Two full-scale systems operated in parallel, a conventional A2/O system consisting of anaerobic, anoxic and oxic compartments in succession and an inverted system consisting of anoxic, anaerobic and oxic compartments without internal recycle, were compared in terms of their phosphorus removal performance, with an emphasis on phosphate (P) release behaviors, using both operational data and simulation results. The inverted system exhibited better long-term phosphorus removal performance (0.2 ± 0.3 vs. 0.7 ±0.7 mg/L), which should be attributed to the higher P release rate (0.79 vs. 0.60 kg P/(kg MLSS.day)) in the non-aerated compartments. The P release occurred in both the anoxic and anaerobic compartments of the inverted system, resulting in more efficient P release. Although the abundances of the 'Candidatus Accumulibacter phosphatis' population in the two systems were quite similar ((19.1 + 3.27)% and (18.4 + 4.15)% of the total microbe (DAPI stained particles) population in the inverted and conventional systems, respectively, by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)), the high-concentration DAPI staining results show that the abundances of the whole polyphosphate accumulating organisms (PAOs) in the aerobic ends were quite different (the average ratios of the poly-P granules to total microbes (DAPI stained particles) were (45 ±4.18)% and (35 ± 5.39)%, respectively). Both the operational data and simulation results showed that the inverted system retained more abundant PAO populations due to its special configuration, which permitted efficient P release in the non-aerated compartment and better P removal, 展开更多

These tables are implemented using column-based techniques and are used to store graphs of database, frequent sub-graphs and the neighborhood of nodes. In order to exact checking of remaining graphs, the vertex invariant is used for isomorphism test which can be parallel implemented. Metal oxide charge transport materials are preferable for realizing long-term stable and potentially low-cost perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,due to some technical difficulties(e.g.,intricate fabrication protocols,high-temperature heating process,incompatible solvents,etc.),it is still challenging to achieve efficient and reliable all-metal-oxide-based devices.Here,we developed efficient inverted PSCs(IPSCs)based on solution-processed nickel oxide(NiO_(x))and tin oxide(SnO_(2))nanoparticles,working as hole and electron transport materials respectively,enabling a fast and balanced charge transfer for photogenerated charge carriers.Through further understanding and optimizing the perovskite/metal oxide interfaces,we have realized an outstanding power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 23.5%(the bandgap of the perovskite is 1.62 eV),which is the highest efficiency among IPSCs based on all-metal-oxide charge transport materials.Thanks to these stable metal oxides and improved interface properties,ambient stability(retaining 95%of initial PCE after 1 month),thermal stability(retaining 80%of initial PCE after 2 weeks)and light stability(retaining 90%of initial PCE after 1000 hours aging)of resultant devices are enhanced significantly.In addition,owing to the low-temperature fabrication procedures of the entire device,we have obtained a PCE of over 21%for flexible IPSCs with enhanced operational stability. 展开更多

The proposed circuits have low power dissipation. All proposed circuits are simulated using SPICE in 180 nm CMOS technology with supply voltages of ±1.25 V. The simulation results demonstrate increase in input range for FGMOS based voltage buffer and analog inverter and maximum power dissipation of 0.5 mW, 1.9 mW and 0.429 mW for FGMOS based voltage buffer, analog inverter and WTA circuits, respectively. A novel inverted advanced treatment process of ozone/hydrogen peroxide(O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2))and biological activated carbon fluidized bed(BACFB)before the conventional process has been developed to treat the high-algae-laden reservoir water,which aims to enhance the removal of dissolved organic matter(DOM),odorants as well as the precursors of disinfection by-products(DBPs).Before and after the renovation,the average value of chemical oxygen demand(determined by potassium permanganate method)in the filter effluent decreased from 2.18 to 1.15 mg/L.Likewise,the average concentrations of turbidity dropped from 0.640 to 0.098 NTU,indicating substantial improvement following the renovation.Formation potential of DBPs such as trihalomethanes and haloacetic acids were also reduced greatly.The results of the polarity rapid analysis method indicated that ozonation primarily removed non-polar and positively charged organic matter,while coagulation-sedimentation targeted non-positive organic matter.The results of fluorescence spectroscopy and highresolution mass spectrometry indicated that the new process effectively removed DOM,and decreased the number of nitrogen-containing compounds.Additionally,the inverted O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2) and BACFB process promoted the dynamic transformation between DOM components and significantly reduced overall aromatic content.This study provided a promising solution for treating high-algae-laden source water and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this novel process in practice. 展开更多

Multilevel feature moving average ratio method is proposed to realize an open-switch fault diagnosis for any switch of the microgrid inverter. The main steps of the proposed method include multilevel signal decomposition, coefficient reconstruction, absolute average ratio process and artificial neural network U+0028 ANN U+0029 classification. Specifically, multilevel signal decomposition is realized by using the means of multi resolution analysis to obtain the different frequency band coefficients of the three-phase current signal. The related coefficient reconstruction is executed to achieve signals decomposition in different levels. Furthermore, according to the obtained data, the absolute average ratio process is used to extract absolute moving average ratio of signal decomposition in different levels for the three-phase current. Finally, to intelligently classify the inverter switch fault and realize the adaptive ability, the ANN technology is applied. Compared to conventional fault diagnosis methods, the proposed method can accurately detect and locate the open-switch fault for any location of the microgrid inverter. Additionally, it need not set related threshold of algorithm and does not require normalization process, which is relatively easy to implement. 鉴于汽车前A柱上饰板结构复杂,内部含有众多加强筋、倒扣特征、卡扣座和支撑结构底座等结构,且外观面需要进行面料包覆处理,因此设计了一副1模2腔带有顺序阀控制的热流道低压注塑包覆模具。由于是低压注塑包覆成型,热流道无法从型腔侧进... 鉴于汽车前A柱上饰板结构复杂,内部含有众多加强筋、倒扣特征、卡扣座和支撑结构底座等结构,且外观面需要进行面料包覆处理,因此设计了一副1模2腔带有顺序阀控制的热流道低压注塑包覆模具。由于是低压注塑包覆成型,热流道无法从型腔侧进胶,所以在塑件B面即在型芯侧开设直接浇口对其注射成型,通过CAE模流分析来验证浇注系统的合理性,并预测其成型过程中可能存在的缺陷问题。为了应对其结构的复杂性带来的脱模困难问题,分别设计了“弹簧+滑块”、“斜顶杆+斜顶块”及“油缸+滑块”等机构进行侧向抽芯及脱模。顶出机构则由油缸驱动,通过“直顶块+直顶杆+顶针”等部件将塑件顶出。在模具开始工作之前,需要先将面料平整地铺设在型腔一侧,然后进行合模和注射成型。最终结合实际生产验证,该模具结构合理,能够稳定安全地运行,并且生产出的产品符合设计标准。 展开更多

为解决光伏组件异常导致光伏逆变器数据异常的问题,提出一种基于改进残差网络(SCCB-ResNet50)的光伏逆变器数据异常检测方法。该方法引入马尔可夫转移场将光伏功率时序数据化转为二维图像,以增加数据特征点从而提高检测精度,同时使用改... 为解决光伏组件异常导致光伏逆变器数据异常的问题,提出一种基于改进残差网络(SCCB-ResNet50)的光伏逆变器数据异常检测方法。该方法引入马尔可夫转移场将光伏功率时序数据化转为二维图像,以增加数据特征点从而提高检测精度,同时使用改进残差网络提取数据异常特征,进行数据异常检测。改进残差网络在残差网络中引入通道注意力和空间注意力融合机制(CBAM),并使用改进的随机梯度下降(SGD)优化器和余弦退火学习率下降策略,以提高数据异常检测精度。结果表明:该方法在AUC、召回率和准确率上分别达到95.8%、81.5%、96.0%,与LSTM等其他数据异常检测方法相比,3个评价指标均得到有效提高,具有优异的数据异常检测能力。 展开更多

为确保隧洞式倒虹吸在充水阶段的安全性与稳定性,研究探讨了倒虹吸结构在已含水的情况下充水的动态响应。以滇中引水工程玉石厂倒虹吸为案例,运用计算流体动力学软件(CFD)进行数值模拟,并结合物理模型试验,分析了初始含水状态下的倒虹... 为确保隧洞式倒虹吸在充水阶段的安全性与稳定性,研究探讨了倒虹吸结构在已含水的情况下充水的动态响应。以滇中引水工程玉石厂倒虹吸为案例,运用计算流体动力学软件(CFD)进行数值模拟,并结合物理模型试验,分析了初始含水状态下的倒虹吸结构在不同充水流量下的流速、压强和稳定时间。结果表明,水头损失的变化趋势随着流量的增大呈现出先减小后增大的趋势。这一发现与模型试验数据的变化趋势相吻合,且两者之间的误差较小,表明数值模拟的准确性较高。此外,水流的惯性时间常数与数值模拟所预测的水流稳定时间在数值上具有显著的一致性,并且随着流量的增加,水流稳定时间呈现递减趋势,这为倒虹吸结构的充水操作提供了重要的参考依据。 展开更多

All-solution-processed inverted quantum dot(QD)light-emitting diodes(QLEDs)with transparent bottom cathodes can be directly connected to the n-type thin-film transistors,offering a feasible solution for low-cost active matrix-driven QD displays.However,the subsequent solution-deposition of the hole-transporting layer destroys the underneath QD films,resulting in largely deteriorated device performance.Various strategies have been implemented to prevent QD film from dissolution,but all at a heavy cost of device performance suffering from either reduced efficiency or increased driving voltage.Here,a facile and effective water-treatment approach for QD film to fabricate inverted QLEDs through all solution processing is reported.The water treatment substitutes the long-chain oleate ligands with hydroxyl groups,resulting in significantly improved non-polar solvent resistance of the QD films.Importantly,the QD films reserve their excellent photoluminescence efficiency after water treatment.With the water-treated QD film as the emissive layer,all-solution-processed inverted red QLED with a peak external quantum efficiency of 19.6%,a turn-on voltage of 1.8 V,and a T50 operational lifetime of 150,000 h at 100 cd·m^(-2) was achieved.Furthermore,efficient and low-voltage-driven green and blue QLEDs can also be prepared with this method.This work provides a feasible strategy for the fabrication of high-performance all-solution-processed inverted QLEDs,paving the way toward achieving QLEDs by all ink-jet printing. 展开更多

太阳能电池在户外照明、太空飞行器等领域具有显著优势。钙钛矿太阳能电池是一种新型太阳能电池,因成膜工艺简单、光电转换效率提升快而受到全世界的关注。真空法是通过热蒸发法等在真空状态下全程没有溶剂参与的方法。溶液法应用较为普... 太阳能电池在户外照明、太空飞行器等领域具有显著优势。钙钛矿太阳能电池是一种新型太阳能电池,因成膜工艺简单、光电转换效率提升快而受到全世界的关注。真空法是通过热蒸发法等在真空状态下全程没有溶剂参与的方法。溶液法应用较为普遍,但很难在粗糙或有缺陷的衬底上实现完全覆盖,器件各层材料的工艺研究对获得高质量钙钛矿电池十分重要。文中选用自制的含吡咯并吡咯结构的空穴传输材料(D42)以及商品化被报道用于发光二极管(light-emitting diode,LED)热蒸镀空穴传输材料(Z03)在溶液法成功制备钙钛矿电池,获得9.48%和8.27%的光电转换效率,同时也尝试了蒸镀法分别获得了8.20%和1.55%的光电转换效率,在工艺研究中取得了一定的进展。此外,为了进一步研究,将自制的D42与反式钙钛矿电池中常用的聚合物空穴传输材料聚[双(4-苯基)(2,4,6-三甲基苯基)胺](poly[bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine],PTAA)进行了复合,将D42按0 mg·mL^(-1)(0%),0.5 mg·mL^(-1)(5%),1 mg·mL^(-1)(10%),2.5 mg·mL^(-1)(25%)的掺杂浓度加入到PTAA的溶液中,通过溶液旋涂制备工艺,最终以基于1 mg·mL^(-1)掺杂浓度的D42-PTAA空穴传输层的器件最优,效率最高达到16.92%。 展开更多

配网逆变器输出电压波动性较大,对此,提出基于SVPWM算法的含分布式光伏电源配网逆变器无差拍控制方法。针对含分布式光伏电源配网逆变器运行特性,分析输出功率,建立逆变器本体函数,利用SVPWM算法,确定含分布式光伏电源配网逆变器的电压... 配网逆变器输出电压波动性较大,对此,提出基于SVPWM算法的含分布式光伏电源配网逆变器无差拍控制方法。针对含分布式光伏电源配网逆变器运行特性,分析输出功率,建立逆变器本体函数,利用SVPWM算法,确定含分布式光伏电源配网逆变器的电压矢量,合成电压矢量,分析逆变器运行状态方程,引入传递函数,对逆变器运行状态进行调整。在无差拍控制器的作用下,对逆变器运行状态进行离散化处理,完成含分布式光伏电源配网逆变器无差拍控制。实验结果表明,该方法在实际应用中总谐波失真值为0.04%,其能够有效控制逆变器输出电压的波动。 展开更多
