From the perspective of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,this study explores practical strategies for integrating local opera singing styles into the cultivation of preschool music literacy.After literature research,field investigation,and teaching practice,it analyzes the application value of the artistic features of local opera singing styles in preschool education and seeks effective methods for integrating them into music education in kindergartens.Research shows that local opera singing styles are rich in cultural connotations and artistic charm,and have unique advantages in cultivating children’s musical literacy.Therefore,integrating them into preschool music education is beneficial to children’s understanding of traditional culture,the development of musical abilities,and the cultivation of aesthetic tastes.This study proposes the following practical strategies:Select suitable opera segments for young children and design interesting teaching activities;use multimedia technology to create vivid and interesting learning scenarios;organize opera experience activities to bring children closer to traditional culture;and conduct teacher training to enhance their knowledge of opera and teaching abilities.This research result has certain theoretical and practical significance for promoting local operas into kindergartens,facilitating the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,and innovating preschool music education. 展开更多

Children’s sports games in southwestern China have a unique regional cultural foundation and carry the historical memories,values,and lifestyles of the local ethnic groups.However,due to rapid social development,the social spaces in southwestern China have undergone profound changes,which have significantly impacted the inheritance of children’s sports games in this region.This study employs research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,based on the production of space theory,to delve into the evolution and origins of the inheritance space of the children’s sports games in southwestern China and to explore pathways for their inheritance and development.Research shows that the evolution of the socio-cultural space has led to changes in the primitive customs of southwestern China;the evolution of the socio-economic space has caused the evolution of traditional production methods.This suggests that modern sports games should be reorganized and harmonized to drive openness in the production of cultural space;stress should be laid on improving safeguards for the cultural inheritance policies to facilitate institutionalization in the production of cultural space;the focus should be placed on the integration of digital technology into the culture to promote innovation in the production of cultural space;and the industrial development of traditional culture should be enhanced to achieve a comprehensive approach to the production of cultural space as well as to promote the expansion of research perspectives and paradigms in regard to China’s traditional cultural spaces. 展开更多

^(10)Be surface exposure dating is one of the methods most used in the dating of glacial landforms due to its well-understood dating mechanism,readily accessible materials.However,numerous dating studies have shown th... ^(10)Be surface exposure dating is one of the methods most used in the dating of glacial landforms due to its well-understood dating mechanism,readily accessible materials.However,numerous dating studies have shown that nuclide inheritance may overestimate the age as a result of the nuclide concentrations accumulating in glacial deposits prior to their eventual exposure.As the concentration is challenging to measure directly,it is typically assumed to be zero.This study investigated the potential nuclide inheritance in the Hailuogou Glacier by measuring^(10)Be concentrations in modern moraines.The results showed that(1)in the glacier foreland,the exposure ages of two sub-angular boulders aligned with the timing of glacier retreat suggested minimal or potentially negligible nuclide inheritance,whereas two amalgamated samples exhibited^(10)Be exposure ages of 820±278 yr and 570±168 yr,indicating that multiple cobbles may contain inherited nuclides;and(2)the exposure ages of the angular boulder samples from the modern glacier surface ranged from 366±151 yr to 221±85 yr,the coarse-grained(CG)sand samples ranged from 470±129 yr to 178±103 yr in age,and the ages of the amalgamated samples ranged from 1,114±197 yr to 97±37 yr,which may reflecting the upper limits of inherited ages. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to explore the inheritance of fat and fatty acid compositions in peanut.[Method] Genetic and correlation analyses were performed using a mixed genetic model of major gene plus polygene with 215 F9 RILs and their parents ZHENG 8903 and YUHUA No.4.[Result] The optimal genetic model of the fat content was two linked complementary major gene plus polygene inheritance model.The heritability of major genes was 22.88%.Oleic,linoleic,and palmitic acid content were controlled by two major genes and the heritability was 75.11%,75.00% and 60.95%,respectively.Stearic and arachidic acid content were controlled by two major genes plus polygenes,the heritability of major genes was 26.43% and 33.17%,respectively.O/L ratio and behenic acid content were controlled by three major genes,the heritability was 70.65% and 30.70%,respectively.[Conclusion] The result in this study was that accumulating polygenes should be emphasized in the improvement of fat content,while utilization of major genes is enhanced in improvement of oleic and linoleic acids. 展开更多

To fully understand the tomato ovary locule formation of inheritance, two varieties, ovary multi-locule (MLK1) and few-locule (FL1), were used in these studies. Using reciprocal cross, self-cross, and backcross, we have constructed various groups to seek the genetic law and mechanisms of tomato locule formation, for modifying the tomato breeding theory. The parental and the resulting FI and F2 generations have been used to examine the heredity of the locule number. The results showed that few-locule was incompletely dominant. The data from backcross demonstrated a significant effect on the locule number, whereas, the reciprocal cross showed an insignificant effect. Not surprisingly, the locule number was controlled by nuclear genomes, not by exogenous substances. The model that inherited the locule number belonged to the additive-dominant model: additive effects played a very important role and were partially dominant. In addition, the results revealed that the locule number in tomato was mainly controlled by a single gene, whereas, it was modulated by a number of other genes. Finally, the general inheritability and narrow inheritability of the locule number were 69.44% and 52.98%, respectively. 展开更多

The inheritance of mitochondrial (mt) DNA and chloroplast (cp) DNA was investigated in intergeneric hybrids from crossing between Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook. and Cryptomeria fortunei Hooibrenk. The chloroplast trnL trnF region and one intra genic segment of the mitochondrial gene, Cox Ⅲ, were amplified from those of the parents and hybrids by PCR using gene specific primers. Cp and mtDNA polymorphisms of the amplified regions were detected between the parents after restriction digestions. Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis revealed that all the F 1 individuals possessed Cox Ⅲ restriction fragment patterns (characteristic of the paternal parent Cryptomeria fortunei ) and the trnL trnF region (identical to the maternal parent Cunninghamia lanceolata ) showing that a different mode of inheritance for organelle DNA has occurred in the hybrids. Furthermore, the maternal inheritance of chloroplast DNA is reported here for the first time in coniferophyta. 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the inheritance mechanism of tomato fruit firmness.[Method] Two tomato cultivars significantly different in fruit firmness were selected for investigation of the inheritance mechanism of tomato fruit firmness using combination analysis of six generations (P1,P2,F1,F2,B1 and B2).[Result] The results indicated that the heredity of tomato fruit firmness was consistent with the additive-dominant model controlled by one pair of major genes; the additive effect (d),dominant effect (h) and degree of dominance (h/d) of major genes were 17.37,-7.96 and-0.46,respectively,showing positive additive effect and incompletely dominant-negative effect; the hereditability of major gene effect in B1,B2 and F2 generation was 88.59%,45.81% and 85.62%,respectively.[Conclusion] The heredity of fruit firmness was controlled by one pair of major gene,showing significant additive effect and dominant effect. 展开更多

The inheritance of chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) in sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas Lain.) was analyzed using DNA restriction fingerprinting. The cpDNA fingerprints of hybrids from reciprocal crosses between Xushu18 and AB78-1 were found to be identical to those of their female parents, which reveals that cpDNA of sweet potato is maternally inherited in this intervarietal crossing. This maternal cpDNA transmission pattern does not accord with the putative one based on former cytological studies. The plastid inheritance in Convolvulaceae has been briefly reviewed in this study, and the utility of DNA restriction fingerprinting analysis in the study of plastid inheritance is also discussed. 展开更多

We investigated the inheritance and expression of cry1A gene in transgenic maize ( Zea mays L.) by Southern blotting analysis and enzyme_linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). The results showed that cry1A had been transmitted to progeny of transgenic maize as a single gene. Contents of cry1A insecticidal protein were significantly different among transgenic maize lines and various tissues of the same transgenic lines. High expression of cry1A protein occurred in green tissues, such as leaf and husk leaf, and low expression occurred in pith, tassel, ear pith, pollen and silk. The results also showed that the contents of cry1A insecticidal protein in leaves of transgenic maize increased with the advance of development and there was no significant difference in cry1A expression level among various generations of transgenic maize. 展开更多

Transposable elements (TEs) are self-replicating, mobile DNA sequences which constitute a significant fraction of eukaryotic genomes. They are generally considered selfish DNA, as their replication and random insertion may have deleterious effects on genome functionalities, although some beneficial effects and evolutionary potential have been recognized. Short interspersed elements (SINEs) are non-autonomous TEs with a modular structure: a small RNA-related head, a body, and a long interspersed element-related tail. Despite their high turnover rate and de novo emergence, the body may retain highly conserved domains (HCDs) shared among divergent SINE families: in metazoans, at least nine HCD-SINEs have been recognized. Data mining on public molecular databases allowed the retrieval of 16 new HCD-SINE families from cnidarian, molluscs, arthropods, and vertebrates. Tracking the ancestry of HCDs on the metazoan phylogeny revealed that some of them date back to the Radiata-Bilateria split. Moreover, phylogenetic and age versus divergence analyses of the most ancient HCDs suggested that long-term vertical inheritance is the rule, with few horizontal transfer events. We suggest that the evolutionary conservation of HCDs may be linked to their potential to serve as recombination hotspots. This indirectly affects host genomes by maintaining active and diverse SINE lineages, whose insertions may impact (either positively or negatively) on the evolution of the genome. 展开更多
