目的观察蚕沙外熨治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机数字表法将110例患者分为观察组和对照组各55例。2组均进行糖尿病西医常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗同时予蚕沙外熨,对照组在常规治疗同时予热水袋外熨,2组均连续治...目的观察蚕沙外熨治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机数字表法将110例患者分为观察组和对照组各55例。2组均进行糖尿病西医常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗同时予蚕沙外熨,对照组在常规治疗同时予热水袋外熨,2组均连续治疗2周,随访2周。观察2组胃轻瘫主要症状指数(GCSI)评分、中医症状评分、胃排空率、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和失眠严重程度指数(ISI),比较2组临床疗效,并监测安全性指标。结果观察组、对照组分别脱落3、5例。治疗后及随访时,观察组总有效率分别为71.2%(37/52)、80.8%(42/52),对照组分别为62.0%(31/50)、68.0%(34/50),观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后及随访时GCSI评分、中医症状评分、胃排空率、FBG、2 h PBG、ISI明显改善(P<0.05),2组随访时HbA1c无明显改善(P>0.05);2组治疗同一时点比较,观察组治疗后及随访时GCSI评分、中医症状评分、胃排空率、FBG、2 h PBG和ISI明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未发生不良反应。结论蚕沙外熨治疗DGP疗效较好,可明显改善患者GCSI评分、中医症状评分、胃排空率及FBG、2 h PBG水平,并可改善睡眠状况。展开更多

By processing pictures with a self-programmed software, the real-time coordinate of an object in a certain coordinate system can be obtained, and further dynamic displacement data and curve of the object can also be achieved. That is, automatic gathering and real-time processing of data can be carried out by this system simultaneously. For this system, first, an untouched monitoring technique is adopted, which can monitor or detect objects several to hundreds of meters apart; second, it has flexible installation condition and good monitoring precision of sub-millimeter degree; third, it is fit for dynamic, quasi-dynamic and static monitoring of large engineering structures. Through several tests and applications in large bridges, good reliability and dominance of the system is proved.展开更多
