Objective:To observe and study the practical value of adopting nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 382 newborns that were admitted to the hospital were selected to car...Objective:To observe and study the practical value of adopting nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 382 newborns that were admitted to the hospital were selected to carry out this study.They were divided into two groups,the routine group and the observation group,with 191 cases in each group.Newborns in the routine group were given basic nursing intervention,while those in the observation group were given bird’s nest nursing intervention.The growth and development indexes,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the improvement of gastrointestinal function,and the nursing satisfaction rate of their families were analyzed and studied.Results:The growth and development indexes of newborns in the observation group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse neonatal reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The improvement of gastrointestinal function of newborns in the observation group was significantly better than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of newborns’families in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:As for the key points of clinical newborn care,the actual effect of adopting the bird’s nest nursing intervention is more prominent,and its main function is to promote the growth and development of newborns.It can not only avoid the risk of adverse reactions in many aspects but also improve the gastrointestinal function of newborns,so that the nursing satisfaction rate of family members is obviously improved.It is recommended to be applied and popularized in clinical practice.展开更多
Aqueous zinc-based energy storage devices(ZESDs)have garnered considerable interest because of their high specific capacity,abundant zinc reserves,excellent safety,and environmental friendliness.In recent years,variou...Aqueous zinc-based energy storage devices(ZESDs)have garnered considerable interest because of their high specific capacity,abundant zinc reserves,excellent safety,and environmental friendliness.In recent years,various types of boron,nitrogen co-doped carbon(BNC)materials have been developed to improve electrochemical performance of ZESDs.To promote the advancement of these technologies,we herein give a comprehensive review of the progress in BNC materials for ZESDs.The different synthetic methods employed in the preparation of BNC materials,including direct carbonization,template method,chemical vapor deposition,hydrothermal method,etc.,are summarized.These methods play a vital role in tailoring the structure,composition,and properties of BNC materials to optimize their performance in energy storage applications.Furthermore,some key achievements of BNC materials in zinc-air batteries and zinc-ion hybrid supercapacitors are elaborated.Lastly,future challenges and development directions of BNC materials in ZESDs are prospected.This comprehensive review could serve as a valuable resource in the energy storage field,providing insights into the potential of BNC materials in zinc-based energy storage technologies.展开更多

Objective:To study the clinical effect on old ankle injury treated with collateral bloodletting at ashi point combined with the external application of Sānqī(三七Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng)powder.Methods:120 outpa...Objective:To study the clinical effect on old ankle injury treated with collateral bloodletting at ashi point combined with the external application of Sānqī(三七Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng)powder.Methods:120 outpatients with old ankle injury were collected from the Department of Disease Prevention of Shenzhen Pingle Orthopaedics and Traumatology Hospital.Ashi points were selected.The threeedged needle or the syringe needle for single use was used to prick the ashi points for 5-10 times till the slight bleeding presented in local area.Afterwards,the cupping was used at the pricked area for 10-15 min to ensure the complete elimination of stagnant blood.Such therapies were given once a week.On the day after the day of bleeding and cuping,Sanqi powder was applied externally,once a day.The pain score(visual analogue scale,VAS)and the clinical effect were observed in the patients.Results:A total of 115 patients accomplished the whole procedure of treatment The pain mean score of VAS was(3.2±0.4)points before treatment and it were(0.28±0.5)points after treatment.Of them,104 cases were cured completely,8 cases effective significantly and 3 cases failed.Conclusion:The combined treatment with bloodletting therapy at ashi point and the external application of Sanqi powder achieves the satisfactory clinical effect on old ankle injury and this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.展开更多

Sixteen patients re-ceived SAMe because of cholestasis after prolongedTPN, and the therapeutic efficacy was observed.Results: Bile flow was obviously decreased and theserum levels of total bile acid and gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase(γ-GT) were markedly increased in thehypercalorie and sepsis groups. Meanwhile, hepatocytefatty degeneration, dilatation of cholangioles, and bilesludge could be seen microscopically. SAMe adminis-tration in the hypercalorie+SAMe and sepsis+SAMegroups could increase the bile flow, decrease theserum levels of total bile acid and γ-GT, reduce thepathological damage to the liver, and clear the bilesludge in the cholangioles. Cholestasis and abnormalliver function were the main manifestations of the 16patients before SAMe administration. After SAMe treat-ment for 3 weeks, serum levels of total bilirubin, al-kaline phosphatase(AKP), γ-GT, alanine aminotrans-ferase(ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were obviously decreased, and normalized in the 4thweek.Conclusion: SAMe could prevent and treat cholestasiswithout discontinuation of TPN.展开更多

Objective:In 2022,a pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus broke out in Shanghai.A large number of medical personnel were deployed nationwide to support the Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Conventi...Objective:In 2022,a pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus broke out in Shanghai.A large number of medical personnel were deployed nationwide to support the Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Because the of the underdeveloped infrastructure and the disorganized layout process,the phenomenon of infection among medical personnel was rampant given the highly contagious nature of the Omicron variant.This paper discusses the effect of 6S management in infection control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Methods:A series of 6S management practices were carried out based on the evaluation of the control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai)during the anti-epidemic period,and the effect of the implementation of 6S management was studied based on the rapport among team members and the overall control system process,the management of wearing and stripping channels,the time of wearing protective articles and the psychological and emotional changes of the team members.Results:After the implementation of 6S management mode,the management of dressing room,epidemic prevention materials,and occupational protection awareness and infection control safety were significantly improved.More than 95.5%of the team members believed that improving the working environment in the shelter increased the confidence of victory in the fight against the epidemic,reduced the preparations before entering and leaving the cabin,improved the work efficiency and ensured occupational safety.It ensures the realization of the goal of“zero infection”and is set as a benchmark of control work of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Conclusion:The application of 6S management mode to the shelter infection control management can create and maintain a good working environment in the shelter,promote the implementation effect of various systems and processes of infection control,reduce the potential infection risk in the shelter and improve the efficiency of infection control management.展开更多

LPOST applications of s-metolachlor reduced carrot above ground plant dry weight, marketable yield and grower payment, but did not affect carrot length. PRE and LPOST applications of s-metolachlor reduced red beet above ground plant dry weight, total marketable yield, yield of No. 2 and No. 3 red beet, and grower payment. Our findings indicate that while carrot may be tolerant to PRE applications of s-metolachlor, applications made after the 5 leaf stage reduced plant dry weight enough to impact marketable yield and grower payment. In red beet, the potential reduction in growth, yield and grade would not justify the utility of a PRE or LPOST applica- tion timing.展开更多
.Thereafter,the full text of all 28 studies were reviewed.Finally,24 studies were included after excluding duplicates,non-3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing studies,non-experimental studies,studies with inconsistent ....Thereafter,the full text of all 28 studies were reviewed.Finally,24 studies were included after excluding duplicates,non-3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing studies,non-experimental studies,studies with inconsistent sample size,wrong data analysis,and unclear outcomes,etc.Results:Upon reviewing the 24 literatures,all the included studies were clinical studies that made comparisons between 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing groups and traditional nursing groups.The age of the participants were between 60 and 80 years,and the total number of participates were 2,790.However,there were some studies that did not report the average age(5/24),average duration(14/24),and the ratio of male to female patients(3/24).Only a few studies reported the intervention time(7/24)and classified the disease by severity(4/24).The outcomes included activities of daily living(ADL),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),and Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination(CRRCAE).A total of 19 studies showed that 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing is effective in improving patients’self-care ability;14 studies showed that this rehabilitation nursing has a significant curative effect for the cognitive function of patients;7 studies showed that this nursing model can promote the recovery of language function in AD patients;5 studies showed the model can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events and complications upon receiving treatment;2 studies showed that the nursing model is helpful for depression and emotional indifference.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional nursing mode,3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing is more effective in improving self-care ability,cognitive function,language function,emotional state,and so on.In addition,this nursing model can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events,falls,pressure sores,and other complications during hospitalization.However,the inclusion criteria and duration of intervention for the included studies need to be further standardized,and more experimental studies on the efficacy of 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing on severe AD patients as well as the complications caused by AD are required.The cost of 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing,which is specialized and personalized,is high.Therefore,the value of this nursing model still requires much research.展开更多

Under the conditions of Bm=0.3 T, f=100 kHz and Bm=0.2 T, f=200 kHz the core losses of the new alloy are 543 kW·m-3 and 834 kW.m-3, respectively which can be compa rable with those of nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy. The analyses of core losses have been carried out in the wider range of f=20～104 kHz and Bm=0.0025～0.8 T and the approxi mate expression P(kW·m-3)=1.803 B:f1.77 has been obtained. The analyses of core losses in the range of f=20～104 kHz and Bmf=(10～40)×103(T.Hz) have shown that the core loss and the corresponding amplitude permeability roughly vary as P = 2.347×10-6(Bmf)1.97f-0.2231 and μa = 9.56× 105f-0.7464, respectively for the given product B.f. Biotic and abiotic farming byproducts adversely affect the ecosystem and human health. While pesticides and fertilizers are the primary sources of agricultural pollution, organic agriculture can help remediate the negative effects on humans and the ecosystem. However, many factors like chemical drift can limit this advantage. This paper presents a feasibility study of a web-based (Geografic Information System) GIS application which can model and predict the areas affected by agricultural chemicals drift. Other applications exist with limited assumptions that make their outcomes far from reality. A root definition and a rich picture are developed as well as a Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis. Because of the huge geographical context, data requirements and analyses requirements are expected to be massive. It analyzes and discusses h...Based on Fillmore’s frame theory, this paper examines the translator’s cognitive frame operation in the English subtitle translation of Quanzhou’s World Heritage application documentary. It analyzes and discusses how the translator maximizes translation effect between the source language and the target language, so as to enhance the readability of documentary subtitles and promote the spread of traditional Chinese culture. The findings are as follows: Firstly, in the translation process, the frame operations used by the translator include frame correspondence, intra-frame operations, frame replacement, frame perspective shift and frame transplantation. Secondly, cultural documentaries are full of culture-loaded words, for which the translator usually uses frame transplantation. Thirdly, due to the instantaneous nature of subtitles, intra-frame operations and frame replacement are applied in terms of cultural background of the target language audience. Besides, in order to enhance the audience’s reading experience, there may be some changes of narrative perspective in the English translation of cultural documentaries.展开更多

文摘Objective:To study the clinical effect on old ankle injury treated with collateral bloodletting at ashi point combined with the external application of Sānqī(三七Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng)powder.Methods:120 outpatients with old ankle injury were collected from the Department of Disease Prevention of Shenzhen Pingle Orthopaedics and Traumatology Hospital.Ashi points were selected.The threeedged needle or the syringe needle for single use was used to prick the ashi points for 5-10 times till the slight bleeding presented in local area.Afterwards,the cupping was used at the pricked area for 10-15 min to ensure the complete elimination of stagnant blood.Such therapies were given once a week.On the day after the day of bleeding and cuping,Sanqi powder was applied externally,once a day.The pain score(visual analogue scale,VAS)and the clinical effect were observed in the patients.Results:A total of 115 patients accomplished the whole procedure of treatment The pain mean score of VAS was(3.2±0.4)points before treatment and it were(0.28±0.5)points after treatment.Of them,104 cases were cured completely,8 cases effective significantly and 3 cases failed.Conclusion:The combined treatment with bloodletting therapy at ashi point and the external application of Sanqi powder achieves the satisfactory clinical effect on old ankle injury and this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
文摘Objective: To observe the effects of S-adenosylmethio-nine (SAMe) in the treatment of cholestasis after totalparenteral nutrition (TPN).Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided intocontrol group, hypercalorie group, hypercalorie+SAMegroup, sepsis group and sepsis+SAMe group to com-pare their states of cholestasis. Sixteen patients re-ceived SAMe because of cholestasis after prolongedTPN, and the therapeutic efficacy was observed.Results: Bile flow was obviously decreased and theserum levels of total bile acid and gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase(γ-GT) were markedly increased in thehypercalorie and sepsis groups. Meanwhile, hepatocytefatty degeneration, dilatation of cholangioles, and bilesludge could be seen microscopically. SAMe adminis-tration in the hypercalorie+SAMe and sepsis+SAMegroups could increase the bile flow, decrease theserum levels of total bile acid and γ-GT, reduce thepathological damage to the liver, and clear the bilesludge in the cholangioles. Cholestasis and abnormalliver function were the main manifestations of the 16patients before SAMe administration. After SAMe treat-ment for 3 weeks, serum levels of total bilirubin, al-kaline phosphatase(AKP), γ-GT, alanine aminotrans-ferase(ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were obviously decreased, and normalized in the 4thweek.Conclusion: SAMe could prevent and treat cholestasiswithout discontinuation of TPN.
文摘Unpredictable meteorological information, especially that endangers flight safety, should be transmitted to a cockpit to make a flight crew obtain meteorological early warning that affects flight safety as soon as possible and adopt countermeasures, thereby avoiding the occurrence of flight safety accidents. At present, there are limited ways of transmitting meteorological information to a cockpit, and the application of Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast （ADS-B） is a new way of transmitting meteorological information to a cockpit.
文摘Objective:In 2022,a pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus broke out in Shanghai.A large number of medical personnel were deployed nationwide to support the Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Because the of the underdeveloped infrastructure and the disorganized layout process,the phenomenon of infection among medical personnel was rampant given the highly contagious nature of the Omicron variant.This paper discusses the effect of 6S management in infection control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Methods:A series of 6S management practices were carried out based on the evaluation of the control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai)during the anti-epidemic period,and the effect of the implementation of 6S management was studied based on the rapport among team members and the overall control system process,the management of wearing and stripping channels,the time of wearing protective articles and the psychological and emotional changes of the team members.Results:After the implementation of 6S management mode,the management of dressing room,epidemic prevention materials,and occupational protection awareness and infection control safety were significantly improved.More than 95.5%of the team members believed that improving the working environment in the shelter increased the confidence of victory in the fight against the epidemic,reduced the preparations before entering and leaving the cabin,improved the work efficiency and ensured occupational safety.It ensures the realization of the goal of“zero infection”and is set as a benchmark of control work of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Conclusion:The application of 6S management mode to the shelter infection control management can create and maintain a good working environment in the shelter,promote the implementation effect of various systems and processes of infection control,reduce the potential infection risk in the shelter and improve the efficiency of infection control management.

文摘Tolerance of carrot and red beet to s-metolachlor at three application timings—pre-emergence to crop (PRE), early postemergence (crop at two to four leaf stage-EPOST), and late postemergence (crop at five to seven leaf stage-LPOST) —was determined from 2008 to 2010. LPOST applications of s-metolachlor reduced carrot above ground plant dry weight, marketable yield and grower payment, but did not affect carrot length. PRE and LPOST applications of s-metolachlor reduced red beet above ground plant dry weight, total marketable yield, yield of No. 2 and No. 3 red beet, and grower payment. Our findings indicate that while carrot may be tolerant to PRE applications of s-metolachlor, applications made after the 5 leaf stage reduced plant dry weight enough to impact marketable yield and grower payment. In red beet, the potential reduction in growth, yield and grade would not justify the utility of a PRE or LPOST applica- tion timing.
文摘.Thereafter,the full text of all 28 studies were reviewed.Finally,24 studies were included after excluding duplicates,non-3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing studies,non-experimental studies,studies with inconsistent sample size,wrong data analysis,and unclear outcomes,etc.Results:Upon reviewing the 24 literatures,all the included studies were clinical studies that made comparisons between 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing groups and traditional nursing groups.The age of the participants were between 60 and 80 years,and the total number of participates were 2,790.However,there were some studies that did not report the average age(5/24),average duration(14/24),and the ratio of male to female patients(3/24).Only a few studies reported the intervention time(7/24)and classified the disease by severity(4/24).The outcomes included activities of daily living(ADL),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),and Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination(CRRCAE).A total of 19 studies showed that 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing is effective in improving patients’self-care ability;14 studies showed that this rehabilitation nursing has a significant curative effect for the cognitive function of patients;7 studies showed that this nursing model can promote the recovery of language function in AD patients;5 studies showed the model can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events and complications upon receiving treatment;2 studies showed that the nursing model is helpful for depression and emotional indifference.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional nursing mode,3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing is more effective in improving self-care ability,cognitive function,language function,emotional state,and so on.In addition,this nursing model can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events,falls,pressure sores,and other complications during hospitalization.However,the inclusion criteria and duration of intervention for the included studies need to be further standardized,and more experimental studies on the efficacy of 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing on severe AD patients as well as the complications caused by AD are required.The cost of 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing,which is specialized and personalized,is high.Therefore,the value of this nursing model still requires much research.

文摘Behavior targeting(BT)based on individual web-browsing history has become more valuable in precision marketing for many companies through capturing users’interest and preference.It is common in practice that the behavior data collected from different online shopping applications are inconsistent since they are labelled by different item taxonomy,where the same behavior could have different representations and therefore analysis confusion arises.To address this issue,we propose a semantic similarity based strategy to transform the heterogeneous behavior extracted from deep packet inspection(DPI)data of a telecommunication operator into a unique standard one.The Word Mover’s Distance algorithm is exploited to evaluate the semantic similarity of the distributed representations of two web-browsing histories.Moreover,the architecture of the behavior targeting platform on Hadoop is implemented,which is capable of processing data with size of PB level every day.
文摘The synthetical soft magnetic properties including d.c. and a.c. magnetic properties and pulse magnetic property are reported for a newly-developed nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1 Nb1.5V1.5Si13.5B9 alloy The new alloy possesses high d.c. relative initial permeability of 12.5×104 and low coerciv ity of 0.54 A/m. Under the conditions of Bm=0.3 T, f=100 kHz and Bm=0.2 T, f=200 kHz the core losses of the new alloy are 543 kW·m-3 and 834 kW.m-3, respectively which can be compa rable with those of nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy. The analyses of core losses have been carried out in the wider range of f=20～104 kHz and Bm=0.0025～0.8 T and the approxi mate expression P(kW·m-3)=1.803 B:f1.77 has been obtained. The analyses of core losses in the range of f=20～104 kHz and Bmf=(10～40)×103(T.Hz) have shown that the core loss and the corresponding amplitude permeability roughly vary as P = 2.347×10-6(Bmf)1.97f-0.2231 and μa = 9.56× 105f-0.7464, respectively for the given product B.f. Some practical applica tions have also been mentioned.

文摘Agricultural pollution is a major issue in the United States (U.S.) and the world. Biotic and abiotic farming byproducts adversely affect the ecosystem and human health. While pesticides and fertilizers are the primary sources of agricultural pollution, organic agriculture can help remediate the negative effects on humans and the ecosystem. However, many factors like chemical drift can limit this advantage. This paper presents a feasibility study of a web-based (Geografic Information System) GIS application which can model and predict the areas affected by agricultural chemicals drift. Other applications exist with limited assumptions that make their outcomes far from reality. A root definition and a rich picture are developed as well as a Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis. Because of the huge geographical context, data requirements and analyses requirements are expected to be massive. Nonetheless, despite the expected challenges, the advantages of the proposed application outweigh the risks.
文摘Based on Fillmore’s frame theory, this paper examines the translator’s cognitive frame operation in the English subtitle translation of Quanzhou’s World Heritage application documentary. It analyzes and discusses how the translator maximizes translation effect between the source language and the target language, so as to enhance the readability of documentary subtitles and promote the spread of traditional Chinese culture. The findings are as follows: Firstly, in the translation process, the frame operations used by the translator include frame correspondence, intra-frame operations, frame replacement, frame perspective shift and frame transplantation. Secondly, cultural documentaries are full of culture-loaded words, for which the translator usually uses frame transplantation. Thirdly, due to the instantaneous nature of subtitles, intra-frame operations and frame replacement are applied in terms of cultural background of the target language audience. Besides, in order to enhance the audience’s reading experience, there may be some changes of narrative perspective in the English translation of cultural documentaries.
