学相干断层扫描(AS-OCT),评价该水凝胶在兔角膜基质缺损模型中的应用有效性与可行性。结果 流变学测试表明,单一GelMA水凝胶粘弹性不足,而GelMA/HA-NB/LAP复合水凝胶表现出良好的粘弹性。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察显示,两种水凝胶均具有连续多孔结构,但复合水凝胶的孔径更小、结构更致密。CCK-8实验结果显示,水凝胶组在第1天的细胞相对生存率(72.8%)显著低于对照组(P=0.000 1);第3天和第7天的生存率均超过96%,与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。活/死染色结果进一步证实,两组活细胞数量基本一致。动物实验(兔角膜基质缺损模型)表明,GelMA/HA-NB/LAP复合水凝胶能有效填充并密封缺损。裂隙灯检查显示,10只兔子角膜保持良好透明度,未见明显炎症、新生血管及其他病理改变;仅2只出现上述症状。荧光素钠染色提示角膜上皮随时间推移逐渐再生。眼前节光学相干断层扫描(AS-OCT)显示,水凝胶-角膜界面随时间推移逐渐平滑(接近正常角膜弧度),且水凝胶发生降解。结论 本研究中应用的类ECM水凝胶制备简单、具有较高的安全性,在角膜基质缺损的治疗中展现出较好的临床潜力,为角膜基质缺损的治疗提供了新的思路和策略,具有重要的应用价值。 展开更多

Operational disposition of electronic countermeasures(ECM)is a hot topic in modern warfare research.Through fully analyzing the characteristics and shortcomings of the traditional operational disposition scheme,a super-efficient data envelopment analysis support vector machine(SE-DEA-SVM)method for evaluating the operational configuration scheme of ECM is proposed.Firstly,considering the subjective and objective factors affecting the operational disposition of ECM,the index system of operational disposition scheme is established,and we explain the solution method of terminal indexs.Secondly,the evaluation and algorithm process of SE-DEA-SVM evaluation method are introduced.In this method,the super-efficient data envelopment analysis(SE-DEA)model is used to calculate the weight of index system,and the support vector machine(SVM)method combined with the training samples of evaluation index is used to obtain the input-output model of evaluation value of combat configuration.Finally,by an example(obtaining five schemes),we verify the SE-DEA-SVM evaluation method and analyze the results.The efficiency analysis,comparison analysis,and error analysis of this method are carried out.The results show that this method is more suitable for military evaluation with small samples,and it has high efficiency,applicability,and popularization value. 展开更多

Modal parameters can accurately characterize the structural dynamic properties and assess the physical state of the structure.Therefore,it is particularly significant to identify the structural modal parameters according to the monitoring data information in the structural health monitoring(SHM)system,so as to provide a scientific basis for structural damage identification and dynamic model modification.In view of this,this paper reviews methods for identifying structural modal parameters under environmental excitation and briefly describes how to identify structural damages based on the derived modal parameters.The paper primarily introduces data-driven modal parameter recognition methods(e.g.,time-domain,frequency-domain,and time-frequency-domain methods,etc.),briefly describes damage identification methods based on the variations of modal parameters(e.g.,natural frequency,modal shapes,and curvature modal shapes,etc.)and modal validation methods(e.g.,Stability Diagram and Modal Assurance Criterion,etc.).The current status of the application of artificial intelligence(AI)methods in the direction of modal parameter recognition and damage identification is further discussed.Based on the pre-vious analysis,the main development trends of structural modal parameter recognition and damage identification methods are given to provide scientific references for the optimized design and functional upgrading of SHM systems. 展开更多

To analyze the differences in the transport and distribution of different types of proppants and to address issues such as the short effective support of proppant and poor placement in hydraulically intersecting fractures,this study considered the combined impact of geological-engineering factors on conductivity.Using reservoir production parameters and the discrete elementmethod,multispherical proppants were constructed.Additionally,a 3D fracture model,based on the specified conditions of the L block,employed coupled(Computational Fluid Dynamics)CFD-DEM(Discrete ElementMethod)for joint simulations to quantitatively analyze the transport and placement patterns of multispherical proppants in intersecting fractures.Results indicate that turbulent kinetic energy is an intrinsic factor affecting proppant transport.Moreover,the efficiency of placement and migration distance of low-sphericity quartz sand constructed by the DEM in the main fracture are significantly reduced compared to spherical ceramic proppants,with a 27.7%decrease in the volume fraction of the fracture surface,subsequently affecting the placement concentration and damaging fracture conductivity.Compared to small-angle fractures,controlling artificial and natural fractures to expand at angles of 45°to 60°increases the effective support length by approximately 20.6%.During hydraulic fracturing of gas wells,ensuring the fracture support area and post-closure conductivity can be achieved by controlling the sphericity of proppants and adjusting the perforation direction to control the direction of artificial fractures. 展开更多

This study investigated the physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,volatile flavor components,microbial communities,and sensory evaluation of high-temperature Daqu(HTD)during the maturation process,and a standard system was established for comprehensive quality evaluation of HTD.There were obvious changes in the physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,and volatile flavor components at different storage periods,which affected the sensory evaluation of HTD to a certain extent.The results of high-throughput sequencing revealed significant microbial diversity,and showed that the bacterial community changed significantly more than did the fungal community.During the storage process,the dominant bacterial genera were Kroppenstedtia and Thermoascus.The correlation between dominant microorganisms and quality indicators highlighted their role in HTD quality.Lactococcus,Candida,Pichia,Paecilomyces,and protease activity played a crucial role in the formation of isovaleraldehyde.Acidic protease activity had the greatest impact on the microbial community.Moisture promoted isobutyric acid generation.Furthermore,the comprehensive quality evaluation standard system was established by the entropy weight method combined with multi-factor fuzzy mathematics.Consequently,this study provides innovative insights for comprehensive quality evaluation of HTD during storage and establishes a groundwork for scientific and rational storage of HTD and quality control of sauce-flavor Baijiu. 展开更多

研究外源钙(Ca)对马尾松-外生菌根菌共生(ECM)苗木根际微生物群落结构和土壤磷循环的影响,以期为提高ECM人工林生产力提供参考。本研究设置了对照、接种ECM菌、添加Ca、接种ECM菌+添加Ca共4个处理,采用宏基因组学分析了Ca添加对ECM苗木... 研究外源钙(Ca)对马尾松-外生菌根菌共生(ECM)苗木根际微生物群落结构和土壤磷循环的影响,以期为提高ECM人工林生产力提供参考。本研究设置了对照、接种ECM菌、添加Ca、接种ECM菌+添加Ca共4个处理,采用宏基因组学分析了Ca添加对ECM苗木根际微生物群落组成的影响,采用结构方程模型分析了磷循环功能基因、微生物生物量(MBC、MBP)、胞外酶(CBH、ACP、POD)、根系参数等变量间的相互关系及影响苗木磷营养的主要因素。结果表明:(1)土壤中加入一定量的钙显著增加了ECM苗木根际放线菌门、芽孢杆菌门物种的相对丰度,主要富集了节杆菌(Arthrobacter)、分枝杆菌(Mycolicibacterium)、链霉菌(Streptomycetaceae)、芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)、红球菌(Rhodococcus)等;(2)富集的有益细菌与ECM菌协作显著增加了酸性磷酸酶(ACP)分泌,加入钙后根际微生物磷吸收转运基因pstB、无机磷溶解基因ppa、pqqC相对丰度增加,从而使ECM苗木根际MBP、苗木磷含量分别显著增加了86.21%和47.07%;(3)土壤加入钙诱导了ECM苗木直径较大(0.5 mm<RD≤2.0 mm)吸收根的萌生,苗木采取了改变根系构建和增强菌根共生的双重策略获取土壤磷养分。在磷限制条件下,加入一定量的钙能够改善土壤磷循环、促进ECM苗木对土壤磷的吸收。 展开更多

In situ stress inversion using nonlinear stress boundaries achieved by the bubbling method 被引量:1

Due to the heterogeneity of rock masses and the variability of in situ stress,the traditional linear inversion method is insufficiently accurate to achieve high accuracy of the in situ stress field.To address this challenge,nonlinear stress boundaries for a numerical model are determined through regression analysis of a series of nonlinear coefficient matrices,which are derived from the bubbling method.Considering the randomness and flexibility of the bubbling method,a parametric study is conducted to determine recommended ranges for these parameters,including the standard deviation(σb)of bubble radii,the non-uniform coefficient matrix number(λ)for nonlinear stress boundaries,and the number(m)and positions of in situ stress measurement points.A model case study provides a reference for the selection of these parameters.Additionally,when the nonlinear in situ stress inversion method is employed,stress distortion inevitably occurs near model boundaries,aligning with the Saint Venant's principle.Two strategies are proposed accordingly:employing a systematic reduction of nonlinear coefficients to achieve high inversion accuracy while minimizing significant stress distortion,and excluding regions with severe stress distortion near the model edges while utilizing the central part of the model for subsequent simulations.These two strategies have been successfully implemented in the nonlinear in situ stress inversion of the Xincheng Gold Mine and have achieved higher inversion accuracy than the linear method.Specifically,the linear and nonlinear inversion methods yield root mean square errors(RMSE)of 4.15 and 3.2,and inversion relative errors(δAve)of 22.08%and 17.55%,respectively.Therefore,the nonlinear inversion method outperforms the traditional multiple linear regression method,even in the presence of a systematic reduction in the nonlinear stress boundaries. 展开更多

探究柴胡皂甙-d(saikosaponin-d,SSd),对肺纤维化细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的调控及作用机制。随机将C57BL/6小鼠分为四组(每组n=20):空白对照(control,Cont)组,博来霉素(bleomycin,BLM)组、柴胡皂甙-d(saikosaponin,SSd)组... 探究柴胡皂甙-d(saikosaponin-d,SSd),对肺纤维化细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的调控及作用机制。随机将C57BL/6小鼠分为四组(每组n=20):空白对照(control,Cont)组,博来霉素(bleomycin,BLM)组、柴胡皂甙-d(saikosaponin,SSd)组,地塞米松(dexamethasone,DXM)组。通过气管内分别注射BLM至BLM组、SSd组、DXM组小鼠肺组织中完成IPF模型的建立,并在SSd组和DXM组每日腹腔注射药物干预。在建模后第3、7、14、28 d,通过染色进行组织病理学检查。用酶联免疫吸附技术(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测肺匀浆液的羟脯氨酸(hydroxyproline,HYP)、IL-4、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)含量,Western Blot技术检测建模后肺组织促纤维化因子TGF-β、IGF-1的表达。免疫组化技术、Western Blot技术检测肺组织中E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)、AKT1、纤维连接蛋白-蛋白结构域B(fibronectin-extra domain B,FN-EDB)的表达。与Cont组相比,BLM组、SSd组、DXM组TGF-β、IGF-1、HYP、AKT1、FN-EDB、TNF-α、IL-4表达升高,E-cad表达降低;与BLM组相比,SSd组、DXM组TGF-β、IGF-1、HYP、AKT1、FN-EDB、TNF-α、IL-4表达降低,E-cad表达有所回升,IL-10表达差异不明显。肺纤维化进展中TGF-β、IGF-1升高,并受到SSd的抑制,SSd组通过调控PI3K/AKT通路缓解ECM的异常沉积和纤维化区域的炎症因子释放,改变ECM的微环境,延缓肺纤维化的进展。 展开更多

The separation-of-variable(SOV)methods,such as the improved SOV method,the variational SOV method,and the extended SOV method,have been proposed by the present authors and coworkers to obtain the closed-form analytical solutions for free vibration and eigenbuckling of rectangular plates and circular cylindrical shells.By taking the free vibration of rectangular thin plates as an example,this work presents the theoretical framework of the SOV methods in an instructive way,and the bisection–based solution procedures for a group of nonlinear eigenvalue equations.Besides,the explicit equations of nodal lines of the SOV methods are presented,and the relations of nodal line patterns and frequency orders are investigated.It is concluded that the highly accurate SOV methods have the same accuracy for all frequencies,the mode shapes about repeated frequencies can also be precisely captured,and the SOV methods do not have the problem of missing roots as well. 展开更多

Soil improvement is one of the most important issues in geotechnical engineering practice.The wide application of traditional improvement techniques(cement/chemical materials)are limited due to damage ecological en-vironment and intensify carbon emissions.However,the use of microbially induced calcium carbonate pre-cipitation(MICP)to obtain bio-cement is a novel technique with the potential to induce soil stability,providing a low-carbon,environment-friendly,and sustainable integrated solution for some geotechnical engineering pro-blems in the environment.This paper presents a comprehensive review of the latest progress in soil improvement based on the MICP strategy.It systematically summarizes and overviews the mineralization mechanism,influ-encing factors,improved methods,engineering characteristics,and current field application status of the MICP.Additionally,it also explores the limitations and correspondingly proposes prospective applications via the MICP approach for soil improvement.This review indicates that the utilization of different environmental calcium-based wastes in MICP and combination of materials and MICP are conducive to meeting engineering and market demand.Furthermore,we recommend and encourage global collaborative study and practice with a view to commercializing MICP technique in the future.The current review purports to provide insights for engineers and interdisciplinary researchers,and guidance for future engineering applications. 展开更多

Blister wounds are featured with over-generated wound exudate and extensive skin peeling,call for breathable temporary skin with effective exudate management,and function as an extracellular matrix to accelerate regeneration of wound skin.Traditional extracellular matrix(ECM)mimicked nanofibrous 3D scaffold and corresponding hydrogel composites suffer from poor mechanical strength,and the wound exudate management behavior is seldom studied.Herein,we proposed the strategy to enhance the mechanical properties of a 3D nanofiber scaffold via constructing a long nanofiber(NF)and sodium alginate(SA)aerogel interpenetrated architecture(NF/SA).The as-prepared scaffold was then evaluated as temporary skin for a full-thickness defect wound.After absorption of blister fluid,the aerogel transferred into a hydrogel and imparted a wet wound care environment with a water-vapor transmission rate of(6001.90±522.04)g/(m^(2)·24 h),and Young s modulus of(2.97±0.38)MPa.The exudate was continuously refreshed by a directed and dynamic pump,followed by volatilization driven by Brownian motion.Meanwhile,the NF/SA scaffold exhibited decent compatibility with blister fluid.The basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)-loaded NF/SA improved the wound healing rate by 36.46%on Day 3 and 15.34%on Day 7 in the full-thickness defect wound model. 展开更多

为研究城市轨道交通车辆客室车门动作时间精准性,门的动作主要依靠直流无刷电机的驱动,所以门动作判断的根本,是对电机运动状态的判读,门运动过程中由于电机码盘线受杂波干扰,系统无法准确寻找计时点从而影响系统判断门运动时间;建立波... 为研究城市轨道交通车辆客室车门动作时间精准性,门的动作主要依靠直流无刷电机的驱动,所以门动作判断的根本,是对电机运动状态的判读,门运动过程中由于电机码盘线受杂波干扰,系统无法准确寻找计时点从而影响系统判断门运动时间;建立波形矫正模型,利用数学方法校准波形,让MCU找出最佳计时点并处理(误差不超过10ms),采用最小二乘法模型,通过最小化误差的平方和找到一组数据的最佳函数匹配,求得未知的数据,并使得这些求得的数据与实际数据之间误差的平方和为最小,可精准地得到门动作时间。模拟测试结果表明,门动作时间测算误差所示其误差为7.42ms,小于10ms。 展开更多

The visual noise of each light intensity area is different when the image is drawn by Monte Carlo method.However,the existing denoising algorithms have limited denoising performance under complex lighting conditions and are easy to lose detailed information.So we propose a rendered image denoising method with filtering guided by lighting information.First,we design an image segmentation algorithm based on lighting information to segment the image into different illumination areas.Then,we establish the parameter prediction model guided by lighting information for filtering(PGLF)to predict the filtering parameters of different illumination areas.For different illumination areas,we use these filtering parameters to construct area filters,and the filters are guided by the lighting information to perform sub-area filtering.Finally,the filtering results are fused with auxiliary features to output denoised images for improving the overall denoising effect of the image.Under the physically based rendering tool(PBRT)scene and Tungsten dataset,the experimental results show that compared with other guided filtering denoising methods,our method improves the peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)metrics by 4.2164 dB on average and the structural similarity index(SSIM)metrics by 7.8%on average.This shows that our method can better reduce the noise in complex lighting scenesand improvethe imagequality. 展开更多

This article presents a micro-structure tensor enhanced elasto-plastic finite element(FE)method to address strength anisotropy in three-dimensional(3D)soil slope stability analysis.The gravity increase method(GIM)is employed to analyze the stability of 3D anisotropic soil slopes.The accuracy of the proposed method is first verified against the data in the literature.We then simulate the 3D soil slope with a straight slope surface and the convex and concave slope surfaces with a 90turning corner to study the 3D effect on slope stability and the failure mechanism under anisotropy conditions.Based on our numerical results,the end effect significantly impacts the failure mechanism and safety factor.Anisotropy degree notably affects the safety factor,with higher degrees leading to deeper landslides.For concave slopes,they can be approximated by straight slopes with suitable boundary conditions to assess their stability.Furthermore,a case study of the Saint-Alban test embankment A in Quebec,Canada,is provided to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed FE model. 展开更多
