摘要
食品产业是国民经济的支柱产业和保障民生的基础性产业,目前正处于深化供给侧结构性改革,转型升级关键阶段,急需产业发展人才支撑推动食品工业高质量发展。地方本科院校的人才培养定位主要为服务区域食品产业发展,需聚焦区域食品产业发展需求,为区域食品产业转型升级提供人才支撑。因此,该文立足于地方本科院校食品人才培养,从人才培养目标、科教产教融合育人体系构建、课程体系改革、教学资源建设和持续改进体系等层面构建科教产教深度融合的食品新工科人才培养模式。该人才培养模式的实施有助于精准服务区域经济建设,为区域食品产业高质量发展提供人才支持,同时可为地方本科高校深化食品类专业改革提供启示与借鉴。
Food industry is a pillar industry of the national economy and a basic industry to ensure people's livelihood.Currently,it is in a critical stage of deepening supply-side structural reform and transformation and upgrading,and it is in urgent need of industrial development talents to support and promote the high-quality development of food industry.The talent training orientation of local backbone undergraduate colleges is mainly to serve the development of regional food industry,which needs to focus on the development needs of regional food industry and provide talent support for the transformation and upgrading of regional food industry.Therefore,this paper has established a novel food engineering talent training model with deep education integration of science and technology and industry from the aspects of talent training objectives,the construction of education system,the reform of curriculum system,the construction of teaching resources,and the continuous improvement system based on the cultivation of food talents in local undergraduate colleges.The implementation of this talent training model could accurately serve regional economic construction,provide talent support for the high-quality development of the regional food industry,and provide inspiration and reference for local undergraduate universities to deepen the comprehensive reform of food majors.
