A numerical study based on a two-dimensional two-phase SPH(Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics)model to analyze the action of water waves on open-type sea access roads is presented.The study is a continuation of the analyses presented by Chen et al.(2022),in which the sea access roads are semi-immersed.In this new configuration,the sea access roads are placed above the still water level,therefore the presence of the air phase becomes a relevant issue in the determination of the wave forces acting on the structures.Indeed,the comparison of wave forces on the open-type sea access roads obtained from the single and two-phase SPH models with the experimental results shows that the latter are in much better agreement.So in the numerical simulations,a two-phaseδ-SPH model is adopted to investigate the dynamical problems.Based on the numerical results,the maximum horizontal and uplifting wave forces acting on the sea access roads are analyzed by considering different wave conditions and geometries of the structures.In particular,the presence of the girder is analyzed and the differences in the wave forces due to the air cushion effects which are created below the structure are highlighted. 展开更多

Based on space syntax theory, the spatial accessibility of the road network in Wuhan Metropolitan Area has been quantitatively analyzed by building a series of accessibility variables. Topologic connectivity in the accessible rings appears to be broken;traffic axis network is in spatial structure of hub-and-spoke and fishbone-like. Meanwhile, the differences in classified road network have led to inefficiency of its network servo and its ever-worsening capability to respond to traffic jams. Besides, two band-like integrated cores of which one is east to west along the Yangtze River and the other is north to south along Beijing to Guangzhou Railway, have become the first level traffic axis in the whole network, which is responsible for the connectivity of the entire metropolitan area network. This consequently has strengthened the dominant position of Wuhan which is located on the bands’ crossing. In short, the spatial accessibility of that classified space morphology, the urban system, the transport infrastructure as well as the social and economic development of Wuhan Metropolitan Area are highly interrelated to each other, especially to the high level highway network featured by freeways, the development level of which is well in line with that of road network accessibility. 展开更多

Before the emergence of modern modes of transport, the traditional road infra structure was the major historical means of carrying out nationwide socioeconomic exchange However, the history of transport infrastructure has received little attention from researchers. Given this background, the work reported here examined the longterm development of transport networks in China. The national road network was selected for study and the 3500 years from 1600 BC to 1900 AD was chosen as the study period. Indicators were designed for the maturity level of road networks and an accessibility model was developed for the paths of the shortest distance. The evolution of the road network in China since the Shang Dynasty (1600 BC) was described and its major features were summarized to reveal longterm regu larities. The maturity level of the road network and its accessibility was assessed and regions with good and poor networks were identified. The relationship between China's natural, social and economic systems and the road network were discussed. Our analysis shows that the road network in China has a number of longterm regularities. The continuously expanding road network follows a path of inland expansion especially towards the border areas. How ever, its coverage and accessibility are characterized by a coreperipheral configuration, which has close relationships with, not only the natural conditions, but also national defense and warfare. The centralization of national power, national land governance, postal transport, the transport of specialized cargos, and international trade are also related to the develop ment of the road network. This research draws attention to the evolving regularities of trans port networks. 展开更多

Contribution of Rural Roads to Access to-and Participation in Markets:Theory and Results from Northern Ethiopia

Road accessibility is considered to be one of the major factors influencing (or correlated to) rural households’ access to- and participation in markets. However, there are few studies that investigate this important topic. This paper, therefore, explores the issue from both theoretical and practical perspectives with household and village level data from Northern Ethiopia. It is generally assumed that road accessibility significantly contributes to both access to- and participation in markets by rural households. The results in this study, however, suggest that neither participation in major markets nor the amount of purchased agricultural inputs use are significantly different for households with respect to the degree of road accessibility in the study area. Nevertheless, the situation seems somewhat better in locations with good access to roads. On the other hand, the results in this study confirm that road accessibility significantly contributes to reducing farm gate prices of manufactured goods and increasing farm gate prices of agricultural goods. 展开更多

Aiming at the problem of lack of data model to analyze the level of transportation integration, the paper taking Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group of China as the research object, based on the Gravity measurement model, transportation comprehensive distance model, weighted road density model, analysis of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group accessibility and transportation integration level. A new method to measure the level of traffic integration is proposed and verified by the road network data and socio-economic data of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group. The results show that: Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group traffic accessibility was “point to surface” shape distribution, taking the core region of Changsha as the optimal, Xiangtan, Zhuzhou, Changsha County next, in remote Yanling County, Chaling county has the lowest accessibility;the correlation between traffic network connection degree and economic connection degree reached 0.871, indicating that the transportation integration level of urban agglomerations has a high degree of fit with the level of economic integration. The research results on the one hand for the Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration traffic present situation to make an annotation;on the other hand, that provide a reference for further optimization of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration traffic planning. 展开更多

Combined Effect of Bus Stop and Access on Expressway Capacity

To determinate the combined effect of bus bay stops near access points on the expressway capacity,a new theoretical approach is developed on the basis of gap acceptance theory and queuing theory. According to the location between the bus stop and the access upstream or downstream,the capacity models on the expressway are developed for four cases. The results show that there are no significant differences in the capacity among four cases when the bus arrival rate is less than 60 veh / h and the car volume at the entrance and exit is less than 200 pcu / h. As the bus arrival rate and the car volume at the entrance and exit increase,the bus stops at downstream of an entrance and upstream of an exit have remarkable effect on the capacity. The increasing of berth number of the bus stop has a positive effect on the capacities of four cases. 展开更多

城市道路网是城市空间结构的骨架,是连接城市各功能区的纽带。路网结构的完善是城市可持续发展的重要保证。本文以中国西部12个省会城市、直辖市为研究对象,运用空间句法评价方法对中国西部城市建成区路网进行量化处理和描述,并辅以SPS... 城市道路网是城市空间结构的骨架,是连接城市各功能区的纽带。路网结构的完善是城市可持续发展的重要保证。本文以中国西部12个省会城市、直辖市为研究对象,运用空间句法评价方法对中国西部城市建成区路网进行量化处理和描述,并辅以SPSS软件对可达性进行相关性分析。从全局可达性、局部可达性、感知可达性3个方面对研究区域范围内的路网进行可达性测度,并对路网进行评判优化。研究结果表明:(1)西部城市可达性与城市规模和形态呈一定程度的正相关。西部城市因为受到地理、历史条件的影响较大,所以西部城市的路网呈现不均衡式的发展,甚至有些边陲地区的路网总体上处于一种无序的低效发展状态。(2)西部城市的全局可达性、局部可达性、感知可达性总体呈中等偏下水平。因此,本文旨在提高西部城市交通可达性而对路网结构进行优化分析,为西部城市的规划决策提供建设性的建议。 展开更多

福建省沿海区域道路网络扩张对植被动态变化的影响机制

科学分析公路建设对植被动态变化的影响对指导道路网络布设和生态保护具有重要意义.以福建省沿海区域为例,基于2010年和2020年道路数据和归一化植被指数(NDVI),在不同尺度的研究单元上,运用核密度估算、网络分析、双变量空间自相关和地... 科学分析公路建设对植被动态变化的影响对指导道路网络布设和生态保护具有重要意义.以福建省沿海区域为例,基于2010年和2020年道路数据和归一化植被指数(NDVI),在不同尺度的研究单元上,运用核密度估算、网络分析、双变量空间自相关和地理加权回归模型(GWR)等方法,定量分析道路网络格局及其对植被时空变化的影响机制.结果表明,福建省沿海区域的道路核密度(KDE)呈现沿海高内陆低的分层结构,道路网络可达性(ACC)呈现以莆田市、福州市和泉州市为核心向外递减的“核心-边缘”空间分布格局;多尺度双变量空间自相关分析表明,道路网络指标与NDVI呈负相关,KDE与NDVI的Moran's I指数均值为-0.255,ACC与NDVI的Moran's I指数均值为-0.277,ACC与NDVI的相关性较KDE高,空间聚集性更强且受尺度影响较小;ΔKDE-ΔNDVI的Moran's I指数均值为-0.248,ΔACC-ΔNDVI的Moran's I指数均值为0.159,ΔKDE与ΔNDVI呈负相关,而ΔACC与ΔNDVI呈正相关,相关性随着尺度的增大而增大;道路指标与NDVI的相关性在1000 m×1000 m和县域尺度下较高;KDE与NDVI的回归系数在空间上具有较大的变化幅度,空间异质性明显,正回归系数主要集中在宁德市、福州市和漳州市滨海带,负相关性主要分布在研究区中部;ACC与NDVI的回归系数在空间上变化幅度较小,研究区大部分地区的ACC对植被覆盖起到抑制作用,空间聚集性较强且异质性显著.研究结果对促进福建省沿海地区道路网络建设与植被保护的协同具有启示意义. 展开更多

模拟降雨藏东南地区施工便道草皮回铺对砂壤质草甸土坡面侵蚀的影响

青藏高原高寒草甸区是中国西南地区重要生态屏障,近年来由于社会经济发展与基础设施建设对其生态环境破坏增大,水土流失日趋严重。以青藏高原高寒草甸扰动坡面为研究对象,在不同降雨(30mm/h、60mm/h)、坡度(20°、30°、40... 青藏高原高寒草甸区是中国西南地区重要生态屏障,近年来由于社会经济发展与基础设施建设对其生态环境破坏增大,水土流失日趋严重。以青藏高原高寒草甸扰动坡面为研究对象,在不同降雨(30mm/h、60mm/h)、坡度(20°、30°、40°)和草皮回铺比例(1/3草皮回铺、2/3草皮回铺、全草皮回铺)条件下,通过模拟降雨试验来揭示研究区砂质壤土坡面侵蚀机理。结果显示,(1)随着草皮回铺比例提高,坡面产流量和产沙量均有显著下降;在雨强30mm/h坡度20°条件下,全草皮回铺坡面30min累计产流量和累计产沙量分别是1/3草皮回铺坡面的53.5%和40.67%。(2)随着降雨强度增加,不同草皮回铺比例坡面产流量和产沙量均有显著提升,但草皮回铺比例提升对于减流减沙效率在降低;当降雨强度为60mm/h时,1/3草皮回铺、2/3草皮回铺和全草皮回铺三种坡面30min累计产流量分别为30mm/h的3.34、2.48倍和2.18倍,累计产沙量分别为30mm/h的1.42、1.11倍和1.03倍。(3)对比不同坡面侵蚀,坡度增加对于坡面侵蚀影响更为显著;在30mm/h雨强下2/3草皮回铺坡面在坡度20°、30°和40°条件下30min累计产流量分别为1290mL、2558mL和2908mL,累计产沙量分别为22.51g、30.43g和46.22g。(4)坡面累计产流量和累计产沙量呈显著的幂函数Y=aX^(b)关系,且随雨强增加,坡面产沙与产流相关性更加显著(R^(2)>0.978),但当坡度和雨强增加到一定程度,部分2/3回铺草皮水沙防控效果与全铺草皮效果基本一致,植被覆盖对减流减沙效果不再显著。这些研究结果可为高寒草甸区水土流失防治与生态恢复提供重要参考。 展开更多

基于时空图演化聚合的区域路网综合通达度预测

通达度是衡量区域路网通行能力的核心指标,能够为路网规划和交通保障资源调配提供决策支持。针对融合道路布局、交通演化等静动态要素的区域路网综合通达度短期预测难题,基于时空图建模,提出一种融贯交通演化预测与静动态特征聚合的通... 通达度是衡量区域路网通行能力的核心指标,能够为路网规划和交通保障资源调配提供决策支持。针对融合道路布局、交通演化等静动态要素的区域路网综合通达度短期预测难题,基于时空图建模,提出一种融贯交通演化预测与静动态特征聚合的通达度端到端预测方法。该方法利用时空注意力和扩散时间卷积网络,准确预测路网交通演化状态;再对路网静动态特征进行多视角多层次图聚合,得到未来一定时段的路网通达度量化值。基于京津冀区域真实路网运行数据的实验表明,该方法对路网未来20 min、40 min、60 min的综合通达度预测准确度指标R2分别为0.9389、0.9318、0.9120,较7种对比方法平均提升5.41%。该成果对提升路网规划与运行水平,保障路网平时服务与应急应战效能具有较好的指导意义。 展开更多

北京市远郊区旅游景点可达性分析及周边道路实施建议 被引量:1

近年来,北京市旅游业发展迅速,旅游需求不断增加。以景点等级和热门程度作为衡量景点吸引力的指标,聚焦北京市的10个远郊区,对其旅游景点和热门民宿的分布及周边配套道路进行了现状调研。通过综合分析景点与市中心的出行时间、绕行情况... 近年来,北京市旅游业发展迅速,旅游需求不断增加。以景点等级和热门程度作为衡量景点吸引力的指标,聚焦北京市的10个远郊区,对其旅游景点和热门民宿的分布及周边配套道路进行了现状调研。通过综合分析景点与市中心的出行时间、绕行情况、与高速公路的连通情况、周边道路规划实现情况等因素,深度剖析了各区旅游景点及热门民宿的可达性。研究表明,90%以上的3A级及以上景点和热门民宿出口道路单一且出口道路现状等级较低;出口道路等级随着景点等级的降低而下降,景点与高速公路的连通情况随着景点等级的降低而下降。在此基础上,有针对性地提出了北京市各远郊区建议实施公路55条,其中高速公路5条、一级公路28条、二级公路23条。这些道路的实施可为北京市旅游业的发展提供有力的基础设施保障。 展开更多

Assessment of emergency rescue capability in mountainous tourism destinations under climate extremes

Climate change exacerbates tourism emergencies, making it increasingly critical to enhance mitigation and adaptation capacity to alleviate extreme climate's impacts during tourism. Climate-induced impacts and threats in mountainous tourism areas are more challenging given complex terrains and multiple risk sources. Prior studies have focused on assessing climate-related impacts in mountainous tourism areas, while limited studies have investigated the emergency rescue capacity of mountainous tourism areas. This largely constrains decision makers to adopt proper solutions to enhance emergency rescue capacity. To address this research challenges, this study aims to assess emergency rescue capability through an empirical study of the Wulong Karst Tourism Destination(WKTD) area in Chongqing, China. In particular, based on road network and emergency response facility data, the accessibility of road network was delineated by the Spatial Design Network Analysis(s DNA) model. The results indicate that fire and medical rescue facilities were extremely limited and their service coverage was irregular. Valleys significantly narrowed rescue facilities' service area and weakened their functional connection. With the vital 60-minute timeframe, the closeness and betweenness analyses revealed the low accessibility of global rescue roads, while relatively high accessibility of small-scale vehicle and pedestrian rescue roads. The Mean Crow Flight(MCF) and Diversion Ratio(DR) analyses verified that the accessibility of road rescue services was impeded by mountainous terrain. Overall, this study informs solutions pertaining to rescue and disaster mitigation in mountainous tourism areas. 展开更多
