直流侧中点电位电压偏移是多电平中性点钳位型变流器的主要缺点。以单相三电平NPC整流器为研究对象,以实现直流侧中点电位无漂移为控制目标,以传统的单相三电平单极性载波脉宽调制方法为基础,首先提出一种基于零序电压分量注入的载... 直流侧中点电位电压偏移是多电平中性点钳位型变流器的主要缺点。以单相三电平NPC整流器为研究对象,以实现直流侧中点电位无漂移为控制目标,以传统的单相三电平单极性载波脉宽调制方法为基础,首先提出一种基于零序电压分量注入的载波脉宽调制算法;然后在此基础上给出基于零序电压分量极限值注入的载波脉宽调制算法;并给出这2种方法的零序电压分量的设计方案;最后,对这2种方法进行了详细的理论分析、计算机仿真和1kW样机实验对比验证。研究结果表明:所提出的2种算法都能有效实现直流侧中点电位平衡控制,其中基于零序电压分量极限值注入的载波调制算法的中点电位控制具有更快动态响应速度,且其网侧电流的高次谐波主要分布在开关频率附近;而基于零序电压分量注入的载波调制算法的网侧电流高次谐波主要分布在2倍开关频率附近。但是在一个调制信号周期内,基于零序电压分量极限值注入的载波调制算法的开关切换次数比基于零序电压分量注入的载波调制算法低25%左右。 展开更多

The proposed Capacitor pattern H-bridge Multilevel Inverter (CPHMLI) topology consists of a proper number of Capacitor connected with switches and power sources. The advanced switching control supplied by Pulse Width Modulation (PDPWM) to attain mixed staircase switching state. The charging and discharging mode are achieved by calculating the voltage error at the load. Furthermore, to accomplish the higher voltage levels at the output with less number of semiconductors switches and simple commutation designed using CPHMLI topology. Active power filter (APF) using novel virtual line-flux-linkage oriented control strategy can not only realizes no phase-locked-loop (PLL) control, but also achieves a good inhibitory effect to interfere. However, there are some problems in the conventional method, such as the error of amplitude, the shift of phase angle and the non-determinacy of initial oriented angle. In this paper, two one-order low-pass filters are adopted instead of the pure integrator in the virtual line-flux-linkage observer, which can steady the phase and amplitude. Furthermore, an original scheme of harmonics detection under the rotating coordinate is advanced based on the simplified space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) strategy. Meanwhile, by using the new SVPWM algorithm, the voltage space vector diagram of the three-level inverter can be simplified and applied into that of two-level inverter, and this makes the control for Neutral Point potential easier. 展开更多

In this paper, a scheme for generating sinc-shaped optical Nyquist pulses based on external modulation is proposed. First, five flat optical frequency comb(OFC) lines are generated by a dual-parallel Mach–Zehnder modulator(DP-MZM) for optical carrier phase cancellation interference. Then, the phase-locked OFC is split into two paths, one of which is transmitted to a single-drive Mach–Zehnder modulator(SD-MZM) for the modulation of the even-order side-band suppression, and the other is used to remodulate the signal in order to obtain equally spaced comb lines. Eventually, equal frequency spaced phase-locked 15-line OFCs are generated and extremely narrow over-zero width Nyquist pulses are realized at 2.5 GHz, 5 GHz, 10 GHz and 20 GHz. The root-mean-square error(RMSE) is calculated for the generated Nyquist pulses which enables the verification of the signal quality. 展开更多

对于级联H桥型(CHB)逆变器,载波移相脉冲宽度调制(CPS-PWM)因其等效频率高、容易实现级联单元间功率均衡而受到青睐,但其存在的窄脉冲问题不容忽视,窄脉冲会导致功率器件产生较大的电压尖峰与振荡,影响电力电子设备安全运行。为此,提出... 对于级联H桥型(CHB)逆变器,载波移相脉冲宽度调制(CPS-PWM)因其等效频率高、容易实现级联单元间功率均衡而受到青睐,但其存在的窄脉冲问题不容忽视,窄脉冲会导致功率器件产生较大的电压尖峰与振荡,影响电力电子设备安全运行。为此,提出一种无窄脉冲的调制策略,其能在完全消除CHB逆变器中窄脉冲的同时保证良好的波形质量。首先,推导引入死区和死区补偿机制后,逆变器运行参数与功率器件开关函数的关系,以此为依据分析CPS-PWM策略下窄脉冲的产生的机理与分布特征。接着,通过类比死区加入前后窄脉冲的发生条件,评估原始驱动信号宽度与窄脉冲的关系,给出可以避免窄脉冲问题的原始信号宽度的选定方法。进一步研究能有效减少输出谐波含量的调制波与载波的动态变化规律,最后,探讨所提策略的数字化实现。实验结果验证所提策略的有效性。 展开更多

三相PWM整流器离散模型参考自适应控制

三相脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)整流器是交流微电网中十分重要的功率转换装置。然而,微电网中的直流负载扰动是未知的,滤波电容参数也是非精确的,这会直接影响整流器的控制性能。为此,文中提出一种三相PWM整流器离散模... 三相脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)整流器是交流微电网中十分重要的功率转换装置。然而,微电网中的直流负载扰动是未知的,滤波电容参数也是非精确的,这会直接影响整流器的控制性能。为此,文中提出一种三相PWM整流器离散模型参考自适应控制(model reference adaptive control,MRAC)方法,在直流负载扰动和滤波电容参数未知的情况下实现三相PWM整流器的高性能运行。首先,建立三相PWM整流器离散模型,并基于MRAC理论设计电压环离散自适应控制器、负载和滤波电容参数自适应律。通过所设计的自适应律实时调整自适应控制器中的负载和滤波电容参数,不仅可以有效提高三相PWM整流器输出电压的跟踪精度,还能够显著增强整流器对负载扰动和滤波电容参数的鲁棒性。然后,结合离散Lyapunov稳定性理论证明控制器的稳定性和收敛性。最后,仿真验证所提方法的有效性。实验结果表明,所设计的自适应律可以精确估计负载、滤波电容参数。与双环比例积分(proportion integral,PI)控制相比,所提控制具有更短的负载调节时间、更小的电压跌落量和网侧电流总谐波失真(total harmonic distortion,THD),对负载扰动自适应能力强,同时对滤波电容参数也具有强鲁棒性。 展开更多

抑制逆变器共模电压的改进型虚拟空间矢量调制

在三相两电平逆变器中,虚拟空间矢量调制(virtual space vector modulation,VSVM)因其能降低共模电压的幅值和三次谐波而受到广泛关注,但还存在共模电压的谐波成分丰富,且幅值变化和方向变化的发生率较高的问题,为此提出一种改进型VSVM... 在三相两电平逆变器中,虚拟空间矢量调制(virtual space vector modulation,VSVM)因其能降低共模电压的幅值和三次谐波而受到广泛关注,但还存在共模电压的谐波成分丰富,且幅值变化和方向变化的发生率较高的问题,为此提出一种改进型VSVM方法。该方法通过分析经典VSVM的矢量合成和共模电压特点,对虚拟矢量和虚拟零矢量所对应的基本矢量进行优化排序,使每个开关周期的共模电压波形相同,均为单个矩形波。进一步分析了所提方法的共模谐波、死区补偿和开关损耗。在逆变器-永磁同步电机系统中进行仿真和实验。结果表明:与经典VSVM相比,所提方法在保持共模电压低幅值的同时,使幅值变化和方向变化的发生率都降低3倍,完全消除基带谐波和边带谐波分量,并使共模电压的高频段峰值平均减小6 dB,且线电流、线电压、转矩和转速等性能依然良好。该方法在不增加系统体积和成本的情况下,能更有效抑制共模干扰,有利于共模滤波器的设计,并为其他共模抑制脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)方法的研究提供了借鉴。 展开更多

针对孤岛模式下二次调频中微电网频率的偏移误差和振荡较大的问题,提出了一种积分系数自适应的二次调频控制策略。首先,通过角频率变化率将积分系数分为两阶段控制,根据阶段1和阶段2的变化要求自适应调整积分系数的大小,以同时减小二次... 针对孤岛模式下二次调频中微电网频率的偏移误差和振荡较大的问题,提出了一种积分系数自适应的二次调频控制策略。首先,通过角频率变化率将积分系数分为两阶段控制,根据阶段1和阶段2的变化要求自适应调整积分系数的大小,以同时减小二次调频过程中频率的偏移和振荡,提高系统的稳定性和可靠性。其次,针对孤岛向并网切换过程中速度与精度较低的问题,结合孤岛模式下的控制策略,提出一种新型无锁相环预同步控制策略,即将逆变器输出的电压矢量末端和电网电压矢量末端之间的距离代替相位差进行补偿,并且给出了一种新的并网判断条件,省去了锁相环(PLL)和均方根值(RMS)环节,且只需要1个PI调节器,减少了控制参数,提高了预同步的速度和精度,实现了离/并网平滑切换。最后,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真和半实物仿真,验证了所提方法的正确性。 展开更多

基于移相脉冲宽度调制技术的光伏融雪控制器优化

受低温环境下雪层导热性差与光伏输出功率波动的影响,光伏融雪控制器的融雪效率偏低,为此,提出了基于移相脉冲宽度调制技术的光伏融雪控制器优化方法。基于光伏电池组件的出厂参数,对其进行系统建模,得到光伏阵列的实际输出功率,采用移... 受低温环境下雪层导热性差与光伏输出功率波动的影响,光伏融雪控制器的融雪效率偏低,为此,提出了基于移相脉冲宽度调制技术的光伏融雪控制器优化方法。基于光伏电池组件的出厂参数,对其进行系统建模,得到光伏阵列的实际输出功率,采用移相脉冲宽度调制的三角波确定占空比与移相角,结合单位面积融雪功率与相变潜热,计算光伏功率分配到融雪模块的比例,描述融雪功率与光伏输出功率之间的关系。以最大化融雪效率、能源利用效率和控制器系统稳定性为优化目标拟定函数。结合功率平衡约束、移相角物理范围约束和开关管的电流约束等限制条件,采用天牛须优化算法对优化目标进行求解,以得到融雪控制器的最优参数组合。实验结果表明,利用所提方法优化后的融雪控制器进行光伏融雪任务,相同时间内融雪量高于0.4 kg/m2,且具有更高的融雪效率。 展开更多

本文针对等效型空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)的算法实现进行了深入研究。分析了对称规则采样的实现方法,并在对称规则采样思想的基础上,提出了等效型SVPWM的实现思路,推导了等效型SVPWM算法的实现过程... 本文针对等效型空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)的算法实现进行了深入研究。分析了对称规则采样的实现方法,并在对称规则采样思想的基础上,提出了等效型SVPWM的实现思路,推导了等效型SVPWM算法的实现过程。采用Simulink建模和现场可编程门阵列(field-programmable gate array,FPGA)代码转化的程序实现方案,大大缩短了算法的设计周期。通过Simulink仿真验证了等效型SVPWM算法的正确性。基于单片FPGA实现了等效型SVPWM算法的高速运算。搭建了硬件实验平台,在100 kHz开关频率下实现了基于SVPWM算法控制的三相逆变,验证了等效型SVPWM在高频环境下的实用性。 展开更多

In this paper, a three-phase inverter with renewable source input is integrated into a grid in synchronization for power sharing by load. In previous topologies, the DC source connected inverter is not synchronized to the grid which causes harmonics and voltage distortions damaging the load and the source. In order to ensure power sharing by the load from the inverter and the grid, the inverter needs to be operated in synchronization to the grid with the same voltage mag-nitude, frequency and phase as that of the grid voltage. In this paper, the com-plete power from the load is shared by the three-phase grid and the three-phase inverter module reducing the consumption from the conventional grid. This is achieved using the PLL for the reference angular frequency generation with feedback from grid voltage and is connected to the sinusoidal PWM generator. The PLL is used to generate unit vector template reference signals for the signal generator operating the six-switch inverter. The inverter and grid are inter-connected through LC filter for the reduction of harmonics. The power sharing, voltage, and current graphs with THD analysis are analyzed with the help of the MATLAB software. 展开更多

This paper reports the carrier-envelop phase (CEP) locking for the 5 fs re-compressed laser pulse generated from a chirped pulse amplified (CPA) Ti:sapphire laser at 1 kHz repetition rate. A phase locking feedback system with two loops was designed to control the fast fluctuation arising from the seeding laser and the slow fluctuation arising from the sub-mJ amplified pulse. The principle and structure of the phase control system, including the CEP detection, servo loop design and phase locking result, are analyzed. The experiment shows that our phase locking system can be well used to establish the stable phase locking of few-cycle amplified laser pulse, and the CEP variation of below 53 mrad (rms) was demonstrated during a locking period of more than 3 h. 展开更多

This paper mainly concentrates on design of improved controller and its implementation based on single phase synchronous reference frame theory (SRFT) for Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) compensating voltage sag particularly for nonlinear load. In case of single phase distribution line with nonlinear load, the complexity of controller’s design becomes more serious issue. The present single phase and/or three phase theories applicable to DVR shows poor response to restore voltage sag in case of nonlinear load due to presence of harmonics. Hence restoration of voltage sag in single phase nonlinear load connected system has been a serious concern. Therefore, new controller for DVR has been proposed incorporating effective design concept for fundamental component extraction in case of nonlinear load. The single phase SRFT based main controller for DVR works on two separate closed path viz. feed forward path for quick transient response and feedback path for reducing the steady state error. Moreover, pre-sag mitigation strategy of DVR has been adapted through these two aforementioned paths. Complete design of proposed controller is based on phasor analysis. It also consist of proportional integral (PI) controller to reduce the error in the DC-link voltage during compensation time. The controller performance has been verified in MATLAB Simulink for both types (linear and nonlinear) of load. The curve of maximum-loop-bandwidth vs. maximum-phase-noise is suggested to be a new criterion to the performance of SDM,which greatly helps designers to select an appropriate SDM structure to meet their real application requirements and to reduce the cost as low as possible. A low-spur 3-order Mul-tistage Noise Shaping (MASH)-1-1-1 SDM using three 2-bit first-order cascaded modulators is proposed,which balances the requirements of tone-free and maximum operation frequency. 展开更多

In this paper, a vector regulating principle of the phase and amplitude control PAC method for three-phase grid-connected inverters is presented.To solve the problem of heavy inrush current and slow dynamic response when system starts up, the starting voltage prediction control and the current feed-forward control are proposed and used, which improve the dynamic performance of the system in the PAC.The experimental results carried out on a three-phase grid-connected inverter proved the validity of the proposed method. 展开更多

The working principle and the control method, using PID are revealing in detail. The performance of the system is carried out in MATLAB/Simulink environment with pulse width modulation switching strategy by varying the duty cycle. PID control is employed to obtain the better performance for a specified input supply for various output frequencies. The proposed control strategy of AC to AC converter has been discussed with a wide range of operating frequencies and results in low Total Harmonic Distortion. 展开更多

为探究及优化摩托车防抱死制动系统中液压控制单元(HCU)在不同工作状态下的压力响应特性,基于团队自主研发的针对博世ABS9-HCU的控制程序,开展了压力响应特性测试,并对控制效果进行了参数响应优化研究。分析结果表明:常规泄压开始后35~4... 为探究及优化摩托车防抱死制动系统中液压控制单元(HCU)在不同工作状态下的压力响应特性,基于团队自主研发的针对博世ABS9-HCU的控制程序,开展了压力响应特性测试,并对控制效果进行了参数响应优化研究。分析结果表明:常规泄压开始后35~45 ms内轮缸压力呈线性下降,轮缸线性压降幅度占总压降的70%~80%,压力线性下降过程的响应特性决定整个常规泄压阶段的HCU性能,不同初始压力下45 ms内即可实现泄压效果;常规增压开始后,轮缸线性压升时长随初始压力增加(1.0→3.5 MPa)逐渐缩短(51.1→21.6 ms),线性压升幅度占总压升的90%以上,压力线性上升结束后常规增压已基本完成;随着初始压力增大,阶梯控制完成所需周期数逐渐减少,当初始压力较低时各周期压力变化幅度更均匀,单周期压力变化幅度方差更小;阶梯控制过程对单周期增压和泄压时长极为敏感,单周期增压时长应在4~20 ms以内,单周期泄压时长不应超过12 ms;通过更改保压时长可以控制压力的变化趋势;单周期压升幅度的离散程度随着周期数的增加而增加,阶梯控制周期数应控制在3个;电机工作时长应小于泄压时长;3.00 MPa初始压力工况优化后取得了良好的压力控制效果,轮缸最大单周期压降幅度下降了62%,且单周期压降幅度的方差仅为0.004 7 (MPa)2。研究为摩托车ABS的控制系统开发提供了数据指导和理论支撑。 展开更多

现今化石燃料的紧缺,造就了新能源需求不断增加,使得应用在新能源及电子领域中的电力电子变换器日益受到重视。作为有源前端的三相六开关降压型整流器(3P6S-BR),因受直流侧与接地间寄生电容影响,导致输出电压低次谐波分量增加,从而通过... 现今化石燃料的紧缺,造就了新能源需求不断增加,使得应用在新能源及电子领域中的电力电子变换器日益受到重视。作为有源前端的三相六开关降压型整流器(3P6S-BR),因受直流侧与接地间寄生电容影响,导致输出电压低次谐波分量增加,从而通过整流器影响网侧电能质量。针对上述问题,首先建立含有共模电容3P6S-BR数学模型,通过理论推导及解析计算,揭示了共模电容影响输入电流总谐波畸变率的成因。其次,针对电流型空间矢量脉宽调制特性,结合整流器模态分析,明确了共模电容形成高频电流路径的机理。基于上述分析,推导出整流器输出侧的电感电流高频分量和共模电容的电压关系,形成了共模电容的工程设计方法。最后,通过实验验证,证明了含共模电容3P6S-BR能够有效抑制整流器网侧电流畸变。 展开更多
