In essentials, this test base consists of UHVDC test transmission line, corona cage, outdoor test site, UHV test hall, pollution and environment laboratory, electromagnetic environment simulation test site, insulator laboratory, arrester laboratory and live equipment test field. This paper introduces the function and design idea of the test base, presents the main performance parameters of the above-mentioned test facilities, and summarizes the matters of concern when siting and planning. 展开更多

Robustness testing for safety-critical embedded software is still a challenge in its nascent stages. In this paper, we propose a practical methodology and implement an environment by employing model-based robustness testing for embedded software systems. It is a system-level black-box testing approach in which the fault behaviors of embedded software is triggered with the aid of modelbased fault injection by the support of an executable model-driven hardware-in-loop (HIL) testing environment. The prototype implementation of the robustness testing environment based on the proposed approach is experimentally discussed and illustrated by industrial case studies based on several avionics-embedded software systems. The results show that our proposed and implemented robustness testing method and environment are effective to find more bugs, and reduce burdens of testing engineers to enhance efficiency of testing tasks, especially for testing complex embedded systems. 展开更多

Globally, traditional power systems are rapidly transforming towards the adoption of smart grid platforms. Substations which are at the center of the electric power transformation from the power plant are changing to IEC 61850 based digital substations. Therefore, within substation, there is a growing demand for the IEC 61850 based Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs). The operation of multiple manufacturers of IEDs in a single digital substation network increases the need for IEC 61850 communications specification conformance diagnosis to ensure interoperability for efficient data exchange between IEDs. The IEC 61850-10 presents test items for diagnosing communication specification conformance. There are many test tools available in the market today to test the compliance of the IEC 61850 communications specifications to the IED. In this paper, we propose a model-based diagnostic method for IED communication conformance testing. The proposed model-based software therefore uses the “drag and drop” technique to select the various IEC 61850 communication services (objects) required to design the test case in a user friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI). This makes the service conformance testing more flexible for test engineers and system integrators especially in situations that require test case modifications. Also, the proposed software tool makes it easy to understand the various IEC 61850 services using the friendly GUI. 展开更多

The tarnishing test in the presence of hydrogen sulfide(H2S) vapors has been used to investigate the tarnish resistance capability of copper-based alloys coated with Si02-like films by means of plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD) fed with a tetraethoxysilane/oxygen mixture.The chemical and morphological properties of the films have been characterized by using infrared absorption spectroscopy(IR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)with energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS).The corrosion products of the samples after the tarnishing test have been identified by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD).It has been found that SiO2-like films formed via PECVD with a high O2 flow rate could protect copper-based alloys from H2S vapor tarnishing.The alloys coated at the O2 flow rate of 20 sccm remain uncorroded after 54days of H2S vapor tarnish testing.The corrosion products for the alloys deposited at a low O2flow rate after 54 days of tarnish testing are mainly composed of brochantite. 展开更多

In 5G systems, massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) has been adopted in base stations (BSs) to improve spectral efficiency and coverage. The traditional conductive performance test techniques are challenging due to the unaffordable cost and high complexity when testing a large number of antennas. To solve this problem, the over-the-air (OTA) test has been presented, in which probe selection is the key to reduce the number of channel emulators and probes. In this paper, a novel artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm is introduced to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of probe selection procedure. A sectoring- based multi-probe anechoic chamber (MPAC) is built to evaluate the throughput performance of massive MIMO equipped in 5G BS. In addition, link level simulation is carried out to evaluate the proposal’s performance gain under the commercial network assumptions, where the average throughput of three velocity is given with different SNR region. The results suggest that OTA chamber and multi-probe wall are available not only for 5G BSs, but also for user equipments (UEs) with end-to-end communication. 展开更多

Parallel key-insulation allows the use of multiple helper keys to protect private decryption keys during secret decryption key updates. This approach prevents decryption key leakage or exposure in insecure environment. We combined parallel key-insulated encryption (PKIE) with multiple helper keys and identity-based encryption with the equality test (IBE-ET) to obtain parallel key insulated ID-based public key encryption with outsourced equivalent test (PKI-IBPKE-ET). The scheme inherits the advantages of identity-based encryption (IBE), which simplifies certificate management for public key encryption. Furthermore, the parallel key-insulation with multiple helper mechanism was introduced in our scheme, which perfectly reduced the possibility of helper key exposure. Our scheme will enable the protection and periodic update of decryption keys in insecure environment. Our scheme achieves a weak indistinguishable identity chosen ciphertext (W-IND-ID-CCA) security in the random oracle model. Ultimately, it is observed that our scheme is feasible and practical through the experimental simulation and theoretical analysis. 展开更多

In a component-based software development life cycle, selection of preexisting components is an important task. Every component that has to be reused has an associated risk of failure of not meeting the functional and non-functional requirements. A component's failure would lead a developer to look for some other alternative of combinations of COTS, in-house and engineered components among possible candidate combinations. This means design itself can readily change. The very process of design of a software system and component selection seems to be heavily dependent on testing results. Instability of design, further, becomes more severe due to requirements change requests. Therefore, this instability of design has to be essentially mitigated by using proper design and testing approaches, otherwise, it may lead to exorbitantly high testing cost due to the repeated testing of various alternatives. How these three activities: Component-based software design, component selection and component-based software testing are interrelated? What process model is most suited to address this concern? This work explores the above questions and their implication in terms of nature of a process model that can be convincing in case of component-based software development. 展开更多

Thus, design-for-testability is needed to reduce the test effort. In order to enhance the quality, productivity and reduced cost of the software organizations are promoting to produce the reuse-oriented products. Incorporating reuse technology in both aspects-software development process and test process may payoff many folds. Keeping this view, our study focus the testability of the object-oriented framework based software systems and identify that flexibility at the variable points of the object-oriented framework, chosen for framework instantiation, greatly affects the testability of object-oriented framework based software at each level of testing. In the current paper, we propose a testability model considering the flexible aspect of the variable point to estimate testability in the early phase, requirement analysis phase, of development process of the framework based software. The proposed model helps to improve the testability of the software before the implementation starts thus reducing the overall development cost. 展开更多

道路工程中,细粒会侵入加筋碎石基层造成污染,导致筋土界面力学性能劣化。考虑细粒污染量和法向应力两个因素,借助自主研发的可视化拉拔设备、数字照相量测技术以及MEMS无线传感器,开展了不同细粒含量下土工格栅与道路基层碎石填料的拉... 道路工程中,细粒会侵入加筋碎石基层造成污染,导致筋土界面力学性能劣化。考虑细粒污染量和法向应力两个因素,借助自主研发的可视化拉拔设备、数字照相量测技术以及MEMS无线传感器,开展了不同细粒含量下土工格栅与道路基层碎石填料的拉拔试验,探究了试验过程中拉拔力、颗粒位移、粗颗粒转角及土工格栅应变的变化规律,揭示了细粒污染对筋土界面作用的劣化机制。试验结果表明:随着细粒污染程度的增加,土工格栅拉拔力峰值逐渐下降,当污染程度为30%时,界面劣化因子达到了20%;细粒污染的润滑作用增大了粗颗粒的位移,缩小了间接影响区的范围,削弱了土工格栅的加筋效果;格栅上界面的颗粒扰动程度比较下界面更为显著,表征粗颗粒骨架稳定性的X轴上界面折角数量从细粒污染程度为0%时的8个减少至污染程度为40%时的1个,且随着污染程度的加剧,格栅变形程度也逐渐减小。 展开更多

研究目的:为解决频率法测试系杆拱吊杆在两端设置减振器时误差较大的问题,首先建立了具有两个横向约束的系杆拱桥吊杆横向振动微分方程,进而得到吊杆索力、频率与横向约束位置、刚度等参数之间的解析解计算模型;通过试验测试了吊杆减振... 研究目的:为解决频率法测试系杆拱吊杆在两端设置减振器时误差较大的问题,首先建立了具有两个横向约束的系杆拱桥吊杆横向振动微分方程,进而得到吊杆索力、频率与横向约束位置、刚度等参数之间的解析解计算模型;通过试验测试了吊杆减振器橡胶材料的非线性本构关系,并提出一种可识别横向约束刚度的模型修正方法;进一步依托某80 m下承式系杆拱桥,综合运用试验、MIDAS有限元分析、ANSYS吊杆模拟及MATLAB计算等多种手段,分析具有两个横向约束的吊杆索力测试与计算方法。研究结论:(1)基于解析解计算得到的两个橡胶减振器作用下吊杆理论索力与实际张拉力之间的误差在规范允许范围内;(2)所提出的吊杆索力解析解计算方法适用于具有两个横向约束的系杆拱桥吊杆索力测试;(3)本研究成果可为类似桥梁结构中带减振装置的吊杆索力精确测试提供参考。 展开更多

针对既有非隔震全户内变电站中楼面设备加速度超限的问题,提出在楼板与设备之间增设隔震支座的部分隔震改造策略。基于此,设计并开展了全户内变电站装配式钢框架结构的振动台试验,包括基底固定体系(FBS)、基底隔震体系(BIS)以及部分隔... 针对既有非隔震全户内变电站中楼面设备加速度超限的问题,提出在楼板与设备之间增设隔震支座的部分隔震改造策略。基于此,设计并开展了全户内变电站装配式钢框架结构的振动台试验,包括基底固定体系(FBS)、基底隔震体系(BIS)以及部分隔震体系(PIS)。其中,根据所采用隔震支座的类型,BIS又分为天然橡胶支座(BIS-LNR)和铅芯橡胶支座(BIS-LR)2种型式。试验结果表明,FBS的最大设备加速度达到1.42g,远超限值0.6g,而BIS-LNR、BIS-LR和PIS分别将设备加速度平均降低了87%、69%和77%。在结构响应方面,BIS的最大层间位移角仅为FBS的38%;PIS与FBS相近,两者最大层间位移角均远小于限值1/50。因此,将既有非隔震全户内变电站改造为PIS,能实现结构与设备响应的双重控制目标。 展开更多

针对继电器类单机在长期热待机工况下的可靠性评估需求,提出了一套基于加速退化试验的工程化验证方法,并研制了配套自动化测试系统。通过解析单机热待机任务剖面的温度与电应力特征及影响机理,确立了温度-电应力联合加载加速试验模式,... 针对继电器类单机在长期热待机工况下的可靠性评估需求,提出了一套基于加速退化试验的工程化验证方法,并研制了配套自动化测试系统。通过解析单机热待机任务剖面的温度与电应力特征及影响机理,确立了温度-电应力联合加载加速试验模式,制定了多应力协同加载方案。自主开发的测试系统配备高精度数据采集模块与动态间隔测试策略,实现了5台试件关键性能参数的连续监测。试验数据显示,在90℃加速温度条件下,单机退化过程显著激活,其退化趋势与数字样机模型预测结果的吻合度达到95%。研究成果不仅建立了从应力加载到数据采集的全流程试验框架,更通过退化数据与理论模型的交互验证,形成了可量化的评估体系,为继电器类单机长寿命可靠性评估提供了标准化解决方案,具有重要的工程应用价值。 展开更多

随着数据结构的复杂化,面对高维两样本均值检验问题,不断有新的检验方法提出。本文旨在深入探讨这些方法的差异和联系,明确它们的适用范围和局限。我们提出了一个一般化的两步检验流程:先将高维数据投影至低维,然后进行低维数据检验。... 随着数据结构的复杂化,面对高维两样本均值检验问题,不断有新的检验方法提出。本文旨在深入探讨这些方法的差异和联系,明确它们的适用范围和局限。我们提出了一个一般化的两步检验流程:先将高维数据投影至低维,然后进行低维数据检验。在此流程中,我们度量了投影过程中造成的信息损失,并提出了无信息损失的最优投影方向的表达式。同时,大多数现有检验方法可视为此流程的特例。通过识别和对比不同方法选取的投影方向,我们分析了它们各自的数据利用情况以及检验的有效性和适用性。此外,本文表明,投影方向中均值差异信息和相关性信息的含量分别决定了方法的检验有效性和适用的数据相关性程度,低维检验中统计量的形式则影响方法在不同两样本差异稀疏度下的适用性。最后,我们通过数值模拟比较了各方法在不同数据结构下的检验水平和检验有效性,模拟结果与文章分析一致。 展开更多

磷基固化剂处理矿区酸性重金属污染土现场试验研究

针对某金矿酸性废液收集库重金属(铁、锰)复合污染土的固化稳定化修复工程开展了现场试验研究。采用12%的生物质固废牛骨粉复配电石渣(SS-H)、过磷酸钙复配电石渣(SS-E)两种固化剂固化污染土,研究现场污染土固化后的重金属浸出浓度、无... 针对某金矿酸性废液收集库重金属(铁、锰)复合污染土的固化稳定化修复工程开展了现场试验研究。采用12%的生物质固废牛骨粉复配电石渣(SS-H)、过磷酸钙复配电石渣(SS-E)两种固化剂固化污染土,研究现场污染土固化后的重金属浸出浓度、无侧限抗压强度、pH、干密度、贯入指数(DCPI)、重金属赋存形态,明确SS-H和SS-E的土体固化和重金属稳定化效果。结果表明:(1)养护28d后,SS-H和SS-E均可显著降低污染土的重金属浓度,且浸出浓度可满足地下水Ⅲ类质量标准(GB/T 14848—2017)的限制要求。(2)SS-H对锰的稳定化效果更显著,锰的浸出浓度由23 mg/L降低至0.02 mg/L;SS-E对铁的修复效果更好,铁的浸出浓度由34.3 mg/L降低至0.04 mg/L。(3)SS-H和SS-E均能有效提高固化土的强度。现场试验28 d后,固化土体平均DCPI较处理前分别降低了93.1%和93.2%。SS-H和SS-E两种固化剂可有效地固定酸性复合污染土的重金属,且提高污染土力学性能。(4)相比污染土,SS-H和SS-E固化土中水溶态Mn的占比分别由16.5%降低至0.19%和0.34%,修复前后Fe的形态变化不显著。 展开更多

建立了一种同时测定生物基纺织品中5种苯并噻唑类物质的高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。取1.0 g生物基纺织样品,加入20 mL甲醇,40℃超声萃取30 min,萃取液经0.22μm滤膜过滤后,采用Athena C18(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱分离,... 建立了一种同时测定生物基纺织品中5种苯并噻唑类物质的高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。取1.0 g生物基纺织样品,加入20 mL甲醇,40℃超声萃取30 min,萃取液经0.22μm滤膜过滤后,采用Athena C18(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱分离,以不同体积比的乙酸溶液-乙腈混合液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾离子源,在正离子模式下进行多反应监测(MRM)模式质谱分析,外标法定量。结果表明,5种苯并噻唑类物质在10~250μg/L范围内与定量离子的响应强度呈线性关系,检出限(S/N=10)为0.2 mg/kg。按照标准加入法进行回收试验,回收率为86.4%~106.2%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为4.1%~8.2%。该方法用于8份样品的分析,在一份生物基复合面料中检出2-氨基苯并噻唑,检出量为2.6 mg/kg。 展开更多
