Most countries have expended much effort to develop food safety control systems to ensure safe food supplies within their borders. China, as one of the world's largest food producers and consumers, pays a lot of attention to food safety issues. In recent years, China has taken actions and implemented a series of plans in respect to food safety. Food safety control systems including regulatory, supervisory, and science and technology systems, have begun to be established in China. Using, as a base, an analysis of the current Chinese food safety control system as measured against international standards, this paper discusses the need for China to standardize its food safety control system. We then suggest some policies and measures to improve the Chinese food safety control system. 展开更多

One is the traditional application system suc h as MIS and Business Software. Along with its extension, the traditional applic ation system transforms from file-based structure to C/S and then CSS model. At the same time, following the prevalence of Internet/Intranet, Web application s ystem based on browser comes into being. In early time, Web application only pro vided functions of looking over or querying static data on browser. But with the development of Internet/Intranet widely, it’s expected that more and more trad itional applications can be performed on browser, or even E-Business trades and other complicated application systems such as MIS, ERP and CRM and so on. In or der to satisfy both traditional application and Web application, reduce the cost of developing system repeatedly, increase the repeated use of application syste m and take advantage of the functions of OOA/OOD sufficiently, a new distributed architecture structure (system solution based on repeated components) comes for th. In this article, this distributed architecture structure will be discuss ed in detail. Firstly, the evolution of traditional application system and Web application sys tem will be talked over, especially the advantages and disadvantages of these tw o architectures. Secondly, the distributed architecture (system solution based o n repeated components) will be described particular. Several prevalent technolog y of component, such as COM+, CORBA and EJB, will also be illustrate d in this part. Thirdly, the practice of the technology of repeated component wi ll be discussed by analysing and designing the management system of Science & Te chnology Articles. Lastly, the latest distributed techonlogy of E-business(Web service based on xml/soap) will be discussed. 中国农村家庭水-能源-食物耦合特征及驱动因素分析

随着农村家庭水-能源-食物(Water-Energy-Food,WEF)系统间联系日益紧密,三者的耦合协同发展成为推动生态保护和农业高质量发展的关键。研究采用耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数及分解法,结合LASSO算法(Least Absolute Shrinkage and Sele... 随着农村家庭水-能源-食物(Water-Energy-Food,WEF)系统间联系日益紧密,三者的耦合协同发展成为推动生态保护和农业高质量发展的关键。研究采用耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数及分解法,结合LASSO算法(Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator,LASSO)、极端梯度提升(Extreme Gradient Boosting,XGBoost)模型及SHAP(Shapley Additive exPlanations)值,测算了2006—2022年中国农村家庭WEF系统耦合协调度,并分析了其时空演变及驱动因素。结果显示:(1)农村家庭WEF耦合协调度呈三阶段波动上升(波动上升—阶段调整—加速跃升),中部地区耦合协调度最高且增幅显著,其次是东部地区,西部地区及东北地区最低;在空间上呈现东部耦合度高,西部耦合度低的梯度分布特征。(2)农村家庭WEF耦合协调度总体基尼系数呈波动上升趋势,中部地区基尼系数最高,其次是东部地区、西部地区、东北地区,区域发展不均衡成为制约整体协同的关键瓶颈;差异来源从超变密度主导转向区域间差异主导,东部区域技术梯度分化与中部资源禀赋矛盾加剧了空间异质性。(3)驱动分析表明,整体上看,人均GDP、降水量、城镇化率、有效灌溉面积、除涝面积是影响WEF耦合协调度的关键因素;分区域看,人均GDP是四大区域耦合协调度的核心驱动力。 展开更多

China’s grain science and technology policies have played an important role in the development of China’s food industry.This paper aims to examine the effects of China’s grain science and technology policies on food security.It quantitatively assesses China’s food security by analyzing the main contents and development trends of China’s food science technology policies through the text metrology method,and then investigates the effects of grain science and technology policies on food security by employing a provincial dynamic panel model.The results show that food security in China is all-round developed,and that the release frequency and cumulative effect of grain science and technology policies play a significant role in promoting food security.Powerful grain science and technology policies can effectively guarantee China’s food security. 展开更多
