In the fire fighting practice at home and abroad, the fire fighting safety problem of super high-rise and super giant buildings is a great challenge to the whole fire fighting system, and it also puts forward higher technical requirements for the fire fighting system. 基于现有燃气热水锅炉排烟中占燃料输入低位热值约10%的潜热和显热并未被有效利用,搭建了燃气锅炉烟气余热回收实验平台,分析了电压缩式热泵回收烟气冷凝热对锅炉系统效率以及经济性的影响,并提出了气电耦合系统运行优化策略。结果表明...基于现有燃气热水锅炉排烟中占燃料输入低位热值约10%的潜热和显热并未被有效利用,搭建了燃气锅炉烟气余热回收实验平台,分析了电压缩式热泵回收烟气冷凝热对锅炉系统效率以及经济性的影响,并提出了气电耦合系统运行优化策略。结果表明:锅炉回水温度和热负荷越高,锅炉本体的排烟温度越高,热效率越低;随着锅炉本体热负荷和回水温度的升高,耦合热泵后的锅炉系统热效率提升幅度越大,提升幅度为4.4百分点~10.4百分点;增加锅炉负荷、降低回水温度有利于提高热泵性能系数(coefficient of performance, COP),热泵系统的投资回收期可缩短至3 a以内;由于热泵的最优实时功率随着电价的增加不断向低功耗高效率的方向移动,应根据锅炉负荷和气电价比实时调整热泵出力。展开更多
