manufacturing of biomimetic micro/nanostructures due to its specific advantages including high precision,simplicity,and compatibility for diverse materials in comparison with other methods(e.g.ion etching,sol-gel proc... manufacturing of biomimetic micro/nanostructures due to its specific advantages including high precision,simplicity,and compatibility for diverse materials in comparison with other methods(e.g.ion etching,sol-gel process,chemical vapor deposition,template method,and self-assembly).These biomimetic micro/nanostructured surfaces are of significant interest for academic and industrial research due to their wide range of potential applications,including self-cleaning surfaces,oil-water separation,and fog collection.This review presents the inherent relationship between natural organisms,fabrication methods,micro/nanostructures and their potential applications.Thereafter,we throw a list of current fabrication strategies so as to highlight the advantages of FLDW in manufacturing bioinspired microstructured surfaces.Subsequently,we summarize a variety of typical bioinspired designs(e.g.lotus leaf,pitcher plant,rice leaf,butterfly wings,etc)for diverse multifunctional micro/nanostructures through extreme femtosecond laser processing technology.Based on the principle of interfacial chemistry and geometrical optics,we discuss the potential applications of these functional micro/nanostructures and assess the underlying challenges and opportunities in the extreme fabrication of bioinspired micro/nanostructures by FLDW.This review concludes with a follow up and an outlook of femtosecond laser processing in biomimetic domains. 展开更多

A new highly sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of micro amounts of bismuth (Ⅲ), based on the formation of Bi (Ⅲ)—meso—tetrakis—(4—N—trimethylammonium phenyl) porphine [T (4TMAP) P] complex. In the presence of Cd (Ⅱ), Bi(Ⅲ) reacts almost instantaneously with T (4TMAP)P in a 0. 6 mol/l NaAc—HAC buffer (PH5.8) at room temperature. The composition of the complex is T(4TMAP)P: Bi=1:1. The absorbance complex obeys Beer's law over the Bi(Ⅲ) concentration range 0.1—1.4 μg/ml. The linear relative coefficient γ is 0.9998. The apparent molar absorptivity was 1.75×10~5 1. mol^(-1). cm^(-1) at 463nm. The relative standard deviation of the method is 1.50% for Bi(Ⅲ) 7ug/10ml (10 determinations). The interference of foreign ions has been examined. This simple and rapid method can be applied to the assay of Bi(Ⅲ) in some tablets directly. 展开更多

Effects of Soil Applications of Micro-Nutrients and Chelating Agent Citric Acid on Mineral Nutrients in Soybean Seeds

Correcting this deficiency is normally done by foliar or soil application. The objective of this research was to determine the effects of soil applications of five micro-nutrients (Mn, Cu, Zn, Mo, and B) alone and in combination with a chelating agent citric acid (CA) on soybean leaf and seed nutrients. Source of micro-nutrient compounds were MnCl2, CuCl2, ZnCl2, MoO3, and H3BO3. Our hypothesis was that micro-and macro-nutrients may be transported to leaves and then to seeds at different rates. They may interact synergistically or competitively during the uptake process. A greenhouse experiment was conducted at Mississippi Valley State University, Itta Bena, Mississippi, USA. Soybean cultivar, Bolivar (maturity group V), was applied with micro-nutrients-chelating agent citric acid at V3 and R3 (pod initiation) stage. The results showed that applications of Cu, Zn, B and Mo increased three unrolled trifoliate leaves Cu, Zn, B by 26.5%, 13.8%, 113% and Mo increased to 179 mg/kg, respectively in the leaves. Also, the application of “Cu, Zn, B and Mo increased Cu, Zn, B by 55.5%, 8.2%, 28.6% and Mo increased to 202 mg/kg” respectively in soybean seeds. Application of Mn had no direct effect on increasing Mn either in leaves or in seeds, however, Mn and Mn + CA treatment affected other mineral contents. Application of Cu, Zn, Mo, B and CA increased macro-nutrients K, N, P, Mg, and S. Irrespective of the applications, the nutrient increase trend in seed was Na > Fe > Zn > Mn > B > Cu > Mo. However, Mo application resulted in the following seed nutrient accumulation pattern: Na > Mo > Fe > Zn > Mn > B > Cu. This may suggest that Mo had higher mobility to seeds than other micro-nutrients. Combination of soil application of Mo + CA increased Mo in leaves at V3 stage;however, Mo + CA soil application during pod-filling stage had no significant effects on Mo accumulation in seeds. The current research showed that some micro-nutrient application with the chelating agent CA could increase seed nutrients. Since these results are conducted under greenhouse experiments, further research under field conditions is needed before conclusive recommendations are made. 展开更多

This paper takes micro-nano motors and metamaterials as examples to introduce the basic concept and development of functional micro nano structures, and analyzes the application potential of the micro-nano structure design and manufacturing technology in the petroleum industry. The functional micro-nano structure is the structure and device with special functions prepared to achieve a specific goal. New functional micro-nano structures are classified into mobile type(e.g. micro-nano motors) and fixed type(e.g. metamaterials), and 3 D printing technology is a developed method of manufacturing. Combining the demand for exploration and development in oil and gas fields and the research status of intelligent micro-nano structures, we believe that there are 3 potential application directions:(1) The intelligent micro-nano structures represented by metamaterials and smart coatings can be applied to the oil recovery engineering technology and equipment to improve the stability and reliability of petroleum equipment.(2) The smart micro-nano robots represented by micro-motors and smart microspheres can be applied to the development of new materials for enhanced oil recovery, effectively improving the development efficiency of heavy oil, shale oil and other resources.(3) The intelligent structure manufacturing technology represented by 3 D printing technology can be applied to the field of microfluidics in reservoir fluids to guide the selection of mine flooding agents and improve the efficiency of mining. 展开更多

The designing and manufacturing of micro/nanoscale tools for delivery,diagnostic,and therapeutic are essential for their multiscale integration in the precision medicine field.Conventional three-dimensional(3D)printing approaches are not suitable for such kind of tools due to the accuracy limitation.Multiphoton polymerization(MPP)-based micro/nanomanufacturing is a noncontact,high-precision molding technology that has been widely used in the micro/nano field is a promising tool for micro/nanoscale related precision medicine.In this article the fundamentals of MPP-based technology and the required materials in precision medicine are overviewed.The biomedical applications in various scenarios are then summarized and categorized as delivery systems,microtissue modeling,surgery,and diagnosis.Finally,the existing challenges and future perspectives on MPP-based micro/nanomanufacturing for precision medicine are discussed,focusing on material design,process optimization,and practical applications to overcome its current limitations. 展开更多

以微型窖池为发酵容器,以冀酿2号糯高粱为原料,分型发酵生产小曲清香酒醅(XQ)、浓香双轮酒醅(ND)及酱香第六轮次酒醅(JS)。利用XQ“酒多香少”、ND和JS“香多酒少”的显著特征在“合醅蒸馏”中产生的互补效应,酿造复合香型唐山高粱酒。... 以微型窖池为发酵容器,以冀酿2号糯高粱为原料,分型发酵生产小曲清香酒醅(XQ)、浓香双轮酒醅(ND)及酱香第六轮次酒醅(JS)。利用XQ“酒多香少”、ND和JS“香多酒少”的显著特征在“合醅蒸馏”中产生的互补效应,酿造复合香型唐山高粱酒。将三者分别置于同一甑桶的下、中、上不同甑位区,按不同比例上甑蒸馏。实验得出,XQ、ND、JS的最佳“甑位(_(ZW))区”分别为X_(ZW)∈[3.5,0]、N_(ZW)∈[5.5,3.5]、J_(ZW)∈[10,5.5],由此酿造的52%vol复合香型唐山高粱酒理化及卫生指标:酒精度52.4%vol、固形物0.09 g/L、总酸2.16 g/L、总酯4.25 g/L、己酸乙酯0.27 g/L、甲醇0.22 g/L(100%vol乙醇);酒体感官:无色透明,酱香明显,浓香、窖香、清香及焦香诸香协调舒适,酒体纯净,柔和协调,具有较好的丰满度和持久度,是复合香型唐山高粱酒的代表性产品。 展开更多
