Study on the Mechanism of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction in Treating AR and Prediction of Its Q-Markers Based on Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking

Objective This study aimed to investigate the potentialmechanism of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction in treating allergic rhinitis(AR)and predict its quality markers(Q-markers)using network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques.Methods The chemical components of the herbal constituents in Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction were retrieved from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP).Active component-related targets were screened using the SwissTargetPrediction database,while AR-related targets were obtained from the GeneCards database.The intersection targets(potential therapeutic targets of the Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction for AR)were identified via the Venn 2.1.0 platform,and a Venn diagram was constructed.A“herb–active component–potential target”network was established using Cytoscape 3.10.0,and core components were screened via topological analysis.Protein–protein interaction(PPI)network of the intersection targets was built using the String database,followed by topological analysis to identify core targets.Gene Ontology(GO)enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis were performed on the core targets using the DAVID database.Molecular docking of core components and targets was conducted using AutoDock Tools 1.5.7.Results Twenty-seven active components were identified from TCMSP,with 506 corresponding targets predicted by SwissTargetPrediction.A total of 2,447 AR-related targets were retrieved from GeneCards,yielding 165 intersection targets.Network analysis revealed naringenin,genkwanin,deoxyandrographolide,karakoline,and karanjin as core components.PPI network analysis identified 32 core targets.GO enrichment analysis screened 834 functional items,including 618 biological processes,72 cellular components,and 144 molecular functions.KEGG analysis identified 165 signaling pathways.Molecular docking confirmed stable binding between core components and key targets.Conclusion Multiple chemical components in Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction may ameliorate AR by regulating diverse targets and biological processes.Naringenin,genkwanin,and deoxyandrographolide are proposed as potential Q-markers for this decoction in AR treatment. 展开更多

Objective: To reveal the mechanism of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction and its disassembled formula for improving the skin barrier function in a mouse model of atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods: Sixty specific-pathogen free male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into the control group,model group, whole formula group(WF), exterior-releasing formula group(ERF), interior-clearing formula group(ICF), and positive control group(PC). A mouse model of AD was established using the semiantigen 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene induction method. The lesion scores, transepidermal water loss and p H, and skin histopathology of mice in each group were observed. The expressions of filaggrin, loricrin,and involucrin were detected by the streptavidin peroxidase immunohistochemical method and western blotting, and their mRNA expressions were detected by quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Results: Mice in the WF, ERF, ICF, and PC groups showed reduced skin lesion performance, improved histopathology, decreased skin lesion score, transepidermal water loss and pH, and upregulated expressions of proteins including filaggrin, loricrin, and involucrin, and their mRNAs. The most obvious regulatory effect was observed in the WF group, followed by the ICF, ERF, and PC groups, accordingly.Conclusions: Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction and its disassembled formula can improve the skin barrier function in a mouse model of AD by upregulating filaggrin, loricrin, and involucrin, and their mRNA expressions, and the most optimal effect was noted in the WF group, followed by the ICF and ERF groups, which suggests that the effect of clearing heat and resolving dampness in improving the skin barrier function of AD is more obvious and is one of the key treatments for AD. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the potential mechanism of intervention on the immune imbalance of atopic dermatitis(AD) by studying the effects of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction(MLCD) on skin damage and inflammation factors in an AD-like mouse model.Methods:Ninety-six male BALB/c mice were divided into normal,model,positive control(mometasone furoate),and traditional Chinese medicine treatment(MLCD) groups by a random number table.2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene was used to induce AD-like mice in all groups except the normal group.The treatment or intervention was administered for seven consecutive days on days 4,18,32,and 39.The mRNA relative expressions of interleukin-4(IL-4),IL-10,interferon-γ(IFN-γ),thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP),and the TSLP receptor(TSLPR) were measured using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,and the serum immunoglobulin E,IL-4,IL-10,and IFN-γ levels were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:Compared with the normal group,the hematoxylin-eosin staining of the skin lesions of the mice in the model group was significantly thickened on days 11,25,and 39.Compared with the model group,the epidermal thickness of the positive control group was significantly alleviated on day 39(P <.001),and that of the MLCD group was significantly improved on days 25 and 39(P <.001).Compared with the four observation time points,MLCD had the best treatment effect on day 39 of the experiment and significantly improved the skin damage performance and relieved pathological lesions.On day 39,compared with the model group,MLCD downregulated the skin mRNA relative expressions of IL-4(P=.009),TSLP(P=.030),and TSLPR(P <.001),and reduced the mouse serum levels of IL-4(P=.003).For other serum indicators,no significant difference was observed between the model and MLCD groups.Conclusion:MLCD improved AD-like mice skin damage by regulating the Th1/Th2 immune imbalance. 展开更多

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction on sick sinus syndrome andprovide evidence for clinical practice. Methods: Randomized controlled trials of all the languages of MahuangFuzi Xixin Decoction on sick sinus syndrome were collected by computer search and manual retrieval. Theretrieval time was from January 2000 to January 2017. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 2reviewers independently selected and extracted data, then evaluated the quality, cross-checked the information andevaluated the quality of menthodology. Through discussion or third reviewer to help solve the divergence, RevMan5.3 software was used to perform meta analysis. Results: A total of 7 documents (n = 612) were finally enrolled,with 358 in Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction group (treatment group) and 254 in control group. Meta analysisshowed that the treatment (86.9%) was more effective than the control (70.1%), the difference was statisticallysignificant (RR = 1.25, 95% CI:(1.15-1.37), P 〈 0.001); the treatment (17.0%) was safer than the control (49.8%),the difference was statistically significant (RR=0.23,95% CI:(0.06-0.93), P =0.04). Conclusion: The existingclinical studies suggest that Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction on sick sinus syndrome is effective and safe; due to thelimited quality of the enrolled documents, the above conclusions need more high-quality randomized controlledtrials to be verified. 展开更多

Objective:As a traditional herbal formula,Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction(MXFD)has been used to treat allergic rhinitis(AR).It regulates the transcription factor GATA3 in T cells,blocks Th2 skewing and rebalances the Th1/Th2 immunity.Type 2 innate lymphoid cells(ILC2s)are closely associated with GATA3.However,it remains unknown whether ILC2s could be one mechanism through which MXFD acts.We sought to elucidate the efficacy and mechanism of action of this decoction in AR treatment.Methods:Forty C57BL/6J female mice were equally divided into control,model,loratadine-and MXFDtreated groups in random.AR was induced by ovalbumin(OVA),and then treatment with loratadine or MXFD was administered.AR scores were evaluated and compared before and after treatment.Pathological changes in the nasal mucosa and lung were observed using hematoxylin-eosin staining of tissue samples.Activation of ILC2 in nasal mucosa was assessed by immunofluorescence and quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis.ILC2 cell count in lungs was measured by flow cytometry and levels of interleukin-(IL)4,IL-5 and IL-13 in serum were detected by ELISA.Results:The decoction alleviated the symptoms of AR in mice,improved vascular congestion and expansion,glandular hyperplasia and inflammatory cell infiltration in mouse nasal mucosa and slowly improved the interstitial pneumonia and lesions.Meanwhile,MXFD reduced the number and percentage of ILC2s in the nasal mucosa and lungs,downregulated the expression of GATA3 mRNA and RORa mRNA,and reduced the related inflammatory cytokine levels,including IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13.Conclusion:These data suggest that inhibition of ILC2s by MXFD may be an important means by which to treat AR. 展开更多

Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the preparation process of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction granules based on the clinical pharmacological effects of the classic formulas and to control the quality of the product.Methods An orthogonal experimental design was used,with extraction yield and transfer rate of key ingredients as evaluation indicators,to optimize the extraction process ofMahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction.The granulation process was optimized based on indicators such as granule formation rate,dissolution rate,and moisture absorption rate.Results The optimal extraction process for Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction was determined as the following:using 10 times the amount of water to soak for 30 minutes,extracting three times,each for 60minutes,with a concentrated extract relative density of 1.3 g/mL.A mixture of dextrin and starch at a 1:2 ratio was used as a binder for wet granulation.The granule formation rate,dissolution time,and dilution rate of three repeated batches showed relative standard deviation(RSD)values of 1.48,2.83,and 1.55%.Conclusion This method is stable and feasible,providing valuable data for the industrial production of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction granules and further research on this formulation. 展开更多

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Bronchial Asthma in Children

Objective: to apply the combined therapy of shegan mahuang decoction and acupoint application in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in children. Methods: the children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and the effects of different treatments were compared, including shegan mahuang decoction and acupoint application + shegan mahuang decoction. Results: after the effective treatment plan was implemented, the condition improved, especially the children treated with acupoint application + shegan mahuang decoction had a higher total effective rate, a lower incidence of adverse reactions, a good trend in FVC and other levels, and symptoms and signs. The scores were lower, and the children who received acupoint application treatment were relatively poor, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in children, shegan mahuang decoction combined with acupoint application has obvious application value and high safety, and plays a positive role in further shortening the course of the disease in children. 展开更多

目的本研究旨在探讨麻黄升麻达原汤、替加环素(TGC)联合用药对泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(PDRAB)肺炎治疗的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取2022年4月1日-2024年4月1日在武汉市中医医院收治的84例PDRAB肺炎患者,根据随机数字表法,分... 目的本研究旨在探讨麻黄升麻达原汤、替加环素(TGC)联合用药对泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(PDRAB)肺炎治疗的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取2022年4月1日-2024年4月1日在武汉市中医医院收治的84例PDRAB肺炎患者,根据随机数字表法,分为联合组(麻黄升麻达原汤联合TGC治疗组)和TGC组(仅TGC治疗组),每组42例。比较两组患者的临床疗效、细菌清除率、炎性因子水平、免疫功能以及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果联合组临床总有效率(92.86%,39/42)高于TGC组(71.43%,30/42)(P<0.05);联合组总清除率(83.33%,35/42)高于TGC组(61.90%,26/42)(P<0.05);两组治疗后CRP、中性粒细胞比率(N%)、血清中降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和WBC均降低,联合组更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后IgG、IgM和IgA均升高,联合组更高(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较无统计学差异(χ^(2)=0.553,P=0.457)。结论麻黄升麻达原汤联合TGC治疗PDRAB肺炎可显著提高临床疗效,并有效降低炎性因子水平。 展开更多

目的:探讨麻黄升麻达原汤治疗重症肺炎(SP)痰热壅肺证患者的疗效及对血清白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-12P70、簇分化抗原64(CD64)水平的影响。方法:选取104例SP患者,根据随机数字表法分成联合组与对照组,每组52例。对照组患者采取常规治疗措... 目的:探讨麻黄升麻达原汤治疗重症肺炎(SP)痰热壅肺证患者的疗效及对血清白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-12P70、簇分化抗原64(CD64)水平的影响。方法:选取104例SP患者,根据随机数字表法分成联合组与对照组,每组52例。对照组患者采取常规治疗措施。联合组于对照组基础上予麻黄升麻达原汤治疗。两组均治疗14 d。比较两组SP患者APACHEⅡ评分、临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)、呼吸功能、痰热壅肺证症状评分、临床疗效以及血清白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-12P70、簇分化抗原64(CD64)水平。结果:两组SP患者治疗后APACHEⅡ与CPIS评分均明显降低,且联合组患者降低更明显(均P<0.05);两组SP患者治疗后用力肺活量(FVC)明显增加,呼吸频率明显减少,且联合组患者以上指标改善更优(均P<0.05);两组SP患者治疗后痰热壅肺证症状评分明显降低,且联合组患者明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组SP患者治疗后血清IL-17、IL-12P70、CD64水平明显降低,且联合组患者明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);联合组SP患者总有效率96.15%明显高于对照组的78.85%(P<0.05)。结论:麻黄升麻达原汤治疗SP痰热壅肺证疗效显著,能改善肺部感染,改善呼吸功能与中医证候,并且下调血清IL-17、IL-12P70、CD64水平。 展开更多

岩溶区地下河水中溶解无机碳同位素(δ^(13)C_(DIC))敏感而快速的响应全球气候环境的变化,δ^(13)C_(DIC)的时间序列观测对于准确了解控制地下河化学物质性质及其碳循环过程至关重要.在本研究中,对2018年8月—2022年12月贵州省双河洞穴... 岩溶区地下河水中溶解无机碳同位素(δ^(13)C_(DIC))敏感而快速的响应全球气候环境的变化,δ^(13)C_(DIC)的时间序列观测对于准确了解控制地下河化学物质性质及其碳循环过程至关重要.在本研究中,对2018年8月—2022年12月贵州省双河洞穴系统麻黄洞地下河水化学指标和δ^(13)C_(DIC)进行长期监测,并运用水化学计量方法和稳定同位素示踪法进行系统分析,结果表明,麻黄洞地下河旱、雨季溶解无机碳(DIC)含量变化范围分别为134.2—189.1 mg·L^(-1)(均值160.0 mg·L^(-1))和155.6—213.5 mg·L^(-1)(均值184.9 mg·L^(-1)),总体呈雨季高、旱季低的季节变化特征.因土壤CO_(2)和碳酸盐岩溶解等水-气-岩耦合过程控制,地下河水δ^(13)C_(DIC)季节上表现为旱季偏正、雨季偏负的特征,年际上则为干旱年偏正,湿润年偏负的变化规律;且δ^(13)C_(DIC)同位素证明麻黄洞地下河水碳酸盐岩溶蚀可能处于开放或半开放演化阶段.麻黄洞地下河水快速响应外界人类活动,农业活动产生的硝酸和硫酸共同参与碳酸盐岩风化过程,并在旱、雨季时使其风化速率提升32.70%和24.88%,岩溶碳汇量分别减少了20.04%和15.51%.本研究对于岩溶地下水资源保护及其碳循环研究具有重要意义. 展开更多

[目的]探究柞树叶粉对麻黄鸡生长性能、免疫功能、血清生化指标、抗氧化指标及肠道菌群的影响。[方法]选取1日龄麻黄鸡200只,随机分为5组,每组40只鸡,4次重复,每次重复10只鸡。对照组(C)饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组(A)在基础饲粮中添加0.002%盐酸环丙沙星,试验组分别为基础饲粮中添加3%(LT)、6%(MT)、9%(HT)柞树叶粉,试验周期为28 d。[结果]生长性能:MT组麻黄鸡的平均日增重显著高于C、LT组(P<0.05),且各组的日增重与采食量呈正相关;MT组和A组料重比显著低于C组和HT组(P<0.05)。免疫功能:MT、HT、A组麻黄鸡的脾脏指数和胸腺指数高于C组。血清生化指标:LT组和A组麻黄鸡血清中的AST活性显著低于C组(P<0.05),HT组显著高于C组(P<0.05),各试验组麻黄鸡血清中的BUN含量均低于C组,其中,MT组含量最低,较C组降低了26.6%(P<0.05),HT组麻黄鸡血清中的TBILI、ACP、ALP活性显著高于C组(P<0.05)。抗氧化能力:HT组麻黄鸡血清中T-AOC活性显著高于C组(P<0.05),各试验组血清中的GSH-Px活性均显著高于C组(P<0.05),其中HT组活性最强,MT、HT组血清中的CAT活性显著高于C组(P<0.05)。肠道菌群:MT、HT、A组麻黄鸡盲肠中大肠杆菌数量显著低于C组(P<0.05)。[结论]6%柞树叶粉对麻黄鸡生长性能、免疫功能及抗氧化能力改善效果最好。 展开更多

目的:探讨麻黄连翘赤小豆汤(MLC)通过磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)信号通路改善肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的作用机制。方法:将36只雌性SD大鼠随机分为空白组(Con),肥胖型PCOS模型制备组,采用来曲唑(1 mg·kg^(-1))灌胃... 目的:探讨麻黄连翘赤小豆汤(MLC)通过磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)信号通路改善肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的作用机制。方法:将36只雌性SD大鼠随机分为空白组(Con),肥胖型PCOS模型制备组,采用来曲唑(1 mg·kg^(-1))灌胃结合高脂饮食(HFD)诱导,造模结束后将肥胖型PCOS模型制备组分为模型组(Mod,生理盐水),二甲双胍组(Met,0.3 g·kg^(-1)),MLC低(MLC-L,4.3 g·kg^(-1))、中(MLC-M,8.6 g·kg^(-1))、高剂量组(MLC-H,17.2 g·kg^(-1))。通过数据库筛选MLC活性成分和肥胖型PCOS靶点,构建蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用(PPI)网络,分析基因本体(GO)和京都基因和基因组百科全书(KEGG)富集信号通路。基于16S rRNA测序分析菌群结构,并与网络药理学通路进行关联分析。动态监测体质量与动情周期,苏木素-伊红(HE)染色观察卵巢形态,原位末端标记法(TUNEL)检测细胞凋亡,酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、抗缪勒管激素(AMH)、睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E_(2))水平,蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测磷酸化磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(p-PI3K/PI3K)、磷酸化蛋白激酶B/蛋白激酶B(p-Akt/Akt)、B细胞淋巴瘤-2(Bcl-2)和Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)蛋白表达水平。结果:网络药理学筛选出MLC 124个活性成分及408个中药与疾病交集靶点。揭示Akt1、Bcl-2等核心靶点。16S rRNA测序显示,MLC组毛螺菌科(Lachnospiraceae)、毛螺菌属(Lachnoclostridium)和多尔氏菌属(Dorea)等菌的丰度增加(P<0.05),韦荣球菌属(Veillonella)丰度降低(P<0.05)。网络药理学与肠道微生物组学KEGG关联分析显示PI3K/Akt信号通路显著富集。动物实验显示,与Mod组比较,Met组与MLC-M、MLC-H组体质量下降至正常水平;动情周期规律化;卵巢黄体增加、囊性卵泡减少;血清中T、FSH、LH/FSH水平降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),E_(2)水平升高(P<0.01);卵巢细胞凋亡减少(P<0.01),卵巢组织中p-PI3K/PI3K、p-Akt/Akt、Bcl-2蛋白表达显著升高,Bax蛋白表达显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:MLC能调节肠道菌群结构,有效改善肥胖型PCOS大鼠卵巢病理,抑制卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡,其机制可能与上调PI3K/Akt信号通路有关。 展开更多

Objective:To explore the complex prescription compatibility law of the cold and hot nature of Mahuang Decoction(麻黄汤,MHD) and Maxing Shigan Decoction(麻杏石甘汤,MXSGD),both categorized formulas but with different hot/cold natures.Methods:Oxygen consumption of mice was determined among three groups:MHD,MXSGD and the control;a cold-hot pad differentiating assay was used to observe the variability of temperature tropism among the groups of mice which was treated with MHD,MXSGD,and their compositions. Meanwhile,the total anti-oxidant capability(T-AOC) activity were detected.Results:After administration of MHD, the mice showed increased oxygen consumption(P0.01).Compared with MHD group,the remaining rate of MXSGD mice on the hot pad was found to be significantly increased with the cold-hot pad differentiating assay (P0.05).There was no significant difference(P0.05) among the remaining rates of MXSGD,MXSGD with high dose Gypsum Fibrosum(MXHGF) group,and MXSGD with low dose Gypsum Fibrosum(MXLGF) group mice.Compared with the MHD group,T-AOC activity of the mice in the Consensus Compositons group was significantly decreased(P=0.0494).Compared with the MXSGD group,T-AOC activity of Gypsum Fibrosum (GF) group was increased significantly(P=0.0013).Conclusions:The differences in cold and hot nature could be represented objectively between MHD with a hot nature and MXSGD with a cold nature.The reason may be the Gypsum Fibrosum which decreased the efficacy of the consensus compositions.However,increasing or decreasing the dose of Gypsum Fibrosum will not change the cold and hot nature of MXSGD. 展开更多

Objective To establish an objective method for evaluating the intrinsic characteristics between cold and hot nature of Chinese materia medica(CMM)through the different effects of Mahuang decoction(MHD)and Maxing Shigan decoction(MSD)on animal temperature tropism.Methods The equipment with cold/hot pads was used to investigate the variety of the temperature tropism between two groups of mice treated by MHD and MSD,respectively.Meanwhile,the activities of adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase),superoxide dismutase,succinate dehydrogenase,and malondialdehyde were measured.Results After treated by MHD,the macroscopic behavioral index of remaining rate on warm pad(40℃)of mice decreased significantly(P<0.05),suggesting the enhancement of cold tropism,meanwhile,the internal indices of ATPase activity and oxygen consuming volume increased significantly(P<0.05),suggesting the enhancement of energy metabolism.On the other hand,the above-mentioned indices in MSD group changed on the inverse way.Conclusion The relative drug nature of MHD and MSD revealed in this study is consistent with the theoretical prognostication or definition.It indicates that the internal cold and hot nature of CMM could be reflected in ethological way on the changes of animal temperature tropism which might be internally regulated by body energy metabolism. 展开更多

射干麻黄汤联合雾化吸入治疗儿童呼吸道感染后慢性咳嗽风寒恋肺证临床研究

目的:观察采用射干麻黄汤联合雾化吸入治疗儿童呼吸道感染后慢性咳嗽风寒恋肺证的临床疗效。方法:采取前瞻性对照研究设计法。按随机数字表法将诸暨市第四人民医院儿科收治的104例呼吸道感染后慢性咳嗽患儿分为观察组与对照组各52例。... 目的:观察采用射干麻黄汤联合雾化吸入治疗儿童呼吸道感染后慢性咳嗽风寒恋肺证的临床疗效。方法:采取前瞻性对照研究设计法。按随机数字表法将诸暨市第四人民医院儿科收治的104例呼吸道感染后慢性咳嗽患儿分为观察组与对照组各52例。对照组给予吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用射干麻黄汤治疗,治疗10 d后评估2组临床疗效、咳嗽症状(日间/夜间咳嗽症状评分)、炎症指标、细胞免疫功能及安全性。结果:最终观察组完成研究50例(剔除1例,脱落1例),对照组完成研究48例(剔除3例,脱落1例)。治疗10 d后,2组日间和夜间咳嗽评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及免疫球蛋白-E(IgE)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组以上各项指标水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组血清干扰素-γ(INF-γ)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值均高于治疗前,且观察组以上各项指标均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组CD8^(+)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床疗效总有效率观察组94.00%(47/50),对照组79.17%(38/48),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组4.00%(2/50),对照组16.67%(8/48),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童呼吸道感染后慢性咳嗽风寒恋肺证给予射干麻黄汤联合雾化吸入治疗效果良好,对缓解咳嗽症状、减轻机体炎症反应、调节机体免疫功能及减少不良反应方面有积极作用。 展开更多
