Conditions in chromosome preparation of leukemic cell were also studied. In our study, 12 patients were observed with theirclinic characters. chemotherapy protocal. the response to chemotherapy and the changes ofcell chromosome. The result of our study suggested that the development of podiatricleukemia was closely related to the changes of chromosome. Therefore, Karyotype should bedetermined for leukemic children as a biomark of evaluation of pragnosis.展开更多
