In this study,a machine learning-based predictive model was developed for the Musa petti Wind Farm in Sri Lanka to address the need for localized forecasting solutions.Using data on wind speed,air temperature,nacelle position,and actual power,lagged features were generated to capture temporal dependencies.Among 24 evaluated models,the ensemble bagging approach achieved the best performance,with R^(2) values of 0.89 at 0 min and 0.75 at 60 min.Shapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP)analysis revealed that while wind speed is the primary driver for short-term predictions,air temperature and nacelle position become more influential at longer forecasting horizons.These findings underscore the reliability of short-term predictions and the potential benefits of integrating hybrid AI and probabilistic models for extended forecasts.Our work contributes a robust and explainable framework to support Sri Lanka’s renewable energy transition,and future research will focus on real-time deployment and uncertainty quantification. 展开更多

Congenital heart defect,accounting for about 30%of congenital defects,is the most common one.Data shows that congenital heart defects have seriously affected the birth rate of healthy newborns.In Fetal andNeonatal Cardiology,medical imaging technology(2D ultrasonic,MRI)has been proved to be helpful to detect congenital defects of the fetal heart and assists sonographers in prenatal diagnosis.It is a highly complex task to recognize 2D fetal heart ultrasonic standard plane(FHUSP)manually.Compared withmanual identification,automatic identification through artificial intelligence can save a lot of time,ensure the efficiency of diagnosis,and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.In this study,a feature extraction method based on texture features(Local Binary Pattern LBP and Histogram of Oriented Gradient HOG)and combined with Bag of Words(BOW)model is carried out,and then feature fusion is performed.Finally,it adopts Support VectorMachine(SVM)to realize automatic recognition and classification of FHUSP.The data includes 788 standard plane data sets and 448 normal and abnormal plane data sets.Compared with some other methods and the single method model,the classification accuracy of our model has been obviously improved,with the highest accuracy reaching 87.35%.Similarly,we also verify the performance of the model in normal and abnormal planes,and the average accuracy in classifying abnormal and normal planes is 84.92%.The experimental results show that thismethod can effectively classify and predict different FHUSP and can provide certain assistance for sonographers to diagnose fetal congenital heart disease. 展开更多

Objective: To study the proliferation, migration and metaplasm of residual rabbit lens epithelial cells (LECs) after extracapsular cataract extraction(ECCE)based on the rabbit capsular bag model in vitro. Methods: Sham cataract surgery, including anterior capsulorhexis, nucleus hydroexpression and aspiration of lens fibers, was performed on 20 rabbit lens. The capsular bags were isolated and pinned to sterile non-toxic silicone rings on petri dishes. The capsular bags were incubated with Eagle's minimum essential medium (DMEM) supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum (FCS) and monitored for 3 weeks by phase-contrast microscopy, after which light microscopy was performed on them.Results: After a latent period of 2-3 d, outgrowth was observed across the posterior capsule. Growth proceeded rapidly so that the posterior capsule was totally covered by a confluent monolayer of cell at 6-8 day. Capsular wrinkles became increasingly apparent as time progressed, causing a marked rise in light scatter. An increase in capsular tension also came.Conclusion: This model exhibits many of the in vito characteristics of the lens capsule after extracapsular surgery and may prove useful in further elucidating the cellular mechanisms of posterior capsule opacification and developing strategies for inhibiting cell growth with this system. 展开更多

The traditional information hiding methods embed the secret information by modifying the carrier,which will inevitably leave traces of modification on the carrier.In this way,it is hard to resist the detection of steganalysis algorithm.To address this problem,the concept of coverless information hiding was proposed.Coverless information hiding can effectively resist steganalysis algorithm,since it uses unmodified natural stego-carriers to represent and convey confidential information.However,the state-of-the-arts method has a low hidden capacity,which makes it less appealing.Because the pixel values of different regions of the molecular structure images of material(MSIM)are usually different,this paper proposes a novel coverless information hiding method based on MSIM,which utilizes the average value of sub-image’s pixels to represent the secret information,according to the mapping between pixel value intervals and secret information.In addition,we employ a pseudo-random label sequence that is used to determine the position of sub-images to improve the security of the method.And the histogram of the Bag of words model(BOW)is used to determine the number of subimages in the image that convey secret information.Moreover,to improve the retrieval efficiency,we built a multi-level inverted index structure.Furthermore,the proposed method can also be used for other natural images.Compared with the state-of-the-arts,experimental results and analysis manifest that our method has better performance in anti-steganalysis,security and capacity. 展开更多

In recent years,e-sports has rapidly developed,and the industry has produced large amounts of data with specifications,and these data are easily to be obtained.Due to the above characteristics,data mining and deep learning methods can be used to guide players and develop appropriate strategies to win games.As one of the world’s most famous e-sports events,Dota2 has a large audience base and a good game system.A victory in a game is often associated with a hero’s match,and players are often unable to pick the best lineup to compete.To solve this problem,in this paper,we present an improved bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)neural network model for Dota2 lineup recommendations.The model uses the Continuous Bag Of Words(CBOW)model in the Word2 vec model to generate hero vectors.The CBOW model can predict the context of a word in a sentence.Accordingly,a word is transformed into a hero,a sentence into a lineup,and a word vector into a hero vector,the model applied in this article recommends the last hero according to the first four heroes selected first,thereby solving a series of recommendation problems. 展开更多

This article presents the configuration of strange quark stars in hydrostatic equilibrium considering the Vaidya-Tikekar metric ansatz.The interior of such stars comprises strange quark matter(henceforth SQM),whose equation of state(hencefor orth EoS)is described by the MIT EoS p=1/3(p-4B),where B is the difference between perturbative and non-perturbative vacuum.We have included the mass of the strange quark into the EoS and studied its effect on the overall properties of the strange quark star in this work.It is observed that the maximum mass reaches its highest value when.We have evaluated the range of the maximum mass of the strange quark star by solving the TOV equation for 57.55<B<91.54 MeV/fm^(3)necessary for stable strange quark matter at a zero external pressure condition with respect to neutrons.Maximum mass lies within the range of to when B ranges from 57.55 to 91.54MeV/fm^(3)and ms=0.It is noted that the maximum mass decreases with an increase in.Our model is found suitable for describing the mass of pulsars such as PSR J1614-2230 and Vela X-1 and the secondary objects in the GW170817 event.The model is also useful in predicting the radius of the recently observed pulsars PSR J0030+0451,PSR J0740+6620,and PSR J0952-0607 and the secondary objects in the GW170817 and GW190814 events.Our model is found to be stable with respect to all stability criteria of the stellar configurations and is also stable with respect to small perturbations. 展开更多

In this article,a new class of solutions of Einstein-Maxwell field equations of relativistic strange quark stars obtained in dimensions D≥4,is shown.We assume that the geometry of space-time is pseudo-spheroid,embedded in Euclidean space of(D-1)dimensions.The MIT bag model equation of state(henceforth EoS)is employed to study the relevant properties of strange quark stars.For the causal and non-negative nature of the square of the radial sound velocity(vr2),we observe that some restrictions exist on the reduced radius(b/R),where R is a parameter related to the curvature of the space-time,and b is the radius of the star.The spheroidal parameter A used here defines the metric potential of the grrcomponent,which is pseudo-spheroidal in nature.We note that the pressure anisotropy and charge have some effects onλ.The maximum mass for a given surface density(ρs)or bag constant(B)assumes a maximum value in dimension D=5and decreases for other values of D.The generalized Buchdahl limit for a higher dimensional charged star is also obeyed in this model.We observe that in this model,we can predict the mass of a strange quark star using a suitable value of the electric charge(Q)and bag constant(B).Energy and stability conditions are also satisfied in this model.Stability is also studied considering the dependence of the Lagrangian perturbation of radial pressure(Δpr)on the frequency of normal modes of oscillations.The tidal Love number and tidal de-formability are also evaluated. 展开更多
