In the process of food testing,human operation is an important variable affecting the experimental results.In order to reasonably avoid the influence of human subjective operation behavior on the accuracy of detection results,the laboratory information management system was used as the information platform to design a high-throughput laboratory automation pre-treatment system based on the deep integration of mechanical principles,visual analysis,high-speed conduction,intelligent storage and other technical systems.The experimental results showed that the system could shorten the sample circulation cycle,effectively improve the laboratory biosafety,and meet the requirements of high-throughput processing of samples. 展开更多

Purpose: Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and gastrointestinal (GI) disorders are genuine health problems that have serious consequences on a patient’s quality of life (QoL). IBS is a functional disorder characterized by chronically recurring symptoms, including abdominal pain or discomfort, altered stool frequency and consistency, and abdominal bloating in the absence of structural or biochemical abnormalities. Studies have indicated that symptoms and disability related to IBS and GI disorders correlate with QoL measures. Additionally, those who respond to therapy have an improvement in QoL. Therefore, we explored an open trial of a food elimination diet guided by the ImmunoBloodprint food sensitivity test and its effect on QoL in patients self-reporting an unresolved GI disorder. Methods: Eighty-four subjects aged 18 and above participated in the study. Subjects eliminated all IgG-mediated reactive foods from their diet for 90 days. QoL was assessed with the Irritable Bowel Syndrome-36 (IBS-36) and the Medical Outcomes Study Short Form-36 (SF-36) at baseline and 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-up. The data were analyzed with linear mixed models. Results: Subjects had statistically significant improvements in all indicators of QoL according to the IBS-36 and SF-36 from baseline to 90- day follow-up. Conclusions: Subjects with unresolved self-reported GI disorders were able to improve all indicators of QoL in response to eliminating IgG- reactive foods from the diet. Given the inconvenience of keeping track of foods and symptoms to eliminate intolerant foods, a food sensitivity test combined with an elimination diet may be an effective method for improving subjective markers of QoL and health. 展开更多

Food safety is one of the major concerns in every country regardless of the economic and social development. The frequent occurrence of food scandals in the world has led the Chinese government to implement several st... Food safety is one of the major concerns in every country regardless of the economic and social development. The frequent occurrence of food scandals in the world has led the Chinese government to implement several strategies to fortify the food supply system to a high food safety standard. This relies heavily on laboratory testing services but conventional methods for detection of food contaminants and toxicants are limited by sophisticated sample preparation procedures, long analysis time, large instruments and professional personnel to meet the increasing demands. In this review, we have incorporated most of the current and potential rapid detection methods for many notorious food contaminants and toxicants including microbial agents, toxic ions, pesticides, veterinary drugs and preservatives, as well as detection of genetically modified food genes and adulterated edible oil. Development of rapid, accurate, easy-to-use and affordable testing methods could urge food handlers and the public to actively screen for food contaminants and toxicants instead of passively relying on monitoring by the government examination facility. This review also provides several recommendations including how to encourage the public to engage in the food safety management system and provide optimal education and financial assistance that may improve the current Chinese food safety control system. 展开更多

随着大健康产业的发展,益生菌越来越多地进入人们的日常饮食生活,对其进行菌株水平的安全性评价对人类健康具有重要意义。该研究基于国内外专家研究成果及益生菌安全性相关指导文件,系统梳理了益生菌安全性评价的研究进展,归纳了安全性... 随着大健康产业的发展,益生菌越来越多地进入人们的日常饮食生活,对其进行菌株水平的安全性评价对人类健康具有重要意义。该研究基于国内外专家研究成果及益生菌安全性相关指导文件,系统梳理了益生菌安全性评价的研究进展,归纳了安全性评价的标准流程,并对未来评价方法的发展趋势进行了展望。益生菌的安全性评价流程包括国内外安全性评价资料分析、菌株的分类鉴定、体外评价和体内评价四部分。国内外安全性评价资料分析是指对菌种国内、国外使用历史及安全性(包括但不限于其致病性和产毒能力报告、临床试验资料、科技文献或综述等)进行综合分析。菌株分类鉴定最有效的方法是全基因组测序,通过对益生菌的毒力基因、不良特性相关基因以及耐药基因进行分析来评估菌株安全性。体外评价包括对益生菌的溶血活性、产生物胺的量、抗生素的耐药性以及产D-乳酸的量进行检测。体内评价主要是基于动物模型的毒理学评价。该文为选择益生菌安全性评价方法以及替代毒理学模型提供新的思路和理论资料。 展开更多

自我报告食物过敏儿童新鲜食物皮肤点刺试验结果分析

目的分析自我报告食物过敏患儿新鲜食物皮肤点刺阳性率,探讨其安全性和临床应用价值。方法选取2019年4月至2023年3月在首都医科大学附属首都儿童医学中心变态反应门诊就诊、家长报告有食物过敏的患儿。对患儿进行鸡蛋(生、熟)、牛奶、小... 目的分析自我报告食物过敏患儿新鲜食物皮肤点刺阳性率,探讨其安全性和临床应用价值。方法选取2019年4月至2023年3月在首都医科大学附属首都儿童医学中心变态反应门诊就诊、家长报告有食物过敏的患儿。对患儿进行鸡蛋(生、熟)、牛奶、小麦(面粉、面食)、桃子(桃皮、桃肉)、杧果、猕猴桃、核桃7种食物的新鲜食物皮肤点刺试验,观察其可操作性和安全性,分析自我报告食物过敏患儿的食物过敏原皮肤点刺试验结果。结果共纳入384例自我报告食物过敏儿童,其中男218例(56.77%),女166例(43.23%);年龄0.3~14岁,中位年龄1.5(0.8,3.7)岁。384例患儿均完成了新鲜食物点刺试验,阳性率前三位的是桃皮(100.00%)、核桃(85.00%)、小麦面粉(78.26%)。150例患儿进行了生、熟鸡蛋白和生、熟鸡蛋黄的检测,其中生鸡蛋(蛋白、蛋黄)的皮肤点刺阳性率高于熟鸡蛋(蛋白、蛋黄),蛋白(生鸡蛋、熟鸡蛋)的皮肤点刺阳性率高于蛋黄(生鸡蛋、熟鸡蛋),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。7例患儿同时进行了桃肉和桃皮的过敏原皮肤点刺试验,其中桃皮阳性率为100.00%,桃肉阳性率为42.86%,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.076)。在此次测试中,384例患儿均未发生全身荨麻疹、鼻部过敏症状、哮喘发作及过敏性休克。结论儿童进行新鲜食物皮肤点刺试验可操作性强,安全性高,可对疑似过敏食物进行有针对性的检测,为儿童食物过敏性疾病的诊断及饮食指导提供依据。 展开更多

目的探讨格拉斯哥评定联合洼田饮水试验对改良电休克治疗(MECT)患者进食与服药时间的影响。方法选取2023年3月—2023年6月绵阳市第三人民医院行MECT的82例精神疾病患者,采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,分别有45、37例。对照组患者... 目的探讨格拉斯哥评定联合洼田饮水试验对改良电休克治疗(MECT)患者进食与服药时间的影响。方法选取2023年3月—2023年6月绵阳市第三人民医院行MECT的82例精神疾病患者,采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,分别有45、37例。对照组患者治疗后由医务人员根据自身经验对患者进行评估;观察组患者则采取格拉斯哥评定量表和洼田饮水试验法联合评定法干预,根据评估结果指导患者进食进水及服药。比较两组患者连续3次MECT后进食、进水、服药时间及呛咳、噎食发生率、患者治疗满意率情况。结果观察组第1、2、3次MECT后进食时间、进水时间和服药时间均长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用格拉斯哥评定量表和洼田饮水试验法联合评定可较好掌握改良电休克治疗患者进水及进食时间,改善患者治疗体验和治疗舒适度,为进食和服药时间提供客观量化依据,有效地避免改良电休克治疗后发生呛咳噎食,还可提升患者治疗满意率。 展开更多

随着全球食品贸易的快速发展,食品接触材料(Food Contact Materials,FCM)的安全性监管已成为国际贸易的重要技术壁垒。本研究系统分析了欧盟(EC)No 1935/2004、美国FDA 21 CFR Part 170-189及中国GB 4806系列标准体系,从材料分类、迁移... 随着全球食品贸易的快速发展,食品接触材料(Food Contact Materials,FCM)的安全性监管已成为国际贸易的重要技术壁垒。本研究系统分析了欧盟(EC)No 1935/2004、美国FDA 21 CFR Part 170-189及中国GB 4806系列标准体系,从材料分类、迁移测试、有害物质限制三个维度揭示了三大经济体的监管差异。研究发现,欧盟以化学迁移测试为核心构建了严格的层级化监管框架,美国采用“肯定列表”制度侧重材料安全性评估,而中国在借鉴国际标准基础上形成了具有中国特色的标准体系。通过典型案例分析发现,聚碳酸酯婴儿奶瓶、不锈钢炊具等产品在出口过程中常因法规差异导致合规风险。本研究旨在为FCM行业的全球化布局提供系统的合规指导,建议企业建立动态合规机制,同时呼吁推动国际标准互认以降低贸易壁垒。 展开更多

Authentication of pasta is currently determined using molecular biology-based techniques focusing on DNA as the target analyte. Whilst proven to be effective, these approaches can be criticised as being destructive, time consuming, and requiring specialist instrument training. Advances in the field of multispectral imaging (MSI) and hyperspectral imaging (HSI) have facilitated the development of compact imaging platforms with the capability to rapidly differentiate a range of materials (inclusive of grains and seeds) based on surface colour, texture and chemical composition. This preliminary investigation evaluated the applicability of spectral imaging for identification and quantitation of durum wheat grain samples in relation to pasta authenticity. MSI and HSI were capable of rapidly distinguishing between durum wheat and adulterant common wheat cultivars and assigning percentage adulteration levels characterised by low biases and good repeatability estimates. The results demonstrated the potential for spectral imaging based seed/grain adulteration testing to augment existing standard molecular approaches for food authenticity testing. 展开更多

沼液热提取脱氨工艺参数分析——以某厨余垃圾资源化项目为例

Purpose: Chronic migraines and headaches are significant public health problems, and their symptomatologies have been positively linked to diet. We explored if individuals suffering from chronic migraines/ headaches who required medication treatment had improvement in symptomatology and subjective ratings of QoL when following an immune-reactive food exclusion diet based on the results of the ImmunoBloodprint test, an IgG-mediated food sensitivity assay. Methods: Thirty-seven subjects, aged 18 and over, took part in the study. Subjects had to eliminate all reactive foods from their diet for 90 days. Migraine intensity and frequency were measured using the MTAQ, and QoL was assessed with the SF-36 survey at base- line and 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-up. Results: Sub- jects who eliminated IgG-mediated reactive foods from their diet had reductions in migraine symptomatology and had improvements in nearly all indicators of QoL, according to the SF-36, from baseline to 90-day follow-up. Conclusions: Subjects were able to improve their migraine symptoms and QoL in response to eliminating IgG reactive foods from the diet. This test may represent a strategy to help mediate chronic migraine symptomatology without the use of medication. 展开更多
