文章分析了石油化工企业柴油消防泵启动电气系统的故障原因及改进措施。故障主要归因于电池性能下降、电路连接问题及接触器故障。通过更换电池、电缆和修复接触器,成功解决了启动困难的问题。文章提出定期维护保养和电路改良设计,以预防故障并提高系统安全性。结论强调了电气系统维护的重要性和合理设计的必要性。
This article analyzes the causes of faults and improvement measures in the starting electrical system of diesel fire pumps in petrochemical enterprises.The faults are mainly attributed to the decline in battery performance,circuit connection issues,and contactor failures.The problem of difficult startup was successfully solved by replacing the battery,cables,and repairing the contactor.The article proposes regular maintenance and circuit improvement design to prevent faults and improve system safety.The conclusion emphasizes the importance of electrical system maintenance and the necessity of rational design.
