In the context of rapid digitization in industrial environments,how effective are advanced unsupervised learning models,particularly hybrid autoencoder models,at detecting anomalies in industrial control system(ICS)da...In the context of rapid digitization in industrial environments,how effective are advanced unsupervised learning models,particularly hybrid autoencoder models,at detecting anomalies in industrial control system(ICS)datasets?This study is crucial because it addresses the challenge of identifying rare and complex anomalous patterns in the vast amounts of time series data generated by Internet of Things(IoT)devices,which can significantly improve the reliability and safety of these systems.In this paper,we propose a hybrid autoencoder model,called ConvBiLSTMAE,which combines convolutional neural network(CNN)and bidirectional long short-term memory(BiLSTM)to more effectively train complex temporal data patterns in anomaly detection.On the hardware-in-the-loopbased extended industrial control system dataset,the ConvBiLSTM-AE model demonstrated remarkable anomaly detection performance,achieving F1 scores of 0.78 and 0.41 for the first and second datasets,respectively.The results suggest that hybrid autoencoder models are not only viable,but potentially superior alternatives for unsupervised anomaly detection in complex industrial systems,offering a promising approach to improving their reliability and safety.展开更多

An efficient Advancing Layer Method(ALM)is presented to create semi-structured prisms on viscous walls,in which a procedure that checks possible front intersections is essential to its efficiency.This paper develops v...An efficient Advancing Layer Method(ALM)is presented to create semi-structured prisms on viscous walls,in which a procedure that checks possible front intersections is essential to its efficiency.This paper develops various novel schemes to improve the algorithm’s efficiency precisely while not sacrificing its robustness and the resulting mesh quality.First,it employs a set of new techniques,and data structures are developed to improve the efficiency of the frontcheck procedure.Then,within each octant,a new filter is developed to reduce the intersection computations in the searching process.In addition,data structures are well designed to store the contiguously accessed data in each computing-intensive loop in a contiguous space for a potentially better cache hit ratio.We built a geometry model library formed by examples of industrial complexity to demonstrate the practicability of the algorithm.All the efforts mentioned above enable us to reduce the percentage of computing time taken by intersection check to an acceptable level(approximately 26%),which make it no longer be the most time-consuming part.展开更多

This paper gives an overview of the development-oriented poverty alleviation of advancing entire villages in Ningxia, and then relates the implementation of "1 000-village poverty alleviation program" of Nin...This paper gives an overview of the development-oriented poverty alleviation of advancing entire villages in Ningxia, and then relates the implementation of "1 000-village poverty alleviation program" of Ningxia by stages as follows: at the first stage (2005-2006), 203 villages began to implement the first development-oriented poverty alleviation program of advancing entire villages; at the second stage (2007-2008), the second development-oriented poverty alleviation program of advancing entire villages was implemented. By empirical analysis, the main experience in the process of implementing poverty alleviation model of advancing entire villages is generalized as follows: strengthen the support and help degree and frame feasible implementation planning; develop characteristic industries and expand export of labor services; support poor areas by using technology. Through five years of support, the poverty alleviation model of advancing entire villages achieves initial results: the specific sample survey shows that in the poor villages with smooth development of advancing entire villages and great investments, the farmers' income per capita in whole village can be increased by more than 50% within one year or two years; due to the improvement of road, communication and other conditions, many poor villages can explore new possibilities for production, and better give play to the comparative advantages; the improvement of infrastructure also promotes export of labor services in the poor villages, so as to indirectly increase the income of farmers in poor villages.展开更多
