目的探究数字健康技术对老年轻度认知障碍患者的干预效果,以期为数字健康技术在老年轻度认知障碍患者中的临床应用提供循证依据。方法计算机检索Web of Science、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献...目的探究数字健康技术对老年轻度认知障碍患者的干预效果,以期为数字健康技术在老年轻度认知障碍患者中的临床应用提供循证依据。方法计算机检索Web of Science、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库7个中英文数据库,检索时限从建库至2025年4月26日。纳入数字健康技术对老年轻度认知障碍患者干预的随机对照试验,由2名研究者独立进行筛选文献、评价质量并提取资料,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入12项随机对照试验,包括602例老年轻度认知障碍患者。与常规认知训练或护理措施相比,数字健康技术干预可以提高老年轻度认知障碍患者的总体认知功能(MD=2.95,95%CI 2.08~3.81,P<0.01),改善延迟记忆力(SMD=0.42,95%CI 0.16~0.69,P<0.05)。但在改善日常生活自理能力(SMD=-0.68,95%CI-1.40~0.04,P>0.05),提高注意力(MD=-4.45,95%CI-9.26~0.37,P>0.05),改善执行功能(MD=8.57,95%CI-6.38~23.53,P>0.05)、提高短期记忆(SMD=0.06,95%CI-0.20~0.33,P>0.05)、提高生命质量(MD=1.43,95%CI-0.47~3.33,P>0.05)、改善抑郁情绪(MD=-0.88,95%CI-2.54~0.78,P>0.05)方面,干预效果尚不明确。结论数字健康技术干预有助于提升老年轻度认知障碍患者的总体认知功能及长期记忆能力,在提高日常生活自理能力、注意力、执行功能、短期记忆、改善生命质量及缓解抑郁方面的效果仍需更多高质量研究加以验证。展开更多
