Since the Carter administration launched the“Freedom of Navigation Program”(FON Program)in 1979,the United States has been conducting“Freedom of Navigation Operations”(FONOPs)and frequently dispatching warships and military aircraft into waters under the jurisdiction of other coastal States to challenge the so-called“excessive maritime claims.”1 According to official statistics from the US Department of Defense,during fiscal year 2023 alone,the US FONOPs challenged 29“excessive maritime claims”by 17 coastal States,an increase from the 22“excessive maritime claims”by 15 coastal States challenged in FY2022.2 The US“freedom of navigation”frequently causes unnecessary frictions.In several severe cases,it leads to maritime and aerial accidents. 展开更多

Economic freedom,economic sustainability,and herding behavior:Does the ubiquity of information communication technology matter?

This study investigates the impact of information communication technology(ICT),economic freedom,and economic sustainability on herding behavior,and examines whether the link between economic freedom and economic sustainability depends on ICT.Using quantile regression on a sample of seven Gulf Cooperation Council stock markets from 2004 to 2020,we find that ICT and economic freedom reduce herding in lower quantiles while promoting it in higher quantiles.Conversely,open market freedom and economic sustainability appear to correct herding in all quantiles.The results show that ICT reinforces the move away from herding seen with economic freedom for the transmission channel of ICT on herding.However,ICT plays a dual role in open market freedom and economic sustainability,weakening(strengthening)the curative effect of economic sustainability(open market freedom)in the lower quantiles and strengthening(weakening)it in higher quantiles.Thus,the highest impact in reducing herding exits through the combination of ICT and economic freedom is skewed to the lower quantiles with ICT-open market freedom and skewed to the upper quantiles with ICT-economic sustainability.These results offer substantial implications for policymakers. 展开更多

Objective:This study aimed to explore the effect of aromatherapy combined with emotional release technology on recurrence fear and sleep quality of lung cancer survivors.Methods:114 cases of lung cancer survivors were divided into routine nursing group,emotional release technology group and aromatherapy combined with emotional release technology group.Routine nursing group received routine nursing;Emotional release technology group implemented emotional release technology for one month on the basis of routine nursing group;Aromatherapy combined with emotional release technology group used lavender aromatherapy on the basis of emotional release technology group.Results:After one month of intervention,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of fear of disease progression and sleep quality among the three groups.Conclusion:Aromatherapy combined with emotional release technology can improve the sleep quality of lung cancer survivors and reduce the economic toxicity of cancer to some extent. 展开更多

The dynamic behavior of high-speed craft navigating through variable sea states plays a pivotal role in ensuring maritime safety.However,many existing simulation approaches rely on linear or overly simplified representations of the marine environment,thereby limiting the fidelity of motion predictions.This study explores the motion characteristics of a 4.5-t high-speed vessel by conducting fully coupled numerical simulations using the STAR-CCM+software.The analysis considers both calm and varying sea conditions,incorporating fluctuations in wave height,wavelength,and wind speed to reflect more realistic operating scenarios.Simulation results reveal that the vessel’s hydrodynamic response is highly sensitive to changes in sea state.As conditions deteriorate,the free surface becomes increasingly complex,with higher wave amplitudes and more pronounced interactions between the waves generated by the vessel and those imposed by the external environment.These effects lead to significant increases in roll,pitch,heave,and sway motions,thereby imposing greater demands on the vessel’s dynamic stability and operational safety.Furthermore,both hydrodynamic resistance and propulsive thrust exhibit notable dependence on sea state and vessel speed.Total resistance generally increases with rougher sea conditions,while thrust tends to rise with increasing forward speed.Under calm or mildly disturbed waters,a Froude number(Fr)of 0.5 appears to offer an optimal balance for initiating and controlling primary motions such as roll,pitch,heave,and sway.Conversely,in more challenging conditions-such as those represented by a Sea State 3-effective motion control is better achieved at a higher Froude number of approximately 1.0. 展开更多

This paper aims to evaluate the stochastic response of steel columns subjected to blast loads using the modified single degree of freedom(MSDOF)method,which assessed towards the conventional single degree of freedom(SDOF)and the experimentally validated Finite Element(FE)methods(LSDYNA).For this purpose,special atten-tion is given to calculating the response of H-shaped steel columns under blast.The damage amount is determined based on the support rotation criterion,which is expressed as a function of their maximum lateral mid-span dis-placement.To account for uncertainties in input parameters and obtain the failure probability,the Monte Carlo simulation(MCS)method is employed,complemented by the Latin Hypercube Sampling(LHS)method to reduce the number of simulations.A parametric analysis is hence performed to examine the effect of several input pa-rameters(including both deterministic and probabilistic parameters)on the probability of column damage as a function of support rotation.First,the MSDOF method confirms its higher accuracy in estimating the probability of column damage due to blast,compared to the conventional SDOF.The collected results also show that un-certainties of several input parameters have significant effects on the column behavior.In particular,geometric parameters(including cross-sectional characteristics,boundary conditions and column length)have major effect on the corresponding column response,in the same way of input blast load parameters and material properties. 展开更多

The interaction between regular waves and an oscillating wave energy converter(WEC)in front of a vertical seawall is investigated using a 2D analytical model.A three-degree of freedom(DOF)WEC and a WEC hinged to the seawall(constrained to pitch mode)are considered to examine the influence of the DOF of the WEC on the wave energy extraction performance.Results show that the piston-mode water resonance in the gap and the coupled WEC and water column resonant motion significantly influence the wave energy extraction efficiency.At low frequency,the case with a 3-DOF WEC has a broader high-efficiency bandwidth than that with a heaving WEC.However,3-DOF WEC exhibits worse performance at high frequencies.The frequency response of the wave energy capture width ratio(CWR)for the pitching WEC case shows a trimodal trend under the specified conditions.It showcases the best overall wave energy extraction performance in terms of the high-efficiency bandwidth.Furthermore,a parametric study indicates that the gap distance between the WEC and the seawall has tremendous effects on the CWR of both cases.As the position of the hinge point of the pitching WEC changes,the CWR at the low and high frequencies shows opposite trends. 展开更多

A floating horizontal-axis tidal current turbine(HATT)is an underwater power generation device where cavitation inevitably occurs on blade surfaces,severely affecting a turbine’s lifespan.Under wave action,these floating turbines exhibit six degrees of freedom motion,potentially intensifying the cavitation on the blade surfaces.This study selects three types of oscillatory motions from the six degrees of freedom:roll,yaw,and pitch.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)methods are used for numerical calculations,and transient simulations of multiphase flow are conducted on the basis of the Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)model.Research has revealed strong correlations between flow velocity,the blade tip speed ratio,and cavitation.During oscillatory motion,the motion period and amplitude also significantly impact cavitation.In roll motion,the cavitation rate can increase by up to 59%with decreasing period,whereas in pitch and yaw motions,the increases are 7.57 times and 36%larger,respectively.With an increase in amplitude during roll motion,the cavitation rate can increase by up to 1.08 times,whereas in pitch and yaw motions,the increases are 3.49 times and 45%,respectively.The cavitation rate on the blade surfaces is the highest in pitch motion,followed by roll and yaw motions. 展开更多

针对气动肌肉输出力特性复杂、六自由度并联平台具有较大参数不确定性和模型不确定性等控制难点,采用反步法设计了基于关节空间的交叉耦合自适应鲁棒控制器,以增强关节协同运动的控制能力。该控制器为两层级联结构,每层包含一个在线参... 针对气动肌肉输出力特性复杂、六自由度并联平台具有较大参数不确定性和模型不确定性等控制难点,采用反步法设计了基于关节空间的交叉耦合自适应鲁棒控制器,以增强关节协同运动的控制能力。该控制器为两层级联结构,每层包含一个在线参数估计模块和一个基于非线性模型的鲁棒控制模块。在线参数估计模块通过在线最小二乘参数估计减小模型参数的不确定性,鲁棒控制模块利用鲁棒控制策略减小参数估计误差、非线性建模误差和外界干扰造成的影响。实验结果表明,所设计的控制器能提高并联平台位姿控制精度。平台做升降运动、三自由度复合平移运动和六自由度位姿混合运动时,位置的平均跟踪误差不超过0.84 mm,姿态的平均跟踪误差不超过0.03°,且对干扰具有较强的性能鲁棒性。 展开更多

为满足模块化建筑吊装过程中负载抑摆与精准定位的要求,需对吊装绳索的摆角进行实时精准测量。然而现有基于加速度计、电位计等传感器的测量方法存在线性度差、易产生累积漂移等问题,而视觉测量方法易受环境干扰,在动态工况下适应性不... 为满足模块化建筑吊装过程中负载抑摆与精准定位的要求,需对吊装绳索的摆角进行实时精准测量。然而现有基于加速度计、电位计等传感器的测量方法存在线性度差、易产生累积漂移等问题,而视觉测量方法易受环境干扰,在动态工况下适应性不足。针对上述局限,提出一种基于双旋转编码器的两自由度绳索摆角测量系统。该系统通过设计半圆检测片片并结合旋转编码器,实现了两自由度摆角的同步高精度采集,并建立了相应的姿态解算模型。试验结果表明:该系统平均测量误差为0.15°、最大误差为0.58°、动态响应周期为20 ms,在精度与实时性方面均显著优于加速度计和视觉测量方法。研究成果可为模块化建筑单元的高精度安装以及其他悬吊负载的姿态控制提供可靠的技术支撑。 展开更多

轴承球-滚道全工作态下的动态接触特性分析

【目的】随着旋转类机械结构对运行精度和稳定性要求的不断提高,其内部服役轴承的动态性能也面临更加严格的要求。为提高旋转类机械结构的工作性能,揭示轴承在复杂载荷工况下的动态接触特性变化规律显得尤为重要。【方法】基于经典琼斯... 【目的】随着旋转类机械结构对运行精度和稳定性要求的不断提高,其内部服役轴承的动态性能也面临更加严格的要求。为提高旋转类机械结构的工作性能,揭示轴承在复杂载荷工况下的动态接触特性变化规律显得尤为重要。【方法】基于经典琼斯哈里斯模型和滚道控制理论,依据部件间的几何分析和受力分析,建立了一种五自由度动态接触特性分析模型,该模型系统考虑了离心力和陀螺力矩等因素,并计入轴承球-滚道接触和分离两种工作态的影响,以全面描述球轴承在轴向载荷、径向载荷、力矩载荷和转速等多因素作用下的动态接触特性。此外,构建了一种内循环-外循环式Newton-Raphson迭代算法求解局部方程和全局方程,依据轴承内部几何关系和受力关系简化模型求解变量,以降低模型求解的复杂度。以NSK 7013C轴承为例,分析特定载荷工况下轴承的动态接触特性变化规律。【结果】计算结果显示,当轴向载荷较小且达到一定转速时,轴承内部球-滚道会出现非完全接触状态,非完全接触区域与转速呈正相关;适当增大轴向载荷时,轴承内、外圈接触载荷幅值的变化幅度变小且非完全接触状态消失;单独增大径向载荷会导致轴承内部出现非完全接触现象,当径向载荷增大到一定程度时,非完全接触区域不再增大;在同一载荷条件下,轴承内、外圈接触角和接触载荷随滚动体方位角的变化而变化;不同方向的径向载荷和力矩载荷均使轴承接触角和接触载荷产生波动,其作用效果会相互叠加。【结论】轴向载荷能够改善轴承内部载荷分布,且对个别轴承球出现的分离状态具有一定抑制作用。轴向载荷、径向载荷、力矩载荷和转速对轴承的动态接触特性具有不同程度的影响,且力矩载荷的影响较小。本文创新之处在于系统考虑了轴承外界载荷和轴承球-滚道接触、分离全工作态的影响,分析轴承在复杂载荷工况下的动态接触特性变化规律,为指导轴承的选型、正向设计以及改善旋转机械的工作性能等提供了新的理论支持。 展开更多

为研究轴系误差变化对含有精密旋转轴系的精密测量仪器或高端制造装备的影响规律,在圆光栅安装偏心自校准原理、自准直原理和激光三角原理的基础上,提出了一种基于多原理融合的精密旋转轴系六自由度误差同步测量方法。首先,通过圆光栅... 为研究轴系误差变化对含有精密旋转轴系的精密测量仪器或高端制造装备的影响规律,在圆光栅安装偏心自校准原理、自准直原理和激光三角原理的基础上,提出了一种基于多原理融合的精密旋转轴系六自由度误差同步测量方法。首先,通过圆光栅安装偏心自校准原理,进一步建立了精密旋转轴系角度定位误差和径向误差分离模型。然后,设计了基于自准直原理和激光三角原理相结合的精密旋转轴系轴向和倾斜误差测量模块并进行标定。最后,以DD马达为实验对象进行验证。实验结果表明,DD马达的角度定位误差在±3.5″以内,径向误差在±0.5μm以内,X轴倾斜误差在±6″以内,Y轴倾斜误差在±8.3″以内,轴向误差在±6μm以内。该方法与传统精密旋转轴系误差测量方法相比,无需光电自准直仪、商用主轴误差测量系统等仪器,能够实现精密旋转轴系六自由度误差同步测量,具有成本低、原位测量等优点,可用于精密旋转轴系误差的长期监测。 展开更多

宪法学界提出了一种新的分类方法,即将基本权利划分为事实上形成的基本权利和法律上形成的基本权利,并主张婚姻属于法律上形成的基本权利。这种分类法来自耶里内克有关天然自由和法律自由的区分,虽具有一定新意,但它既不能解释我国的婚... 宪法学界提出了一种新的分类方法,即将基本权利划分为事实上形成的基本权利和法律上形成的基本权利,并主张婚姻属于法律上形成的基本权利。这种分类法来自耶里内克有关天然自由和法律自由的区分,虽具有一定新意,但它既不能解释我国的婚姻法实践,还具有理论上的固有缺陷。两性结合之所以被认定为婚姻,是因为他们的行为符合婚姻的“意义内涵”,而构成此种“意义内涵”的主要是伦理规范、民间习俗、文化传统等规范系列。法律的功能不在于婚姻的形成,而在于对婚姻提供保障。宪法上的婚姻自由因此具有“天然自由”的特征,这就提供了从宪法的角度对整个婚姻法律制度进行合宪性审查的可能。 展开更多

目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)介入手术(PCI)患者接受情绪释放技术(EFT)联合问题导向干预(POI)能否有效改善心理韧性及疾病进展恐惧情况。方法:选择某院2024年1月至2025年1月收治的148例CHD接受PCI的患者,使用随机数表法分为对照组(常规干预,n=... 目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)介入手术(PCI)患者接受情绪释放技术(EFT)联合问题导向干预(POI)能否有效改善心理韧性及疾病进展恐惧情况。方法:选择某院2024年1月至2025年1月收治的148例CHD接受PCI的患者,使用随机数表法分为对照组(常规干预,n=74)和研究组(EFT联合POI,n=74),比较两组患者干预前后的心理韧性[Cormor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、恐惧疾病进展程度[恐惧疾病进展量表(FoP-Q)]、心功能[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和心脏指数(CI)]、运动耐受性、自我管理能力[冠心病自我管理行为量表(CSMS)]和生活质量[西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)]。结果:干预后,研究组CD-RISC各维度评分和总分均高于对照组(t=8.233,6.291,5.991,5.704;P<0.05),研究组FoP-Q各维度和总分均低于对照组(t=-4.816,-9.034,-8.852,-9.070,-8.259,-9.370;P<0.05),研究组LVEDD低于对照组,LVEF、CI、6 min行走距离均高于对照组(t=-3.771,7.180,4.135,9.051;P<0.05),研究组CSMS各维度评分和总分均高于对照组(t=6.296,5.404,3.531,3.713,3.572,4.604,3.739,4.883;P<0.05),研究组SAQ各维度得分均高于对照组(t=8.839,9.948,9.355,9.247,9.711;P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:CHD接受PCI患者采取EFT联合POI能够有效增强患者心理韧性,减轻患者疾病进展恐惧严重程度,改善患者心功能和运动耐受性,提升其自我管理能力和生活质量。 展开更多

针对超声波长时间自动检测复杂构件缺陷时,界面与缺陷回波相互干涉使回波信号呈现随机多峰性,难以实时准确地解析缺陷信息,且事后解读也将带来海量数据存储的技术瓶颈,提出了一种随机信息自由度超声检测信号的压缩及参数重构方法。通过... 针对超声波长时间自动检测复杂构件缺陷时,界面与缺陷回波相互干涉使回波信号呈现随机多峰性,难以实时准确地解析缺陷信息,且事后解读也将带来海量数据存储的技术瓶颈,提出了一种随机信息自由度超声检测信号的压缩及参数重构方法。通过先验能量分布,自适应匹配采样核的频域支撑区间及参数,将随机多峰回波脉冲流通过自适应采样核调制,再以低速率对其进行等间隔稀疏采样,最后通过零化滤波器重构多峰回波信号幅值与时延特征。以钢轨缺陷超声检测为例,相较于奈奎斯特采样法,本文所提方法在保留轨头、轨腰、轨底、人工缺陷及二次回波信息的同时,数据量减少了90%。 展开更多
