Objective: High-fat diet(HFD) and inflammation are two key contributors to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). Shenling Baizhu powder(SLBZP), a classical herbal compound, has been successfully used to alleviate NAFLD. However, its specific mechanisms are not fully understood. In this study, we assessed the anti-NAFLD effect of SLBZP in vivo.Methods: Rats were fed an HFD with or without SLBZP or with probiotics. At the end of week 16, an echo magnetic resonance imaging(EchoMRI) body composition analyser was used to quantitatively analyse body composition;a micro-computed tomography(micro-CT) imaging system was used to evaluate whole body and liver fat;and the Moor full-field laser perfusion imager 2 was used to assess liver microcirculation, after which, all rats were sacrificed. Then, biochemical indicators in the blood and the ultrastructure of rat livers were evaluated. Protein expression related to the liver Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/Nod-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing 3(NLRP3) signalling pathway was assessed using Western blot analysis. Further, high-throughput screening of 29 related inflammatory factors in liver tissue was performed using a cytokine array.Results: SLBZP supplementation reduced body weight, serum free fatty acid, and insulin resistance index(P<0.05). It also ameliorated liver microcirculation and ultrastructural abnormalities. EchoMRI and micro-CT quantitative analyses showed that treatment with SLBZP reduced fat mass and visceral fat(P<0.05 and P<0.01, respectively). In addition, SLBZP decreased the expression of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-activated TLR4/NLRP3 signalling pathway-related proteins and altered the expression levels of some inflammatory cytokines in liver tissues.Conclusion: SLBZP can inhibit NLRP3 inflammasome activation and interleukin-1 b release by suppressing LPS-induced TLR4 expression in rats with HFD-induced NAFLD. Thus, SLBZP may be beneficial for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory damage and associated diseases. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To assess clinical value of modified Shenling Baizhu powder(加味参苓白术散,SBP)in intervening targeted therapy-induced diarrhea.METHODS:This study was a prospective randomized controlled study.Eighty-five non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with diarrhea who took targeted drugs were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received modified SBP,while the control group received imodium.During 2 courses of treatment(1 week/course)and 2 weeks of follow-up,we observed remission and recurrence of diarrhea,as well as the improvement of Karnofsky score(KPS)in the two groups and drug safety.RESULTS:Eighty cases were completed,with 40 cases in the experimental group and 40 cases in the control group.The control group's diarrhea remission rate was significantly lower than the experimental group's(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the symptom scores of both groups were lower than before,with that of the experimental group remarkably lower(P<0.05).Furthermore,the experimental group experienced less abdominal fullness and appetite loss than the control group(P<0.05).There was no prominent difference in overall diarrhea recurrence,time,or KPS after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).No unique adverse events occurred in experimental group or control group.CONCLUSION:The modified SBP could improve targeted therapy-induced diarrhea in NSCLC,and is superior to imodium in relieving diarrhea,improving related symptom scores and symptoms,with no obvious drug-related adverse events. 展开更多

Background:According to our previous studies,Shenling Baizhu powder has an excellent preventive and therapeutic effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,but the prevention mechanism is still not clear.In this study,we intended to explore the effects of Shenling Baizhu powder on the endoplasmic reticulum stress related signaling pathway in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease rats’liver tissues.Methods:After 16 weeks,the levels of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,alanine transaminase and aspartate transaminase were evaluated by an automatic biochemical analyzer,and the levels of serum free fatty acid and hepatic total cholesterol and triglyceride were evaluated by commercial kits.Then,histological changes of the liver were observed by hematoxylin and eosin and oil red-O staining.Protein expression related to the liver unfolded protein response signalling pathway was assessed using Western blot analysis.Results:The results showed that Shenling Baizhu powder supplementation reduced serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,free fatty acid,alanine transaminase,and aspartate transaminase(P<0.05 or P<0.01),as well as the levels of hepatic total cholesterol and triglyceride(P<0.01).Pathological examination showed that Shenling Baizhu powder improved hepatic steatosis and lipid accumulation.The results of biochemical parameters and histological changes indicated that Shenling Baizhu powder administration exerted protective effects against nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.In addition,Shenling Baizhu powder decreased the protein expression levels of binding immunoglobulin protein,activating transcription factor 6,phosphorylation of eukaryotic initiation factor 2 alpha,protein kinase RNA-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase and X-box binding protein 1s in the liver(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu powder can ameliorate high-fat diet-induced liver lipid metabolism disorder in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease rats.The mechanisms may be related to the inhibition of the expression of proteins related to unfolded protein response signaling pathways in endoplasmic reticulum stress. 展开更多

Mechanism of Shenling Baizhu powder in treating dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis in rats

Objective: To investigate whether Shenling Baizhu powder can inhibit the inflammatory response of dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis in rats by protecting the intestinal mucosal barrier. Methods: A total of 40 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (group A), dextran sulfate sodium model group (group B), middle-dose Shenling Baizhu powder group (group C), high-dose Shenling Baizhu powder group (group D) and sulfasalazine group (group E), with 8 rats in each group. In addition to group A, dextran sulfate sodium solution (40 g/L) was added to the drinking water of rats for free drinking. The treatment groups were also given the corresponding dose of Shenling Baizhu powder/sulfasalazine. Body weight, disease activity index(DAI), colon length and intestinal mucosal permeability were measured to evaluate the effect of Shenling Baizhu powder on colitis induced by dextran sulfate sodium. The content of interleukin-10(IL-10), interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-ɑ) in rat colonic homogenate were analyzed by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The protective effect of Shenling Baizhu powder on intestinal mucosa was discussed. Results: The levels of IL-6 and TNF-ɑ in group B were higher than those in group A (P<0.05), while IL-10 level of group B was lower than that of group A (P<0.05). The levels of TNF-ɑ in groups C, D and E were significantly lower than those in group B (P<0.01), and showed concentration dependence in groups C and D. The levels of IL-6 in groups D and E were significantly lower than those in group B (P<0.05). The levels of IL-10 in groups C, D and E were significantly higher than those in group B (P<0.01), and concentration dependence was observed in groups B and C. Conclusion: Shenling Baizhu powder can protect the intestinal mucosal barrier by regulating the function of cytokines such as IL-10, IL-6 and TNF-ɑ, which alleviate the inflammatory response in rats with dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis. 展开更多

Objective:Explore the possible intervention mechanism of Shenling Baizhu Powder on IBS-D from network data through network pharmacology and molecular docking simulation technology.Methods:Establish a complete regulatory network of Shenling Baizhu powder on IBS-D after obtaining the active components and drug targets of Shenling Baizhu Powder on the TCMSP platform and obtaining the disease targets of IBS-D from GeneCards and OMIM databases.Then screen out the potential best target of Shenling Baizhu Powder in IBS-D intervention network combining with the PPI network constructed in the STRING database,and screen the potential core of compounds through the molecular docking simulation and comparison with pivecurium bromide.After that,the related gene ontology functions and pathways of Shenling Baizhu Powder in treating IBS-D will be obtained though gene ontology(GO)enrichment analysis through DAVID database and Kyoto encyclo-pedia of genes and genomes(KEGG)pathways enrichment analysis through Bioconductor database.Results:The number of IBS-D disease-related targets was 2,724.And there were 184 active compounds in Shenling Baizhusan,among which 175 could act on IBS-D.After screening,four potential best targets of PTGS2,ESR1,AR and MAPK14 were obtained,and four core compounds of quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin were obtained by molecular docking simulation.GO enrichment analysis results showed that there were 92 biological processes,18 cellular components and 21 molecular functions associated with shenling Baizhu Powder intervention IBS-D process.The results of KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that shenling Baizhu Powder had 172 pathways involved in the intervention of IBS-D.Conclusion:The intervention effect of Shenling Baizhu powder on IBS-D was better than pivecurium bromide in terms of the number of targets and the ease of binding to the targets.Its intervention process of IBS-D may be closely related to inflammation,cancer,endocrine disorders and other related reactions and pathways,among which quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol and isorrine are the most potential core compounds in the intervention network,and the four target proteins of PTGS2,ESR1,AR and MAPK14 are the potential best target options in the intervention network. 展开更多

[Objectives]To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenling Baizhu Powder in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS)featuring damp abundance due to splenic asthenia.[Methods]40 patients with PNS were randomly divided into treatment group(n=19)and control group(n=21).In the treatment group and the control group,methylprednisolone tablets were taken orally and cytoxan(CTX)was given intravenously for treatment;in the treatment group,based on oral administration of methylprednisolone tablets and intravenous drip of cytoxan(CTX),oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine(addition and subtraction of Shenling Baizhu Powder)was added.Urine routine,24-hour urinary protein,renal function and serum albumin were re-examined after 4 weeks of treatment.[Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(89.47%vs 61.90%,P<0.05).After treatment,both groups could effectively reduce the levels of 24-hour urinary protein(P<0.05),serum creatinine(P<0.05)and urea nitrogen(P<0.05),and increase the level of serum albumin(P<0.05),but the degree of improvement in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Methylprednisolone combined with addition and subtraction of Shenling Baizhu Powder could effectively reduce urinary protein,improve edema symptoms,shorten the course of hormone use and reduce adverse reactions in the treatment of PNS featuring damp abundance due to splenic asthenia. 展开更多

Objective:to observe the clinical effica-cy of Shenling Baizhu Powder(SLBZP)combined with a subconjunctival injection of triamcinolone acetonide(TA)in treating macular edema(ME)induced by retinal vein occlusion(RVO).Method:there were 62 patients(62 eyes)with ME induced by RVO that were selected and divided into two groups in accordance with the ran-dom number table.Each group had 31 eyes.Group one,the control group,was treated with a single subconjunc-tival injection of TA;group two,the observation group,was treated with a single subconjunctival injection of TA(20 mg/0.5 mL)per eye and one month of SLBZP.To evaluate the clinical efficacy,both groups were checked(3×)with the best corrected-visual acuity(BCVA),cen-ter macular thickness(CMT),and intraocular pressure(IOP).The checks were before treatment,one month af-ter injection,and three months after injection.Results:there were 26 eyes(83.87%)in the observation group,and 17 eyes(54.84%)in the control group in which the BCVA was significantly improved.The ME obviously de-creased in 27 eyes(87.10%)the observation group and in 19 eyes(61.29%)the control group.The clinical effica-cy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:as one method to treat ME induced by RVO,SLBZP combined with subconjunctival injection of TA is significantly more effective than a single subconjunctival injection of TA.Besides,the SLBZP had less side-effects.Based on the above,this method deserves in-depth research. 展开更多

AIM To observe the effects of Qiwei Baizhu Powder ( QWBZP) on rotaviral gastroenteritis in children and in animal models.``METHODS Enrolled patients were divided into two groups, and one group was treated with oral rehydration solution(ORS) and the other treated with oral liquid of QWBZP. Neonate mice were orally infected with 50 μLrotavirus suspension (4 × l0s PFU/mL) and treated with ORS or oral liquid of QWBZP, respectively.``RESULTS Eighty-three cases of rotaviral gastroenteritis treated with QWBZP revealed a better efficacy than that treated with ORS (x2 - 10.8T, P<0.05). The contents of sodium and glucose as well as number of patients with positive human rotavirus antigen in stool in QWBZP group were all less than that in ORS group. In animal models,QWBZP was found effective in treating rotavirus gastroenteritis in neonate NIH mice, as compared with control groups. In QWBZP group, the mortality of infected mice was decreased by 73.3%, the body weight of infected mice was increased, the contents of sodium and glucose as well as number of mice with positive rotavirus antigen in feces were significantly reduced, and the pathological changes such as damage of small intestinal mucosa and villi were also obviously alleviated.``CONCLUSION QWBZP has effects on improving the absorptive function of small intestine, shortening the duration of diarrhea and rotavirus shedding from stool and alleviating the pathological changes of small intestine induced by rotavirus. 展开更多

Effects of Zhenren Yangzang Decoction Combined with Modified Shenling Baizhu Powder on Immune Function and Intestinal Microecology of Diarrhea Patients with Deficiency and Cold Syndrome 被引量:3

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Zhenren Yangzang Decoction combined with modified Shenling Baizhu Powder on the immune function and intestinal microecology of diarrhea patients with deficiency and cold syndrome. METHODS: A total of 60 diarrhea patients with deficiency and cold syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was given the treatment of Zhenren Yangzang Decoction combined with modified Shenling Baizhu Powder on the basis of the same treatment for 4 weeks. The clinical symptoms, fecal flora and immunoglobulin content of the 2 groups were observed and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. RESULTS: After treatment, the symptoms scores of fecal diarrhea, aversion to cold, cold limbs, loss of appetite, cold and painful waist and knee, abdominal fullness, abdominal distension and abdominal pain, and intestinal bacilli contents were significantly decreased(P < 0.05). The contents of lactobacillus, bifidus bacilli, IgG, IgM and IgA were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than 73.3% of the control group(P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The treatment of diarrhea patients with deficiency and cold syndrome with Zhenren Yangzang Decoction and modified Shenling Baizhu Powder can effectively improve the intestinal micro-ecological environment, improve the immune function of patients and promote the rapid recovery of patients. 展开更多

Objective To explore the mechanism of Pi(Spleen)-deficiency-induced functional diarrhea(FD)model rats treated by Shenling Baizhu Powder(参苓白术散,SBP).Methods Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups including control,model,low-,medium-,and high-dose SBP groups(SBPLDG,SBPMDG,SBPHDG),6 rats in each group,respectively.Pi-deficiency-induced FD rats model was developed through Radix et Rhizoma Rhei gavage for 7 days.After modeling,the rats were treated with 3 doses of SBP[0.93,1.86,and 3.72 g/(kg·d)],and the rats in the control and model groups were given pure water for 7 days.The diarrhea index was calculated.On the 7th and 14th days,the traveled distance of rat was measured by the open field test.Serum D-xylose content was determined by the phloroglucinol method and interleukin(IL)-10 and IL-17 levels were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit.The content of Treg cells was determined by flow cytometry.Results Compared with the control group,the diarrhea index and IL-17 level in the model group were significantly higher and the total exercise distance and D-xylose content significantly decreased(P>0.05).The expression of IL-10 in the SBPHDG group was significantly up-regulated,and serum D-xylose level and Treg cells increased significantly compared with the model group(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose SBP exhibited ameliorating effects against Pi-deficiency induced FD,which might be attributed to its modulations on intestinal absorption function as well as adaptive immunity in mesenteric lymph nodes of rat. 展开更多

目的探讨参苓白术散联合达格列净对肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛β细胞功能及血清鸢尾素水平的影响。方法选取医院2022年8月至2024年5月收治的肥胖T2DM患者110例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各55例。两组患者均予常规治疗及口服... 目的探讨参苓白术散联合达格列净对肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛β细胞功能及血清鸢尾素水平的影响。方法选取医院2022年8月至2024年5月收治的肥胖T2DM患者110例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各55例。两组患者均予常规治疗及口服达格列净片,观察组患者加服参苓白术散。两组均持续治疗3个月。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的肥胖度、体质量指数、腰臀比、空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数均显著降低,β细胞功能指数、胰高血糖素样肽-1和血清鸢尾素水平均显著升高(P<0.05);观察组上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(5.46%比12.73%,P>0.05)。结论参苓白术散联合达格列净可降低肥胖T2DM患者的肥胖度、血糖及血脂指标,促进胰岛β细胞功能的恢复,提高血清鸢尾素水平。 展开更多

目的观察参苓白术散联合FOLFOX4方案化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)临床效果及安全性。方法选取2021年6月—2024年6月南阳市第一人民医院收治的晚期CRC患者132例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(66例)和对照组(66例)。对照... 目的观察参苓白术散联合FOLFOX4方案化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)临床效果及安全性。方法选取2021年6月—2024年6月南阳市第一人民医院收治的晚期CRC患者132例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(66例)和对照组(66例)。对照组采用FOLFOX4化疗方案,以2周为1个周期,共化疗6个周期。治疗组在对照组基础上加用参苓白术散治疗,水煎服,早晚各1次,饭后温服,1剂/d,连续服用12周。比较两组患者治疗12周后的临床疗效。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、肿瘤标志物表达水平以及免疫功能。记录两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组疾病控制率(disease control rate,DCR)(81.82%,54/66)高于对照组DCR(60.61%,40/66)(χ^(2)=7.243,P<0.05)。治疗12周后,治疗组中医证候积分、血清癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)、糖类抗原199(carbohydrate antigen-199,CA-199)水平[分别为(12.66±3.29)分、(13.44±3.18)μg·L^(-1)、(32.23±4.17)U·mL^(-1)]均低于对照组[分别为(16.84±3.87)分、(17.68±3.89)μg·L^(-1)、(40.49±4.54)U·mL^(-1)](t=6.685,6.856,10.886,P<0.05);治疗组总T淋巴细胞(CD3^(+))、辅助性T淋巴细胞(CD4^(+))、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)[分别为(66.29±8.33)%、(41.72±4.88)%、(1.86±0.47)]均高于对照组[分别为(61.57±7.16)%、(38.54±4.21)%、(1.69±0.39)](t=3.491,4.008,2.261,P<0.05)。治疗期间,治疗组神经毒性、胃肠道不适、血尿、血小板下降以及总不良反应发生率均低于对照组(χ^(2)=3.895,4.117,3.895,5.114,24.877,P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散联合FOLFOX4可以有效缓解晚期CRC患者临床症状,提升患者免疫功能,降低血清肿瘤标志物表达水平,临床疗效显著,安全性较好。 展开更多

目的:利用网络药理学方法探究参苓白术散治疗功能性腹泻(functional diarrhea,FD)的作用机制。方法:在中药系统网络药理学分析平台(traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform,TCMSP)筛选参苓... 目的:利用网络药理学方法探究参苓白术散治疗功能性腹泻(functional diarrhea,FD)的作用机制。方法:在中药系统网络药理学分析平台(traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform,TCMSP)筛选参苓白术散中各中药的有效成分及相关作用靶点;在人类基因数据库(the human gene database,GeneCards)、PharmGKB数据库、DrugBank数据库、在线人类孟德尔遗传数据库(online mendelian inheritance in man,OMIM)及药物靶标数据库(therapeutic targetdatabase,TTD)中检索FD疾病相关靶点;使用R Studio 4.1.2对FD靶点及参苓白术散中的中药有效成分作用靶点取交集,使用STRING数据库对交集靶点进行蛋白-蛋白互作(protein-protein interactions,PPI)网络分析,结果导入Cytoscape 3.9.0中筛选关键靶点,然后对交集靶点进行基因本体论(gene ontology,GO)功能和京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes,KEGG)通路富集分析,并对关键靶点进行分子对接验证。结果:共筛选出160种中药有效成分,1936个靶点;疾病靶点7329个;参苓白术散中主要有效成分为刺槐素、山柰酚、木犀草素和槲皮素;关键靶点为TNF、CDK4、RB1、IL-6、CDK1、CDK2等;涉及脂质和动脉粥样硬化、PI3K/ATK等信号通路。结论:参苓白术散通过多成分、多靶点、多途径发挥治疗FD的作用。 展开更多

参苓白术散出自《太平惠民和剂局方》,是一种传统用于补脾扶肺、化湿止咳的中药复方,能改善因脾肺不足引起的肺部异常状态,调畅肺气,助力肺部组织修复。近年来在慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管哮喘及肺纤维化等呼吸系统相关病证中表现出一定... 参苓白术散出自《太平惠民和剂局方》,是一种传统用于补脾扶肺、化湿止咳的中药复方,能改善因脾肺不足引起的肺部异常状态,调畅肺气,助力肺部组织修复。近年来在慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管哮喘及肺纤维化等呼吸系统相关病证中表现出一定的干预潜力。目前研究表明,参苓白术散在免疫调节、抗炎、抗氧化应激、改善肺-肠轴微生态平衡以及促进肺组织修复等方面展现出多层次、多通路的潜在作用,具有一定的肺部保护价值。现代药理与实验研究发现,该方所含人参皂苷、多糖、黄酮等活性成分可能是其发挥作用的物质基础。初步临床观察提示,参苓白术散联合中西医治疗手段可在一定程度上改善相关症状、提升机体抵御能力,且具有良好的安全性。尽管当前研究已取得一定成果,但关于其作用机制及规范化应用仍需进一步系统阐明。该文通过梳理近年来参苓白术散在肺部保护方面的研究成果,归纳其主要作用机制,并对未来研究方向提出建议,旨在为其在慢性肺部病变干预中的基础研究与临床探索提供理论参考与思路支持。 展开更多

目的观察参苓白术散配方颗粒治疗肺脾气虚型小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer,SCLC)患者化疗相关腹泻(chemotherapy-related diarrhea,CRD)的临床疗效及安全性。方法纳入符合纳排标准的SCLC患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。... 目的观察参苓白术散配方颗粒治疗肺脾气虚型小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer,SCLC)患者化疗相关腹泻(chemotherapy-related diarrhea,CRD)的临床疗效及安全性。方法纳入符合纳排标准的SCLC患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。对照组予以伊立替康+顺铂(IP)方案化疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服参苓白术散配方颗粒,每周期化疗服用14天。两组均接受2个化疗周期治疗。比较两组患者腹泻的发生率及腹泻程度、首次腹泻发生时间及腹泻持续时间、止泻药的使用量及中医临床证候改善情况,并比较两组患者化疗疗效,记录不良反应发生情况。结果65例患者完成试验并纳入统计分析,治疗组32例,对照组33例。治疗组腹泻发生率为31.25%,低于对照组的57.58%(P<0.05);治疗组腹泻严重程度以1级为主,对照组以2级为主(P<0.05);治疗组腹泻持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者腹泻首次发生时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组使用止泻药的患者比例及洛哌丁胺总用量均低于对照组,中医证候显著改善率与部分改善率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组客观缓解率(objective response rate,ORR)低于对照组(28.12%vs 33.33%),疾病控制率(disease control rate,DCR)高于对照组(75.00%vs 72.73%),但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参苓白术散配方颗粒可降低接受伊立替康化疗SCLC患者的腹泻发生率及严重程度,减少止泻药的用量,缩短腹泻持续时间,改善患者中医临床证候,且安全性良好。 展开更多

目的探讨参苓白术散在脾胃虚弱型程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)抑制剂相关性腹泻患者中的应用效果。方法纳入2020年1月至2024年8月分别在江西省肿瘤医院、江西省人民医院接受单用PD-1抑制剂治疗后发生腹泻的恶性肿瘤患者54例,经中医辨证属于脾... 目的探讨参苓白术散在脾胃虚弱型程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)抑制剂相关性腹泻患者中的应用效果。方法纳入2020年1月至2024年8月分别在江西省肿瘤医院、江西省人民医院接受单用PD-1抑制剂治疗后发生腹泻的恶性肿瘤患者54例,经中医辨证属于脾胃虚弱证,随机分为对照组与试验组,各27例。对照组采用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用参苓白术散治疗。对比两组腹泻程度、安德森中医症状量表(MDASI-TCM)评分及中医证候积分。结果治疗后,试验组有11例无腹泻,对照组有3例无腹泻;试验组腹泻患者腹泻程度分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组乏力、恶心、气短、健忘、瞌睡、胃口最差程度、呕吐、咳嗽、一般活动、工作、行走评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);但两组剩余各项评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组中医证候各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散可显著缓解脾胃虚弱型PD-1抑制剂相关性腹泻,并改善患者的生活质量及胃肠道相关症状。 展开更多

参苓白术散源自《太平惠民和剂局方》,主要功效为补脾胃,益肺气。为探究参苓白术散干预下犊牛生长性能的变化,试验选取出生后3~5 d、平均出生重在(41.00±1.55) kg的健康犊牛20头,随机分为2组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头牛。饲养15 d... 参苓白术散源自《太平惠民和剂局方》,主要功效为补脾胃,益肺气。为探究参苓白术散干预下犊牛生长性能的变化,试验选取出生后3~5 d、平均出生重在(41.00±1.55) kg的健康犊牛20头,随机分为2组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头牛。饲养15 d后,干预组犊牛在16~30、31~45、46~60 d按照0.01、0.02、0.03 kg/d在日粮中添加参苓白术散,对照组犊牛仅饲喂基础日粮。每日观察犊牛健康状况,在试验第1、16、31、61天测定犊牛体重、体高、体斜长、胸围,计算平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)。结果表明:与对照组相比,干预组犊牛在试验31~45 d和46~60 d的ADG分别显著提高15.0%(P<0.05)和17.4%(P<0.05),F/G分别显著降低24.7%(P<0.05)和26.1%(P<0.05),体高、体斜长和胸围均显著增大(P<0.05)。上述研究结果表明,参苓白术散干预可显著降低犊牛F/G、提升ADG和促进生长发育。 展开更多

目的 基于KEAP1/NRF2/ARE通路探讨参苓白术散对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠氧化应激及线粒体保护机制。方法 将72只SD大鼠,随机分为对照组(n=12)、造模组(n=60)。采用TNBS诱导UC模型成功后随机分为5组,各12只,给予对应药物处理21d。比较各组... 目的 基于KEAP1/NRF2/ARE通路探讨参苓白术散对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠氧化应激及线粒体保护机制。方法 将72只SD大鼠,随机分为对照组(n=12)、造模组(n=60)。采用TNBS诱导UC模型成功后随机分为5组,各12只,给予对应药物处理21d。比较各组大鼠疾病活动指数(DAI)评分,结肠黏膜损伤指数(CMDI)评分,血清炎症因子水平,结肠组织学损伤指数(TDI)评分、氧化应激指标、病理学改变、线粒体超微结构及蛋白表达。结果 与Control组相比,TNBS组DAI、CMDI、TDI评分,血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、MPO水平均升高(P<0.01);结肠黏膜有溃疡形成,黏膜下层有大量炎性细胞浸润;线粒体数量减少,线粒体结构被破坏;结肠组织ROS水平升高,GSH-PX、CAT水平降低,Nrf2、ARE、MFN2蛋白表达降低,Keap-1、NF-κB蛋白表达升高(P<0.01)。与TNBS组比较,给药各组DAI、CMDI、TDI评分,血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、MPO水平均降低(P<0.01);结肠黏膜溃疡好转,炎性细胞浸润减轻;线粒体数目及结构改善;结肠组织ROS水平降低,GSH-PX、CAT水平升高,Nrf2、ARE、MFN2、MFN2蛋白表达增加,Keap-1、NF-κB蛋白表达减少(P<0.05)。结论 参苓白术散可促进Keap-1/Nrf2/ARE通路活化抑制氧化应激反应实现对UC大鼠结肠黏膜损伤的保护。 展开更多
