Due to the numerous variables to take into account as well as the inherent ambiguity and uncertainty,evaluating educational institutions can be difficult.The concept of a possibility Pythagorean fuzzy hypersoft set(pPyFHSS)is more flexible in this regard than other theoretical fuzzy set-like models,even though some attempts have been made in the literature to address such uncertainties.This study investigates the elementary notions of pPyFHSS including its set-theoretic operations union,intersection,complement,OR-and AND-operations.Some results related to these operations are also modified for pPyFHSS.Additionally,the similarity measures between pPyFHSSs are formulated with the assistance of numerical examples and results.Lastly,an intelligent decision-assisted mechanism is developed with the proposal of a robust algorithm based on similarity measures for solving multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)problems.A case study that helps the decision-makers assess the best educational institution is discussed to validate the suggested system.The algorithmic results are compared with the most pertinent model to evaluate the adaptability of pPyFHSS,as it generalizes the classical possibility fuzzy set-like theoretical models.Similarly,while considering significant evaluating factors,the flexibility of pPyFHSS is observed through structural comparison. 展开更多

A cylindrical chamber with a rotating bottom holds significant potential for application in cell culture bioreactors due to its ability to generate more stable swirling flows.In order to control vortex breakdown within the chamber,this study first establishes a computational fluid dynamics simulation coupled with the level set method.Verified by experimental results in literature,this method accurately simulates the position and shape of vortex breakdown,and also predicts the critical Reynolds numbers for the appearance and detachment of vortex breakdown bubbles from the center.Additionally,it precisely captures the gas-liquid interface and depicts the vortex breakdown phenomenon in the air above the liquid for the first time.Finally,it predicts the impact of physical property of gas-liquid systems on vortex breakdown in response to significant changes in viscosity of microbial process systems. 展开更多

The existing panoramic image matching methods are difficult to overcome the non-uniform features of the projection transformation of the target object,and hence the issue of unstable corresponding points matching is usually induced.This paper aims to solve the difficulty by proposing a sparse depth point set matching method based on panoramic disparity.By constructing a panoramic disparity model of stereo panoramic images,the disparity between corresponding points can be precisely estimated,and the robustness and effectiveness of corresponding points matching between stereo panoramic images is improved under the epipolar geometric constraints.Firstly,by defining the panoramic disparity,the corresponding angle of panoramic disparity is derived,and the matching areas of corresponding points based on the disparity corresponding angle difference are partitioned.Secondly,the optimization strategy in the matching process of corresponding points is constructed to provide stable matching results for generating sparse depth maps based on the disparity region range and epipolar geometric relationship.Experiments show that the proposed method can not only obtain more stable matching results but also exhibit higher computational efficiency than existing algorithms. 展开更多

Local strong seismic activity shows the potential to closely follow a renewal process,which is inconsistent with the overall seismic activity that aligns with the Poisson process.Given that existing methods for synthesizing stochastic seismic event sets cannot control local seismic activity,a method based on Monte Carlo simulations has been developed for synthesizing random seismic event sets where local strong earthquakes satisfy the renewal process.This method can synthesize seismic activities in a statistical area where the overall activity conforms to the Poisson process and the major seismic activities in local potential sources or faults follow the renewal process.This paper presents long-and short-scale approaches.The long-scale earthquake catalogs are suitable for reflecting the sequential characteristics of seismic activities.Meanwhile,the short-scale catalogs focus on the impacts of specific earthquake events within a group for a detailed understanding of hazards under certain conditions,making them suitable for studies on specific earthquake sequences and geological areas or situations requiring high temporal resolution.In the applications of shortscale sequences,we find that the equivalent occurrence rate method may overestimate the seismic hazard.This synthesis method for earthquake catalogs can simulate realistic seismic activities,thereby enhancing the accuracy of hazard analysis results and is suitable for seismic hazard analysis and earthquake insurance rate setting. 展开更多

Parameterized level-set method(PLSM)has been proposed and developed for many years,and is renowned for its efficacy in ad-dressing topology optimization challenges associated with intricate boundaries and nucleation of new holes.However,most pertinent investigations in the field rely predominantly on fixed background mesh,which is never remeshed.Consequently,the mesh element partitioned by material interface during the optimization process necessitates approximation by using artificial interpolation models to obtain its element stiffness or other properties.This paper introduces a novel approach to topology op-timization by integrating the PLSM with body-fitted adaptive mesh and Helmholtz-type filter.Primarily,combining the PLSM with body-fitted adaptive mesh enables the regeneration of mesh based on the zero level-set interface.This not only precludes the direct traversal of the material interface through the mesh element during the topology optimization process,but also improves the accuracy of calculation.Additionally,the incorporation of a Helmholtz-type partial differential equation filter,relying solely on mesh information essential for finite element discretization,serves to regulate the topological complexity and the minimum feature size of the optimized structure.Leveraging these advantages,the topology optimization program demonstrates its versa-tility by successfully addressing various design problems,encompassing the minimum mean compliance problem and minimum energy dissipation problem.Ultimately,the result of numerical example indicates that the optimized structure exhibits a dis-tinct and smooth boundary,affirming the effective control over both topological complexity and the minimum feature size of the optimized structure. 展开更多

Marine thin plates are susceptible to welding deformation owing to their low structural stiffness.Therefore,the efficient and accurate prediction of welding deformation is essential for improving welding quality.The traditional thermal elastic-plastic finite element method(TEP-FEM)can accurately predict welding deformation.However,its efficiency is low because of the complex nonlinear transient computation,making it difficult to meet the needs of rapid engineering evaluation.To address this challenge,this study proposes an efficient prediction method for welding deformation in marine thin plate butt welds.This method is based on the coupled temperature gradient-thermal strain method(TG-TSM)that integrates inherent strain theory with a shell element finite element model.The proposed method first extracts the distribution pattern and characteristic value of welding-induced inherent strain through TEP-FEM analysis.This strain is then converted into the equivalent thermal load applied to the shell element model for rapid computation.The proposed method-particularly,the gradual temperature gradient-thermal strain method(GTG-TSM)-achieved improved computational efficiency and consistent precision.Furthermore,the proposed method required much less computation time than the traditional TEP-FEM.Thus,this study lays the foundation for future prediction of welding deformation in more complex marine thin plates. 展开更多

A new sort of the fuzzy entropy is given. The calculating formula and the equivalent expression method with the fuzzy entropy in rough sets based on equivalence relation are provided, and the properties of the fuzzy entropy are proved. The fuzzy entropy based on equivalent relation is extended to generalize the fuzzy entropy based on general binary relation, and the calculating formula and the equivalent expression of the generalized fuzzy entropy are also given. Finally, an example illustrates the way for getting the fuzzy entropy. Results show that the fuzzy entropy can conveniently measure the fuzziness in rough sets. 展开更多

The basic theory and effect of the new farming method of "Fenlong" cultivation which has been included in the main extension technology of Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China is fully illustrated for the first time, and it is the fourth set (generation) of farming modes and methods following manpower, animal and mechanical (tractor) farming. It follows the natural law to achieve soil activation, water saving, oxygen increase, warming and desalination through the active use of natural resources like soil, rainfall and solar energy, thereby promoting a new round of natural agricultural production and quality improvement and water con- servation, which has crop yield increase by 10%-30%, quality improvement of 5%, natural precipitation retaining increase by100%. The characteristics and mechanism are the use of spiral drill for one-time completion of the land preparation by drilling vertically to 30-50 cm of soil layer through high speed peeling. After instant high temperature and many fierce impacts, mechanical frictions, it could achieve the multiplication of the number of loose soil, soil physical modification and expansion of the soil nutrients, reservoirs, oxygen, microorganisms ("Four pools"). Fenlong cultivation can give birth to new farming culture and civilization, and it can achieve the physical "desalinized" transformation and utilization of saline soil. The formation of Fenlong green farming technology system makes it possible to invent the farming tools of "serf-propelled Fenlong machinery" that has got the patent, and it is the method for farmland (dry land, paddy field) Fenlong cultivation, saline-alkali soil smash-ridging cultivation and for the abundance of grass ecology on degraded grassland. The application of Fenlong "4+1" (arable, saline-alkali soil, grasslands, Sponge City+rivers) green development in China can achieve the "double safety" of food and living space. 展开更多

目的 探究人类SET核原癌基因(SET nuclear proto-oncogene,SET)对胃癌(gastric cancer,GC)细胞自噬途径的作用及机制。方法 通过生物信息学的方法分析SET在GC患者和健康人群中的表达差异。通过慢病毒转染GC细胞系SGC-7901,得到稳定敲低... 目的 探究人类SET核原癌基因(SET nuclear proto-oncogene,SET)对胃癌(gastric cancer,GC)细胞自噬途径的作用及机制。方法 通过生物信息学的方法分析SET在GC患者和健康人群中的表达差异。通过慢病毒转染GC细胞系SGC-7901,得到稳定敲低SET的细胞株。CCK-8法检测细胞增殖活性,划痕实验检测细胞迁移能力,Transwell试验检测细胞侵袭活性。构建裸鼠负瘤模型,3周后取下肿瘤组织。Western blot检测肿瘤组织内自噬相关蛋白sequestosome 1蛋白(sequestosome 1,p62)和自噬相关基因5(autophagy related 5,ATG5)蛋白表达水平。结果 生物信息学分析表明,SET在GC患者中表达水平显著高于健康人群。SET敲低后,SGC7901细胞增殖活性显著降低,迁移和侵袭能力均受到显著抑制。SET敲低抑制了GC肿瘤体内生长。与对照组肿瘤组织相比,SET敲低组肿瘤组织内自噬相关蛋白p62和ATG5表达水平显著升高。结论 SET的表达能够通过抑制细胞自噬途径促进GC进展。 展开更多

A flexure hinge is a major component in designing compliant mechanisms that o ers unique possibilities in a wide range of application fields in which high positioning accuracy is required. Although various flexure hinges with di erent configurations have been successively proposed, they are often designed based on designers' experiences and inspirations. This study presents a systematic method for topological optimization of flexure hinges by using the level set method. Optimization formulations are developed by considering the functional requirements and geometrical constraints of flexure hinges. The functional requirements are first constructed by maximizing the compliance in the desired direction while minimizing the compliances in the other directions. The weighting sum method is used to construct an objective function in which a self-adjust method is used to set the weighting factors. A constraint on the symmetry of the obtained configuration is developed. Several numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method. The obtained results reveal that the design of a flexure hinge starting from the topology level can yield more choices for compliant mechanism design and obtain better designs that achieve higher performance. 展开更多

Combining the vector level set model,the shape sensitivity analysis theory with the gradient projection technique,a level set method for topology optimization with multi-constraints and multi-materials is presented in this paper.The method implicitly describes structural material in- terfaces by the vector level set and achieves the optimal shape and topology through the continuous evolution of the material interfaces in the structure.In order to increase computational efficiency for a fast convergence,an appropriate nonlinear speed mapping is established in the tangential space of the active constraints.Meanwhile,in order to overcome the numerical instability of general topology opti- mization problems,the regularization with the mean curvature flow is utilized to maintain the interface smoothness during the optimization process.The numerical examples demonstrate that the approach possesses a good flexibility in handling topological changes and gives an interface representation in a high fidelity,compared with other methods based on explicit boundary variations in the literature. 展开更多

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中SET结构域分支型组蛋白赖氨酸甲基转移酶1(SETDB1)、赖氨酸特异性组蛋白去甲基化酶1(KDM1A)、趋化因子样因子样MARVEL跨膜结构域含蛋白6(CMTM6)表达与临床病理特征及与预后的关系。方法选择2021年8月... 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中SET结构域分支型组蛋白赖氨酸甲基转移酶1(SETDB1)、赖氨酸特异性组蛋白去甲基化酶1(KDM1A)、趋化因子样因子样MARVEL跨膜结构域含蛋白6(CMTM6)表达与临床病理特征及与预后的关系。方法选择2021年8月至2022年8月安徽医科大学第一附属医院胸外科收治的102例NSCLC患者。收集癌组织及癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组化法检测癌组织及癌旁组织SETDB1、KDM1A、CMTM6的表达;根据预后情况将患者分为生存组(n=78)和死亡组(n=24),多因素Cox回归分析影响NSCLC患者发生死亡的影响因素,ROC分析SETDB1、KDM1A、CMTM6对NSCLC的诊断价值,Kaplan-Meier法分析SETDB1、KDM1A、CMTM6表达与患者预后的关系。结果NSCLC癌组织SETDB1、KDM1A、CMTM6阳性表达率较癌旁组织均升高(P<0.05);与组织中高分化、TNM分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移的患者比较,组织低分化、TNM分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移的患者癌组织中SETDB1、KDM1A、CMTM6阳性表达率均升高(P<0.05);SETDB1、KDM1A、CMTM6三者联合对NSCLC有较高的诊断价值。SETDB1、KDM1A、CMTM6是NSCLC患者发生死亡的危险因素(P<0.05)。SETDB1阳性表达患者生存率低于SETDB1阴性表达患者(P=0.025),KDM1A阳性表达患者生存率低于KDM1A阴性表达患者(P=0.044),CMTM6阳性表达患者生存率低于CMTM6阴性表达患者(P=0.008)。结论NSCLC患者癌组织中SETDB1、KDM1A、CMTM6阳性表达率升高,三者的表达水平与组织分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移以及生存率有关。 展开更多

A level set method of non-uniform grids is used to simulate the whole evolution of a cavitation bubble, including its growth, collapse and rebound near a rigid wall. Single-phase Navier-Stokes equation in the liquid region is solved by MAC projection algorithm combined with second-order ENO scheme for the advection terms. The moving inter-face is captured by the level set function, and the interface velocity is resolved by "one-side" velocity extension from the liquid region to the bubble region, complementing the second-order weighted least squares method across the interface and projection inside bubble. The use of non-uniform grid overcomes the difficulty caused by the large computational domain and very small bubble size. The computation is very stable without suffering from large flow-field gradients, and the results are in good agreements with other studies. The bubble interface kinematics, dynamics and its effect on the wall are highlighted, which shows that the code can effectively capture the "shock wave"-like pressure and velocity at jet impact, toroidal bubble, and complicated pressure structure with peak, plateau and valley in the later stage of bubble oscillating. 展开更多

目的:分析穴位针刺结合SET悬吊技术对肩袖损伤患者术后疼痛、肌肉萎缩的影响。方法:选取2023年1—12月浙江中医药大学附属杭州市中医院收治的肩袖损伤患者70例,按就诊号的尾数奇偶性随机分为对照组与研究组各35例。对照组采用穴位针刺治... 目的:分析穴位针刺结合SET悬吊技术对肩袖损伤患者术后疼痛、肌肉萎缩的影响。方法:选取2023年1—12月浙江中医药大学附属杭州市中医院收治的肩袖损伤患者70例,按就诊号的尾数奇偶性随机分为对照组与研究组各35例。对照组采用穴位针刺治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合SET悬吊技术进行干预。比较2组肩关节功能[加州大学(UCLA)肩关节评分系统评分]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、肩袖肌积分肌电值(iEMG)、肌肉萎缩程度及肩袖肌肉肌腱弹性E值。结果:治疗后,2组UCLA肩关节功能评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组UCLA肩关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组肩关节外旋、内旋、内收、外展活动度均较治疗前增大(P<0.05),且研究组肩关节各项活动度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组疼痛VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组外展角速度60、120 rad/s时三角肌前束、中束、后束iEMG均较治疗前增大(P<0.05),且研究组上述各项iEMG均大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组肌肉萎缩程度分级改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组肩袖肌肉肌腱弹性E值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组E值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位针刺结合SET悬吊技术对肩袖损伤患者术后恢复具有积极影响,可有效减轻术后疼痛,抑制肌肉萎缩,并改善肌肉功能和肌腱弹性。 展开更多

Knowledge-Based Engineering (KBE) is introduced into the ship structural design in this paper. From the implementation of KBE, the design solutions for both Rules Design Method (RDM) and Interpolation Design Method (IDM) are generated. The corresponding Finite Element (FE) models are generated. Topological design of the longitudinal structures is studied where the Gaussian Process (GP) is employed to build the surrogate model for FE analysis. Multi-objective optimization methods inspired by Pareto Front are used to reduce the design tank weight and outer surface area simultaneously. Additionally, an enhanced Level Set Method (LSM) which employs implicit algorithm is applied to the topological design of typical bracket plate which is used extensively in ship structures. Two different sets of boundary conditions are considered. The proposed methods show satisfactory efficiency and accuracy. 展开更多

A non-isothermal injection molding process for a non-Newtonian viscous pseudoplastic fluid is simulated.A conservative interface capturing technique and the flow field solving method are coupled to perform a dynamic simulation.The validity of the numerical method is verified by a benchmark problem.The melt interface evolution versus time is captured and the physical quantities such as temperature,velocity and pressure at each time step are obtained with corresponding analysis.A"frozen skin"layer with the thickness increasing versus time during the injection process is found.The fact that the"frozen skin"layer can be reduced by increasing the injection velocity is numerically verified.The fountain flow phenomenon near the melt interface is also captured.Moreover,comparisons with the non-isothermal Newtonian case show that the curvatures of the interface arcs and the pressure contours near the horizontal mid-line of the cavity for the non-Newtonian pseudoplastic case is larger than that for the Newtonian case.The velocity profiles are different at different positions for the non-Newtonian pseudoplastic case,while in the case of Newtonian flow the velocity profiles are parabolic and almost the same at different positions. 展开更多

First, this paper constructs a class of interval-valued fuzzy implications by means of a type of impli- cations and a parameter on the unit interval, then uses them to establish fully implicational reasoning methods for interval-valued fuzzy modus ponens (IFMP) and interval-valued fuzzy modus tel- lens (IFMT) problems. At the same time the reversibility properties of these methods are analyzed and the reversible conditions are given. It is shown that the existing unified forms of α-triple I (the abbreviation of triple implications) methods for FMP and FMT can be seen as the particular cases of our methods for IFMP and IFMT. 展开更多

Based on a level set model, a topology optimization method has been suggestedrecently. It uses a level set to express the moving structural boundary, which can flexibly handlecomplex topological changes. By combining vector level set models with gradient projectiontechnology, the level set method for topological optimization is extended to a topologicaloptimization problem with multi-constraints, multi-materials and multi-load cases. Meanwhile, anappropriate nonlinear speed, mapping is established in the tangential space of the activeconstraints for a fast convergence. Then the method is applied to structure designs, mechanism andmaterial designs by a number of benchmark examples. Finally, in order to further improvecomputational efficiency and overcome the difficulty that the level set method cannot generate newmaterial interfaces during the optimization process, the topological derivative analysis isincorporated into the level set method for topological optimization, and a topological derivativeand level set algorithm for topological optimization is proposed. 展开更多
