国产深海HM4000型剖面浮标盐度数据校正

2023年12月,崂山实验室“深海Argo区域观测网建设”项目在菲律宾海盆布放了1台国产4000 m级HM4000型剖面浮标(世界气象组织编号为2902895),该浮标携带了加拿大RBR公司生产的RBRargo^(3)deep 6k CTD传感器(以下简称RBR CTD)。布放后发现... 2023年12月,崂山实验室“深海Argo区域观测网建设”项目在菲律宾海盆布放了1台国产4000 m级HM4000型剖面浮标(世界气象组织编号为2902895),该浮标携带了加拿大RBR公司生产的RBRargo^(3)deep 6k CTD传感器(以下简称RBR CTD)。布放后发现,该浮标返回的盐度观测数据与船载CTD结果以及气候态盐度值相比存在系统性的偏差。为了校正浮标盐度数据,使用现场盐度计分析结果和船载CTD测量的盐度,计算了RBR CTD电导率的偏移率,进而对浮标盐度剖面进行了校正。经检验,校正后的结果与邻近浮标和气候态盐度数据基本一致。随着我国“深海Argo区域观测网建设”项目的启动实施,越来越多的国产深海Argo浮标将被布放,相比观测水深为0~2000 m范围内的核心Argo(Core-Argo,仅观测海水温度和盐度),深海Argo(Deep-Argo)需要更高的观测精度才能分辨出深海更小的变化。当前,Deep-Argo使用的CTD传感器仍存在技术问题,一些浮标和传感器在存储、运输和使用过程中难免会存在不当操作,导致观测数据特别是盐度数据存在较大误差。为此,本文提出了一种使用现场比测资料对深海Argo浮标观测资料进行校正的方法,可为我国深海Argo区域观测网资料质量控制提供重要的技术支撑。 展开更多

Calcination temperature-dependent structural,optical,and photoluminescence properties of Mg-Al bimetallic oxide prepared by sol-gel auto combustion method

In this research study,magnesium-aluminum(Mg-Al)bimetallic oxide powders are synthesized via the sol-gel auto combustion method using diethanolamine(DEA)as the fuel.In order to subsequently determine the influence of calcination temperatures upon the structure,chemical bonding,morphology,optical properties,and fluorescence properties of the as-synthesized and calcined Mg-Al bimetallic oxide powders,the researcher employed X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),UV–visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-DRS),and photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL),respectively.It was apparent on the basis of the XRD and FT-IR analyses that those powders undergoing calcination at temperatures of 500℃,700℃,and 900℃contained the major phase magnesium aluminate(Mg Al_(2)O_(4))spinel with trace magnesium oxide(Mg O)and hydrotalcite(Mg_(6)Al_(2)(CO_(3))(OH)_(16)).When the calcination temperature rose to 1100℃,this resulted in a single phase MgAl_(2)O_(4)while MgO and(Mg_(6)Al_(2)(CO_(3))(OH)_(16))were no longer observed.UV-DRS analysis revealed that in optimized conditions,calcination resulted in better sample absorption and reflection levels when compared to the ultraviolet,visible,and infrared spectra observed in the case of the as-synthesized sample.The bandgap energy(E_(g))for calcined samples was in the range of 2.65 e V to 5.85 e V,in contrast to the value of 4.10 e V for the as-synthesized sample.Analysis of photoluminescence showed that for the as-synthesized samples and those calcined at low temperatures,visible light was emitted only in the violet,blue,and green regions with low intensity,while for samples calcined at higher temperatures,the emissions showed greater intensity and extended to the yellow and orange regions.Multiple defect centers were found in the bandgap which can explain these findings. 展开更多

An Auto Encoder-Enhanced Stacked Ensemble for Intrusion Detection in Healthcare Networks

Healthcare networks prove to be an urgent issue in terms of intrusion detection due to the critical consequences of cyber threats and the extreme sensitivity of medical information.The proposed Auto-Stack ID in the study is a stacked ensemble of encoder-enhanced auctions that can be used to improve intrusion detection in healthcare networks.TheWUSTL-EHMS 2020 dataset trains and evaluates themodel,constituting an imbalanced class distribution(87.46% normal traffic and 12.53% intrusion attacks).To address this imbalance,the study balances the effect of training Bias through Stratified K-fold cross-validation(K=5),so that each class is represented similarly on training and validation splits.Second,the Auto-Stack ID method combines many base classifiers such as TabNet,LightGBM,Gaussian Naive Bayes,Histogram-Based Gradient Boosting(HGB),and Logistic Regression.We apply a two-stage training process based on the first stage,where we have base classifiers that predict out-of-fold(OOF)predictions,which we use as inputs for the second-stage meta-learner XGBoost.The meta-learner learns to refine predictions to capture complicated interactions between base models,thus improving detection accuracy without introducing bias,overfitting,or requiring domain knowledge of the meta-data.In addition,the auto-stack ID model got 98.41% accuracy and 93.45%F1 score,better than individual classifiers.It can identify intrusions due to its 90.55% recall and 96.53% precision with minimal false positives.These findings identify its suitability in ensuring healthcare networks’security through ensemble learning.Ongoing efforts will be deployed in real time to improve response to evolving threats. 展开更多

Decoupling Algorithm of Six⁃Axis Acceleration Sensing Mechanisms

To address the issues of low solving efficiency and poor decoupling accuracy in existing six-axis acceleration decoupling algorithms,a new decoupling algorithm is proposed along with a corresponding auto-compensation algorithm.Firstly,based on Kane’s method,the dynamics model of the six-axis acceleration sensing mechanism is formed to determine the relationship between accelerations and branch forces.Then,with the trapezoidal rule,a solution algorithm for the dynamics model is developed.The virtual prototype tests show that the computation of this algorithm is five times more efficient than that of the ADAMS core algorithm.Besides,this solution algorithm is applied to the“12-6”configuration and“9-3”configuration.The results show that the efficiency of the former is nearly 3.3 times that of the latter.Finally,based on vibration theory,an auto-compensation algorithm for the solution algorithm is established.Virtual prototype tests indicate that with 40%noise interference,the auto-compensation algorithm achieves misjudgement rate and omission rate of only 4.0%and 4.5%,respectively,and the errors in the solving process converge. 展开更多

Establishment and Effect Evaluation of Prediction Models of Ozone Concentration in Baoding City

Firstly,based on the data of air quality and the meteorological data in Baoding City from 2017 to 2021,the correlations of meteorological elements and pollutants with O_(3)concentration were explored to determine the forecast factors of forecast models.Secondly,the O_(3)-8h concentration in Baoding City in 2021 was predicted based on the constructed models of multiple linear regression(MLR),backward propagation neural network(BPNN),and auto regressive integrated moving average(ARIMA),and the predicted values were compared with the observed values to test their prediction effects.The results show that overall,the MLR,BPNN and ARIMA models were able to forecast the changing trend of O_(3)-8h concentration in Baoding in 2021,but the BPNN model gave better forecast results than the ARIMA and MLR models,especially for the prediction of the high values of O_(3)-8h concentration,and the correlation coefficients between the predicted values and the observed values were all higher than 0.9 during June-September.The mean error(ME),mean absolute error(MAE),and root mean square error(RMSE)of the predicted values and the observed values of daily O_(3)-8h concentration based on the BPNN model were 0.45,19.11 and 24.41μg/m 3,respectively,which were significantly better than those of the MLR and ARIMA models.The prediction effects of the MLR,BPNN and ARIMA models were the best at the pollution level,followed by the excellent level,and it was the worst at the good level.In comparison,the prediction effect of BPNN model was better than that of the MLR and ARIMA models as a whole,especially for the pollution and excellent levels.The TS scores of the BPNN model were all above 66%,and the PC values were above 86%.The BPNN model can forecast the changing trend of O_(3)concentration more accurately,and has a good practical application value,but at the same time,the predicted high values of O_(3)concentration should be appropriately increased according to error characteristics of the model. 展开更多

鉴于当前较难获取最新高精度长时序遥感城市土地监测图,现有城市扩展空间驱动分析实践识别主要驱动因子时未检验因子集的全局解释性且较少关注空间溢出效应。以东莞为实验对象,集合Landsat影像和MODIS归一化植被指数(normalized differe... 鉴于当前较难获取最新高精度长时序遥感城市土地监测图,现有城市扩展空间驱动分析实践识别主要驱动因子时未检验因子集的全局解释性且较少关注空间溢出效应。以东莞为实验对象,集合Landsat影像和MODIS归一化植被指数(normalized differential vegetation index,NDVI)时序产品,构建深度学习分类器,获取高精度土地覆盖分类图,识别城市扩展,使用基于logistic回归的探索性回归识别解释东莞全局城市扩展的最优因子集,进而使用auto logistic回归测度空间溢出效应的影响并进行驱动分析。研究发现:(1)基于深度学习分类器,融合Landsat光谱、纹理和MODIS NDVI时序变化信息可获取高精度(Kappa>93%)土地覆盖分类图;(2)基于探索性回归可良好识别解释全局城市扩展的最优因子集,受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC)>0.85;(3)2000—2020年,最优解释东莞全局城市扩展的主要空间驱动因子有城市规划方案、距建成区距离、空间加权城市密度、城市扩展的空间溢出效应,主要限制因子有高程、坡度、1 km2水体密度和土地可得性。 展开更多
