A monolithic integrated full-wave bridge rectifier consisted of horizontal Schottky-barrier diodes(SBD)is prepared based on 100 nm ultra-thinβ-Ga_(2)O_(3)and demonstrated the solar-blind UV(SUV)light-modulated characteristics.Under SUV light illumination,the rectifier has the excellent full-wave rectification characteristics for the AC input signals of 5,12,and 24 V with different frequencies.Further,experimental results confirmed the feasibility of continuously tuning the rectified output through SUV light-encoding.This work provides valuable insights for the development of optically programmable Ga_(2)O_(3)ACDC converters. 展开更多

The three-phase bridge inverter is used as the converter topology in the power controller for a 9 kW doubly salient permanent magnet (DSPM) motor. Compared with common three-phase bridge inverters, the proposed inverter works under more complicated conditions with different principles for special winding back EMFs, position signals of hall sensors, and the given mode of switches. The ideal steady driving principles of the inverter for the motor are given. The working state with asymmetric winding back EMFs, inaccurate position signals of hall sensors, and the changing input voltage is analyzed. To suppress peak voltage on rectifier diodes in a full bridge( FB) converter,the mechanism of peak voltage was analyzed and an improved FB converter was proposed. One reason for peak voltage is the resonance of the transformer's leakage inductance and the rectifier diodes' junction capacitances. The other reason is that the fast reverse recovery current of the rectifier diodes flows through the transformer's leakage inductance. An H bridge composed of four diodes,an auxiliary inductance, and a clamping winding were adopted in the proposed converter,and peak voltage was suppressed by varying the equivalent inductance, principally in different operating modes. Experimental results demonstrate that the peak voltage of rectifier diodes decreases by 43%,the auxiliary circuit does not lead to additional loss, and the rising rate, resonant frequency,and amplitude of the rectifier diodes' voltage decrease.Peak voltage and electromagnetic interference( EMI) of rectifier diodes are suppressed. 展开更多

By using the output inductors and body capacitances without adding any component compared with hard switching synchronous rectifier,the topology of a soft switched synchronous rectifier with phase-shifted full bridge zero voltage switching DC/DC converter is proposed. The converter efficiency is maximized due to soft switching of the full bridge MOSFETs and the synchronous MOSFETs, and also the low conduction loss of synchronous MOSFET. The operation principles of the circuit are analyzed in detail and the small-signal model is derived, also the converter dynamic characteristics are analyzed. Frequency responses of transfer functions under different values of transformer primary leakage inductance are discussed. The experimental results were obtained from a 400 V input and 100 A/12 V output DC/DC converter operating at 100 kHz. The results show that the converter efficiency is 2% higher in rated power than traditional diode rectifier. 展开更多

In predictive direct power control(PDPC)system of three-phase pulse width modulation(PWM)rectifier,grid voltage sensor makes the whole system more complex and costly.Therefore,third-order generalized integrator(TOGI)is used to generate orthogonal signals with the same frequency to estimate the grid voltage.In addition,in view of the deviation between actual and reference power in the three-phase PWM rectifier traditional PDPC strategy,a power correction link is designed to correct the power reference value.The grid voltage sensor free algorithm based on TOGI and the corrected PDPC strategy are applied to three-phase PWM rectifier and simulated on the simulation platform.Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively eliminate the power tracking deviation and the grid voltage.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing the simulation results. 展开更多

The Vienna rectifier is a widely adopted solution for high-power rectification due to its efficiency and straightforward design.However,its performance can degrade under unbalanced three phase voltage conditions,leading to current zero-crossing distortion and compromised dynamic response.This paper investigates the causes of these distortions,identifying a phase shift between the input current and the grid voltage as a primary factor,and proposes an effective distortion phase identification strategy.Furthermore,the dynamic performance is enhanced through improved current reference calculations and a refined power feedforward strategy.This approach optimizes the system's response to load changes and maintains output voltage stability under unbalanced conditions.Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed methods in reducing current distortion and improving overall performance. 展开更多

To solve the input current harmonic pollution of the high power rectifier system,18-pulse rectifier based on a kind of active harmonic suppression technique at dc side is proposed in this paper.The pulse rectifier employs three-phase diode bridges,each of them followed by a boost converter.Unlike the conventional three-phase unity-power-factor diode rectifier,the ideal sinusoidal main currents of circuit topology are obtained by control its output current or input currents of three boost converters for approximately triangular modulation.The theoretical of modulation strategy and characteristics of input and output currents about the proposed rectifier are analyzed in detail.Simulation results by Matlab/Simulink demonstrate that the proposed rectifier draws nearly sinusoidal current and power quality index is improved.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is validated. 展开更多

This paper presents a PFCVF (Power Factor Correction) rectifier that uses a variable frequency source for alternators for electric and hybrid vehicles application. In such application, the frequency of the signal in the alternator changes according to the vehicle speed, more over the loading effect on the alternator introduces harmonic currents and increases the alternator apparent power requirements. To overcome these problems and aiming more stability and better design of the alternator, a new third harmonic injection technique is proposed. This technique allows to preserve a good THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) of the input source at any frequency and to decrease losses in semiconductors switches, thereby allowing more stability and reducing the apparent power requirements. A comparative study between the standard and the new technique is made and highlights the effectiveness of the new design. A detailed analysis of the proposed topology is presented and simulations as well as experimental results are shown. 展开更多

In this paper,a grid voltage sensorless model predictive control is proposed and verified by simulation and experimental tests for a PWM rectifier.The presented method is simple and cost effective due to no need of modulator and voltage sensors.The developed sliding mode voltage observer(SMVO)can theoretically track the grid voltage accurately without phase lag and magnitude error.Based on the proposed SMVO,the finite control set-model predictive control(FCS-MPC)is incorporated for power regulation.The active power and reactive power are calculated and predicted using the measured current and the estimated grid voltage from the SMVO.With the predicated power for one-step delay compensation,the best voltage vector minimizing the tracking error is selected by FCS-MPC.The whole algorithm is implemented in stationary frame without using Park's transformation.Both the simulation and experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

The three-phase dual active bridge(3 p-DAB)converter is widely considered in next-generation DC grid applications.As for traditional AC grids,the successful integration of power electronic converters in DC grids requires accurate time-domain system-level studies.As demonstrated in the existing literature,the development and efficient implementation of large-signal models of 3 pDAB converters are not trivial.In this paper,a generalized average model is developed,which enables system-level simulation of DC grids with 3 p-DAB converters in electromagnetic transient type(EMT-type)programs.The proposed model is rigorously compared with alternative modeling techniques:ideal-model,switching-function and state-space averaging.It is concluded that the generalized average model provides an optimal solution when accuracy of transient response,reduction in computation time,and wideband response factors are considered. 展开更多

可控整流发电是提高电励磁双凸极发电机(DSEG)输出功率的有效途径。针对桥式半控正弦化DSEG系统,该文提出了一种基于电流梯度的无位置传感器控制策略。基于桥式半控DSEG工作模态,发现负向换相区间这一特殊位置区域正弦化DSEG感应电动势... 可控整流发电是提高电励磁双凸极发电机(DSEG)输出功率的有效途径。针对桥式半控正弦化DSEG系统,该文提出了一种基于电流梯度的无位置传感器控制策略。基于桥式半控DSEG工作模态,发现负向换相区间这一特殊位置区域正弦化DSEG感应电动势与电流梯度的特别对应关系,并提出据此进行转子位置估计;在此基础上,为抑制实际DSEG系统脉冲宽度调制(PWM)斩波导致电流梯度难以计算的问题,提出一种基于脉冲触发的电流梯度获取方法以实现负向换相区间这一特殊区间内的绕组感应电动势信息提取;进一步地,为避免续流电流反向增大易造成误触发的问题,提出一种基于非导通相判定的触发信息约束方法;最后,基于脉冲触发估计获得的三个基准位置,对DSEG转速估计进而获得全周期转子位置估计角,实现DSEG桥式半控整流发电的无位置传感器运行。所提方法无需额外增加硬件电路,实验验证了所提控制方法的正确性与有效性。 展开更多

为满足电力系统中不同阻抗特性端口的谐波阻抗测量要求,研究了一种模块化阻抗测量装置。所研究的阻抗测量装置包含一个前级整流电路和级联模块化H桥变流器。为实现在宽频带内对不同频率、大小与特性的谐波阻抗进行测量,利用整流器的输... 为满足电力系统中不同阻抗特性端口的谐波阻抗测量要求,研究了一种模块化阻抗测量装置。所研究的阻抗测量装置包含一个前级整流电路和级联模块化H桥变流器。为实现在宽频带内对不同频率、大小与特性的谐波阻抗进行测量,利用整流器的输出电压变化实现装置输出扰动的幅值调整,在H桥变流器的控制中引入宽频参考信号实现装置输出扰动的频率调整。并在装置的输出端引入负载电阻,根据待测端口阻抗大小,实现谐波电压或电流信号注入的切换,以提升谐波阻抗测量精度。此外,在变流器控制中引入电流前馈以避免背景谐波对装置输出扰动的干扰。最后利用RTDS在线实时仿真验证了该测量装置可灵活实现不同电压等级下的谐波阻抗测量,端口测量范围满足1~5000 Hz,单次的谐波注入带宽可达200 Hz,包含21个谐波频率点。相较于非干预式和传统干预式测量方法,该测量装置测量阻抗结果误差不超过0.5%,满足测量精度要求。 展开更多

针对电解制氢领域中的混合并联型整流器存在直流偏置电流的问题,提出一种新型混合整流器拓扑及其控制策略,主功率整流器为晶闸管整流器,辅助变换器由PWM整流器和双有源桥(DAB)DC-DC变换器级联构成。分析了新型混合整流器各部分的数学模... 针对电解制氢领域中的混合并联型整流器存在直流偏置电流的问题,提出一种新型混合整流器拓扑及其控制策略,主功率整流器为晶闸管整流器,辅助变换器由PWM整流器和双有源桥(DAB)DC-DC变换器级联构成。分析了新型混合整流器各部分的数学模型,采用基于同步旋转坐标系的谐波检测算法提取谐波电流,并结合PI+重复控制的电流控制方法完成交流侧谐波电流的吸收和直流侧纹波电流的补偿。研究结果表明:所提新型拓扑结构下网侧电流谐波失真率(THD)从26.49%降低到5.29%,输出电流纹波系数从6.65%降低到1.79%,同时PWM整流器开关管承受电流峰值降低28.4%,DC-DC变换器开关管承受电流峰值降低33.3%。新型拓扑结构在提高电解制氢电源电能质量的同时,可有效降低变换器的电流应力。 展开更多

为解决电动汽车级联型充电模块整体阻抗模型的构建问题,提出了一种基于VIENNA整流器和全桥LLC谐振变换器级联型充电模块阻抗建模方法。首先,确定一种充电模块典型拓扑结构,分别构建了基于状态空间法的前级VIENNA整流器小信号模型和基于... 为解决电动汽车级联型充电模块整体阻抗模型的构建问题,提出了一种基于VIENNA整流器和全桥LLC谐振变换器级联型充电模块阻抗建模方法。首先,确定一种充电模块典型拓扑结构,分别构建了基于状态空间法的前级VIENNA整流器小信号模型和基于等效电路法的后级全桥LLC谐振变换器小信号模型。其次,结合控制策略分别得到VIENNA整流器的闭环输出阻抗和全桥LLC谐振变换器的闭环输出阻抗及输入阻抗。在此基础上,整合前后级的小信号模型及控制策略可得到充电模块的小信号电路模型,进而推导出充电模块的整体阻抗模型。最后,依据奈奎斯特稳定判据,分析了系统参数对充电模块稳定性的影响;基于Matlab/Simulink搭建充电模块仿真系统,仿真结果验证了充电模块整体阻抗模型的正确性。所提建模方法实现了单级架构到两级架构型充电模块的整体阻抗建模,为分析充电模块的并联稳定性提供了理论基础。 展开更多

与传统高压感应电能传输(inductive power transfer,IPT)系统不同,高压输入-低压输出大功率IPT系统面临高降压比实现与二次侧导通损耗过大的核心挑战。为此,提出一种基于串联电容全桥逆变与同步反向耦合倍流整流的双通道IPT拓扑。该拓... 与传统高压感应电能传输(inductive power transfer,IPT)系统不同,高压输入-低压输出大功率IPT系统面临高降压比实现与二次侧导通损耗过大的核心挑战。为此,提出一种基于串联电容全桥逆变与同步反向耦合倍流整流的双通道IPT拓扑。该拓扑在实现1/8电压转换比的同时,可将二次侧各线圈电流降至传统全桥整流方案的1/4,显著降低松耦合变压器的设计难度及二次侧线圈导通损耗。在阐述所提拓扑工作原理的基础上,详细开展IPT系统的参数设计与实现方案研究。为验证理论分析的正确性与方案有效性,搭建原理样机并进行实验测试。结果表明,样机实现28 V恒压输出与零相位角(zero phase angle,ZPA)运行,峰值效率达95.3%、满载效率达95%,充分证明了所提拓扑及设计方案的可行性、正确性与先进性。 展开更多

磁场能量收集是能源互联网中无线传感器供电的有效方法。磁场能量收集器(magnetic field energy harvester,MFEH)需要配合串联匹配电容、整流桥和DC-DC变换器以实现能量的最大功率提取与传输。然而,由MFEH与匹配电容和整流桥构成的高阶... 磁场能量收集是能源互联网中无线传感器供电的有效方法。磁场能量收集器(magnetic field energy harvester,MFEH)需要配合串联匹配电容、整流桥和DC-DC变换器以实现能量的最大功率提取与传输。然而,由MFEH与匹配电容和整流桥构成的高阶非线性电路无法采用低阶简化模型对其输出特性展开分析。因匹配电容与等效电感谐振,整流桥的开路电压可能超过MFEH的交流开路电压峰值,不能简单地将MFEH的交流开路电压峰值视为整流桥的开路电压。为此,文中采用相量法和高斯-赛德尔迭代法建立高阶非线性整流桥的稳态最佳输出电压的精准模型;采用四阶-五阶龙格库塔自适应方法提取整流桥的暂态开路输出特性,实现非侵入式磁场能量收集的自供电的低功耗开路电压法最大功率跟踪方案。该研究可为磁场能量收集系统最大功率点的确定和开路电压法中参数的设定提供理论支撑。 展开更多

心脏除颤监护仪是抢救心搏骤停患者的关键设备,其性能直接决定抢救成功率。心脏除颤监护仪控制电路是除颤电击过程中充电和放电的控制模块,从功能上分为直流逆变控制模块、储能电容充电模块、心脏除颤放电模块和心脏除颤监测模块。其中... 心脏除颤监护仪是抢救心搏骤停患者的关键设备,其性能直接决定抢救成功率。心脏除颤监护仪控制电路是除颤电击过程中充电和放电的控制模块,从功能上分为直流逆变控制模块、储能电容充电模块、心脏除颤放电模块和心脏除颤监测模块。其中,储能电容是控制电路的核心部件,充电过程中储能电容储存电荷,放电过程中储能电容释放电荷,为有效实施除颤电击提供控制功能。心脏除颤监护仪的控制精度高,且结构性能不断提升,设备使用人员和工程保障人员需掌握其结构组成和工作原理,熟悉故障分析和处理流程,以及时有效的处理故障并恢复设备正常运行。本研究分析心脏除颤监护仪控制电路的结构组成和工作原理,按照充电和放电的控制方式,分析心脏除颤监护仪常见故障的分析和处理方法,以期提高设备运行管理和临床服务质量。 展开更多
