Hepatic protective effects of Shenling Baizhu powder, a herbal compound, against inflammatory damage via TLR4/NLRP3 signalling pathway in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease 被引量:7

Objective: High-fat diet(HFD) and inflammation are two key contributors to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). Shenling Baizhu powder(SLBZP), a classical herbal compound, has been successfully used to alleviate NAFLD. However, its specific mechanisms are not fully understood. In this study, we assessed the anti-NAFLD effect of SLBZP in vivo.Methods: Rats were fed an HFD with or without SLBZP or with probiotics. At the end of week 16, an echo magnetic resonance imaging(EchoMRI) body composition analyser was used to quantitatively analyse body composition;a micro-computed tomography(micro-CT) imaging system was used to evaluate whole body and liver fat;and the Moor full-field laser perfusion imager 2 was used to assess liver microcirculation, after which, all rats were sacrificed. Then, biochemical indicators in the blood and the ultrastructure of rat livers were evaluated. Protein expression related to the liver Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/Nod-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing 3(NLRP3) signalling pathway was assessed using Western blot analysis. Further, high-throughput screening of 29 related inflammatory factors in liver tissue was performed using a cytokine array.Results: SLBZP supplementation reduced body weight, serum free fatty acid, and insulin resistance index(P<0.05). It also ameliorated liver microcirculation and ultrastructural abnormalities. EchoMRI and micro-CT quantitative analyses showed that treatment with SLBZP reduced fat mass and visceral fat(P<0.05 and P<0.01, respectively). In addition, SLBZP decreased the expression of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-activated TLR4/NLRP3 signalling pathway-related proteins and altered the expression levels of some inflammatory cytokines in liver tissues.Conclusion: SLBZP can inhibit NLRP3 inflammasome activation and interleukin-1 b release by suppressing LPS-induced TLR4 expression in rats with HFD-induced NAFLD. Thus, SLBZP may be beneficial for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory damage and associated diseases. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To assess clinical value of modified Shenling Baizhu powder(加味参苓白术散,SBP)in intervening targeted therapy-induced diarrhea.METHODS:This study was a prospective randomized controlled study.Eighty-five non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with diarrhea who took targeted drugs were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received modified SBP,while the control group received imodium.During 2 courses of treatment(1 week/course)and 2 weeks of follow-up,we observed remission and recurrence of diarrhea,as well as the improvement of Karnofsky score(KPS)in the two groups and drug safety.RESULTS:Eighty cases were completed,with 40 cases in the experimental group and 40 cases in the control group.The control group's diarrhea remission rate was significantly lower than the experimental group's(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the symptom scores of both groups were lower than before,with that of the experimental group remarkably lower(P<0.05).Furthermore,the experimental group experienced less abdominal fullness and appetite loss than the control group(P<0.05).There was no prominent difference in overall diarrhea recurrence,time,or KPS after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).No unique adverse events occurred in experimental group or control group.CONCLUSION:The modified SBP could improve targeted therapy-induced diarrhea in NSCLC,and is superior to imodium in relieving diarrhea,improving related symptom scores and symptoms,with no obvious drug-related adverse events. 展开更多

Background:According to our previous studies,Shenling Baizhu powder has an excellent preventive and therapeutic effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,but the prevention mechanism is still not clear.In this study,we intended to explore the effects of Shenling Baizhu powder on the endoplasmic reticulum stress related signaling pathway in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease rats’liver tissues.Methods:After 16 weeks,the levels of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,alanine transaminase and aspartate transaminase were evaluated by an automatic biochemical analyzer,and the levels of serum free fatty acid and hepatic total cholesterol and triglyceride were evaluated by commercial kits.Then,histological changes of the liver were observed by hematoxylin and eosin and oil red-O staining.Protein expression related to the liver unfolded protein response signalling pathway was assessed using Western blot analysis.Results:The results showed that Shenling Baizhu powder supplementation reduced serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,free fatty acid,alanine transaminase,and aspartate transaminase(P<0.05 or P<0.01),as well as the levels of hepatic total cholesterol and triglyceride(P<0.01).Pathological examination showed that Shenling Baizhu powder improved hepatic steatosis and lipid accumulation.The results of biochemical parameters and histological changes indicated that Shenling Baizhu powder administration exerted protective effects against nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.In addition,Shenling Baizhu powder decreased the protein expression levels of binding immunoglobulin protein,activating transcription factor 6,phosphorylation of eukaryotic initiation factor 2 alpha,protein kinase RNA-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase and X-box binding protein 1s in the liver(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu powder can ameliorate high-fat diet-induced liver lipid metabolism disorder in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease rats.The mechanisms may be related to the inhibition of the expression of proteins related to unfolded protein response signaling pathways in endoplasmic reticulum stress. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate whether Shenling Baizhu powder can inhibit the inflammatory response of dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis in rats by protecting the intestinal mucosal barrier. Methods: A total of 40 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (group A), dextran sulfate sodium model group (group B), middle-dose Shenling Baizhu powder group (group C), high-dose Shenling Baizhu powder group (group D) and sulfasalazine group (group E), with 8 rats in each group. In addition to group A, dextran sulfate sodium solution (40 g/L) was added to the drinking water of rats for free drinking. The treatment groups were also given the corresponding dose of Shenling Baizhu powder/sulfasalazine. Body weight, disease activity index(DAI), colon length and intestinal mucosal permeability were measured to evaluate the effect of Shenling Baizhu powder on colitis induced by dextran sulfate sodium. The content of interleukin-10(IL-10), interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-ɑ) in rat colonic homogenate were analyzed by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The protective effect of Shenling Baizhu powder on intestinal mucosa was discussed. Results: The levels of IL-6 and TNF-ɑ in group B were higher than those in group A (P<0.05), while IL-10 level of group B was lower than that of group A (P<0.05). The levels of TNF-ɑ in groups C, D and E were significantly lower than those in group B (P<0.01), and showed concentration dependence in groups C and D. The levels of IL-6 in groups D and E were significantly lower than those in group B (P<0.05). The levels of IL-10 in groups C, D and E were significantly higher than those in group B (P<0.01), and concentration dependence was observed in groups B and C. Conclusion: Shenling Baizhu powder can protect the intestinal mucosal barrier by regulating the function of cytokines such as IL-10, IL-6 and TNF-ɑ, which alleviate the inflammatory response in rats with dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis. 展开更多

Objective:Explore the possible intervention mechanism of Shenling Baizhu Powder on IBS-D from network data through network pharmacology and molecular docking simulation technology.Methods:Establish a complete regulatory network of Shenling Baizhu powder on IBS-D after obtaining the active components and drug targets of Shenling Baizhu Powder on the TCMSP platform and obtaining the disease targets of IBS-D from GeneCards and OMIM databases.Then screen out the potential best target of Shenling Baizhu Powder in IBS-D intervention network combining with the PPI network constructed in the STRING database,and screen the potential core of compounds through the molecular docking simulation and comparison with pivecurium bromide.After that,the related gene ontology functions and pathways of Shenling Baizhu Powder in treating IBS-D will be obtained though gene ontology(GO)enrichment analysis through DAVID database and Kyoto encyclo-pedia of genes and genomes(KEGG)pathways enrichment analysis through Bioconductor database.Results:The number of IBS-D disease-related targets was 2,724.And there were 184 active compounds in Shenling Baizhusan,among which 175 could act on IBS-D.After screening,four potential best targets of PTGS2,ESR1,AR and MAPK14 were obtained,and four core compounds of quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin were obtained by molecular docking simulation.GO enrichment analysis results showed that there were 92 biological processes,18 cellular components and 21 molecular functions associated with shenling Baizhu Powder intervention IBS-D process.The results of KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that shenling Baizhu Powder had 172 pathways involved in the intervention of IBS-D.Conclusion:The intervention effect of Shenling Baizhu powder on IBS-D was better than pivecurium bromide in terms of the number of targets and the ease of binding to the targets.Its intervention process of IBS-D may be closely related to inflammation,cancer,endocrine disorders and other related reactions and pathways,among which quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol and isorrine are the most potential core compounds in the intervention network,and the four target proteins of PTGS2,ESR1,AR and MAPK14 are the potential best target options in the intervention network. 展开更多

[Objectives]To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenling Baizhu Powder in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS)featuring damp abundance due to splenic asthenia.[Methods]40 patients with PNS were randomly divided into treatment group(n=19)and control group(n=21).In the treatment group and the control group,methylprednisolone tablets were taken orally and cytoxan(CTX)was given intravenously for treatment;in the treatment group,based on oral administration of methylprednisolone tablets and intravenous drip of cytoxan(CTX),oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine(addition and subtraction of Shenling Baizhu Powder)was added.Urine routine,24-hour urinary protein,renal function and serum albumin were re-examined after 4 weeks of treatment.[Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(89.47%vs 61.90%,P<0.05).After treatment,both groups could effectively reduce the levels of 24-hour urinary protein(P<0.05),serum creatinine(P<0.05)and urea nitrogen(P<0.05),and increase the level of serum albumin(P<0.05),but the degree of improvement in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Methylprednisolone combined with addition and subtraction of Shenling Baizhu Powder could effectively reduce urinary protein,improve edema symptoms,shorten the course of hormone use and reduce adverse reactions in the treatment of PNS featuring damp abundance due to splenic asthenia. 展开更多

Objective:to observe the clinical effica-cy of Shenling Baizhu Powder(SLBZP)combined with a subconjunctival injection of triamcinolone acetonide(TA)in treating macular edema(ME)induced by retinal vein occlusion(RVO).Method:there were 62 patients(62 eyes)with ME induced by RVO that were selected and divided into two groups in accordance with the ran-dom number table.Each group had 31 eyes.Group one,the control group,was treated with a single subconjunc-tival injection of TA;group two,the observation group,was treated with a single subconjunctival injection of TA(20 mg/0.5 mL)per eye and one month of SLBZP.To evaluate the clinical efficacy,both groups were checked(3×)with the best corrected-visual acuity(BCVA),cen-ter macular thickness(CMT),and intraocular pressure(IOP).The checks were before treatment,one month af-ter injection,and three months after injection.Results:there were 26 eyes(83.87%)in the observation group,and 17 eyes(54.84%)in the control group in which the BCVA was significantly improved.The ME obviously de-creased in 27 eyes(87.10%)the observation group and in 19 eyes(61.29%)the control group.The clinical effica-cy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:as one method to treat ME induced by RVO,SLBZP combined with subconjunctival injection of TA is significantly more effective than a single subconjunctival injection of TA.Besides,the SLBZP had less side-effects.Based on the above,this method deserves in-depth research. 展开更多

AIM To observe the effects of Qiwei Baizhu Powder ( QWBZP) on rotaviral gastroenteritis in children and in animal models.``METHODS Enrolled patients were divided into two groups, and one group was treated with oral rehydration solution(ORS) and the other treated with oral liquid of QWBZP. Neonate mice were orally infected with 50 μLrotavirus suspension (4 × l0s PFU/mL) and treated with ORS or oral liquid of QWBZP, respectively.``RESULTS Eighty-three cases of rotaviral gastroenteritis treated with QWBZP revealed a better efficacy than that treated with ORS (x2 - 10.8T, P<0.05). The contents of sodium and glucose as well as number of patients with positive human rotavirus antigen in stool in QWBZP group were all less than that in ORS group. In animal models,QWBZP was found effective in treating rotavirus gastroenteritis in neonate NIH mice, as compared with control groups. In QWBZP group, the mortality of infected mice was decreased by 73.3%, the body weight of infected mice was increased, the contents of sodium and glucose as well as number of mice with positive rotavirus antigen in feces were significantly reduced, and the pathological changes such as damage of small intestinal mucosa and villi were also obviously alleviated.``CONCLUSION QWBZP has effects on improving the absorptive function of small intestine, shortening the duration of diarrhea and rotavirus shedding from stool and alleviating the pathological changes of small intestine induced by rotavirus. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Zhenren Yangzang Decoction combined with modified Shenling Baizhu Powder on the immune function and intestinal microecology of diarrhea patients with deficiency and cold syndrome. METHODS: A total of 60 diarrhea patients with deficiency and cold syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was given the treatment of Zhenren Yangzang Decoction combined with modified Shenling Baizhu Powder on the basis of the same treatment for 4 weeks. The clinical symptoms, fecal flora and immunoglobulin content of the 2 groups were observed and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. RESULTS: After treatment, the symptoms scores of fecal diarrhea, aversion to cold, cold limbs, loss of appetite, cold and painful waist and knee, abdominal fullness, abdominal distension and abdominal pain, and intestinal bacilli contents were significantly decreased(P < 0.05). The contents of lactobacillus, bifidus bacilli, IgG, IgM and IgA were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than 73.3% of the control group(P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The treatment of diarrhea patients with deficiency and cold syndrome with Zhenren Yangzang Decoction and modified Shenling Baizhu Powder can effectively improve the intestinal micro-ecological environment, improve the immune function of patients and promote the rapid recovery of patients. 展开更多

Objective To explore the mechanism of Pi(Spleen)-deficiency-induced functional diarrhea(FD)model rats treated by Shenling Baizhu Powder(参苓白术散,SBP).Methods Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups including control,model,low-,medium-,and high-dose SBP groups(SBPLDG,SBPMDG,SBPHDG),6 rats in each group,respectively.Pi-deficiency-induced FD rats model was developed through Radix et Rhizoma Rhei gavage for 7 days.After modeling,the rats were treated with 3 doses of SBP[0.93,1.86,and 3.72 g/(kg·d)],and the rats in the control and model groups were given pure water for 7 days.The diarrhea index was calculated.On the 7th and 14th days,the traveled distance of rat was measured by the open field test.Serum D-xylose content was determined by the phloroglucinol method and interleukin(IL)-10 and IL-17 levels were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit.The content of Treg cells was determined by flow cytometry.Results Compared with the control group,the diarrhea index and IL-17 level in the model group were significantly higher and the total exercise distance and D-xylose content significantly decreased(P>0.05).The expression of IL-10 in the SBPHDG group was significantly up-regulated,and serum D-xylose level and Treg cells increased significantly compared with the model group(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose SBP exhibited ameliorating effects against Pi-deficiency induced FD,which might be attributed to its modulations on intestinal absorption function as well as adaptive immunity in mesenteric lymph nodes of rat. 展开更多

该研究旨在评估参苓白术散与枯草芽孢杆菌共同作用对白牦牛犊牛生长发育及其血液参数的影响。研究选取了32头4周龄断奶后、体重(26±1.4)kg的白牦牛犊牛,依照对照组、参苓白术散组、枯草芽孢杆菌组、复合物组别将白牦牛犊牛随机分配... 该研究旨在评估参苓白术散与枯草芽孢杆菌共同作用对白牦牛犊牛生长发育及其血液参数的影响。研究选取了32头4周龄断奶后、体重(26±1.4)kg的白牦牛犊牛,依照对照组、参苓白术散组、枯草芽孢杆菌组、复合物组别将白牦牛犊牛随机分配至4个试验组中。所有组别的犊牛均按标准基础日粮自由进食和饮水。其中,参苓白术散组、枯草芽孢杆菌组和复合物组每日分别在日粮基础上添加1.5%参苓白术散、1%枯草芽孢杆菌以及1.5%参苓白术散与1%枯草芽孢杆菌的复合物。经过4周的预饲养期后,正式试验持续了14周。研究结果表明,相较于对照组,试验参苓白术散组、枯草芽孢杆菌组和复合物组的白牦牛犊牛平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);特别是复合物组,白牦牛犊牛血清白蛋白、白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α、γ干扰素含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究结论表明,在白牦牛犊牛的基础日粮中添加1.5%参苓白术散和1%枯草芽孢杆菌,能够显著增强犊牛的抗炎和抗氧化能力,降低料重比,并促进其生长。 展开更多

目的 旨在评估参苓白术散改良疗法在痤疮治疗中的临床效益。方法 2020年1月-2022年12月,于丽水市中医院皮肤科门诊选取120例寻常痤疮患者作为参与者,全部患者依据就诊顺序单号以及双号的差异实施分组,就诊顺序为单号的设定为对照组,就... 目的 旨在评估参苓白术散改良疗法在痤疮治疗中的临床效益。方法 2020年1月-2022年12月,于丽水市中医院皮肤科门诊选取120例寻常痤疮患者作为参与者,全部患者依据就诊顺序单号以及双号的差异实施分组,就诊顺序为单号的设定为对照组,就诊顺序为双号的设定为观察组,每组60例。对照组采用异维A酸软胶囊联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗,而观察组在对照组的基础上增加参苓白术散的个性化调理治疗。结果 观察组的治疗有效率达91.67%(55/60),显著高于对照组(78.33%,47/60)(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组的红细胞计数、白细胞计数、血小板计数以及肝肾功能指标(谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、血肌酐和血清尿素)无显著变化(P>0.05)。观察组的粉刺、丘疹、脓疱和总皮损量均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的患者满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于中度及以下寻常痤疮患者,采用参苓白术散改良疗法不仅提升了治疗效果,减少了皮损,还能提高患者满意度,且表现出良好的安全性能。 展开更多

目的分析参苓白术散联合康复新液对肛瘘术后患者创面愈合时间及排便功能的影响。方法前瞻性选取2022年1月至2023年12月湖南中医药大学第二附属医院收治的肛瘘术后患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为康复新液组26例、参苓白术... 目的分析参苓白术散联合康复新液对肛瘘术后患者创面愈合时间及排便功能的影响。方法前瞻性选取2022年1月至2023年12月湖南中医药大学第二附属医院收治的肛瘘术后患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为康复新液组26例、参苓白术散组26例、联合组28例。康复新液组给予康复新液治疗,参苓白术散组给予参苓白术散治疗,联合组给予参苓白术散联合康复新液治疗。3组患者均连续治疗21 d。记录并比较3组的临床疗效,创面愈合时间,术后7、14、21 d的愈合率;检测并比较3组治疗前和治疗结束后1 d的排便功能(肛管静息压、肛管最长收缩时间、直肠静息压、肛管最大收缩压)、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、血清淀粉样蛋白(SAA)]、细胞生长因子[表皮生长因子(EGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)]、氧化应激指标[丙二醛、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)]水平。结果联合组总有效率为96.43%,显著高于康复新液组(73.08%)、参苓白术散组(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的创面愈合时间短于康复新液组、参苓白术散组,术后7、14、21 d愈合率均高于康复新液组、参苓白术散组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后1 d,3组患者肛管静息压、肛管最长收缩时间、直肠静息压、肛管最大收缩压水平均较治疗前上升,且联合组排便功能均优于康复新液组、参苓白术散组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后1 d,3组患者TNF-α、IL-1β、SAA水平均较治疗前下降,且联合组TNF-α、IL-1β、SAA水平均低于康复新液组、参苓白术散组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后1 d,3组患者EGF、VEGF水平均较治疗前升高,且联合组EGF、VEGF水平均高于康复新液组、参苓白术散组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后1 d,3组患者丙二醛水平均较治疗前下降,SOD水平均较治疗前上升,且联合组丙二醛水平低于康复新液组、参苓白术散组,SOD水平高于康复新液组、参苓白术散组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛瘘术后患者采用参苓白术散联合康复新液治疗后创面愈合率提升,愈合时间缩短,排便功能改善,炎症及氧化应激反应减轻。 展开更多

目的 探讨参苓白术散加减方联合美沙拉嗪治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)脾虚温蕴证的临床疗效。方法 选取江阴市中医院和江苏省中医院脾胃病科门诊和病房2023年10月至2024年12月收治的轻中度UC虚温蕴证患者70例,按随机... 目的 探讨参苓白术散加减方联合美沙拉嗪治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)脾虚温蕴证的临床疗效。方法 选取江阴市中医院和江苏省中医院脾胃病科门诊和病房2023年10月至2024年12月收治的轻中度UC虚温蕴证患者70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗组加用参苓白术散加减方,两组均治疗24周。比较两组总有效率、症状积分、结肠镜黏膜病变积分及铁死亡相关因子的变化。结果 治疗组总有效率优于对照组(94.29% vs.82.86%,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状积分、结肠黏膜病变积分以及血清亚铁离子水平均明显下降(P<0.05);血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4水平明显上升(P<0.05)。治疗组腹泻、腹胀、腹痛、肢体困倦及纳差的改善优于对照组(P<0.05);两组脓血便及结肠黏膜病变的改善比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论 参苓白术散加减方治疗轻中度UC脾虚湿蕴证患者的疗效显著,且安全性佳,有较高的临床使用价值。 展开更多

目的基于网络药理学方法分析参苓白术散治疗肿瘤恶病质的药理机制,为经典方剂临床拓展运用提供参考。方法通过TCMSP和BATMAN-TCM数据库获取参苓白术散处方中药的主要化学成分及其靶点,根据ADME筛选中药活性组分;通过OMIM、Genecards、Di... 目的基于网络药理学方法分析参苓白术散治疗肿瘤恶病质的药理机制,为经典方剂临床拓展运用提供参考。方法通过TCMSP和BATMAN-TCM数据库获取参苓白术散处方中药的主要化学成分及其靶点,根据ADME筛选中药活性组分;通过OMIM、Genecards、Disgenet、DRUGBANK数据库获取肿瘤恶病质主要靶点,利用String平台进行蛋白质相互作用分析,构建PPI网络。采用Cytoscape3.7.2软件构建参苓白术散“药物-活性成分-靶点”网络,而后采用Metascape平台分析其参与的生物过程及通路,最后通过Discovery Studio进行分子对接验证。结果参苓白术散治疗肿瘤恶病质的核心活性成分为槲皮素、山柰酚、木蜡酸、豆甾醇、木犀草素、β谷甾醇等,核心靶点有AKT1、TP53、TNF、IL-6、MAPK3、CASP3、JUN、CTNNB1、HIF1A、EGFR等,分子对接验证亦显示,排名前10的活性成分中,木蜡酸、豆甾醇、β谷甾醇与靶点大部分的结合活性较好。参苓白术散治疗肿瘤恶病质生物学通路主要是调节肿瘤相关通路、代谢相关通路及炎症因子和食欲相关通路等方面。结论初步揭示了参苓白术散治疗肿瘤恶病质的多成分、多靶点、多通路的作用机制,为参苓白术散的临床开发利用提供理论基础。 展开更多
