Innovation has become the key driving force of economic development. Economic development of Huangshan City should take the road of "green development " and combine economic development with ecological protection. This paper designs the measurement index of innovation and green economic development, and makes an empirical analysis based on the data of innovation and green economic development in Huangshan City from 2005 to 2016. It is concluded that the index of innovation and green economic development in Huangshan City shows an increasing trend. Innovation has a positive role in promoting green economic development in Huangshan City. Therefore, Huangshan City should strengthen regional innovation management, create regional innovation environment, strengthen cooperation between industry, University and research, increase support for green innovation, promote technological innovation of recycling, and promote the construction of circular economy.展开更多
Based on the connotation and process of innovation-driven development, we have developed a comprehensive evaluation system containing 20 indicators in five aspects, including innovation factors, innovation subjects, i...Based on the connotation and process of innovation-driven development, we have developed a comprehensive evaluation system containing 20 indicators in five aspects, including innovation factors, innovation subjects, innovation environments, innovation outputs, and development performance, to measure the levels of innovation-driven development in Sichuan province. Selecting 21 cities and prefectures in Sichuan province as research objects, we evaluated and measured the innovation-driven development levels of each city and prefecture using the entropy weight method(EWM). According to the evaluation results, the 21 cities and prefectures were divided into four categories depending on their levels of innovation-driven development: advanced-level, high-level, medium-level, and low-level. The results show that there are obvious spatial differences in terms of innovation-driven development levels among cities and prefectures in Sichuan province. Specifically, Chengdu, Mianyang, Panzhihua, and Deyang cities rank among the top four cities because of their advanced and high levels of innovation-driven development, while other cities and prefectures are at the medium and low levels. We also analyzed the innovation-driven development policies and practices of cities and prefectures in Sichuan province, to provide guidance for implementing innovation-driven development strategies in the cities and prefectures in the future.展开更多

However, compared with developed countries, there are still many problems in China's wind powerindustry, mainly involving the industrial chain, supply chain, innovation chain, talent chain, etc. Based on China'snational conditions, this article proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions such as establishing a windpower industry research and development innovation system, improving the wind power industry service system,and establishing a diversified talent guarantee mechanism to address these issues.
文摘To obtain a sustainable competitive advantage and achieve global innovation leadership,firms in China and other emerging economies must develop strong indigenous innovation capabilities through the coevolution of strategy,organization,resources,and culture.Drawing on current innovation management theories and practices,this study proposes four systematic paths for improving firm innovation systems(FISs),namely,the R&D-based internal collaborative FIS,the strategic vision-driven FIS,the open and user-driven FIS,and the holistic ecosystemdriven FIS.This study contributes to the systematic approach for enhancing corporate indigenous innovation capability based on FISs.Moreover,this study provides theoretical and practical insights for China as well as other developing countries to cultivate world-class enterprises and build an innovative nation.
文摘As traditional drivers fade,cultivating new drivers has become the key to the high-quality development of China's economy.In the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the digital economy plays a strategic role in promoting high-quality economic development in China,by using data as a new key production factor and innovation as the driving force,and driving impetus change,efficiency change and quality change to increase total factor productivity.The mechanism for the digital economy to cultivate new drivers for the high-quality development of China's economy is through four dimensions,namely allocation optimization,economies of scale,industrial integration,and innovation-driven growth.In the context of the digital economy,accelerating the cultivation of new drivers calls for the following efforts:speeding up digital innovation and promoting the driving force change,efficiency change,and quality change;accelerating the process of digital industrialization and pushing advanced industrial basic capabilities;using industrial digital transformation to promote the modernization of the industrial chain;and advancing the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,and promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.

文摘Scientific and technological strength,the ability to achieve national strategic goals in science and technology,is not only a significant component of national comprehensive strength,but also the scientific and technological innovation foundation for continuous strengthening national comprehensive strength.The quantitative evaluation of China's scientific and technological strength from 2000 to 2020 shows tremendous progress in science and technology,transitioning from a catching-up country to an innovationdriven country.China has moved from the second array to the first array of global science and technology,securing a historic shift from mere quantity to high quality.This fully demonstrates the political advantage on the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China,the strategic advantage of innovation-driven development,and the advantages of the new system for mobilizing resources nationwide under the socialist market economy with a wealth of human resources in science and technology.Based on China's strategic requirements of pursuing self-reliance and strength in science and technology as support for national development,this paper proposes policy recommendations for the futuredevelopment of variousadvantagess and favorable conditions,aimingg to strengthen nationa1lstrength insstrategic science and technology and to implement the innovation-driven developmentstrategy.Furthermore,prospects for China's scientific and technologica1l visionfor 2025 and 2035 are presented,envisioning a significant increase in scientific and technological strength and China's entry into the advanced ranks among the most innovative countries in the world.
