摘要
应用流式细胞仪测定27例成人不同类型白血病和10例正常对照者的骨髓细胞和/或外周血细胞的DNA指数(DNA index,DI)、增殖指数(Proliferating index,PI)、DNA倍体、变异系数(Coefficient of variation,CV)。结果,白血病患者骨髓及血细胞的PI值比对照组显著增高(P<0.05和P<0.01),急非淋组较急淋、急早白组增高尤为明显:完全缓解者10例的骨髓及血细胞PI值及非整倍率均显示低于17例未缓解者,两者有显著差异。表明动态观察PI值可作为临床估价疗效、预测预后的参考依据。
DNA index (DI), proliferating index (PI), DNA aneuploidy, coefficient of variation (CV) were evaluated in a hematological study of bone marrow and/or peripheral blood from 27 cases of different types of leukemia in adults by flow cytometry with 10 normal volunteers as control. The results showed that PI of both the marrow and peripheral blood samples in leukemic patients were significantly higher than those in the control (P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively), especially marked in the ANLL subgroup. The percentage of DNA aneuploidy, PI of bone marrow and (peripheral) blood were significantly lower in patients during CR in comparison with other NR patients. Measurement of PI by PC was useful to evaluate the effect of chemotherapy and to predict the prognosis in patients with leukemia.
