Evaluating the habitat suitability of flagship species and its key influencing factors is vital for understanding potential conservation issues and developing coping strategies.We surveyed the wintering population size and distribution of the Black-necked Crane(Grus nigricollis)in the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin(YZRB)from 10 to 29 January 2022,and predicted the current potentially suitable habitat distribution and its effective factors using the Max Ent model.A total of 9337 wintering Black-necked Cranes were recorded in the YZRB in 2022,76.58%of which were primarily found in Lhunzub,Samzhubze,Namling,and Lhaze.Compared to 2018,the crane population has exhibited a notable decline in Samzhubze and Taktse,likely due to farmland plowing,winter irrigation,changes in agricultural practices,road construction and hydraulic projects.The crane population within various counties exhibited a significant positive correlation with the suitable habitat area(r=0.70,P=0.002,n=17).We also found that the currently suitable habitat area covered 17,204 km~2,of which only 3244 km~2(18.86%)was effectively protected at the national level,which was predominantly distributed in farmland and rangeland habitats characterized by gentle slopes,altitudes not exceeding 4500 m,and proximity to human settlements along rivers,where suitable isothermal values(51)and less seasonal precipitation(20 mm)prevail.Our study will be helpful for formulating reasonable conservation strategies to protect the core population of this threatened highland flagship species. 展开更多

A New Photogrammetric Inspection Method for National Flags with Pentagrams

National flags are very important symbols of countries.They represent the countries’s authority and dignity of a country.However,there are some occasions where the flags were produced incorrectly(or as frauds)but still hung officially without a formal inspection.In this paper,we propose a photogrammetric inspection method for hanging national flags of China,for which only one single image is required to perform the inspection.The proposed method allows automatic estimation of the relative positions and orientation of the pentagrams,so exposure of inappropriate flags can be identified avoided.The method invokes a novel 2D geometric model of a pentagram(five-pointed star)to constrain an adjustment to estimate the camera’s exterior orientation parameters based on a single image of a statically hung flag.Conventional error parameters such as the radial distortion parameters are integrated into the pentagram model to form a calibration process to reduce the 3D reconstruction errors.Once the camera and the distortion parameters are estimated,the relative positions,orientations,and dimensions of all the five pentagrams can be readily computed with independent pentagram fitting so the flag quality can be verified using the national standard.More than 20 different hanging flags were captured to verify the proposed method.The results indicate that the method is flexible and accurate,with an accuracy of 1.1mm for the position/dimension,and 0.2°for the orientation on average.Since the method is based on the proposed geometric model of the pentagram,it can be readily adapted to form another system to verify other countries’national flags containing more than one pentagram. 展开更多

LeafPoseNet:A low-cost,high-accuracy method for estimating flag leaf angle in wheat

Flag leaf angle(FLANG)is one of the key traits in wheat breeding due to its impact on plant architecture,light interception,and yield potential.An image-based method of measuring FLANG in wheat would reduce the labor and error of manual measurement of this trait.We describe a method for acquiring in-field FLANG images and a lightweight deep learning model named LeafPoseNet that incorporates a spatial attention mechanism for FLANG estimation.In a test dataset with wheat varieties exhibiting diverse FLANG,LeafPoseNet achieved high accuracy in predicting the FLANG,with a mean absolute error(MAE)of 1.75°,a root mean square error(RMSE)of 2.17°,and a coefficient of determination(R2)of 0.998,significantly outperforming established models such as YOLO12x-pose,YOLO11x-pose,HigherHRNet,Lightweight-OpenPose,and LitePose.We performed phenotyping and genome-wide association study to identify the genomic regions associated with FLANG in a panel of 221 diverse bread wheat genotypes,and identified 10 quantitative trait loci.Among them,qFLANG2B.2 was found to harbor a potential causal gene,TraesCS2B01G313700,which may regulate FLANG formation by modulating brassinosteroid levels.This method provides a low-cost,high-accuracy solution for in-field phenotyping of wheat FLANG,facilitating both wheat FLANG genetic studies and ideal plant type breeding. 展开更多

Flag leaf angle is one of the key target traits in high yield wheat breeding.A smaller flag leaf angle reduces shading and enables plants to grow at a higher density,which increases yield.Here we identified a mutant,je0407,with an 84.34%-89.35%smaller flag leaf angle compared with the wild type.The mutant also had an abnormal lamina joint and no ligule or auricle.Genetic analysis indicated that the ligule was controlled by two recessive genes,which were mapped to chromosomes 2AS and 2DL.The mutant allele on chromosome 2AS was named Tafla1b,and it was fine mapped to a 1 Mb physical interval.The mutant allele on chr.2DL was identified as Taspl8b,a novel allele of TaSPL8 with a missense mutation in the second exon,which was used to develop a cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence marker.F3 and F4 lines derived from crosses between Jing411 and je0407 were genotyped to investigate interactions between the Tafla1b and Taspl8b alleles.Plants with the Tafla1b/Taspl8a genotype had 58.41%-82.76%smaller flag leaf angles,6.4%-24.9%shorter spikes,and a greater spikelet density(0.382 more spikelets per cm)compared with the wild type.Plants with the Tafla1a/Taspl8b genotype had 52.62%-82.24%smaller flag leaf angles and no differences in plant height or spikelet density compared with the wild type.Tafla1b/Taspl8b plants produced erect leaves with an abnormal lamina joint.The two alleles had dosage effects on ligule formation and flag leaf angle,but no significant effect on thousand-grain weight.The mutant alleles provide novel resources for improvement of wheat plant architecture. 展开更多

目的通过观察Sysmex XS-1000i血细胞分析仪Flags报警信息的敏感度、准确度及特异性,分析Flags报警信息的可靠性,建立适合本实验室的显微镜复检规则并验证其可行性。方法 1 040例全血分析标本同时进行仪器检测和手工显微镜镜检,分析仪器... 目的通过观察Sysmex XS-1000i血细胞分析仪Flags报警信息的敏感度、准确度及特异性,分析Flags报警信息的可靠性,建立适合本实验室的显微镜复检规则并验证其可行性。方法 1 040例全血分析标本同时进行仪器检测和手工显微镜镜检,分析仪器与镜检的符合率、准确度、敏感度、特异性、阳性预测值及阴性预测值。结果将仪器报警信息与镜检阳性结果进行比较,真阳性率13.8%,假阳性率6.4%,真阴性率78.4%,假阴性率1.4%。Sysmex XS-1000i对异常的血液标本检出能力的有关预测值分别为:敏感度98.6%,特异度93.6%,阳性符合率68.2%,阴性符合率98.2%,准确度92.2%。结论本实验室仪器1.4%的假阴性率符合国际血液学复审协作组关于假阴性率小于5.0%的规定,20.2%的复检率合理。本实验室制定的复检规则可行、可信,符合实际工作需要和质量要求。 展开更多

The parameters of fluorescence induction kinetics and the maximal light-saturated net CO2 assimilation rate (P-sat) of the flag leaves of four cultivars of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) were compared at three different developing stages for the first time. From the blooming stage to the milky stage, the quantum efficiency of PS II photochemistry (F-v/F-m) declined slightly only at the milk stage. The photochemical quenching co-efficient (qP), actual quantum yield of photosystem II (PS II)electron transport (Phi (PSII)) and P-sat decreased substantially (> 15%), while the non-photochemical quenching co-efficient (qN) increased significantly (> 100%). There existed a linear correlation between the Phi (PSII) and the P-sat (r = 0.918). The results indicate that with the senescence of the flag leaves of winter wheat the photosynthetic efficiency including that of the energy transport and the CO2 assimilation significantly decreased. 展开更多

背景与目的:FLAG方案用于治疗难治复发性急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(acutenon-lymphocyticleukemia,ANLL)已有多年,大多报道的CR率为50%~64%。本研究探讨改良FLAG方案(减少合并应用Ara-C剂量并在化疗前不用G-CSF)能否达到同样疗效,并减轻... 背景与目的:FLAG方案用于治疗难治复发性急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(acutenon-lymphocyticleukemia,ANLL)已有多年,大多报道的CR率为50%~64%。本研究探讨改良FLAG方案(减少合并应用Ara-C剂量并在化疗前不用G-CSF)能否达到同样疗效,并减轻不良反应。方法:33例成人急性白血病中难治性ANLL16例,难治性急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)12例,复发性ALL5例。全部病例接受氟达拉宾30mg·(m2·d)-1,静滴,第1~5天;其中合并Ara-C200mg·d-1有18例,Ara-C500mg·d-1有5例,Ara-C1000mg·d-1有10例,全部静脉滴注5~7天为1疗程。应用Ara-C200mg·d-1组和ALL组化疗前不用G-CSF,ALL患者每周加用长春新碱2mg,共2次;强的松60~80mg·d-1,共14天。化疗后WBC<1.0×109/L者加用G-CSF,剂量均为300μg·d-1,皮下注射至WBC3.0×109/L以上。每疗程完成后复查骨髓。结果:16例难治性ANLL的CR率为56.3%,而12例难治性ALL的CR率为8.3%(P<0.01);难治性ANLL患者中Ara-C200mg·d-1组的CR率高于500~1000mg·d-1组(70%∶33%),但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。化疗后WBC0.6×109/L和血小板15.6×109/L的平均持续时间分别为5天和4.3天,Ara-C200mg·d-1组感染发生率明显低于500~1000mg·d-1Ara-C组(58.0%∶85.7%)(P<0.05)。结论:与经典的FLAG方案相比。 展开更多

目的:通过回顾性分析FLAG治疗方案对初治诱导失败和难治复发急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)患者的疗效及患者预后,探讨患者的治疗选择及治疗时机。方法:对2006年7月至2013年7月住院治疗的38名初治诱导失效及难治/反复AML... 目的:通过回顾性分析FLAG治疗方案对初治诱导失败和难治复发急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)患者的疗效及患者预后,探讨患者的治疗选择及治疗时机。方法:对2006年7月至2013年7月住院治疗的38名初治诱导失效及难治/反复AML患者进行了回顾性分析。38例患者的中位年龄40.5(13-69)岁,根据疾病状态分为初次诱导失败组、再次诱导失败组、早期复发组、晚期复发组;根据危险分层分为预后良好、预后中等和预后不良组。结果:22例达CR(complete remission),5例达PR(partial remission),CR率为57.9%,总有效率OR(overall response)为71.1%。初次诱导失败组的CR率(12/16,75%)高于再次诱导失败组(3/7,42.9%)和晚期复发组(6/12,50%),预后较好组和预后中等组的CR率(5/8,62.5%,16/26,61.5%)高于预后不良组(1/4,25%)。危险分层与CR有关(P=0.03)[OR 25.9,(95%CI 1.2-545.4)],预后中等是CR的有利因素。在22例CR患者中,12例行造血干细胞移植,其中6例存活,另10例以大剂量阿糖胞苷和其它方案进行巩固治疗。总生存期为25月。单因素分析FLAG方案治疗反应与生存相关[HR=0.246,CR vs NR(95%CI 0.07-0.79)],(P=0.03),CR组和PR组2年累积生存率分别为62%和48%。预后良好、预后中等和预后不良组18个月累积生存率为73%、52%和36%(P=0.17);初次诱导失败组和再次诱导失败组18月累积生存率分别为65%和32%(P=0.19)。结论:FLAG方案治疗难治复发AML患者疗效确切,通过化疗获得缓解的患者可进一步采用造血干细胞移植或其它方案以巩固化疗效果和延长生存。 展开更多

为了探讨FLAG方案治疗初次诱导失败的急性髓系白血病的疗效,本研究采用FLAG方案(氟达拉宾50mg,静脉点滴,30分滴完,第1-5天;阿糖胞苷1000mg/m2,静脉点滴,第1-5天;G-CSF300μg皮下注射第0-5天)治疗19例初次诱导失败的急性髓系白血病。结... 为了探讨FLAG方案治疗初次诱导失败的急性髓系白血病的疗效,本研究采用FLAG方案(氟达拉宾50mg,静脉点滴,30分滴完,第1-5天;阿糖胞苷1000mg/m2,静脉点滴,第1-5天;G-CSF300μg皮下注射第0-5天)治疗19例初次诱导失败的急性髓系白血病。结果表明:19例患者中,13例达完全缓解(CR率68.4%),2例达部分缓解(PR率10.5%),总有效率78.9%。CR的患者中有5例已行异基因造血干细胞移植,目前3例均无病存活,其中存活最长的为26个月,仍处于CR期。该治疗方案毒副作用主要为骨髓抑制、中性粒细胞减少、消化道症状、轻度肝功能异常。结论:FLAG方案对初次诱导失败的急性髓系白血病疗效好,患者对毒副作用可以耐受。因此,对于初次诱导失败的急性髓系白血病患者应该及早应用FLAG方案,为患者行造血干细胞移植创造条件。 展开更多

演化测试作为一种非常有前景的自动化测试技术,可以成功地为多种测试目标生成高质量的测试用例。它将测试用例的生成过程转化为一个利用遗传算法进行数值优化的问题。算法的搜索空间即为待测软件的输入域,其中最优解即是满足测试目标的... 演化测试作为一种非常有前景的自动化测试技术,可以成功地为多种测试目标生成高质量的测试用例。它将测试用例的生成过程转化为一个利用遗传算法进行数值优化的问题。算法的搜索空间即为待测软件的输入域,其中最优解即是满足测试目标的测试用例。该搜索过程可以实现完全自动化,它所具有的导向性可以避免盲目搜索,较随机测试有着更加明确的目标和方向性;同时该搜索过程还具有一定的随机扰动,可以很好地克服复杂搜索域所带来的种种局限性。近年来,越来越多的学者开始关注于演化测试技术的研究,并取得了一些研究成果,使之在多种领域得以成功地应用。分别在结构性测试、功能性测试、性能测试以及面向对象测试领域,对演化测试技术进行了总结。通过对各领域的应用方法进行分类概括,比较分析了不同方法的优势与不足,为理解、评价以及合理选取演化测试方法提供了较有价值的参考。在此基础上,总结评估了现有的演化测试优化技术及其适用性。最后,展望了演化测试技术未来的研究方向。 展开更多

本研究旨在观察应用FLAG联合改良的BUCY预处理方案行异基因造血干细胞移植治疗难治复发或高危恶性血液病的疗效。对10例难治复发或高危恶性血液病患者自愿接受FLAG联合改良的BUCY预处理的异基因造血干细胞移植的疗效进行分析。10例中复... 本研究旨在观察应用FLAG联合改良的BUCY预处理方案行异基因造血干细胞移植治疗难治复发或高危恶性血液病的疗效。对10例难治复发或高危恶性血液病患者自愿接受FLAG联合改良的BUCY预处理的异基因造血干细胞移植的疗效进行分析。10例中复发2例(早期复发1例,淋巴瘤进展1例),难治7例(2例CR2,1例CR3,2例PR,2例NR),1例CR1但为高危病例。10例患者中包括急性髓性白血病8例(M11例,M25例,M61例,恶性骨髓增生异常综合征伴骨髓纤维化1例),前T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤/白血病1例,脾边缘带淋巴瘤IVB1例。结果表明,10例全部顺利植入,10例患者除2例死亡(1例死于肺部感染,1例死于真菌肺炎、渗漏综合征、多脏器功能衰竭),其余8例无复发,中位生存时间为164天(57-442天)。结论:应用FLAG联合改良的BUCY预处理方案(清肿瘤性方案)的异基因造血干细胞移植治疗难治复发或高危的恶性血液病可取得良好的疗效。 展开更多

本研究探讨去甲氧柔红霉素(IDA)联合FLAG方案应用于复发难治急性白血病(AL)的疗效和不良反应。IDA+FLAG方案具体为:IDA10-12mg/(m2.d),第1-3天,氟达拉滨(Flu)30mg/(m2.d)(50mg/d),第1-5天,静脉滴注;阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)2000mg/(m2.d),第1-5... 本研究探讨去甲氧柔红霉素(IDA)联合FLAG方案应用于复发难治急性白血病(AL)的疗效和不良反应。IDA+FLAG方案具体为:IDA10-12mg/(m2.d),第1-3天,氟达拉滨(Flu)30mg/(m2.d)(50mg/d),第1-5天,静脉滴注;阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)2000mg/(m2.d),第1-5天;粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)300μg/d,皮下注射,第0-5天。4例AL患者,男性,年龄32-44岁,其中急性髓细胞白血病(AML)3例,急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)1例,均为中大剂量阿糖胞苷巩固后复发或FLAG诱导无效。结果显示:4例接受IDA+FLAG治疗方案1个疗程后均达到完全缓解(CR)。1例进行异基因外周血干细胞移植(allo-PBSCT)后4个月后发生血栓性血小板减少性紫癜死亡,1例缓解后10个月再次复发,2例持续CR时间为3和4个月。化疗的不良反应主要有骨髓抑制和粒细胞缺乏所致的感染,未见心脏毒性反应及其它严重的非造血系统不良反应。结论:IDA联合FLAG治疗复发难治的AL有一定疗效,尤其对于接受中大剂量Ara-C为主的方案后而复发或无效的AL患者有较高的CR率;此外,患者对此治疗方案的毒副作用可以耐受,这为进一步治疗创造时机。 展开更多

目的:康艾注射液联合FLAG方案治疗复发性、难治性急性髓性白血病的临床研究。方法:选取2004年至2010年病例49例,随机分组,分治疗组(康艾注射液+FLAG方案化疗)28例,对照组21例(FLAG化疗组)。结果:①2组总CR率%,治疗组57.1%(16/28),总有效... 目的:康艾注射液联合FLAG方案治疗复发性、难治性急性髓性白血病的临床研究。方法:选取2004年至2010年病例49例,随机分组,分治疗组(康艾注射液+FLAG方案化疗)28例,对照组21例(FLAG化疗组)。结果:①2组总CR率%,治疗组57.1%(16/28),总有效率%(CR+PR)71.4%(21/28),对照组总CR率%52.3%(11/21),总有效率(CR+PR)61.9%(13/21)无显著差别。②血液系统骨髓抑制,治疗组中性粒细胞<0.5×109个/L,持续(14±6)d,而化疗组(23±3)d,血小板<25×109个/L持续天数,治疗组(17±6)d,而对照组(31±2)d,Ⅲ,Ⅳ度感染,治疗组1例(6.9%),对照组5例(23.8%),P<0.05有显著差别。③消化道毒性(Ⅲ,Ⅳ度)治疗组3例(10.7%),对照组6例(28.5%)。结论:康艾注射液配合FLAG方案能提高复发性、难治性急性髓性白血病的缓解率,缩短骨髓抑制期,明显降低感染的发生率及程度,起到明显的减毒增效作用。 展开更多

[Objective] To provide scientific basis for high phosphorus efficiency cultivation and regulation of rice. [Method] Changbai9 (CB9) and Jijing81 (JJ81) were used as experimental materials for pot experiment, and five levels of phosphorus nutrient ( Po - P4 ) were set for each variety, the net photosynthesis rate, Chlorophyll Meter Readings (SPAD Readings), stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, and stomatal limitation were observed and compared between five different phosphorus levels at filling stage. [ Result] The net photosynthesis rate of CB9 reached the highest at P3, and was significantly different from other treatments (P 〈0.05);the net photosynthesis rate of groups with phosphorus of J J81 were higher than that of the control group,and reached the highest at P,. The SPAD Readings of CB9 and JJ81 all achieved the highest at P3, and stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were all at first increased then decreased with the phosphor- us increased in CB9 and JJ81. With the phosphorus increased, intercellular CO2 concentration of CB9 decreased at first and then increased, while in JJ81 the trend was inversed,but the tendency of intercellular CO2 concentration were opposite to that of stomatal limitation in both culti- vars. [ Conclusion] Appropriate adding phosphorus could improve photosynthetic characteristic of rice flag-leaf,but displayed significant genotypic difference. 展开更多
