Design method and experimental study of three-step method for electrochemical machining of blisks

To ensure the dimensional accuracy of the final blade profile,it is necessary for precision Electrochemical Machining(ECM)of blade profile to come into an equilibrium state.However,after Electrochemical Trepanning(ECTr),the cascade channel of the blisk is narrow,and the blank allowance distribution is uneven,making it difficult for the precision ECM to become balanced.In blisk production,the two-step method cannot make precision ECM enter equilibrium for some blisk types.A three-step processing method is proposed to overcome this problem.The threestep method adds Electrochemical Homogenizing Machining(ECHM)between the ECTr and precision ECM steps so that the blank allowance can be homogenized quickly without unduly affecting the minimum allowance.Comparative machining experiments of the two-and three-step methods were performed to verify the improvement to blade machining accuracy.The processing results show that the contour parameters of the blade after the three-step method implementation are much better.The allowance difference of the concave(convex)side decreased by 70.5%(65%).In addition,the current in the three-step method is stable at 110 A at the end of precision ECM,verifying successfully entering the equilibrium state. 展开更多

By analyzing the urgent demand for digital talents in the current landscape industry and the challenges faced by the traditional teaching mode,this study aims to explore a set of teaching methodology reform solutions based on digital technology to improve the quality of teaching and enhance the practical innovation ability of students.The study firstly describes the application of digital technologies such as CAD/BIM,3D modelling and rendering,virtual reality(VR)/augmented reality(AR),and geographic information system(GIS)in the field of landscape architecture.Then,the current teaching status of plant configuration and landscape architecture courses is analyzed,and the advantages and challenges of digital technology applications are identified.On this basis,this study proposes a multi-dimensional reform path and practice plan including the reconstruction of teaching objectives and content,innovation of teaching mode,improvement of teaching strategies and methods,as well as the construction of teaching resources and the reform of teaching evaluation,guided by modern educational theories such as constructivism,collaborative learning and project-based learning(PBL).Finally,this study emphasizes the key roles of faculty construction,optimization of hardware and software environment,and teaching management and institutional guarantee in the reform. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effectiveness of the“Six-Step”Scenario-Based Teaching Method in operating room nursing education.Methods:Seventy nursing students undergoing clinical training in the operating room of a certain hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=35)and a control group(n=35)using a random number table.The control group received traditional“mentor-apprentice”on-the-job training,while the observation group underwent the“six-step”scenario-based teaching method.The two groups were compared on final assessment scores,comprehensive competency,surgical nursing emergency response ability,and teaching satisfaction indicators.Results:The observation group achieved significantly higher final assessment scores(85.54±5.05)than the control group(78.63±4.75);After instruction,the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in:mastery of basic duties and procedures(4.22±0.30 vs.3.98±0.30),understanding of surgical nursing essentials(4.39±0.19 vs.3.98±0.30),proficiency in surgical assistance(4.11±0.33 vs.3.98±0.30),aseptic awareness(4.32±0.24 vs.3.98±0.30),risk awareness(4.22±0.17 vs.3.98±0.30),and occupational safety awareness(4.01±0.23 vs.3.98±0.30).(4.01±0.23),which were significantly higher than the control group’s scores(3.36±0.28),(3.14±0.27),(3.29±0.24),(3.53±0.36),(3.17±0.25),and(3.51±0.18),respectively.Students in the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in emergency hands-on skills(24.53±1.85 points),surgical coordination skills(27.65±1.87 points),emergency coordination skills(25.34±1.83 points),and patient condition observation skills(24.34±1.79 points)were significantly higher than those of the control group(20.78±1.74 points,26.31±1.95 points,22.92±1.69 points,and 21.58±1.77 points,respectively).The satisfaction rate with operating room nursing education among students in the observation group(97.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.00%).All differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The“Six-Step”Scenario-Based Teaching Method effectively enhances operating room students’mastery of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and core comprehensive abilities,while significantly improving their teaching satisfaction.It warrants promotion and application in operating room nursing education. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application value of a new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model in teaching Chinese medicine nursing in otorhinolaryngology.Methods:60 nurses who practiced in the otolaryngology department of our hospital from June 2022 to October 2024 were included in the study and equally divided into two groups using a convenient sampling method.30 nurses who chose traditional Chinese medicine skill teaching management were included in the control group,and 30 nurses who chose the new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model were included in the observation group.Relevant indicators such as clinical teaching environment perception,theoretical knowledge scores of Chinese medicine nursing,and excellent rate of practical operation assessment were compared.Results:The nurses in the observation group had higher scores for clinical teaching environment perception than the control group(P<0.05).However,the midterm and final exam scores for theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher excellent rate of practical operation assessment(93.33%>73.33%)and a higher Chinese medicine nursing ability score[(215.69±19.73)points>(184.87±15.66)points](P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model to Chinese medicine nursing teaching in otolaryngology can help nurses understand the theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing and optimize the clinical teaching environment,thereby promoting their practical skills and Chinese medicine nursing abilities. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference. 展开更多

目的探讨课程导入-学习目标-课前测验-参与式学习-课后测验-总结(bridge-objective-pre-assessment-participationpost-assessment-summary,beside problem-based learning,BOPPPS-B-PBL)教学法在内分泌科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方... 目的探讨课程导入-学习目标-课前测验-参与式学习-课后测验-总结(bridge-objective-pre-assessment-participationpost-assessment-summary,beside problem-based learning,BOPPPS-B-PBL)教学法在内分泌科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2023年11月至2024年6月在首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院临床见习的临床医疗专业、精神专业和预防专业本科学生共152名,按照实习组别使用随机数字表法分为对照组(B-PBL模式教学)和研究组(BOPPPS-B-PBL模式教学)进行临床见习,每组76人,并通过双向问卷评分评估教学效果。结果学生问卷评分中,研究组在“课堂导入效果”“学习目标明确”“学生参与度、归纳总结[(8.99±1.01)分比(8.50±1.47)分]”“巩固知识和技能”“获得临床实践技能”“促进今后提升”方面评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。教师评分中,在“积极参与互动”“病史采集和查体”“选择治疗方案”“医患沟通”“总结归纳能力”方面,研究组的评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论BOPPPS-B-PBL教学法应用于内分泌科的临床见习教学中,能够更有效地提高学生学习参与度,更有助于理解记忆抽象的理论知识并获得临床实践技能,值得推广。 展开更多

翻转课堂结合CBL教学法在神经外科临床教学中的应用

目的探讨翻转课堂结合基于案例教学法(CBL)在神经外科临床教学中的应用。方法选取2023年1月-2025年3月我院120名神经外科实习学生为研究对象,随机分为联合组和对照组,每组各60名。对照组采用传统教学法,联合组在CBL教学法基础上实行翻... 目的探讨翻转课堂结合基于案例教学法(CBL)在神经外科临床教学中的应用。方法选取2023年1月-2025年3月我院120名神经外科实习学生为研究对象,随机分为联合组和对照组,每组各60名。对照组采用传统教学法,联合组在CBL教学法基础上实行翻转课堂教学,共教学3个月,教学结束后对两组学生理论素养与临床实操能力展开评估,并开展满意度调研。结果教学后,两组理论考核成绩均提高,联合组理论知识、理解记忆、知识应用、病例分析得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组实践操作得分均提高,联合组口述流程、解剖定位、器械操作、应急处理得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);教学后,联合组知识掌握、学习兴趣、团队协作、记忆理解评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);教学后,联合组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合CBL教学法在神经外科临床教学中具有明显优势,可提升学生理论与实践能力、激发学习兴趣、增强团队协作意识及优化教学满意度。 展开更多

目的探索一种基于案例教学法与超星学习通的混合式教学模式在中医外科外治法实习带教中的应用效果。方法将中医学专业五年制本科生72人按随机数字表法分为观察组(36人)和对照组(36人)。在中医外科学的外治法临床实习教学中,观察组采用... 目的探索一种基于案例教学法与超星学习通的混合式教学模式在中医外科外治法实习带教中的应用效果。方法将中医学专业五年制本科生72人按随机数字表法分为观察组(36人)和对照组(36人)。在中医外科学的外治法临床实习教学中,观察组采用基于案例教学法与超星学习通的混合式模式,对照组采用传统带教模式。实习结束后,72名本科生统一进行理论知识考试、临床实操考核及迷你临床演练评量(Mini-CEX)考核,比较该模式的教学结果。结果在理论考试、临床实践考核中,观察组成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);在Mini-CEX考核中,观察组在体格检查、临床判断、组织效能及整体表现成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于案例教学法与超星学习通的混合式教学模式在中医外科学实习带教中及外治法实践教学显示出良好效果。 展开更多

背景全科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称全科住培)分层递进式的培养目标要求全科住培第3年的住院医师(R3)具备独立接诊能力,带教老师就重点问题、疑难问题进行指导,从而提升其临床思维与全科诊疗能力。然而目前基层门诊教学内容、方法较单... 背景全科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称全科住培)分层递进式的培养目标要求全科住培第3年的住院医师(R3)具备独立接诊能力,带教老师就重点问题、疑难问题进行指导,从而提升其临床思维与全科诊疗能力。然而目前基层门诊教学内容、方法较单一,难以满足对危急重症如不典型急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的系统识别与处理能力的培养需求。目的 探索在全科住培基层门诊教学中,采用PQRST疼痛评估法联合心血管风险评估,提升R3对不典型ACS的识别、诊断与处理能力,优化门诊教学质量。方法 采用案例导向学习(CBL)法,以1名“饮酒后剑突下不适2小时”就诊患者为例,由R3独立接诊并书写病历,带教老师观察后补充并指出存在的问题,运用PQRST疼痛评估法系统采集症状信息,结合心血管风险评估工具进行风险分层,辅助心电图及心肌损伤标志物检查,明确ACS诊断,并实施院前急救与转诊。教学过程中采用思维导图记录与反馈,强化R3的临床推理与总结能力。结果 通过PQRST疼痛评估法明确患者症状符合不典型胸痛特征,心血管风险评估属于“很高危”层次,心电图及心肌损伤标志物结果确诊为ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)。R3在带教老师指导下完成快速评估、院前处理及有序转诊。教学后R3对不典型ACS的识别能力、临床逻辑思维及急救转诊流程掌握程度显著提升。结论 PQRST疼痛评估法联合心血管风险评估有助于提高R3对不典型ACS的早期识别与处理能力,结合思维导图进行反馈与总结,可有效构建系统鉴别诊断框架,适用于基层门诊教学中危急重症的案例教学,具有推广价值。 展开更多

随着新时代研究生教育对创新能力和实践应用能力要求的不断提升,案例教学法作为一种问题导向型教学模式,逐渐成为传统理论讲授方式的重要补充形式。以西南林业大学“园艺植物生理生化原理与实践”课程为研究对象,结合研究生培养目标,构... 随着新时代研究生教育对创新能力和实践应用能力要求的不断提升,案例教学法作为一种问题导向型教学模式,逐渐成为传统理论讲授方式的重要补充形式。以西南林业大学“园艺植物生理生化原理与实践”课程为研究对象,结合研究生培养目标,构建了“教师指导-学生中心-小组协作”三位一体的动态循环体系。通过综合运用问卷调查、课堂观察与成果分析等混合研究方法发现,案例教学能显著提升研究生实践操作能力、批判性思维能力和团队协作效能,但在案例资源库建设、教师引导深度及跨学科整合等方面仍存在改进空间。该研究构建的“三位一体”案例教学模式及其运行机制,为农林院校研究生课程教学改革提供了可借鉴的理论框架和实践范式。 展开更多

目的 探讨PBL联合二对一带教模式教学对门诊输液室护生评判性思维与共情能力的影响。方法 选取2022年6月—2023年12月136名实习护生为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将护生分为对照组(n=68)和试验组(n=68)。试验组实施PBL联合二对一带教模... 目的 探讨PBL联合二对一带教模式教学对门诊输液室护生评判性思维与共情能力的影响。方法 选取2022年6月—2023年12月136名实习护生为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将护生分为对照组(n=68)和试验组(n=68)。试验组实施PBL联合二对一带教模式教学,对照组实施传统教学方法。采用中文版人际反应指针量表、循证实践能力量表、情绪调节策略量表、批判性思维评估问卷、满意度调查问卷对护生进行调查。结果 干预后实验组共情能力各维度得分、循证实践能力各维度得分、批判性思维能力各维度得分、情绪调节策略中的认知重评估得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),情绪调节策略中的表达抑制得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合二对一带教模式不仅在培养护生的评判性思维和共情能力上取得了显著效果,而且受到了护生的高度评价和认可。这为当前的医学教育提供了一个新的且有效的教学策略,值得进一步探索和应用。 展开更多

目的研究录像反馈教学法在临床实习生心肺复苏及电除颤教学中的应用,探讨其在技能操作教学中的效果。方法选取2024年4月至10月60名在我院进行临床实习的潍坊医学院临床医学院2020级大四本科生作为研究对象,将医学生随机分为对照组与试... 目的研究录像反馈教学法在临床实习生心肺复苏及电除颤教学中的应用,探讨其在技能操作教学中的效果。方法选取2024年4月至10月60名在我院进行临床实习的潍坊医学院临床医学院2020级大四本科生作为研究对象,将医学生随机分为对照组与试验组。对照组采用传统的教学方式进行培训与练习,试验组采用录像反馈教学法进行培训与练习。培训结束2周后,比较两组的技能操作成绩、考核内容掌握程度、教学满意度。结果试验组的心肺复苏与电除颤临床技能操作成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的考核内容掌握程度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的教学满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论录像反馈教学法可以提高学生对临床技能的掌握程度及操作水平。 展开更多
