Modern power systems increasingly depend on interconnected microgrids to enhance reliability and renewable energy utilization.However,the high penetration of intermittent renewable sources often causes frequency devia...Modern power systems increasingly depend on interconnected microgrids to enhance reliability and renewable energy utilization.However,the high penetration of intermittent renewable sources often causes frequency deviations,voltage fluctuations,and poor reactive power coordination,posing serious challenges to grid stability.Conventional Interconnection FlowControllers(IFCs)primarily regulate active power flowand fail to effectively handle dynamic frequency variations or reactive power sharing in multi-microgrid networks.To overcome these limitations,this study proposes an enhanced Interconnection Flow Controller(e-IFC)that integrates frequency response balancing and an Interconnection Reactive Power Flow Controller(IRFC)within a unified adaptive control structure.The proposed e-IFC is implemented and analyzed in DIgSILENT PowerFactory to evaluate its performance under various grid disturbances,including frequency drops,load changes,and reactive power fluctuations.Simulation results reveal that the e-IFC achieves 27.4% higher active power sharing accuracy,19.6% lower reactive power deviation,and 18.2% improved frequency stability compared to the conventional IFC.The adaptive controller ensures seamless transitions between grid-connected and islanded modes and maintains stable operation even under communication delays and data noise.Overall,the proposed e-IFCsignificantly enhances active-reactive power coordination and dynamic stability in renewable-integrated multi-microgrid systems.Future research will focus on coupling the e-IFC with tertiary-level optimization frameworks and conducting hardware-in-the-loop validation to enable its application in large-scale smart microgrid environments.展开更多

A low-power start-up circuit is also proposed to reduce the power consumption of the band-gap reference voltage generator. And the ring oscillator used in the ELVSS power circuit is designed with logic devices by supplying the logic power supply to reduce the layout area. Developing an efficient power management processor architecture has gained considerable attention. However, the conventional power management mechanism fails to consider task scheduling policies. Therefore, this work presents a novel energy aware framework for power management. The proposed system leads to the development of Inclusive Power-Cognizant Processor Controller (IPCPC) for efficient power utilization. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, simulation experiments inputting random tasks as well as tasks collected from Google Trace Logs were conducted to validate the supremacy of IPCPC. The research based on Real world Google Trace Logs gives results that proposed framework leads to less than 9% of total power consumption per task of server which proves reduction in the overall power needed.展开更多

With increasingly serious environmental pollution and the energy crisis,fuel cell hybrid electric vehicles have been considered as an ideal alternative to traditional hybrid electric vehicles.Nevertheless,the total co...With increasingly serious environmental pollution and the energy crisis,fuel cell hybrid electric vehicles have been considered as an ideal alternative to traditional hybrid electric vehicles.Nevertheless,the total costs of fuel cell systems are still too high,thus limiting the further development of fuel cell hybrid electric vehicles.This paper presents an energy management strategy(EMS)based on deep reinforcement learning for the energy management of fuel cell hybrid electric vehicles.The energy management model of a fuel cell hybrid electric bus and its main components are established.Considering the power response characteristics of the fuel cell system,the power change rate of the fuel cell system is reasonably limited and introduced as action variables into the network of Double Deep Q-Learning(DDQL),and a novel DDQL-based EMS is developed for the fuel cell hybrid electric bus.Subsequently,a comparative test is conducted with the DP-based and the Rule-based EMS to analyze the performance of the DDQL-based EMS.The results indicate that the proposed EMS achieves good fuel economy performance,with an improvement of 15.4%compared to the Rule-based EMS under the training scenarios.In terms of generalization performance,the proposed EMS also achieves good fuel economy performance,which improves by 13.3%compared to the Rule-based energy management strategy under the testing scenario.展开更多

Usually, it occupies a large proportion of ADPLL's total power consumption up to about 30% to 40%. In this paper, the detailed power consumption of different components in the TDC is analyzed. A Power Management Block (PMB) is presented for the TDC to reduce its power consumption. A 24-bits TDC core with the proposed PMB is implemented in HJTC 0.18 μm CMOS technology. Simulation results show that up to 84% power reduction is achieved using our proposed technique.展开更多

文摘With increasingly serious environmental pollution and the energy crisis,fuel cell hybrid electric vehicles have been considered as an ideal alternative to traditional hybrid electric vehicles.Nevertheless,the total costs of fuel cell systems are still too high,thus limiting the further development of fuel cell hybrid electric vehicles.This paper presents an energy management strategy(EMS)based on deep reinforcement learning for the energy management of fuel cell hybrid electric vehicles.The energy management model of a fuel cell hybrid electric bus and its main components are established.Considering the power response characteristics of the fuel cell system,the power change rate of the fuel cell system is reasonably limited and introduced as action variables into the network of Double Deep Q-Learning(DDQL),and a novel DDQL-based EMS is developed for the fuel cell hybrid electric bus.Subsequently,a comparative test is conducted with the DP-based and the Rule-based EMS to analyze the performance of the DDQL-based EMS.The results indicate that the proposed EMS achieves good fuel economy performance,with an improvement of 15.4%compared to the Rule-based EMS under the training scenarios.In terms of generalization performance,the proposed EMS also achieves good fuel economy performance,which improves by 13.3%compared to the Rule-based energy management strategy under the testing scenario.

文摘Lightweight and flexible self-charging power systems with synchronous energy harvesting and energy storage abilities are highly desired in the era of the internet of things and artificial intelligences,which can provide stable,sustainable,and autonomous power sources for ubiquitous,distributed,and low-power wearable electronics.However,there is a lack of comprehensive review and challenging discussion on the state-of-the-art of the triboelectric nanogenetor(TENG)-based self-charging power textiles,which have a great possibility to become the future energy autonomy power sources.Herein,the recent progress of the self-charging power textiles hybridizing fiber/fabric based TENGs and fiber/fabric shaped batteries/supercapacitors is comprehensively summarized from the aspect of textile structural designs.Based on the current research status,the key bottlenecks and brighter prospects of self-charging power textiles are also discussed in the end.It is hoped that the summary and prospect of the latest research of self-charging power textiles can help relevant researchers accurately grasp the research progress,focus on the key scientific and technological issues,and promote further research and practical application process.

文摘Life-cycle cost(LCC)theory can be effectively applied to improve the efficiency and quality of power plant equipment and asset management.However,specific aspects of the LCC calculation and evaluation model require further research for practical application.This paper proposes an LCC assessment model for the management of electric power plant equipment during its service life.A membership function method based on fuzzy logic is used to improve the allocation of modernization and overhaul projects to multiple equipment assets.An LCC assessment model and evaluation system for power equipment are proposed and successfully applied to the equipment and project management of a Guangzhou power plant in the China Southern Power Grid,providing a decision-making mechanism that facilitates efficient operation and optimal utilization of power plant equipment and assets.

文摘Time-to-Digital Converter (TDC) is a key block used as the phase/frequency detector in an All-Digital Phase-Locked Loop (ADPLL). Usually, it occupies a large proportion of ADPLL's total power consumption up to about 30% to 40%. In this paper, the detailed power consumption of different components in the TDC is analyzed. A Power Management Block (PMB) is presented for the TDC to reduce its power consumption. A 24-bits TDC core with the proposed PMB is implemented in HJTC 0.18 μm CMOS technology. Simulation results show that up to 84% power reduction is achieved using our proposed technique.

文摘Batteries transfer management is one important aspect in electric vehicle(EV)network's intelligent operation management system.Batteries transfer is a special and much more complex VRP(Vehicle Routing Problem) which takes the multiple constraints such as dynamic multi-depots,time windows,simultaneous pickups and deliveries,distance minimization,etc.into account.We call it VRPEVB(VRP with EV Batteries).This paper,based on the intelligent management model of EV's battery power,puts forward a battery transfer algorithm for the EV network which considers the traffic congestion that changes dynamically and uses improved Ant Colony Optimization.By setting a reasonable tabv range,special update rules of the pheromone and path list memory functions,the algorithm can have a better convergence,and its feasibility is proved by the experiment in an EV's demonstration operation system.
