The optical storage microgrid system composed of power electronic converters is a small inertia system.Load switching and power supply intermittent will affect the stability of the direct current(DC)bus voltage.Aiming at this problem,a virtual inertia optimal control strategy applied to optical storage microgrid is proposed.Firstly,a small signal model of the system is established to theoretically analyze the influence of virtual inertia and damping coefficient on DC bus voltage and to obtain the constraint range of virtual inertia and damping coefficient;Secondly,aiming at the defect that the Sailfish optimization algorithm is easy to premature maturity,a Sailfish optimization algorithm based on the leak-proof net and the cross-mutation propagation mechanism is proposed;Finally,the virtual inertia and damping coefficient of the system are optimized by the improved Sailfish algorithm to obtain the best control parameters.The simulation results in Matlab/Simulink show that the virtual inertia control optimized by the improved Sailfish algorithm improves the system inertia as well as the dynamic response and robustness of the DC bus voltage. 展开更多

This paper shows an implementation of nature inspired improved Bat Algorithm to control congestion in Wireless Sensor Networks at transport layer. The Algorithm has been applied on the fitness function to obtain an optimum solution. The fluctuation of active power output of wind farm has many negative impacts on large-scale wind power integration into power grid. In this paper, flywheel energy storage system (FESS) was connected to AC side of the doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) wind farm to realize smooth control of wind power output. Based on improved wind power prediction algorithm and wind speed-power curve modeling, a new smooth control strategy with the FESS was proposed. The requirement of power system dispatch for wind power prediction and flywheel rotor speed limit were taken into consideration during the process. While smoothing the wind power fluctuation, FESS can track short-term planned output of wind farm. It was demonstrated by quantitative analysis of simulation results that the proposed control strategy can smooth the active power fluctuation of wind farm effectively and thereby improve power quality of the power grid. 展开更多

With the rapid development of software technology, software vulnerability has become a major threat to computer security. The timely detection and repair of potential vulnerabilities in software, are of great signific... With the rapid development of software technology, software vulnerability has become a major threat to computer security. The timely detection and repair of potential vulnerabilities in software, are of great significance in reducing system crashes and maintaining system security and integrity. This paper focuses on detecting three common types of vulnerabilities: Unused_Variable, Use_of_Uninitialized_Variable, and Use_After_ Free. We propose a method for software vulnerability detection based on an improved control flow graph(ICFG) and several predicates of vulnerability properties for each type of vulnerability. We also define a set of grammar rules for analyzing and deriving the three mentioned types of vulnerabilities, and design three vulnerability detection algorithms to guide the process of vulnerability detection. In addition, we conduct cases studies of the three mentioned types of vulnerabilities with real vulnerability program segments from Common Weakness Enumeration(CWE). The results of the studies show that the proposed method can detect the vulnerability in the tested program segments. Finally, we conduct manual analysis and experiments on detecting the three types of vulnerability program segments(30 examples for each type) from CWE, to compare the vulnerability detection effectiveness of the proposed method with that of the existing detection tool Cpp Check. The results show that the proposed method performs better. In summary, the method proposed in this paper has certain feasibility and effectiveness in detecting the three mentioned types of vulnerabilities, and it will also have guiding significance for the detection of other common vulnerabilities. 展开更多

The generation of electricity based on renewable energy sources,parti-cularly Photovoltaic(PV)system has been greatly increased and it is simply insti-gated for both domestic and commercial uses.The power generated from the PV system is erratic and hence there is a need for an efficient converter to perform the extraction of maximum power.An improved interleaved Single-ended Primary Inductor-Converter(SEPIC)converter is employed in proposed work to extricate most of power from renewable source.This proposed converter minimizes ripples,reduces electromagnetic interference due tofilter elements and the contin-uous input current improves the power output of PV panel.A Crow Search Algo-rithm(CSA)based Proportional Integral(PI)controller is utilized for controlling the converter switches effectively by optimizing the parameters of PI controller.The optimized PI controller reduces ripples present in Direct Current(DC)vol-tage,maintains constant voltage at proposed converter output and reduces over-shoots with minimum settling and rise time.This voltage is given to single phase grid via 1�Voltage Source Inverter(VSI).The command pulses of 1�VSI are produced by simple PI controller.The response of the proposed converter is thus improved with less input current.After implementing CSA based PI the efficiency of proposed converter obtained is 96%and the Total Harmonic Distor-tion(THD)is found to be 2:4%.The dynamics and closed loop operation is designed and modeled using MATLAB Simulink tool and its behavior is performed. 展开更多

In this paper,a Novel Compliant Actuator(NCA)-driven Upper-Limb Exoskeleton(ULE)with force controllable,impact resistance,and back drivability is designed to ensure the safety of the subject during Human-Robot Interaction(HRI)processing.Based on the designed NCA-driven ULE,this paper constructs a Model Predictive Control Scheme(MPCS)for force trajectory tracking,which minimises future tracking errors by solving an optimal control problem with inequality constraints.In addition,an Error-Accumulation Improved Newton Algorithm(EAINA)is proposed to solve the MPCS for suppressing various noises and external disturbances.The proposed EAINA is theoretically proved to have small steady state for noise conditions and stability of the EAINA using Lyapunov method.Finally,experimental results verify that the proposed MPCS solved by the EAINA in the NCA-driven ULE achieves robustness,fast convergence,strong tolerance and stability for trajectory rehabilitation task. 展开更多

为提升移动机器人在复杂道路环境下执行多任务时的路径安全性与规划效率,提出了一种结合双层模糊控制系统和改进遗传算法的方法,以应对移动机器人路径规划中复杂道路环境与多元化任务安全性的挑战。该方法首先构建了一个基于专家系统的... 为提升移动机器人在复杂道路环境下执行多任务时的路径安全性与规划效率,提出了一种结合双层模糊控制系统和改进遗传算法的方法,以应对移动机器人路径规划中复杂道路环境与多元化任务安全性的挑战。该方法首先构建了一个基于专家系统的双层模糊控制系统:第一层将复杂路况和障碍物转换为道路安全度等级,第二层结合任务安全等级生成遗传算法的适应度权重。通过引入道路安全因素优化遗传算法的适应度函数模型,增强路径规划的安全性。算法实现上,采用伯努利混沌映射、Gaussian算子和Symmetrical Sigmoid算子优化选择、交叉、变异操作,提升了全局搜索能力和效率。实验表明,该方法相较于其他算法,路径距离最大减少5.9%,转弯次数最大减少85.7%,且在多种对比实验中表现出优异的普适性和鲁棒性,有效解决了复杂道路环境与任务安全需求之间的关系。 展开更多

由于当下电力需求的季节性、时段性等特点,导致电力需求在时间上存在差异,使得供需不匹配,造成供需矛盾。为此,柔性负荷调节成为解决供需矛盾的主要手段之一。为提高电力系统的稳定性和可靠性,研究一种基于改进PSO算法的新型电力系统负... 由于当下电力需求的季节性、时段性等特点,导致电力需求在时间上存在差异,使得供需不匹配,造成供需矛盾。为此,柔性负荷调节成为解决供需矛盾的主要手段之一。为提高电力系统的稳定性和可靠性,研究一种基于改进PSO算法的新型电力系统负荷波动柔性控制方法。研究分为两个部分,前一部分将电压偏离量作为稳定性目标,将控制成本作为经济性目标,由二者构建新型电力系统负荷波动柔性控制多目标函数;后一部分利用细菌觅食优化算法改进PSO算法,利用改进PSO算法对多目标函数进行求解,得出新型电力系统负荷波动柔性控制方案。结果表明,控制前新型电力系统的负荷在[85 MW~400 MW]之间波动,用所研究方法控制后,负荷波动范围在[218 MW~258 MW]之间,二者相比,波动范围缩小,由此证明了所研究方法的控制性能佳。 展开更多

为解决纺织生产过程中纱线张力波动的问题,提出了一种融合递推最小二乘法(RLS)系统辨识的改进模糊PID控制算法。首先,通过RLS算法对经纱系统的传递函数进行辨识,以解决经纱系统数学模型难以精确建立的问题;然后,采用改进麻雀搜索算法(IS... 为解决纺织生产过程中纱线张力波动的问题,提出了一种融合递推最小二乘法(RLS)系统辨识的改进模糊PID控制算法。首先,通过RLS算法对经纱系统的传递函数进行辨识,以解决经纱系统数学模型难以精确建立的问题;然后,采用改进麻雀搜索算法(ISSA)优化模糊PID控制器的模糊规则和隶属度函数,以提升系统的控制精度。试验结果表明:在纱线张力控制系统中,所提出的控制算法可在0.6 s内达到稳定的纱线张力,相较于传统模糊PID(FUZZY-PID)、遗传算法优化模糊PID(GA-FUZZY-PID)和麻雀搜索算法优化模糊PID(SSA-FUZZY-PID),分别缩短了0.8 s、0.1 s、0.3 s;此外,超调量相比FUZZY-PID和SSA-FUZZY-PID分别降低了0.33个百分点、0.27个百分点。认为:基于RLS辨识和ISSA优化的模糊PID控制算法能够有效改善纺织过程中纱线张力波动问题,提升系统的稳定性和动态响应。 展开更多

Present day power scenarios demand a high quality uninterrupted power supply and needs environmental issues to be addressed. Both concerns can be dealt with by the introduction of the renewable sources to the existing power system. Thus, automatic generation control(AGC) with diverse renewable sources and a modified-cascaded controller are presented in the paper.Also, a new hybrid scheme of the improved teaching learning based optimization-differential evolution(hITLBO-DE) algorithm is applied for providing optimization of controller parameters. A study of the system with a technique such as TLBO applied to a proportional integral derivative(PID), integral double derivative(IDD) and PIDD is compared to hITLBO-DE tuned cascaded controller with dynamic load change.The suggested methodology has been extensively applied to a 2-area system with a diverse source power system with various operation time non-linearities such as dead-band of, generation rate constraint and reheat thermal units. The multi-area system with reheat thermal plants, hydel plants and a unit of a wind-diesel combination is tested with the cascaded controller scheme with a different controller setting for each area. The variation of the load is taken within 1% to 5% of the connected load and robustness analysis is shown by modifying essential factors simultaneously by± 30%. Finally, the proposed scheme of controller and optimization technique is also tested with a 5-equal area thermal system with non-linearities. The simulation results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed controller and algorithm under a dynamically changing load. 展开更多

Aiming at the consumption problems caused by the high proportion of renewable energy being connected to the distribution network,it also aims to improve the power supply reliability of the power system and reduce the operating costs of the power system.This paper proposes a two-stage planning method for distributed generation and energy storage systems that considers the hierarchical partitioning of source-storage-load.Firstly,an electrical distance structural index that comprehensively considers active power output and reactive power output is proposed to divide the distributed generation voltage regulation domain and determine the access location and number of distributed power sources.Secondly,a two-stage planning is carried out based on the zoning results.In the phase 1 distribution network-zoning optimization layer,the network loss is minimized so that the node voltage in the area does not exceed the limit,and the distributed generation configuration results are initially determined;in phase 2,the partition-node optimization layer is planned with the goal of economic optimization,and the distance-based improved ant lion algorithm is used to solve the problem to obtain the optimal distributed generation and energy storage systemconfiguration.Finally,the IEEE33 node systemwas used for simulation.The results showed that the voltage quality was significantly improved after optimization,and the overall revenue increased by about 20.6%,verifying the effectiveness of the two-stage planning. 展开更多

China is vigorously promoting the “whole county promotion” of distributed photovoltaics (DPVs). However, the high penetration rate of DPVs has brought problems such as voltage violation and power quality degradation to the distribution network, seriously affecting the safety and reliability of the power system. The traditional centralized control method of the distribution network has the problem of low efficiency, which is not practical enough in engineering practice. To address the problems, this paper proposes a cluster voltage control method for distributed photovoltaic grid-connected distribution network. First, it partitions the distribution network into clusters, and different clusters exchange terminal voltage information through a “virtual slack bus.” Then, in each cluster, based on the control strategy of “reactive power compensation first, active power curtailment later,” it employs an improved differential evolution (IDE) algorithm based on Cauchy disturbance to control the voltage. Simulation results in two different distribution systems show that the proposed method not only greatly improves the operational efficiency of the algorithm but also effectively controls the voltage of the distribution network, and maximizes the consumption capacity of DPVs based on qualified voltage. 展开更多

In this study, we report the experimental reali-zation of seven-qubit Deutsch-Jozsa (D-J) algorithm and controlled phase-shift gates with improved precision using liquid state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Theexperimental results have shown that transformations Uf in the seven-qubit D-J algorithm have been implemented with different pulse sequences, and whether f is constant orbalanced is determined by using only a single function call(Uf). Furthermore, we propose an experimental method tomeasure and correct the error in the controlled phase-shift gate that is simple and feasible in experiments, and can have precise phase shifts. These may offer the possibility ofsurmounting the difficulties of low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) in multi-qubit NMR quantum computers, morecomplicated experimental techniques, and the increase ofgate errors due to using a large number of imperfect selec-tive pulses. These are also applied to more complicated quantum algorithms with more qubits, such as quantumFourier transformation and Shor抯 algorithm. 展开更多

This paper proposes an improved sine-cosine algorithm(ISCA)based 2-DOF-PID controller for load frequency control.A three-area test system is built for study,while some physical constraints(nonlinearities)are considered for the investigation of a realistic power system.The proposed method is used as the parameter optimizer of the LFC control-ler in different scenarios.The 2-DOF-PID controllers are used because of their capability of fast disturbance rejection without significant increase of overshoot in set-point tracking.The 2-DOF-PID controllers’efficacy is observed by examining the responses with the outcomes obtained with PID and FOPID controllers.The simulation results with the suggested scheme are correlated with some of the existing algorithms,such as SCA,SSA,ALO,and PSO in three dif-ferent scenarios,i.e.,a disturbance in two areas,in three areas,and in the presence of physical constraints.In addition,the study is extended to a four-area power system.Statistical analysis is performed using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test(WSRT)on 20 independent runs.This confirms the supremacy of the proposed method. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the trajectory tracking of quadrotors under bounded external disturbances.An optimised robust controller is proposed to drive the position and attitude ofa quadrotor converge to their references quickly. At first, nonsingular fast terminal slidingmode control is developed, which can guarantee not only the stability but also finite-timeconvergence of the closed-loop system. As the parameters of the designed controllers playa vital role for control performance, an improved beetle antennae search algorithm is proposedto optimise them. By employing the historical information of the beetle’s antennaeand dynamically updating the step size as well as the range of its searching, the optimisingis accelerated considerably to ensure the efficiency of the quadrotor control. The superiorityof the proposed control scheme is demonstrated by simulation experiments, from whichone can see that both the error and the overshooting of the trajectory tracking are reducedeffectively. 展开更多
