The gas flow in exhaust manifolds has much effect on scavenge, pumping loss and exhaust energy utilization of turbocharged diesel engines. This paper presented experimental investigation on two dimensional unsteady flow in MPC(modular pulse converter) exhaust manifold model. The pressure and velocity distributions in six sections of the manifold model were measured when the diesel engine was motored. The probe with slitted sleeve was used to determine flow direction. The experimental results show that velocity distributions vary with place and time; the pressure traces at different points of the same section are not different obviously. 展开更多

Numerical simulation of stratified turbulent two-phase flow in aquatic environment

The two fluid model of stratified turbulent two phase flow in aquatic environment is developed in this paper. The motion of each phase is described by a unified multi fluid model in an Eulerian coordinate system. The laws of turbulent transportation for each phase, and the restriction of each other between the two phases are completely simulated. The complex two phase turbulence with strong buoyancy effects is selected to examine numerically. The extensive experimental data obtained in stratified flow are used here. Comparison of the results of numerical simulation with the experimental data is conducted. It has shown that the results of numerical simulation are satisfactory. 展开更多

目的通过对HIV感染者和AIDS患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的表达和绝对计数检测,以研究患者的细胞免疫状况。方法利用白细胞分类计算和流式细胞分析法对11例HIV感染者和10例AIDS患者外周血淋巴细胞中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+CD38+、CD48RO+、CD45RA+... 目的通过对HIV感染者和AIDS患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的表达和绝对计数检测,以研究患者的细胞免疫状况。方法利用白细胞分类计算和流式细胞分析法对11例HIV感染者和10例AIDS患者外周血淋巴细胞中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+CD38+、CD48RO+、CD45RA+、CD62L+的表达及绝对对数进行检测。结果AIDS患者组CD3+淋巴细胞数较正常对照组明显下降(P<0.05);HIV感染组与AIDS患者的CD4+T淋巴细胞数较正常对照组显著下降(P<0.01)。结论人体感染HIV后一些免疫因素如低的幼稚T细胞数、明显的T细胞化及细胞凋亡等参与了致病过程。 展开更多

Experiments were performed in a horizontal flow tube. Results indicate that the sticking coefficients of ozone on ice are in the range from 1 3×10 -7 to 2 7×10 -6 , and it will become larger as temperature increases; the sticking coefficients of ozone on eight kinds of 0.1mol/L sulfate doped ice are in the range from 1 8×10 -7 to 6 9×10 -6 ; the sticking coefficients of ozone on four kinds of 0 1 mol/L sulfide doped ice are in the range from 3 2×10 -7 to 2 1×10 -5 . A three-dimensional model for the transportation of Fe and Mn in Arha Reservoir

Coupling with a three dimensional (3D) hydrodynamic model and a suspended solids model, a 3D model for the transport of Fe and Mn in Arha Reservoir, China, was developed. The 3D velocity fields for the flood season are computed to drive the 3D model of Fe and Mn in which the processes of advection, diffusion, redox, sorption, desorption, deposition, and re suspension are included. The model has been calibrated by matching observed fluid, suspended solids, and total concentrations of Fe and Mn in the water column and in the sediment, successively. The model simulated both horizontal and vertical gradients of Fe and Mn in Arha Reservoir. It was found that Fe and especially Mn stratify in accordance with the stratification of DO during summer. The redox cycles across the water sediment interface has a principal role in the rise of Fe and Mn concentrations in the overlying water. It was also found that Fe and Mn loadings from the tributaries have a carryover effect on the water quality through a secondary contamination in the reservoir. 展开更多

当物体加速运动时,会带动周围流体一起运动,此时产生的流体惯性力可由附加质量来表示。目前计算复杂外形物体的附加质量方法并不多,且存在精度不高和计算复杂等问题。文中运用Fluent商用计算软件得到了数值计算复杂外形物体附加质量的... 当物体加速运动时,会带动周围流体一起运动,此时产生的流体惯性力可由附加质量来表示。目前计算复杂外形物体的附加质量方法并不多,且存在精度不高和计算复杂等问题。文中运用Fluent商用计算软件得到了数值计算复杂外形物体附加质量的新方法。此方法是利用Fluent无粘流模型以及动网格技术,数值模拟物体的匀变速运动,并得到其所受的合力,然后根据其受力方程得到物体六自由度运动情况下的附加质量。通过与其它计算附加质量的方法进行比较,证明了此方法具有较高精度和使用方便等特点。文中还运用此方法计算了带尾翼LOTTE飞艇的附加质量,用以在数值分析其运动时使用。 展开更多

外周血IL-18受体的表达对肾移植排斥反应的诊断和治疗的临床意义(英文)

目的检测尿毒症患者肾移植前后外周血白细胞介素18受体(IL-18R)的变化,探讨IL-18R在肾移植急性排斥反应中的作用。方法受试者分为:尿毒症组(n=32),肾功能稳定组(n=24),急性排斥组(n=8),长期存活组(n=12)和健康对照组(n=7)。提取受试者... 目的检测尿毒症患者肾移植前后外周血白细胞介素18受体(IL-18R)的变化,探讨IL-18R在肾移植急性排斥反应中的作用。方法受试者分为:尿毒症组(n=32),肾功能稳定组(n=24),急性排斥组(n=8),长期存活组(n=12)和健康对照组(n=7)。提取受试者的外周血淋巴细胞,加入双荧光标记的鼠抗人CD4/IL-18Rα及CD8/IL-18Rα单克隆抗体,利用流式细胞仪进行测定,计算机分析打印结果。结果CD4/IL-18Rα及CD8/IL-18Rα在健康对照组(n=7)中的阳性率分别为(5.9±3.4)%和(14.9±4.6)%,而在尿毒症组的阳性率分别为(17.6±9.7)%和(28.0±5.6)%,两组比较差别有显著性(P=0.02,P=0.04)。术后恢复顺利者及术后长期存活者外周血CD4/IL-18Rα及CD8/IL-18Rα的表达明显低于急性排斥反应患者。排斥反应发生时外周血CD4/IL-18Rα及CD8/IL-18Rα的阳性率分别为(31.9±11.6)%和(45.7±14.7)%,明显高于肾功能正常组;激素冲击治疗后其阳性率分别为(4.6±1.7)%和(11.2±3.8)%,与激素冲击治疗前比较明显降低。结论利用流式细胞技术检测尿毒症患者肾移植前后外周血CD4/IL-18Rα及CD8/IL-18Rα的变化,可以较早预测肾移植后急性排斥反应,预测肾移植后恢复情况,评估排斥反应对激素治疗的效果,为排斥反应的早期诊断和选择抗排斥治疗方案提供简单、快速和非创伤性的检测方法。 展开更多
