The effects of amphiphilic O/W emulsions,stabilized by the alkyl polyglycoside(APG)or cholesterol-grafted sodium alginate(CSAD)/APG systems,on lambda-cyhalothrin adsorption/desorption mechanisms on natural soil minerals(i.e.,illite and kaolinite)were investigated.Sorption and desorption of lambda-cyhalothrin onto soil minerals was studied via batch equilibration to give insight into the adsorption equilibrium,kinetics,and thermodynamics of lambda-cyhalothrin adsorption onto minerals.The results indicate the following:(i)The adsorption processes for the APG system and CSAD/APG system include:rapid adsorption,slow adsorption,and adsorption equilibrium.The adsorption kinetics of pesticide on illite and kaolinite are in accordance with the Ho and McKay model,and the adsorption isotherm conforms to the Freundlich model.In addition,the adsorption processes of pesticide for the two systems on minerals were spontaneous and feasible(ΔG^0<0),endothermic(ΔH^0>0),and mainly involved chemical bonding(ΔH^0>60).(ii)The equilibrium adsorption percentages of the pesticide on illite for the APG system and CSAD/APG system were 42.4%and 64.8%,and the corresponding equilibrium adsorption percentages on kaolinite were 40.8%and 61.8%,respectively.Moreover,the pesticide adsorption rate K_(2-CSAD/APG)was faster than K_(2-APG),and its adsorption capacity K_(f-CSAD/APG )was greater than K_(f-APG).Meanwhile,the pesticide desorption K_(fd)in the CSAD/APG system was smaller than that in the APG system.As a result,this eco-friendly O/W emulsion based on amphiphilic sodium alginate derivatives might provide a green pesticide formulation,since it could reduce the amount of lambda-cyhalothrin entering aquatic systems to threaten non-target fish and invertebrate species. 展开更多

The wide use and wide-spectrum toxicity of synthetic pyrethroids (SPs) insecticides make them an emerging ecotoxicological concern. Some previous studies showed that SPs possessed cytotoxicity in some immune cells such as human lymphocytes and rat bone marrow. However, the cytotoxicity of SPs to macrophages, which are crucial to innate immunity, has not been explored. In the present report, we investigated a new pyrethroid insecticide, lambda-cyhalothrin (LCT), which may increase the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and DNA damage levels and cause cytotoxicity in RAW 264.7 cells in dose- and time-dependent manners. The results for the first time implicated increased endogenous ROS and DNA damage as co-mediators of LCT-induced cytotoxicity in macrophages. Our results also suggested that macrophages were involved in synthetic pyrethroid-induced adverse immune effects. Considering the ubiquitous environmental presence of SPs, this study provided new information relative to the potential long-term physiological and immunological effects associated with chronic exposure to SPs. Hence, the potential immunotoxicity of SPs should be considered in assessing the safety of these compounds in sensitive environmental compartments. 展开更多

Excessive use of pesticides poses increased risks to non target species including humans. In the developing countries, lack of proper awareness about the toxic potential of pesticides makes the farmer more vulnerable to pesticide linked toxicities, which could lead to diverse pathological conditions. The toxic potential of a pesticide could be determined by their ability to induce genetic mutations and cytotoxicity. Hence, determination of genetic mutation and cytotoxicity of each pesticide is unavoidable to legislate health and safety appraisal about pesticides. The objective of current investigation was to determine the genotoxic and cytotoxic potential of Endosulfan(EN) and Lambda-cyhalothrin(LC); individually and in combination. 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-Diphenyltetrazolium Bromide(MTT) assay was utilized to determine cytotoxicity, while two mutant histidine dependent Salmonella strains(TA98, TA100) were used to determine the mutagenicity of EN and LC.Moreover, mutagenicity assay was conducted with and without S9 to evaluate the effects of metabolic activation on mutagenicity. Even though a dose dependent increase in the number of revertant colonies was detected with EN against both bacterial strains, a highly significant(p 〈 0.05) increase in the mutagenicity was detected in TA98 with S9. In comparison, data obtained from LC revealed less mutagenic potential than EN. Surprisingly,the non-mutagenic individual-concentrations of EN and LC showed dose dependent mutagenicity when combined. Combination of EN and LC synergistically induced mutagenicity both in TA98 and TA100. MTT assay spotlighted comparable dose dependent cytotoxicity effects of both pesticides. Interestingly, the combination of EN and LC produced increased reversion and cytotoxicity at lower doses as compared to each pesticide, concluding that pesticide exposure even at sub-lethal doses can produce cytotoxicity and genetic mutations, which could lead to carcinogenicity. 展开更多

Lambda-cyhalothrin(LCT),one of the type II pyrethroids,has been widely used throughout the world.The estrogenic effect of LCT to increase cell proliferation has been well established.However,whether the estrogenic effect of LCT will influence neurodevelopment has not been investigated.In addition,17β-Estradiol(E2)plays a crucial role in neurodevelopment and induces an increase in synaptic proteins.The post-synaptic density 95(PSD95)protein,which is involved in the development of the structure and function of new spines and localized with estrogen receptor α(ERα)at the post-synaptic density(PSD),was detected in our study by using hippocampal neuron cell line HT22.We found that LCT up-regulated PSD95 and ERα expression,estrogen receptor(ER)antagonist ICI182,780 and phosphatidylinositol-4;5-bisphosphate 3-kinase(PI3K)inhibitor LY294,002 blocked this effect.In addition,LCT disrupted the promotion effect of E2 on PSD95.To investigate whether the observed changes are caused by ERα-dependent signaling activation,we next detected the effects of LCT on the ERα-mediated PI3K-Protein kinase B(PKB/Akt)-eukaryotic initiation factor(e IF)4E-binding protein 1(4E-BP1)pathway.There existed an activation of Akt and the downstream factor 4E-BP1 after LCT treatment.In addition,LCT could disrupt the activation effect of E2 on the Akt pathway.However,no changes in c AMP response element-binding protein(CREB)activation and PSD95 messenger ribonucleic acid(m RNA)were observed.Our findings demonstrated that LCT could increase the PSD95 protein level via the ERα-dependent Akt pathway,and LCT might disrupt the up-regulation effect of E2 on PSD95 protein expression via this signaling pathway. 展开更多

In this research,the single and combined toxicity effects of two commonly used pesticides,lambda-cyhalothrin and deltamethrin,were investigated on zebrafish at 20℃,with a weight of(1±0.1)g and a length of(3.5±0.35)cm.The study revealed that lambda-cyhalothrin exhibited higher toxicity compared to deltamethrin.Additionally,when used together,these pesticides showed significantly increased toxic effects on zebrafish.The 96-h LC 50 values were determined to be 3.059μg/L(confidence limits 0.077-0.351μg/L)for lambda-cyhalothrin and 1.304μg/L(confidence limits;0.046-0.228μg/L)for deltamethrin,both demonstrating a significant positive correlation(P<0.05).These results underscore the importance of regulating and managing pesticide use to safeguard aquatic organisms and uphold environmental sustainability. 展开更多

The extensive co-occurrence of pyrethroid insecticides such as lambda-cyhalothrin(LCT)and cypermethrin(CPM)in aquatic systems poses a potential risk,yet a significant research gap exists regarding their combined toxicological effects.In this study,the single and joint acute toxicity effects of lambda-cyhalothrin(LCT)and cypermethrin(CPM)on Nile tilapia fingerlings were investigated using 96-h bioassays.Results showed both were highly toxic,with LCT(96-h LC 50=66.53μg/L)being four-fold more potent than CPM(259.41μg/L).Regression analysis confirmed positive correlation(P<0.01)between pesticide concentration and observed mortality.The binary mixture exhibited synergistic effect with Additive Index(AI)>0,indicating combined effects exceeded the sum of their individual actions.This synergism likely stems from mutual inhibition of metabolic detoxification pathways,leading to increased internal concentrations and amplified neurotoxicity.Generally,this study confirmed that single-compound risk assessments dangerously underestimate pyrethroid mixture hazards,necessitating their inclusion in regulatory frameworks for accurate aquatic biodiversity protection. 展开更多

Excessive pesticide residues on Chinese cabbage will be harmful to people’s health.Therefore,an identification system was designed for qualitative analysis of lambda-cyhalothrin residues on Chinese cabbage leaves.In order to extract discriminant information from mid-infrared(MIR)spectra of Chinese cabbage effectively,fuzzy uncorrelated discriminant vector(FUDV)analysis was proposed by introducing the fuzzy set theory into uncorrelated discriminant vector(UDV)analysis.In this system,the Cary 630 FTIR spectrometer was used to scan four samples of Chinese cabbage with different concentrations of lambda-cyhalothrin.The MIR spectra were preprocessed by standard normal variable(SNV)and Savitzky-Golay smoothing(SG).Next,the high-dimensional MIR spectra were processed for dimension reduction by principal component analysis(PCA).Furthermore,UDV,FUDV,and some other discriminant analysis algorithms were used for feature extraction,respectively.Finally,the K-nearest neighbor(KNN)classifier was employed to classify the data.The experimental results showed that when FUDV was used as the feature extraction algorithm,the identification system reached the maximum classification accuracy of 100%.The results indicated that FUDV combined with MIR spectroscopy was an effective method to identify lambda-cyhalothrin residues on Chinese cabbage. 展开更多

[目的]为评估高效氯氟氰菊酯在冬枣中的膳食风险而开展该农药在冬枣中的残留试验。[方法]开展2年的25 g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油在冬枣上的田间试验,采用改进的QuEChERS-气相色谱-质谱联用法对样品进行检测,用OECD计算器方法估算MRL值并用风险概率(RQ)公式进行膳食风险评估。[结果]高效氯氟氰菊酯在冬枣中添加质量分数为0.005、0.05、2 mg/kg,回收率为97%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.7%~5.9%,满足残留试验对正确度和精密度要求;残留消解动态符合准一级动力学方程,半衰期为9.16~11.7 d,最终残留量为0.055~0.488 mg/kg;用OECD计算器估算MRL值为1 mg/kg;基于我国居民膳食结构的风险评估结果表明RQ为44.6%。[结论]高效氯氟氰菊酯25 g/L乳油防治冬枣中桃小食心虫,建议施药剂量为35 mg a.i./kg,施药3次,施药间隔7 d,安全间隔期为21 d,在此情况下采摘的冬枣食用是安全的。高效氯氟氰菊酯在冬枣中的MRL值建议为1 mg/kg。 展开更多

农用杀虫剂高效氯氟氰菊酯(lambda-cyhalothrin,LCT)的不规范使用可导致残留,危及食品安全和人体健康。呼吸暴露是人体接触LCT的主要方式之一,然而LCT对呼吸系统的损伤效应尚不明晰。鉴于肺癌是重要的呼吸系统恶性肿瘤,阐明LCT暴露与肺... 农用杀虫剂高效氯氟氰菊酯(lambda-cyhalothrin,LCT)的不规范使用可导致残留,危及食品安全和人体健康。呼吸暴露是人体接触LCT的主要方式之一,然而LCT对呼吸系统的损伤效应尚不明晰。鉴于肺癌是重要的呼吸系统恶性肿瘤,阐明LCT暴露与肺癌发生的潜在关系及机制具有重要价值。本研究旨在运用生物信息学方法筛选并解析LCT影响肺癌发生的关键靶分子及其作用机制。首先利用网络毒理学方法确定LCT诱导肺癌发生的潜在核心靶点,随后通过功能注释探究LCT诱发肺癌相关的细胞通路,最后使用分子对接模拟LCT与共有核心靶点的结合模式。本研究筛选到LCT诱导大细胞肺癌发生的核心靶点50个,小细胞肺癌发生的核心靶点54个,肺鳞癌发生的核心靶点29个,肺腺癌发生的核心靶点28个。其中,EGFR、HSP90AA1、JUN、CCL2、MYC、CXCL8和HSPA4是4种肺癌亚型共有核心靶点。功能注释结果表明,LCT诱发肺癌发生的细胞通路主要包括泛素化修饰、趋化作用和肿瘤免疫。分子对接模拟结果显示,LCT与核心靶点可自发结合,氢键或π-cation是LCT与共有核心靶点结合的作用力。本研究可为高效氯氟氰菊酯诱发肺癌和呼吸系统损伤的风险评估提供理论依据。 展开更多

【目的】本研究旨在探究高效氯氟氰菊酯对桃蛀螟Conogethes punctiferalis的亚致死效应,为指导田间科学使用高效氯氟氰菊酯防治桃蛀螟提供理论基础。【方法】采用药膜法测定高效氯氟氰菊酯对桃蛀螟3日龄成虫48 h的毒力;用亚致死浓度(LC_... 【目的】本研究旨在探究高效氯氟氰菊酯对桃蛀螟Conogethes punctiferalis的亚致死效应,为指导田间科学使用高效氯氟氰菊酯防治桃蛀螟提供理论基础。【方法】采用药膜法测定高效氯氟氰菊酯对桃蛀螟3日龄成虫48 h的毒力;用亚致死浓度(LC_(1),LC_(5)和LC_(10)浓度)高效氯氟氰菊酯处理3日龄桃蛀螟成虫,观察统计F_(0)代桃蛀螟成虫寿命、繁殖力和存活率以及F_(1)代桃蛀螟幼虫和蛹历期、繁殖力、孵化率、化蛹率和羽化率,并且组建F_(1)代年龄-龄期两性生命表。【结果】在处理48 h内,高效氯氟氰菊酯对桃蛀螟3日龄成虫的LC_(1),LC_(5)和LC_(10)值分别为0.233,0.601和0.995 mg/L。LC_(1),LC_(5)和LC_(10)浓度高效氯氟氰菊酯处理桃蛀螟3日龄成虫后,F_(0)代成虫平均单雌产卵量分别减少了5.56%,24.55%和51.06%。与对照组(丙酮处理)相比,LC_(10)浓度高效氯氟氰菊酯处理3日龄成虫后F_(0)代桃蛀螟成虫寿命显著缩短了1.60 d,产卵期显著缩短了1.29 d。F_(1)代种群结果表明,与对照组相比,LC_(1),LC_(5)和LC_(10)浓度高效氯氟氰菊酯处理组卵期存活率分别降低了8.70%,13.75%和30.38%,平均单雌产卵量分别减少了38.05%,30.75%和24.84%,蛹期存活率分别降低了2.70%,13.87%和27.68%。此外,与对照组相比,LC_(1),LC_(5)和LC_(10)浓度高效氯氟氰菊酯处理组F_(1)代桃蛀螟特定年龄生殖力(f_(x))曲线峰值分别降低了39.76%,34.68%和39.56%,F_(1)代桃蛀螟产卵前期、雌虫特定年龄繁殖力曲线的峰值、内禀增长率(r)、周限增长率(λ)和净繁殖率(R_(0))均显著降低。【结论】亚致死浓度高效氯氟氰菊酯处理显著降低F_(0)代桃蛀螟的寿命和繁殖力,同时显著降低F_(1)代的产卵量,抑制种群增长。本研究结果为科学使用高效氯氟氰菊酯防治桃蛀螟提供理论依据。 展开更多

苏云金杆菌制剂中违禁添加高效氯氟氰菊酯的红外光谱快速定量方法研究

利用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)对苏云金杆菌制剂中违禁添加的高效氯氟氰菊酯含量进行了快速定量检测。在3种不同来源的苏云金杆菌制剂中加入不同质量的95%(w/w)高效氯氟氰菊酯原药,配制成浓度为0.00... 利用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)对苏云金杆菌制剂中违禁添加的高效氯氟氰菊酯含量进行了快速定量检测。在3种不同来源的苏云金杆菌制剂中加入不同质量的95%(w/w)高效氯氟氰菊酯原药,配制成浓度为0.00%~5.00%的混合样品153个,乙腈作为萃取剂,选用较少萃取剂用量提高隐性成分在萃取液中浓度以增强红外吸收。选择3种预处理方法:平滑法(smooth)、标准正态变换法(SNV)和多元散射校正法(MSC)以及6种变量选择算法:无信息变量消除法(UVE)、区间偏最小二乘法(iPLS)、移动窗口偏最小二乘法(MWPLS)、竞争性自适应重加权采样(CARS)、自助软收缩法(BOSS)、区间组合优化(ICO),考察了不同预处理方法及变量选择方法对模型结果的影响。其中,MSC预处理结合BOSS算法获得最优的模型效果:交叉验证均方根误差(RMSECV)为1.18×10^(-3),交叉验证集决定系数(R2cv)为9.94×10^(-1),预测均方根误差(RMSEP)为1.01×10^(-3),预测集决定系数(R2pre)为9.93×10^(-1)。对于高效氯氟氰菊酯含量范围在0.10%~5.00%的样品,外部检验样品预测平均相对误差为4.44%,含量范围在2.00%~5.00%的样品,外部检验样品平均相对误差仅2.64%。该方法可应用于苏云金杆菌制剂中违禁添加高效氯氟氰菊酯的快速检测。 展开更多

为筛选防治青海草原毛虫Gynaephora qinghaiensis的有效药剂,选用9种高效绿色生物源药剂,采用植保无人机低空喷施防治青海草原毛虫3龄幼虫,比较不同用药量的防治效果。结果表明:施药后3 d,10%高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油(EC)和1.2%烟碱·苦... 为筛选防治青海草原毛虫Gynaephora qinghaiensis的有效药剂,选用9种高效绿色生物源药剂,采用植保无人机低空喷施防治青海草原毛虫3龄幼虫,比较不同用药量的防治效果。结果表明:施药后3 d,10%高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油(EC)和1.2%烟碱·苦参碱EC对青海草原毛虫的校正防效均超过90%,表现出速效性;施药后5 d,5%阿维菌素EC、0.5%虫菊·苦参碱可溶性液剂(SL)和1.2%烟碱·苦参碱EC对青海草原毛虫的校正防效超过90%;施药后7 d,6种药剂对青海草原毛虫的校正防效超过90%,用药量1200 mg/hm^(2)的1×10^(10) CFU/g金龟子绿僵菌可湿性粉剂(WP)和1.5×10^(10) CFU/g球孢白僵菌WP对青海草原毛虫的校正防效分别达到82.4%和80.2%,与10%高效氯氟氰菊酯EC的校正防效差异不显著,表现出持效性。综合考虑防治效果和经济成本,在害虫种群密度骤增应急防治时,使用10%高效氯氟氰菊酯EC和1.2%烟碱·苦参碱EC,用药量300 mL/hm^(2)。危害程度较低常规防治时,推荐交替使用:5%阿维菌素EC,用药量150 mL/hm^(2);1%蛇床子素SL、0.3%印楝素EC、0.5%虫菊·苦参碱SL和6%甲维·氟铃脲EC,用药量300 mL/hm^(2);1×10^(10) CFU/g金龟子绿僵菌WP、1.5×10^(10) CFU/g球孢白僵菌WP,用药量900 mg/hm^(2)。 展开更多

农药纳米载药体系可显著改善农药的叶面行为与生物利用率。本研究采用乳液聚合法构建了负载疏水性农药高效氯氟氰菊酯的纳米载药体系,系统表征了其尺寸形貌、叶面行为和生物活性。结果表明,纳米载药体系呈均一核壳结构,平均粒径<50 ... 农药纳米载药体系可显著改善农药的叶面行为与生物利用率。本研究采用乳液聚合法构建了负载疏水性农药高效氯氟氰菊酯的纳米载药体系,系统表征了其尺寸形貌、叶面行为和生物活性。结果表明,纳米载药体系呈均一核壳结构,平均粒径<50 nm,具有优异的叶面润湿、铺展和黏附性能,其表面张力和在甘蓝叶片的接触角显著低于市售制剂,叶片滞留能力显著优于市售制剂。室内毒力测试显示,药后72 h,其对小菜蛾的致死中浓度LC_(50)(24.74 mg/L)较市售微囊悬浮剂(117.85mg/L)降低79%,杀虫活性显著增强。安全性研究表明,市售水乳剂对斑马鱼的毒性是纳米载药体系的5.6倍。该纳米载药体系通过优化农药的叶面行为,有效提高了生物活性,在农药减施增效方面具有良好应用前景。 展开更多

为了明确拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂亚致死剂量对小麦荻草谷网蚜的持续慢性毒害作用,采用改良的叶片浸渍法测定了20℃下不同质量浓度高效氯氟氰菊酯处理下小麦荻草谷网蚜的室内毒力,确定了LC_(30)和LC_(10)两个亚致死剂量(分别为0.330,0.090 mg... 为了明确拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂亚致死剂量对小麦荻草谷网蚜的持续慢性毒害作用,采用改良的叶片浸渍法测定了20℃下不同质量浓度高效氯氟氰菊酯处理下小麦荻草谷网蚜的室内毒力,确定了LC_(30)和LC_(10)两个亚致死剂量(分别为0.330,0.090 mg/L)。采用微虫笼法研究了LC_(30),LC_(10)两种亚致死剂量高效氯氟氰菊酯对小麦荻草谷网蚜F_(0)代和F_(1)代翅型分化、生长和生殖的影响。结果表明,两种亚致死剂量下F_(1)代有翅蚜比例均增加,LC_(30)差异显著(P<0.05),而LC_(10)差异不显著(P>0.05);F_(0)代成蚜生存时间缩短,且LC_(30)亚致死剂量差异显著(P<0.05),产蚜量显著增加(P<0.05);F_(1)代若虫发育历期显著延长,LC_(30)处理下的成蚜寿命显著缩短(P<0.05),而LC_(10)处理下的成蚜寿命差异不显著(P>0.05)。以上结果表明,亚致死剂量高效氯氟氰菊酯增加了会刺激F_(0)代产仔,促进F_(1)代有翅分化,延长F_(1)代若虫发育历期。研究结果可为小麦荻草谷网蚜防治提供理论参考。 展开更多

根据广西壮族自治区百色市凌云县玉洪乡发生的大批量家蚕中毒死亡事件,为科学追溯中毒原因,研究团队进行了实地调查。调查发现,中毒蚕区周边的八角林曾采用飞机大规模喷洒农药,所用农药中含高效氯氟氰菊酯成分。研究团队通过改良常规农... 根据广西壮族自治区百色市凌云县玉洪乡发生的大批量家蚕中毒死亡事件,为科学追溯中毒原因,研究团队进行了实地调查。调查发现,中毒蚕区周边的八角林曾采用飞机大规模喷洒农药,所用农药中含高效氯氟氰菊酯成分。研究团队通过改良常规农药检测技术,对中毒家蚕、桑叶及八角树叶进行了采样检测。检测结果显示,样品中高效氯氟氰菊酯残留浓度分别为:家蚕0.002 mg/kg、桑叶0.003 mg/kg、八角树叶0.008 mg/kg。其中,桑叶中的农药浓度已超过家蚕最低中毒浓度(0.0001 mg/kg)。通过对家蚕进行添毒试验发现,当家蚕食用含高效氯氟氰菊酯的桑叶后,会出现拒食、吐水、向外爬行、身体卷曲呈C型或S型等症状,最终死亡。这些症状与中毒蚕区的家蚕表现完全一致。由此判定,此次家蚕农药中毒事件是由于八角树飞机喷洒时,高效氯氟氰菊酯农药漂移至附近桑树,造成桑叶污染,继而导致家蚕农药中毒。 展开更多

建立了气相色谱测定茶叶及土壤中高效氯氟氰菊酯残留量的分析方法。茶叶和土壤样品用正己烷提取,毛细管柱分离,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测。结果表明:在高效氯氟氰菊酯添加量为0.02~2.00mg/kg范围内,高效氯氟氰菊酯在鲜茶叶... 建立了气相色谱测定茶叶及土壤中高效氯氟氰菊酯残留量的分析方法。茶叶和土壤样品用正己烷提取,毛细管柱分离,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测。结果表明:在高效氯氟氰菊酯添加量为0.02~2.00mg/kg范围内,高效氯氟氰菊酯在鲜茶叶和土壤中的平均添加回收率分别为89.0%~94.1%和89.8%~94.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)分别为3.0%~4.9%和2.5%~4.2%,方法的最低检出限(S/N=3)为0.002mg/kg。采用该方法测定2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微乳剂在湖南长沙茶叶及土壤中的消解动态,其符合一级动力学消解模式,消解方程分别为Y=3.1996e-0.3394x和Y=0.1224e-0.1036x,相关系数分别为0.9956和0.9247。在茶叶中的半衰期为2.04d,在土壤中的半衰期为6.69d。该方法为湖南长沙地区茶叶种植科学合理地使用杀虫剂高效氯氟氰菊酯提供了依据。 展开更多

建立了改进的Qu ECh ERS-气相色谱检测苹果和土壤中高效氯氟氰菊酯残留的分析方法,考察和评价了苹果和土壤两种基质对高效氯氟氰菊酯的基质效应。苹果和土壤样品均用乙腈提取,经石墨化碳黑(GCB)净化后直接进样分析。结果表明:在优化后的... 建立了改进的Qu ECh ERS-气相色谱检测苹果和土壤中高效氯氟氰菊酯残留的分析方法,考察和评价了苹果和土壤两种基质对高效氯氟氰菊酯的基质效应。苹果和土壤样品均用乙腈提取,经石墨化碳黑(GCB)净化后直接进样分析。结果表明:在优化后的Qu ECh ERS条件下,高效氯氟氰菊酯在0.05~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R^2)大于0.999,检出限为0.12~0.15μg/kg,定量限为0.38~0.50μg/kg。用基质标准曲线定量时,高效氯氟氰菊酯在土壤和苹果中的回收率分别为88.29%~97.65%和80.70%~98.69%。苹果和土壤样品对高效氯氟氰菊酯都表现出基质增强效应。该方法的回收率均能达到残留分析要求,用基质配制标准溶液能够有效、方便地校正气相色谱-电子捕获检测器测定高效氯氟氰菊酯残留时的基质效应,且能应用于苹果和土壤实际样品的检测。 展开更多
