The autotransformer(AT)neutral current ratio method is widely used for fault location in the AT traction power network.With the development of high-speed electrified railways,a large number of data show that the relation between the AT neutral current ratio and the distance from the beginning of the fault AT section to the fault point(Q-L relation)is mostly nonlinear.Therefore,the linear Q-L relation in the traditional fault location method always leads to large errors.To solve this problem,a large number of load-related current data that can be used to describe the Q-L relation are obtained through the load test of the electric multiple unit(EMU).Thus,an improved fault location method based on the back propagation(BP)neural network is proposed in this paper.On this basis,a comparison between the improved method and the traditional method shows that the maximum absolute error and the average absolute error of the improved method are 0.651 km and 0.334 km lower than those of the traditional method,respectively,which demonstrates that the improved method can effectively eliminate the influence of nonlinear factors and greatly improve the accuracy of fault location for the AT traction power network.Finally,combined with a shortcircuit test,the accuracy of the improved method is verified. 展开更多

The aircraft braking system is critical to ensure the safe take-off and landing of the aircraft.However,the braking system is often exposed to high temperatures and strong vibration working environments,which makes the sensor prone to failure.Sensor failure has the potential to compromise aircraft safety.In order to improve the safety of the aircraft braking system,a fault detection and fault-tolerant control(FDFTC)strategy for the aircraft brake pressure sensor is designed.Firstly,a model based on a bidirectional long short-term memory(Bi-LSTM)network is constructed to estimate the brake pressure.Then,the residual sequence is obtained by comparing the measured pressure with the estimated pressure.On this basis,the improved sequential probability ratio test(SPRT)method based on mathematical statistics is applied to analyze the residual sequence to detect the fault.Finally,simulation and hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)testing results indicate that the proposed FDFTC strategy can detect sensor faults in time and efficiently complete braking when faults occur.Hence,the proposed FDFTC strategy can effectively deal with the faults of the aircraft brake pressure sensor,which is of great significance to improve the reliability and safety of the aircraft. 展开更多

In order to improve the accuracy of cable fault position location at a low cost and make the testing results intuitive, a cable fault detector based on wave form reconstruction is designed. In this detector, the cable fault position is located based on the time-domain pulse reflection (TDR) principle. A pulse waveform is injected in the tested cable, and a high-speed comparator with changeable reference voltages is used to binarize the test pulse waveform to a binary sequence on a certain voltage. Through scanning the reference voltage in a full voltage range, multi-sequences are acquired to reconstruct the pulse waveform transmission in the cable, and then the pulse attenuation feature, electrical open circuit fault, electrical short circuit fault, and the fault position of the cable are diagnosed. Experimental results show that the designed cable fault detector can determine the fault type and its position of the cable being tested, and the testing results are intuitive. 展开更多

It is inevitable to encounter fault zones in tunnel construction.These faults can lead to significant deformations and potential collapses of the surrounding rock in the tunnel.Therefore,it is crucial to study the influence of different fault angles on tunnel deformation.The Tabaiyi Tunnel,located in Yunnan Province of China passes through a multi-stage fault zone.The dynamic response characteristics of the surrounding rock in the Tabaiyi Tunnel were studied under various fault dip angles and the most unfavorable angle was identified.Physical model tests were conducted using two types of anchor cables with specific parameters.Additionally,a relationship between the engineering rock mass and energy absorption by the anchor cables was established,demonstrating the advantages of negative Poisson's ratio(NPR)anchor cables.Experimental results indicate that stress concentration tends to occur at the junctions between faults and the surrounding rock mass.Tunnels supported by NPR anchor cables effectively mitigate amplification effects,achieving energy absorption increases of up to 87%compared to positive Poisson's ratio(PR)anchor cables.Furthermore,the highest acceleration amplification was observed at a fault dip angle of 45°,with peak acceleration reaching twice that of the original input wave,indicating that this angle should be avoided in tunnel design.These findings provide valuable insights for the safe management of tunnels traversing fault zones. 展开更多

Outdated testing methods hinder the success rate of carbonized cable preparation in low-voltage arc fault tests,leading to incomplete tests and high failure rates.To address this issue,we finely categorized the preparation results of carbonized cable specimens by analyzing the experimental phenomena during the carbonization process and assessing the impact of high-voltage energization time on the outcomes,presenting a process control strategy aimed at optimizing the preparation results of carbonized cable specimens.This method utilizes three periodic moving algorithms(root-mean-square,average,and shoulder percentage)to classify the cable specimens into four preparation categories:open-circuit carbonization,under-carbonization,short-circuit carbonization,and successful carbonization.The high-voltage energization time during carbonization or secondary carbonization was adjusted to optimize the preparation of the carbonized cables by considering different discrimination outcomes.Finally,the proposed method was tested on a purpose-built carbonized cable experimental platform,which confirmed its effectiveness in differentiating the preparation outcomes of the carbonized cable specimens and improving the success rate of the carbonized cable preparation.The proposed method has significant potential for application in low-voltage arc fault test systems. 展开更多

Every underlying fault cause's membership degree is calculated using fuzzy product inference algorithm, and the fault answer best selection algorithm is developed, to which the deep knowledge is applied. The casual network model for a satellite power system is presented. Considerations for failure probability of each component of the power system, the cost of applying each test, the influence of a precedent test result on the next test selection, and an optimal sequential testing algorithm for fault location is presented. This program is applied to locate the failure component of the power system of a satellite. 对绝缘材料型号快速准确识别,可以防止原料混用、误用,是电缆生产质量控制的关键环节。传统抽检模式常采用傅里叶变化近红外光谱、热重分析等方法,存在成本高、效率低及现场适应性差等问题,难以满足原材料全检快检需求。本文提出一种近... 对绝缘材料型号快速准确识别,可以防止原料混用、误用,是电缆生产质量控制的关键环节。传统抽检模式常采用傅里叶变化近红外光谱、热重分析等方法,存在成本高、效率低及现场适应性差等问题,难以满足原材料全检快检需求。本文提出一种近红外光谱与一维卷积神经网络(1D-CNN)相融合的电缆绝缘材料型号快速识别方法。以6种常用电缆绝缘材料为研究对象,利用近红外光谱仪采集样品光谱,构建具有两个卷积-池化结构单元的1D-CNN网络模型,充分利用其在处理高维近红外光谱数据中的局部特征提取优势,挖掘不同型号材料之间的光谱差异。在此基础上,结合多种光谱预处理方法消除非目标干扰,系统比较各预处理策略下建模效果,确定S-G平滑的光谱二阶导为最优预处理方法;引入贝叶斯优化方法对模型的关键超参数进行自动调优,提升模型识别精度。优化后的模型的识别准确率、加权平均精确率、加权平均召回率、加权平均F1分数分别达到95.00%、95.07%、95.00%、0.9504,显著优于传统机器学习模型。研究结果表明,结合1D-CNN模型与近红外光谱分析技术,可实现对电缆绝缘材料型号的快速准确无损识别,具备较强的现场应用潜力。为电缆绝缘材料大规模全覆盖的快筛快检提供了可靠的方案,也为绝缘材料全流程智能质控体系提供了有效技术支撑。 展开更多

随着能源转型的不断深入和“云大物移智链”等先进成熟技术的应用,电力调度自动化系统日益庞大复杂,在新一代调度技术支持系统研发建设中,支撑平台作为系统建设运行的核心,其可靠性和健壮性评估显得尤为关键。鉴于当前面向大规模复杂系... 随着能源转型的不断深入和“云大物移智链”等先进成熟技术的应用,电力调度自动化系统日益庞大复杂,在新一代调度技术支持系统研发建设中,支撑平台作为系统建设运行的核心,其可靠性和健壮性评估显得尤为关键。鉴于当前面向大规模复杂系统的测试和故障注入方法存在资源有限、扰动难以控制等问题,提出了一种基于复杂网络的多点异构测试方法。通过将支撑平台抽象为复杂网络模型,采用Laplacian矩阵重要度计算方法,作为故障注入的选择策略,实现多点异构并发故障注入,设计了一套网络化分布式故障注入测试系统,实现对系统状态的动态监控与评估。该文以测试环境下搭建的支撑平台作为测试对象,选取双活中心数据同步作为典型场景,基于不同节点选择策略下获得的系统薄弱点进行单点、双点以及三点并发测试实验,验证了所提方法的有效性。实验结果表明,相比于采用度矩阵、介数矩阵,基于Laplacian矩阵的故障注入策略下,平台双活同步时效性和数据一致性这两项关键测试指标降级最为显著,确定的系统薄弱点更为有效,为提升支撑平台的健壮性和抗毁性提供了有效地技术手段。 展开更多

随着配电网数字化转型发展,智能电表大规模应用,拆回电表的状态判别和二次利用具有重要意义。电能表故障类型具有多面性、复杂性,当前主要的基于人工经验的开盖检测手段,故障判别耗时长、效率低。针对此,提出一种电能表端口阻抗分析的... 随着配电网数字化转型发展,智能电表大规模应用,拆回电表的状态判别和二次利用具有重要意义。电能表故障类型具有多面性、复杂性,当前主要的基于人工经验的开盖检测手段,故障判别耗时长、效率低。针对此,提出一种电能表端口阻抗分析的无损检测方法,利用阻抗特征表征故障类型,实现电能表的快速无损自动化检测。首先,在电能表端子注入激励源,测量端口在宽频范围内的阻抗特性。其次,基于t分布随机邻域嵌入(t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding, t-SNE)算法建立端口阻抗与故障类型映射的故障特征矩阵。最后利用概率神经网络(probabilistic neural network, PNN)进行人工智能训练,实现针对主要类型故障元件的故障准确判别。该方法可实现对电能表的不开盖无损检测,具有较高的故障判别准确性。通过实例验证,所提方法相较于传统人工检测方法,检测效率和检测准确度大幅提升,为电能表的状态判别和二次利用提供了全新的技术手段。 展开更多

为提高大学生心理检测设备故障自动检索精度,提出一种基于改进VGG16-Laplacian的心理检测设备故障自动检索方法。首先,在VGG16网络中引入类别注意力与上下文感知金字塔,提出改进VGG16网络;然后采用Laplacian对大学生心理检测设备故障图... 为提高大学生心理检测设备故障自动检索精度,提出一种基于改进VGG16-Laplacian的心理检测设备故障自动检索方法。首先,在VGG16网络中引入类别注意力与上下文感知金字塔,提出改进VGG16网络;然后采用Laplacian对大学生心理检测设备故障图像进行增强处理,采用改进VGG16网络提取大学生心理检测设备故障图像的特征向量;最后采用汉明距离,计算改进VGG16网络输出特征向量与离线特征库的相似度,输出前k个相似图像。结果表明,改进VGG16-Laplacian算子对大学生心理检测设备故障自动检索性能最好,查准率、查全率、平均精度均值分别为95.98%、96.31%、96.74%。由此得出,基于改进VGG16-Laplacian的心理检测设备故障自动检索方法,可提高大学生心理检测设备故障自动检索精度。 展开更多

针对充电站项目验收环节的电气检测问题,提出了基于LSTM网络的智能化电气检测方法。该方法构建了涵盖供配电系统、充电设备系统、安全保护系统和实时故障检测的完整检测体系,实现了静态参数直接验收与动态故障智能识别的有机结合。同时... 针对充电站项目验收环节的电气检测问题,提出了基于LSTM网络的智能化电气检测方法。该方法构建了涵盖供配电系统、充电设备系统、安全保护系统和实时故障检测的完整检测体系,实现了静态参数直接验收与动态故障智能识别的有机结合。同时,建立了多维度电气参数融合机制,并利用LSTM网络的门控机制学习故障演化的表现特征,实现了对绝缘老化、接地故障、过载故障、短路故障、漏电故障和充电功率故障的准确识别和预警。15个充电站240台充电桩的验收检测实验表明,所提方法在供配电系统、充电设备系统、安全保护系统检测中分别实现了98.61%、94.69%、98.08%的综合合格率,实时故障识别准确率达到96.08%,平均响应时间为320 ms,显著提升了充电站验收效率和故障预警能力。 展开更多
