目的研究三七Panax notoginseng花中的非皂苷类化学成分及其抗氧化和抗炎活性。方法采用65%乙醇水溶液热回流提取,石油醚、醋酸乙酯与正丁醇萃取,通过RP-18、硅胶、MCI gel CHP20P、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱及半制备液相色谱等方法进行...目的研究三七Panax notoginseng花中的非皂苷类化学成分及其抗氧化和抗炎活性。方法采用65%乙醇水溶液热回流提取,石油醚、醋酸乙酯与正丁醇萃取,通过RP-18、硅胶、MCI gel CHP20P、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱及半制备液相色谱等方法进行化合物的分离及纯化,综合运用核磁共振谱、高分辨质谱、紫外、计算ECD等技术进行结构鉴定,并对部分化合物进行初步的抗氧化活性和抗炎活性评价。结果从三七花醋酸乙酯部分分离纯化得到7个非皂苷类化合物,包括1个异香豆素类(1)、4个简单酚类(2~5)和2个黑麦草内酯类化合物(6、7)。分别鉴定为异香豆素F1(1)、阿魏酸(2)、evofolin A(3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4)、4-羟基苯甲醛(5)、异黑麦草内酯(6)和黑麦草内酯(7)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从三七中分离得到,其中化合物1为新的异香豆素,命名为异香豆素F1;化合物2有较强的DPPH自由基清除能力。展开更多
