Methods: Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of the hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected. The control group (n = 45) received routine nursing care, while the observation group (n = 45) received whole-course nursing. Indicators such as glucose metabolism and compliance behavior were measured before and after care, and the health and quality of life of patients in both groups were evaluated. Results: A comparison of blood glucose levels and compliance behavior showed that the observation group had lower blood glucose levels than the control group (P < 0.05). Additionally, the compliance behavior score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The holistic nursing model demonstrates significant nursing effects for patients with type 2 diabetes. This approach not only assists in blood sugar control, prevents disease progression, and reduces complications, but also enhances patients’ knowledge of health management, aiding in their recovery.展开更多

Based on a set of comprehensive indicators of water system, a decision making approach of multi-objects is developed and applied to quantify water adaptive man- agement for the demands of water sustainable use, water environmental protection and eco-water requirement under the climate change. For this study in China, two key indicators are proposed, namely (1) the water resources vulnerability (V) that was represented by inte- grated sensitivity (S) and resilience (C) of climate change impact on water resources, and (2) the sustainability of socio-economy and water environment, marked by DD, that is integrated scaler of socio-economic development (EG) based on the amount of GDP and the water en- vironment and relative eco-system quality (LI). To find a reasonable solution for adaptive water management, a multi-objective decision making model of adaptive water management is further developed and the multi-objective model was transformed into an integrated single optimization model through developing an integrated measure function, called as VDD=DD/V. This approach has been applied to adaptive water resources planning and management for case study of China with new policy, called as the strict management of water resources based on three red line controls, i.e., the control of total water use by the total water re- sources allocation, the control of lower water use efficiency by the water demand manage- ment and the control of the total waste water load by water quality management in the East- ern China Monsoon Region that covers major eight big river basins including Yangtze River, Yellow River, Haihe River and Huaihe River. It is shown that the synthetic representation of water resource vulnerability and socio-economic sustainability by the integrated objective function (VDD) and integrated decision making model are workable and practicable. Adaptive management effect of the criterion compliance rate and water use efficiency are more ap- preciable through new water policy of the three red line controls, which can reduce 21.3% of the water resources vulnerability (V) and increase 18.4% of the sustainability of socio- economy and water environment (DD) for the unfavorable scenario of climate change in2030.展开更多

The three-tier web architecture and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) are combined to build the web-based product data management (PDM) system which includes three tiers: the user services tier, the business services tier, and the data services tier. The client service component uses the server-side technology, and Extensible Markup Language (XML) web service which uses SOAP as the communication protocol is chosen as the business service component. To illustrate how to build a web-based PDM system using the proposed architecture, a case PDM system which included three logical tires was built. To use the security and central management features of the database, a stored procedure was recommended in the data services tier. The business object was implemented as an XML web service so that client could use standard internet protocols to communicate with the business object from any platform. In order to satisfy users using all sorts of browser, the server-side technology and Microsoft ASP.NET was used to create the dynamic user interface.展开更多

Methods: all the nurses who worked in the operating room of Chongqing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, with 20 in the observation group and 20 in the control group. Through the application of objective management method to the practice nurses in the observation group, including the establishment of MBO teaching group and the training of teachers, the formulation of teaching plan, the implementation of teaching plan, strict organization of examination and collection of teaching satisfaction survey. Results: the theoretical scores and operation scores of the practice nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group when they left the department. The practice nurses in the observation group were all satisfied with the teaching satisfaction survey of the teaching teachers, and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the teaching evaluation was higher. Methods: sixty Dr patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and study group (30 cases). The control group used routine nursing, and the research group used routine nursing based on MMC management model, continuous intervention for 6 months. The attainment rate of five goals, self-management behavior, health knowledge and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups. Results: after intervention, the rate of glucose and lipid metabolism, diet, exercise, weight reaching standard and DR knowledge awareness rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the scores of self-management behavior and health knowledge awareness were higher than those in the control group, and the total compliance rate was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the objective management model based on MMC is used in DR nursing, which is beneficial to improve patients' disease cognition level and self-management level, improve compliance behavior, and effectively control disease risk factors.展开更多

INTRODUCTION: Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a disorder characterized by complex motor and non-motor symptoms that can be difficult for patients to accurately communicate. Wearable technologies portend improvements in a...INTRODUCTION: Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a disorder characterized by complex motor and non-motor symptoms that can be difficult for patients to accurately communicate. Wearable technologies portend improvements in assessment and monitoring of these symptoms, with their clinical utility currently being evaluated in routine clinical care. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical utility of the Personal KinetiGraph? (PKG?) Movement Recording System in the routine clinical care of persons with PD (PWP). METHODS: Clinically stable, non-demented PWP presented for two routine clinic visits that included: medication review, symptom review, neurological examination including the Movement Disorder Society Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS) III/IV, and completion of a clinical management plan by a movement disorder specialist prior to review of the PKG report. After reviewing the PKG report, the clinician completed a modified clinical management plan taking into consideration the findings of the PKG. This was repeated at a second visit to evaluate various outcome measures following PKG-enhanced management. RESULTS: The PKG improved the assessment of PD symptoms and the response to treatment, while increasing patient activity levels and compliance. Clinical management plans enhanced by PKG led to different recommendations in 29.4% of cases compared with standard of care due to higher rates of bradykinesia, dyskinesia, tremor, and fluctuations identified by PKG. Using the PKG in the clinical management plan led to a change in medications in 75% (21/28) of patients and both a statistically significant difference and a clinically meaningful reduction in MDS-UPDRS III score of 4.8 (p = 0.028). Additionally, positive changes in both the clinician (17/28;61%) and patient-reported (13/24;54%) Global Impression of Improvement were reported. CONCLUSION: The PKG is a valuable tool in augmenting clinical management when utilized along with a clinical assessment.展开更多

文摘As the distributed interactive simulation technology,the High Level Architecture(HLA)with the common Runtime Infrastructure(RTI)services has been applied to all kinds of simulation and computation areas,w hich has more interoperability and interactivity.Especially,w ith the development of hierarchical RTI softw are technology,the efficiency,flexibility,and levels of resolution etc.can be improved.How ever,updating mechanism for object management in hierarchical RTI can't supply the dynamic object subscription to the simulation operation,specially updating limitation in consistence and synchronization.Therefore,the improvement of update mechanism for object management has been proposed,and the process of w hich has been described.The results of simulation show that the improvement mechanism can achieve better updating rates and latency than traditional mechanism,considering the consistence need.
文摘INTRODUCTION: Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a disorder characterized by complex motor and non-motor symptoms that can be difficult for patients to accurately communicate. Wearable technologies portend improvements in assessment and monitoring of these symptoms, with their clinical utility currently being evaluated in routine clinical care. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical utility of the Personal KinetiGraph? (PKG?) Movement Recording System in the routine clinical care of persons with PD (PWP). METHODS: Clinically stable, non-demented PWP presented for two routine clinic visits that included: medication review, symptom review, neurological examination including the Movement Disorder Society Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS) III/IV, and completion of a clinical management plan by a movement disorder specialist prior to review of the PKG report. After reviewing the PKG report, the clinician completed a modified clinical management plan taking into consideration the findings of the PKG. This was repeated at a second visit to evaluate various outcome measures following PKG-enhanced management. RESULTS: The PKG improved the assessment of PD symptoms and the response to treatment, while increasing patient activity levels and compliance. Clinical management plans enhanced by PKG led to different recommendations in 29.4% of cases compared with standard of care due to higher rates of bradykinesia, dyskinesia, tremor, and fluctuations identified by PKG. Using the PKG in the clinical management plan led to a change in medications in 75% (21/28) of patients and both a statistically significant difference and a clinically meaningful reduction in MDS-UPDRS III score of 4.8 (p = 0.028). Additionally, positive changes in both the clinician (17/28;61%) and patient-reported (13/24;54%) Global Impression of Improvement were reported. CONCLUSION: The PKG is a valuable tool in augmenting clinical management when utilized along with a clinical assessment.

There are obvious differences in terms of American and Chinese classroom management in three aspects: the teaching objectives, the teaching environment, the solution of the classroom problem behavior, and these differences are caused by the distinction in values and culture. The comparison between American and Chinese classroom management is of great significance for learning from teaching experience of foreign countries and promoting students' comprehensive development.

文摘In modern workforce management,the demand for new ways to maximize worker satisfaction,productivity,and security levels is endless.Workforce movement data such as those source data from an access control system can support this ongoing process with subsequent analysis.In this study,a solution to attaining this goal is proposed,based on the design and implementation of a data mart as part of a dimensional trajectory data warehouse(TDW)that acts as a repository for the management of movement data.A novel methodological approach is proposed for modeling multiple spatial and temporal dimensions in a logical model.The case study presented in this paper for modeling and analyzing workforce movement data is to support human resource management decision-making and the following discussion provides a representative example of the contribution of a TDW in the process of information management and decision support systems.The entire process of exporting,cleaning,consolidating,and transforming data is implemented to achieve an appropriate format for final import.Structured query language(SQL)queries demonstrate the convenience of dimensional design for data analysis,and valuable information can be extracted from the movements of employees on company premises to manage the workforce efficiently and effectively.Visual analytics through data visualization support the analysis and facilitate decisionmaking and business intelligence.
