Because of similar traits and effectiveness,they were always used as one type of medicine for a long time. Aiming at this phenomenon,the chemical composition and contents of P. japonicus and its approximation varieties from different area were compared in order to provide a chemical basis for clarifying the classification of the genus.展开更多

The contents of crude protein and total amino acids were 64.2 and 30.28 mg·g-1 respectively, which were higher than that of the common vegetables.It was also rich in the contents of VC)(0.56 mg·g-1),crude fiber (18.8 mg·g-1), crude fat (5.7 mg·g-1) and carbohydrate (66.0 mg·g-1).
