With the proposal of the “The Belt and Road” initiative, the pace of talent training reform has accelerated, the rapid economic and social development and the construction of the “The Belt and Road” core area in Xinjiang have increased the demand for international Russian talents. Cultivating composite international talents in the Russian language requires a high-quality teaching staff.
