Ft. against Bortrytis cinerea. [Method] Using the confrontation culture method, the antagonistic effect of mycelium, fermentation broth and mycelial extract of R. virescens against B. cinerea was studied. [Result] The antagonistic ef- fect of R. vivesscens against B. cinerea was mainly manifested as hyperparasitism of mycelium and inhibition effect of metabolites. The inhibition rate of confrontation growth was between 46.9% and 52.3%, and hyperparasitism phenomenon was obvi- ous. The fermentation broth of R. virescens cultured by PDB medium had the strongest growth inhibition effect, and the growth inhibition rate against B. cinerea was the highest of 61.59%. The thermal stability of fermentation broth was good, the mycelial extract of R. virescens had no inhibition effect against the growth of B. cinerea. [Conclusion] The study provided theoretical basis for subsequent differentiation and drug sensitivity of B. cinerea.展开更多

Quel.have been analysed and assigned. All the ^(11)CNMR signals of the model compounds melleolide 5 and compounds 8,10,11,13,14,15,and 16 can be assigned on the basis of the multiplicity of the sig- nals in the off-resonance decoupled spectra or INEPT spectra.^(11)C-~1H COSY and long-range ^(13)C-~1H COSY.The assignments of the ^(13)CNMR spectra of other protoilludane sesquiterpenoid aromatic esters were completed by comparison with the model compounds as well as the electronic effects of substi- tuted group on the molecules. The present results indicate that ^(11)CNMR spectroscopy provides an ef- fective method for characterizing the protoilludane sesquiterpenoid aromatic esters.展开更多

The results showed that high-dosage group(40 mL/kg) of com-pound P. igniarius oral liquid can obviously enhance the ability of carbon clearance of mice; middle-(20 mL/kg) and high-dosage groups can significantly enhance the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of chicken erythrocyte of mouse macrophage;low-(10 mL/kg), middle- and high-dosage groups can significantly enhance NK cel activity of mice. These showed that compound P. igniarius oral liquid can enhance mononuclear-macrophage and NK cel activity. In conclusion, compound P. igniarius oral liquid’s polysaccharide can enhance immunologic function and significantly im-prove the specific and nonspecific immunologic function.展开更多

The universal primers ITS1/ITS4 were used in PCR-RFLP to amplify the rDNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) of tested C. geophilum isolates. The amplified products were digested with EcoR Ⅰ, Hinf Ⅰ, and Mbo Ⅰ, and the digested fragments of PCR products showed that there were obvious differences. A random primer (5′-CGCACCGCAC-3′) was employed in RAPD to amplify the genomic DNA of C. geophilum, and 19 detectable and reliable DNA bands of 300-2000 bp size were observed. According to the number, position, and strength of the DNA bands in agarose gel, the genetic distance and the genetic similarity among C. geophilum isolates were calculated using the PopGen Ver. 1.31 dendrogram analysis software. A phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the genetic distance by the Neighbor-Joining/UPGMA in PHYLIP. The results suggest the high level of genetic diversity among C. geophilum isolates from the same or different hosts. The effects of geographical factors or host plant species on C. geophilum genetic variation are not obvious.展开更多

[ ...[ Objective ] This study aimed to investigate the optimal extraction process of crude polysaccharides from wild Lactarius volemus Fr. in Yunnan Province and preliminarily analyzed its antioxidant activity in vitro. [ Method ] With water extraction and alcohol precipitation method, the optimal conditions for extracting crude polysaccharides from wild L. volemus Ft. were screened by single-factor and orthogonal experiments. The antioxidant activity of the extracted crude polysac- charides was determined with DPPH assay. [ Result ] The optimal conditions for pigment removal with activated carbon were: activated carbon amount of 20 g/L, water bath time of 40 min, water bath temperature of40 ℃ ; the optimal conditions for extracting crude polysaccharides from wild L. vo/emus Fr. with hot water ex- traction method were: hot water extraction time of 3 h, solid-liquid ratio of 1: 45, extraction frequency of twice. Under the optimized extraction conditions, the yield of crude polysaccharides was 21.33 mg/g. In addition, the antioxidant activity of 0. 665 mg/ml crude polysaccharides was 52.46% ; the amount of crude polysac- eharides was proportional to the antioxidant activity. [ Conclusion] Hot water extraction method can be used as a high-efficiency extraction technology of crude pol- ysaecharides from wild L. volemus Fr. with simple operation and low costs. Crude polysaccharides extracted from L. volemus Ft. exhibited certain antioxidant activi- ty in vitro.展开更多
